Eventually I cheated and opted for playing one SQ first, namely Wriothesley's (shame on me for not having it played sooner tbh) and I have to say that it was sublime.
✦ As always I adore Wrio's brilliant mind and his no chill attitude despite being actually cautious most of the time to set an example for the others in the Fortress. Sadly I don't have much more to say about this but it's self-explanatory enough and I reaffirm what I said some time ago that he's hands down one of my favorite characters of the entire cast of Genshin thus far.
✧ I love that each time the script of the stories is getting darker and that it masks better this Traveler harem syndrome that I abhor. Putting the latter aside, I loved the level of detail of how sickeningly manipulative Dougier is and how everything played out keeping me on my toes at all times.
✦ As it is customary to this blog, that black stone caught my attention and so did the thorn method and the Aqua Doloris. I might write a more thorough addendum or headcanon about this in the future once I have ruminated more on this concept. What I'm going to say is that I have no doubts that its substance stems from the Abyss as it is well-established by now that it heightens negative feelings and fear is one such feeling. The fact that it actually awakens bad memories give me some food for thinking, but it also makes me wonder something: if someone were to have a certain degree of expertise to isolate whatever negative feeling and the means to reach to it into a substance and be able to implant it into other people's brains, it could be other things that aren't solely fear. And things that aren't entirely negative in the eyes of others. If you haven't guessed where I'm going with this yet, I'll give you a small hint: Khaenri'ah.
✧ Lastly (but not least), what I've been awaiting for the whole quest to learn as I have already read bits and pieces about this before and been talked to about this: children trading in black market and Wriothesley's experience as both a victim and executioner of two despicable adults partaking into this. In a way it is nothing new to me as I still remember that the webtoon, placed just a few years before the beginning of Genshin's story (further back in time too if we count the flashbacks, but that isn't relevant to this), already mentioned that the Fatui are actively seeking kids to take to Snezhnaya and most likely be dumped into the House of Hearth and pretty much cultivate them to become Fatui.
I particularly like the placement of this shred of light about his own personal story, as going through everything else that was happening in the Fortress only to culminate into learning about that gives more sense to what exactly drove Wriothesley to take the actions he took and to act the way he did with Dougier (the mfer deserved even more, but it's a good thing that Wrio has plans and freedom to make the most of his punishments).
Now, as a more portrayal-oriented thing and how Dain would view this... it is very rare to find characters that in one way or another he can see himself reflected on to some degree, but I can say positively that Wriothesley just joined the small gang. As for what Dain would see himself reflected exactly, that is Wrio's drive to fight for others' freedom. Just as he did for his "family" back then, and just as he did for the Fortress of Meropide in his particular SQ and will continue to do in order to ensure that his new family has a chance for rebirth. Dain would find great respect in this, as someone who is on the same boat himself no matter if in a greater scale, in his pursuit for humanity's freedom from the looming danger the Abyss Order will suppose for them as part of their revenge and obsessions, but also freedom from the ugly schemes of the higher gods above the Archons that still remain unknown, but looking into the Vision's workings alone there is something highly suspicious to me that I can't shake off.

"Making Britain great again"
On July 4th, the UK Labour party was elected with a thumping overall majority of 158, so the new PM, Sir Keir Starmer has an opportunity to act radically to arrest the ongoing decline in Britain which is one of the only things that pretty much every section of British society agrees is happening. He managed to win the election in spite of only offering scant details of what he would do in government if he won.
If he and his Cabinet believe that they can "make the UK great again" by only tinkering around the edges he is sadly mistaken and  Brits will be sadly disappointed. Increasing workers' pay and improving conditions and social benefits when the treasury has no money in the kitty will not work and planning to fund those additional benefits by increasing taxes on the rich, the top 1% of whom already fund 28% of all government tax revenue, is just part of the old Labour playbook that has never worked. Relying on a substantial increase in productivity as the universal panacea is equally delusional when unions continue to press for and succeed in obtaining shorter working hours, longer holidays, allowances and higher benefits for their members. Over the past 50 years there have only been a handful of years when UK productivity has exceeded 2.5% p.a. What this government needs to do is
" to boldly go where no man has ever gone before".
