i'm not even mad just a little stunned at how unlikely this terrible gauntlet layout i just had was in terms of no goddamn fish to be found. I had i think, either 12 or 16 in my inventory and was looking for more; the 1 fish room you see there had a single spot but I was running past it in hopes I'd find a room with multiple spots but also out of curiosity of how many rooms i could open in the full time and still not find any fish. i had to mark the occasion of the most fishless gauntlet I've ever seen

#i'm trying out t1 prep once again #and idk i'm not the biggest fan of it still #i'm pushing myself ot get more comfortable with it #since if i ever want to get those speedrun CAs I need to be comfortable doing tons of minimal/zero mistake t1 runs #but it just does not feel good to me tbh #it only saves time over t2 prep if i get nicely arranged resources #like it's faster on avg maybe but there's more VARIANCE in how long it takes #if all goes well it can be super fast #but if I don't happen upon all the resources I need in the time it takes to make my weapons #then i end up running around opening more rooms just looking for more fish or 1 herb or something #and it takes the same amt of time as t2 #plus i dont rlly like how the hunleff fight feels in t1... yet #i know you get used to that #but it feels like he just shreds lmao #gauntlet diaries #osrs sp
