Skins FIRE (2013) Review

PUEDE CONTENER SPOILERS, SIGUES LEYENDO BAJO TU PROPIA RESPONSABILIDAD.

Skins Fire nos introduce a un mundo adulto, que paso con aquellos chicos donde fueron, tantas interrogantes que surgieron tras la finalización de cada generación, los creadores de Skins crearon estas 3 mini películas divididas en 2 partes, sobre la vida de algunos personajes de las generaciones 1 y 2.

En FIRE podemos ver a un Effy enfrentándose a un mundo diferente, el mundo profesional, al mundo al que tarde o temprano como jóvenes nos tenemos que enfrentar, aunque la trama es buena se me hace muy malo que traigan o, por así decirlo, resuciten de manera tan drástica a Effy, Naomi, y Emily en quienes recae Fire, principalmente en las primeras dos, por un lado Effy es presentada como una adulto muy aburrida, muy subordinada a su jefe y un poco seca, Naomi nos muestra su lado bipolar, como siempre.

Los problemas centrales del capítulo son básicamente 2, el primero el mundo laboral estresante en el que vive Effy en un Londres que no duerme ni descansa, y el segundo los problemas de desempleo y la salud que presentan a Naomi, aunque son básicos y sin mesura, Skins Fire nos deja ver que sus creadores o se quedaron sin ideas o su narrativa pretendía mostrar el mundo adulto de una manera tan simple, tan sin chiste.

Termino este Review concluyendo que Skins Fire no se parece en nada a las generaciones que se nos presentaron, si sabemos que es obvio, por el hecho de que las generaciones se nos presentaban jóvenes adolescentes, no como en esta parte que son adultos, también nos dejaron con muchas más dudas que de por si nos habían dejado en el final de la 4ta temporada.

El final es tenso pero pasa tan rápido que no logramos digerir cada una de las situaciones que acontecen minuto a minuto, ¿Emily cómo reacciona ante la muerte de Naomi? ¿Naomi cuanto tiempo vivió más? ¿Qué fue de Dominic, lo arrestaron? ¿Qué paso con el jefe de Effy, también fue arrestado?.

Mi calificación es de 3/5

Something you hate about skins - Franky, Skins is flawless I just hate Franky so much.

Your favorite funny scene - Alo and Poppy dancing lmao.

A scene that makes you sad/cry - When Chris dies and when Grace dies.

A scene that makes you angry - The one where we found out that Naomi had cancer.

Your favorite Skins finale - Hhmm… they are all pretty good but the most remarkable is the S5 one.

Your favorite Skins friendship - JJ & Cook or Cassie and Chris.

Your favorite Skins romance - OTP… Effy & Cook but I also love Alo & Mini and Rich and Gracie.

A whacky ship that you would love - Hhmm… Pandora and JJ lmao.

The character that is most like you - I made a test and it said Alo lmao.

An episode you wish never happened - I wouldn’t change a thing because even though it has some really sad parts those scenes make Skins special hahaha.

Something that you wish happened but didn’t - They should have made an episode on S7 for Jal.

Something you love about skins - Skins is a truthful and meaningful series that retracts pretty much exactly a teenage life so yeah I love it!