I herewith outline an 11 point plan that might provide a platform for change that could alter the pathway from one of continuing decline to one of restoration and improvement.
1. The Class system.
Make no mistake that in spite of some changes since the war, the British class system still thrives in the UK and remains an obstacle to bringing it firmly into the 21st Century of equal opportunity; so immediate action is needed to:
a. Finally deliver major reform of the House of Lords. It is no longer acceptable for either of the two major parties to pack the Chamber with old discarded MPs and cronies to ensure that the Upper house passes the government of the day's legislation. It's very name is archaic and harks back to a time of inequality instead of an era that is supposed to encourage the very opposite.
b. Abolish the entire "gong system". the time has come to get rid of OBEs, MBEs and CBEs that bestow rewards in the name of the British Empire that government seems to forget no longer exists.
The king should replace them all with a new reward called "The Medal of Merit".
2. Welfare & taxation:
a. Instead of levying stealth taxes on the middle classes such as taxing independent schools by way of VAT and planning to levy non-Doms with inheritance taxes on assets that have no connection to the UK they should instead concentrate on:
b. Ceasing to boast about an unemployment rate of 4.1%  which is completely misleading when there are over 9m* people aged between 16-64 that are economically inactive, who are not working and not seeking work.
3. Healthcare:
Tackling the massive waste in the NHS would save hundreds of millions of pounds. They should start by appointing a cross-party committee to agree a comprehensive ovehaul of the system and study countries like Spain and Switzerland whose health systems deliver better healthcare at approx. the same percentage cost of GDP as in the UK.
4. The Social Divide
Finally do something about the huge divide and disparity between the North and South. Osborne's "Northern Powerhouse" and Boris Johnson's "Levelling Up" policies never got off the ground and if British society is to come together, regenerating the North and creating a truly United Kingdom has to be a top priority. That includes "leveling up" in Wales and Scotland as well and devolving more power to the regions. Brexit happened because Northerners voted for it and were and remain fed up of being the poor relations of their southern Masters.
5. Europe
The last Tory government well and truly screwed up Brexit. Whereas I have no desire to be reunited with Germany with its increasingly popular AFD, nor with France who are moving to the Right with Marine Le Penn waiting in the wings, but the Government needs to renegotiate the hideous trade deal that Boris surrendered to in his haste to "get Brexit done". Where there is a will there is a way.
6. Pay
The massive inequality of pay between different skills and industries needs addressing. Junior doctors cannot be asked to work often 80 hours a week for an average of £43k a year after studying for 8 years whilst train drivers pick up an average of £65k a year.
We are living in cloud cuckoo land if we expect to attract the best minds and brains when we pay our MPs £91k a year and our PM  £167k and then create a scandal when they accept gifts from rich donors looking for political favours. An urgent review of pay structures in a number of sectors must be a priority to resetting the way our citizens are rewarded. In that vein let's start that process by raising some money for example by taxing those with a title; say £50k a year for those wanting to hang into their Knighthoods or Damehoods; £100k a year for a Lordship or Baronet. £150k a year for a Marquess, Earl and Viscount and 250k a year for a Duke. That would raise circa a billion a year until all those with a title either give them up or die. That in itself would accelerate the demise of the class system in the UK and start to pivot towards the future as opposed to clinging onto a social structure that harks back to a long-lost society that should have ended with the demise of the British Empire.
7. Productivity.
To pay for desperately needed new infrastructure, better Healthcare, Education and affordable housing every government has spouted the same mantra for decades, namely that they will achieve that objective through increases in productivity, but for years their efforts to do so have rarely been successful for anything other than for a short time. AI and Robotics are two of the obvious solutions and the government needs to make a meaningful commitment and investment into that sector and other 21st century technologies. The new Chancellor recently announced the establishment of a British Wealth Fund and will invest £7.9b into it. Give me a break! Norway's wealth find has over $1.3 Trillion in its coffers. If we want to be a world player we are going to have to up the ante considerably. The government should create tax free zones in the regions and match private investment £ for £ as well as launch a " productivity bond" for citizens to invest in for the future of their children and grandchildren.
