Saw a trend on Tik Tok where you search up "Lolita dress" and the first one that pops up is your dress, but I decided that, whatever showed up, I would put my Sonic OC Shaylyn in

Tried it, and this is one of the first dresses that showed up (there were 2 dresses in the video, and I'm working on the 2nd one now). The creator the outfit was inspired by is Theresa Tran on Tik Tok

I'm actually quite proud of this drawing of Shaylyn. It took nearly a full day for me to do this drawing

I didn't win anything, unfortunately, but I think it looks pretty good

I obviously referenced Noir Sam, but I was also inspired by that 1 line from Max about wearing gowns and using cases to discuss their relationship

My contribution to Pride month with my fav freelance husbands and some (not all, but some) of my favorite gay moments from the franchise

(BTW, I'm aware the engagement ring quote isn't verbatim, but I thought the re-wording worked better with Max's pose and I wanted to keep that)

Out of curiosity, what's your favorite queer moment from the franchise? I know I definitely had a lot more that I just couldn't fit (like Max trying to flashback as to when he started not liking girls)

I actually quite like this, but Sam kneeling gave me hell

(I had to move Max, so now there's some awkward empty space, but I didn't want to warp the drawing by enlarging it too much, so I guess I have to suck it up 🤷‍♀️)

I'm still working on the others, but here's my first draft of my AU version of Raph (aka Ellie). I have some stuff I want to add, but I can do that on the next draft

Still struggling to come up with an AU name and what I want the other turtles to look like (like, IDK if I want them to wear clothes or not and what styles I want them to have if so)

Anyway, Ellie is an Eastern Painted Turtle, is the baby of the family, is autistic, has a really big sweet tooth, loves animals, collects cursed and possessed dolls, and might be a demon or possessed or something, but no one really knows for sure, they just know he could summon Cthulhu for a tea party if he so desired and can lift a bus over his head

I didn't win, which was incredibly sad for me, but I'm immensely proud of this drawing

It took me over a week, some wrist cramps, and I tried to shove as many Sam & Max references as I could in (go for a scavenger hunt if you'd like)

Steve Purcell (Sam & Max's creator) is supposed to replace Jesus, the human characters are dressed as the animals, and the animal characters are in the human roles

This took so long, but I'm actually very proud of it

I have recently been introduced to the old Critters movies by my uncle who lent me his dvd set (technically I told him I enjoyed Gremlins and he shoved the set into my arms 🤣), and I absolutely LOVED the first 3 (the 4th sucked, and I haven't seen Critters Attack as of posting this)

I think the 2nd one was probably my favourite, purely because of the Critter Ball. Everytime it comes out, I cheer and laugh like a mad woman 

It's such a stupid and funny old movie trilogy (I refuse to acknowledge the fourth one 😤) and it's definitely on my yearly October must watch list. I think if you enjoyed Gremlins, you'd definitely enjoy this ridiculous franchise

I'm working on the speedpaint right now, so I'm probably going to post that…eventually…
