Five Sentences Prompt. 74: Are You Challenging Me? Author choice on pairing.

Thanks for this one. I decided to go with something sweet and non-romantic with this! I hope you enjoy it under the cut!

“You’re wrong,” Morgan Stark stood her ground staring directly at her father and not budging on the issue with hands on her hips and a stubborn determination behind her dark eyes, “just like I told you.”

“I’m wrong?” Tony repeated fighting to suppress the laughter that overtook him in seeing his daughter before him as a reflection of himself, strong-willed and ready to negotiate for a later bedtime after Pepper had taken to Europe for a week-long meeting far from the comfort of the penthouse in the city. Now staring back at his daughter Tony determined he was up against his toughest opponent, knowing full well she would push him to the limit ready to stand her ground at any cost in the confrontation between them, “You sure about it?”

“Yep,” Morgan nodded before batting her eyelashes at him, cracking a triumphant grin, and folding her arms in front of her chest, “I love you more.”

“Not a chance because…I…love you 3000 Maguna and you can’t beat that,” Tony finally broke, surrendering to the warmth that filled his chest in Morgan’s laughter as he rushed forward to pull his daughter up and into his arms knowing that life didn’t get any better than being with his little girl in their daddy daughter weekend together ready to break all the rules and share in all the fun that Morgan would undoubtedly twist his arm into having for their bonding time together.

A Malec Hades AU!

Magnus filling in for Zagreus and Alec for Thanatos :) If you haven't played the only thing you really need to know is simply that Magnus is trying to leave his fathers home in the Underworld by fighting through all of it and his relationship with Alec is very close but not romantically defined.

An Undying Bond

Alec, clad in his usual black chiton and himation, stared into the red waters of the river Styx, his rare moment of rest consumed by his recent discovery. The river was his silent companion, a ribbon that wound through all of the Underworld and carried the souls he did not personally escort. His favorite co-worker, he used to joke, because it never tried to make small talk. 

Now he watched the waters hoping the ferryman would bring him some news or a familiar corpse might bob along its wicked current. 

Magnus was gone.