8. Major infrastructure projects and military procurement.
Over the past x decades Britain has been hopeless at managing major infrastructure & innovation projects such as TSR2, HS2, the NHS computer system not to mention military procurement all of which have the common bond of going massively over budget alongside suffering from substantial delays in delivery. We need to get professional non-government personnel to run these so that the country gets real value for money and projects are delivered on time.
9. Foreign policy. The armed forces.
The UK 2024 defense budget is £57b. Apart from the fact that almost every senior member of the armed forces agrees that we could no longer mount any kind of overseas military operation we have two of the world's most expensive pieces of military hardware, namely two aircraft carriers that cost billions, one of which is almost permanently in dock  being repaired and  neither of which have the planes to make them effective because the navy can't afford to buy them. Britain finally needs to accept that it is no longer a world power and simply cannot afford to pretend to be one because it cannot afford to spend the money to be one.
Please note that prior to a French invasion in 1797 that lasted two days, Britain was last invaded in 1066. Unlike the Continent the Island of Great Britain is pretty safe from invasion. The government should cut the defense budget and divert £30b+ a year into health and education which would be of tangible benefit to the British people. Spain's defense budget is €22b viz. Britain's of £57b and life for Spanish citizens has improved exponentially over the past few decades whereas by comparison Britain's for the average citizen has faltered. The UK should remain a nuclear power and needs c £100b to modernise its Trident fleet. This should be funded by a special long term "defense bond"
10."Education Education Education"
…..was Tony Blair's mantra. Whereas more students obtain a University degree today than ever before nobody is going to claim that Britain's education system is any longer the envy of the world nor that it delivers many of the skills needed for a modern economy. As per the NHS, Education is plagued by paperwork and bureaucracy. Successive governments have for decades failed to provide a clear vision and sustainable education policies. On average there has been a new secretary of state for Education every 1.5 years over the past 30 years. Burdensome student debt, a plethora of graduates who can't find decent paying jobs with skill sets that are inappropriate for the modern economy are part of a system that needs to be radically overhauled. Again, this can only be achieved through cross-party consensus.
11. Housing.
...has been the bain of all political parties since the second world war. Everyone acknowledges the problem but no-one has fixed it. The government has declared that their target is to build 1.5m new homes within the 5 years but haven't spelt out how they plan to achieve that. Legislation to free up brown and green belt land will not suffice. In addition, they will need to:
a. Remove the current restrictions on parents giving children more than £3k a year as a tax-free gift. This needs to be substantially increased; I suggest the allowance be increased to £25k a year.
b. Developers obviously seek to maximize profits when building houses and they make little on low-cost housing. They should be given tax free allowances on all houses delivered under a pre-agreed price to boost affordable housing projects.
c. Stamp duty should be exempted for all new houses under £x.
d. Local authorities should be empowered to overrule all "nimby" objections to new housing schemes provided that they conform to current building regulations and guidelines.
e. Banks need to be "encouraged" to make loans available to 1st time buyers at cost alongside long -term fixed loans as is the norm in the USA thus allowing buyers to plan their finances by having a stable fixed cost component which is likely to be their largest financial commitment and annual expense.
(*Some reasons why people might be economically inactive include: Long-term illness, Students, People who look after family or a home, People with disabilities, and early retired)

Okay final thoughts.
Overall this was very cathartic. I almost felt like I got a bit of closure about my dramatic breakup with the show after season 4 aired. Just taking it all start to finish, now with professional writing and editing experience under my belt, and a deep love for other pieces of Sherlock media, it feels like finally putting this little piece of my teenage self to rest.
The one good thing consistently in the show that I will always love, is the actors. Jesus Christ, they were perfectly cast, and put their whole chest into every terribly written cheesy line, and for that I will give them credit. My favorite parts about the earlier seasons are all just because the actors and their chemistry are just phenomenal.
Another thing I've realized about why I like the earlier seasons a little more, is that they're more campy. They don't take themselves as seriously or try to be dramatic, pearl clutching, edge of your seat television. It was a buddy comedy where they flounced around London and got shot at. I contribute the decline in my enjoyment in the later seasons directly to how seriously the show is taking itself. It's still funny at times, but just, too earnest in it's attempts to be cool and dramatic. It fell into the teen drama show trap of just constantly upping the ante and needing to one up the previous arc, and eventually it just lost it's momentum.
Mainly, I see this in the way the show writes it's villains after Moriarity. I firmly believe they brought him in too soon, or at the very least killed him off too soon. They jumped the shark for their antagonists after Andrew Scott, and because he was such a phenomenal actor and came off as such a threat, the new villains needed to get bigger and better. But they all felt derivative of Moriarity, to the point they needed to bring him back in Seasons 3 and 4 to keep people interested. Maganussen is just Moriarity with less inflection and a mind palace. Smith is just Mangussen but replace the blackmail with bloodlust.
The other thing that will never stop making me want to rewrite the show, is how Irene, Molly and Mary are treated. The writers do NOT know how to write women.
The issue with Irene Adler has already been discussed at length in the fandom so I won't go too far into it since I don't have much new to add. I will say that Irene's protrayal as a love interest in Sherlock stories will always bother me. She serves as a lesson to be learned, Irene is memorable because she reminds Sherlock never to underestimate anyone, regardless of sex. He made a mistake with her, and got bested in his own game. He keeps a photo of her for the same reason he asks John to tell him "Norbury" if he ever gets too full of himself. Irene humbled him, she wasn't a love interest.
Molly should have never existed as a character. I love her actor, and think she did a phenomenal job with what she was given. But Molly always felt shoehorned into the plot, like they needed to hand her a purpose that otherwise could have been given to another character, just to keep her around. I so desperately wanted there to have been a proper arc for her, but with TFP, the last we get of her on screen is Sherlock emotionally devastating her. Justice for Molly.
And then there's Mary. God I love her, even more so on this most recent watch. The TEH and TSoT are her at her best in many ways. Her dynamic with John and Sherlock is fantastic, she's able to be helpful and works wonderfully as a genuine long term addition to the cast. And even further than that, I'm in love with the idea of making her an assassin. There's so much you could do there, especially when it comes to bringing her into cases more and making her a part of the team. The only issue is that the writers fumble the ball on how they handle her and her backstory.
They introduce AGRA in 3.3, to kill her off and end the plot in 4.1. she gets 2 episodes to be a badass, and half of that time she's pregnant. Her story didn't go anywhere besides giving us the completely wasted plot of Sherlock and John fighting since it lasted an episode. Mary deserved so much better, and in a better universe got more time to be fleshed out.
Which is actually a great segue into my next major issue with the show: it had too many ideas to fit into 90 minutes, especially seasons 3 & 4. You can tell the writers had massive ideas for everything they wanted to squeeze into the season but didn't have time to really flesh out everything. So we got a lot of quick ideas in a long long episode. Season 4 reminds me of workshopoing short stories that have gotten too big for their restricted word count, and having the author refuse to cut anything to make the plot more cohesive. There should have been better editing done to ensure the flow and consistency of the narrative, but instead it ended up a jumbled, oddly paced, mess by the end.
Overall, I don't hate this show. There are a lot of things I am desperate to fix, and honestly might try my hand at someday. I think so show is just filled to the brim with wasted potential, all it really needs is some polish and a good editor and it can be a passably interesting show! I'm glad I rewatched it to put a rest to the anger I felt towards how it ended, but I don't think I'll watch it all through again.
TL;DR: BBC Sherlock is a mess. The show is poorly paced, cannot write a decent female character, and needs some serious script editing to make the narrative more cohesive, but god I still have a soft spot for the first couple seasons. Make Sherlock camp again 2023.
I'm rewatching/forcing my roommate to watch Sherlock for the 1st time. I haven't watched that show since 4.3 aired and 17 year old me swore on all that's holy I'd never watch it again.
I am, however, cursed with being hyperfixated on Sherlock in general and my roomie wanted to know what was so terrible about it. So back into the depths we go.
I'm going to update as we go for my own entertainment

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHRISSSS
Tumblr media
You looked through the window at the mournful scenery, the sky weeped as you did, now it was a dark gray, the trees surrounding your father's property seemed so scary now, under this cloudy sky. A deep green who seemed to hide the darkest secrets. Everything seemed so dark after your father passed away just two days ago. You felt so alone now, your mansion so big and lonely, and so scary
Your thoughts were interrupted when the door of your father’s office opened, revealing a man that only by seeing him made you feel incredibly relieved. You walked towards him with a shy smile, hugging yourself until you reached him
“Hey sweetheart, how are you doing?” Andrew Barber, your father's lawyer greeted you with sympathetic eyes and a shy smile, he kissed your forehead as you appreciate the gesture of a man you’d known since you could remember
“Hey Andy, thank you for coming” you hugged yourself again, behind him Lloyd Hansen entered your late father’s study, and it made you wince, that man scared in a primal way you’d never end to understand. His eyes always seemed to find you and a dark smile followed, his perfectly trimmed mustache moves with his thin lips
“Hey Sunshine” he greeted
“Hey Lloyd” you whispered, not daring to even look him in the eye.
Your father was the city’s most notorious Mobster, Gangster, drug dealer. It was the truth and it was so ingrained in your system you took it as a normal part of life. Half of his businesses were indeed legit, after years of money laundering. Lloyd Hansen was his right hand man, he knew everything about the business and before being his most trusted man he was the enforcer, the most violent and bloodthirsty amongst his men. Former special agent of the CIA turned, he was dangerous, skilled in combat and war, and now most likely the head of the family.
Your attention turned to Andy again, as he took a seat in your late father’s seat behind the desk of his study
You took a seat in front of the desk, Lloyd placed himself behind you, making a lightning strike run down your back making you incredibly uncomfortable. Andy draw papers from his briefcase and laid them on the mahogany desk, organizing them in a tidy manner
“I’m here as an executor of your father's last will and testament” he said firmly, his lawyer face taking over. You nodded, knowing perfectly well his intentions, and calmly you listened to the man. You were your father’s only child, and your mother passed away when you were young, to your knowledge, you were his only heir, but Lloyd had been called too, you guessed to pass all the dark business to him
“Me, (Y/F/N) being sound of mind and body, present my last wish and testament” he started, reading your father’s last words, “Half of everything I have, properties and money on the accounts will belong to my only daughter (Y/N)” you let out a breath you haven’t even realized you were holding, in relief, “Even if it breaks my heart…” continued Andy with a frown, that made your blood ran cold, “... to leave you alone my sweet girl…” he continued, “...My last dying wish and conditions for you to receive my inheritance is for you to marry my right hand man Lloyd, who I’m inheriting the other half of all my belongings”
“What?” you asked, drawing the attention of both men, Lloyd’s hand squeezed your shoulders, “Did you know about this?” you stood from your seat with the sole purpose of looking him in the eyes, and stopped the contact. Lloyd was smiling knowingly
“Of course I did” he said calmly, “I was his right-hand man, the son he never had”
“Fuck you” you spitted out, “This is insane” Andy called you and you looked at him
“Andy” you called, pleading
“It was his last wish” he said firmly, “he was sound of body and mind…” you looked at Lloyd frowning
“What did you do? what did you say to him?”
“Nothing” he mocked, “He was always so afraid something could happen to you, he wanted to make sure you’d be taken care of after he was gone”
“I’m a grown woman” you said, “I can take care of myself”
“Yeah sure, what if his enemies come after you, uh?” he said then
“This is a conversation you should have in private” muttered Andy
“I want a witness” you demanded, “Look you can keep his dirty business, we can split everything in half I don’t care” you muttered, “But I think is excessive that I marry you, only because he didn’t think I could take care of myself”
“The will explicitly says that you only inherit after you mary Lloyd” Andy said, “this was redacted 6 months ago, and again, is valid, we all know he was in his right mind” you looked at Lloyd, he seemed so relaxed and calm
“Andy, get the fuck out of here” Lloyd demanded, but before he could leave you interupted in anger
“Who the fuck do you think you are?” you asked, “You do not boss him around” but Andy look at you with sorry eyes
“He does now, sweetheart” he said, before he put all the documents on his briefcase and left the room, leaving you alone with Lloyd, who took two long steps to be right in front of you
He encased your jaw with his hand, his face so close to you you could feel his hot breath on your face, making the little hairs of your neck curl. his maddened gaze made you squirmed
“I’ve been at your father's side for fifteen years, and my father for longer” he said, “and a spoiled little brat is not going to keep me from assuming the lead of this family”
“Let me go” you cried
“You are going to marry me, whether you liked it or not, and before you think about it, good luck finding someone that could help you”
“All of this for power?” you asked, “Let it all burn to the ground I’m not marrying you!”
“I’m going to be the boss, and no one is going to ruin this for me”
“You are never going to be the boss!” you spitted out, anger gripping your every cell, you had never remembered an instance in which you were more angry that you were right now. You released yourself from his grasp and walked until you were behind the desk
“Oh really?” He drew a smile so wicked it made you shiver. Of all your father’s men, you feared Lloyd the most, not because of his aspect, but because of his silent, deadly and smug demeanor. You knew him and knew what he was capable of, and that’s why you feared and respected him, but now? you were so angry you didn’t care, but you should…
He was on you in a second, with his hand encasing your throat and made you retreat until your back was against the wall. You whined and squirmed, trying to scratch his thick arm, but he was wearing a wool sweater that prevented you from injuring him
“Let me go!” you cried
“No until you marry me, hell, maybe not even then” he chuckled darkly. His handsome face, his hand on your neck barely squeezing, the single tone of his voice made your thighs clench. You had always found him hellishly attractive, but dangerous, so dangerous. He seemed to read your thoughts, because he smiled wickedly, wrinkles appearing in the corners of his eyes. “I have to confess, I always wanted to do this, claim you, like you belonged to me…” he growled like a raging animal, and in a primal way you felt the danger, not only for your body but for your very soul, he was going to devour you whole. “Because you do”
“No” you whined, staying incredibly still
“I will make you mine then” he growled. He threw you over the desk, the air suddenly left your lungs when he pressed you against the hardwood
“I’m going to take what is mine” he threatened in your ear.
“Please lloyd, be nice” you begged, knowing that you couldn’t stop him, and actually doubting if you even wanted him to stop him. You felt so exposed like this, your dress a little short so your ass was almost uncovered. He held you against his desk with one of his hands behind your neck grabbing you oughly, and the other sneaked under your dress,
“I’m going to fuck you so good you’ll beg me to marry you” he laughed
“I’ll never…!” he ripped your thighs in a single movement, the sting burned your skin and the sudden chill air in your skin made you tremble, “no please” you begged, squeezing your thighs tighter. You didn’t know if you really wanted to stop him, or if you were scared he’d found how wet you were for him.
It was the latter
“Would you look at that” of course he mocked you, “I haven’t even touched you yet and I can actually see how wet you are without even taking out your panties” you whined hiding your face from him, but nothing could scape him, he was over everything, that’s why he was going to be the boss after all.
“NO” you moaned, when you felt he sneaky fingers dangerously creeping in the lines of your panties
“I think you need to come to terms with the fact that I’m going to claim you, and you want me to do it” he mocked you, you trembled with a single of his fingers lazyly and barely touched your weeping pussy, almost a light touch was enough to made you moan
“No I don’t, you are not the boss” you wanted to provoke him, you wanted more, you wanted to tip him over the edge
“Let’s see, shall we?” his hand left your underwear and you didn’t like it.
He touched a single button on the phone right beside your head, a gruff voice greeted Lloyd at the other side
“Ari, would you be a sunshine and get the men in here?” he asked on the phone, and you trembled under him, squirming and turning like an alligator.
“No!” you whined, but he only chuckled darkly, resuming his movements under your dress, finally ripping your underwear, “Why…?” a moan escaped your mouth interrupting yourself when you felt his thick fingers entering your pussy, his thumbs pressed on your clit making you cry out in need. You were so wet you thought something embarrassing had happened
“You are right, I will never be the boss” he said simply, “If I don’t assert my dominance now…” the door opened and trough it all your father’s most trusted men walked in, Andy, Ari Levinson, Nick Fowler, Steve Rogers, Bucky Barnes, August Walker… you couldn’t see the rest because your eyes turned to the back of your head when two of his fingers curled inside of you touching and rubbing your g spot making you cum on the spot without a single warning
“Sunshine!” he reprimanded you but with a mocking voice, “You had to give a little preview first” he mocked, “I barely touched her sweet, wet little pussy and she already cummed on my fingers!” he told the rest. And you whined trying to hide your face from their heated gazes. The shame was overpowering your pleasure, tears threatened to burn your eyes.
“C'mon Sunshine” he purred in your ear, “give them a show, prove them that you are mine” his fingers kept moving, provoking, exploring. You felt his weight on your back, “Can’t wait to make you cum on my mouth” and the ghost feeling of his mustache on your clit make you tingle against him, and you wondered how good it must feel.
“´Lloyd” you called
“What do you want, baby?” he asked,
“You” you moaned, wiggling your hips. You heard laughs and chuckled, but you focused on the feeling of your body instead, if not you were going to cry
“You want me?” he asked
“Yes please” you whispered. And he chuckled
“How can I say no to that?” the fingers left your pussy, his other hand still having you by the back of your neck. Single handedly you heard him unbuckle his belt and opening his fly
“Andy, you are ordained, right?” he asked
“That’s right” you heard him answer
“Can you marry us while she is cumming around my cock?” he asked
“Your orders boss”
“That’s damn right,” he said, pleased. grabbing his cock and ruining it with your weeping entrance. You buckle your hips at his rhythm. “Well gentleman, as you can see, I’m staking my claim” in one single push he was buried inside you to the hilt. You screamed in a mix of pain and pleasure. Because no matter how wet you were, his cock was so thick and big it still burned when he split you open for him
“Shit!” you cursed biting your lower lip, closing your eyes tightly as you felt every vein, every ridge, and his tip kissing your cervix
“Holy shit this pussy is so good” he moaned darkly, one of his hands grabbing your hip so tight you knew it was going to leave a mark. “It’s squeezing me like a fist”
“Lloyd” you cried, begged him, to move or to do something, because you knew that when he does, you were going to feel fucking amazing. You wanted to reach him, to touch him, but you couldn’t because of your position, the edge of the desk marking your thighs, your own body constricting your rib cage… but that all came to second place as you felt him retrieve himself and then thrust into you again, a slap sound could be heard in the room. His groin slapping against your ass. you moaned loudly, not hiding anymore how good he was making you feel.
He started a rough tandem, drawing sounds you had never made before. your eyes rolled to the back of your head when his cock rubbed against that special spot. his and left the back of your neck and grabbed your hips, drawing you to him to meet each thrust.
“Fuck look at her” you heard the voice of Ari Levinson mocking you, watching your every expression your every sound you drew. Lloyd grabbed you by your hair, making you raise your head in the direction of your audience
“Look at her” he demanded, you opened your eyes and you looked at them, “look at her fucked out face” you closed your eyes, trying to zoom them out and just focus on how good you felt.
You felt an orgasm coming, your pussy clenched around him greedily, you moaned softly when he released you gently, letting you hide your face again in your folded arms.
“Fuck that’s it” he grabbed you by the hair again and made you twist your head in a way he could see your face twisted in pleasure, looking at how good you looked when you cummed
“So hot” he growled, “sweet girl that’s it, give me everything” your juice stained the base of his cock and made his thrusts resound in a squelching sound.
He took himself off of you, and you whined in protest, not liking it. You didn’t even get to see your audience and he turned you around, opening your legs and placing himself between them. He caressed your thighs gently before he grabbed them and made you stick to his hips. Your pussy colliding with his thick cock. You couldn’t see it, and you really wanted to, but he entered you so easily it was almost embarrassing, barely needing a little push the open you up for him again, the new, more intimate angle made the friccion it even more delicious when he kept his hard pase and rough thrusts. You wanted him against you, you reached for him also wanting to cover yourself from the men, that you could barely see from this new angle
and he leaned into you, his forehead pressing against yours.
His hands encased your ribcage, finally feeling your front. He leaned in to watch your tits bounce over the neckline of your dress. For now it was enough… Now later when he’ll have you all to himself he will take the time to touch you and savor you whole.
“Don’t look at them now, I want your eyes on me when you come undone on my fat cock” he encased your jaw with his hand, his deep blue eyes chilling you to your bone his wicked smile made you tingle even more, losing yourself on his handsome face. “You are going to come again for me baby?”
“It’s too much” you complained, feeling your puffy pussy weeping, so tender, raw and sensitive you were going to pass out
“Are you going to marry me now?” you kept turning and twisting
“No” it was a negative but you couldn’t hold a moan that came with it, the feeling of his thick cock rubbing against your walls were making you feel insanely good, your eyes were turning to the back of your head, and yet another orgasm was creeping on you and you fleetingly thought you were going to lose it. Your consciousness, your mind, your body, all of it.
“Really?” but as you almost touched the sky with your hands, he pulled out of you, making you whine in need, looking at him with teary eyes and found his mock face, smiling widely at you. You whined touching his black cardigan, demanding he resumed his thrusts
“No, please” you begged, your fingers sneaking under his wool vest and touching the hot skin of his muscled belly
“What do you want, you little slut?” he mocked
“please” your hands tried to find his cock, and he laughed in your face, mocking you, “keep doing it” you begged
“Are you seeing this?” he asked, looking at his men, many of them were touching themselves over their dress pants, many had their cocks out, and were shamelessly masturbating, “This little slut begging is something else” he turned his gaze back at you
“I’m not a slut” you protested
“That’s right, you are only mine” he entered you again and an inhuman sound left your lips. your walls grabbed him like a vice. And he amazed himself of how much he wanted to cum inside you. Something similar flied through your mind you wanted to cum, but the gaze of all of them on you wouldn’t let you
“Please Lloyd” you cried, your shame of being watched couldn't let you relax, “I’m marrying you” you promised, begging him with your eyes. his eyes looked in your for any signs of a lie, but couldn’t find any, his thumb caressed your cheek, and then he looked up to the group of men. He stilled his movements, leaving himself seated inside of you
“Get out” demanded to his men, and they all even looked shocked, that he would draw the line there after all of it, “GET THE FUCK OUT!” He shouted making you wince and they left the room like it was on fire. When the door clicked shut after the last one, he looked down at you, in his eyes where something other than malice and desire, something more… human
“I’m going to make you mine,” he sentenced. “This is where you belong, right under me” his sudden tenderness made you swallow your own words, as he resumed his movements, his eyes never leaving yours, his hands encased your face, keeping you in place gently, “You are mine” you just nodded, “say it” he demanded
“I’m yours” you said lowly
“You are going to marry me” he said then
“I’m going to marry you” you mumbled, your eyes trying to manifest him that you weren’t lying, you didn’t know if it was the pleasure, or fear
“You are going to have my babies” he demanded then
“I’m going to have your babies” you confirmed
“I’m going to keep you nice and bred all the fucking time” he growled his wicked smile appearing again as he leaned in and kissed you.
It was the first time he ever kissed you. His mustache tickled you making you smile against his mouth. and he chuckled darkly, grabbing you by the neck and pushed you until you were against the wood, taking your breath away when he separated himself from you
“I’m going to take care of you” he promised, “say it, believe it”
“You are going to take care of me” you whispered, and he smiled, kissing you again, this time, he didn’t release you and instead he fucked you rougher, faster, the tip of his cocks grazing your special spot every single time, you moaned on his mouth wantonly, needed him, your arms hugged him drawing him more tightly against you. Your legs wrapped around his middle, keeping him even closer to you. not wanting him to let you go. And just like that, your orgasm creeped out on you, your walls tightening around him, strangled his cock inside you.
“That’s it baby” when he separated himself from you a thin line of saliva still joined your hungry mouths
“Lloyd” you called like a prayer, looking into his eyes
“Fuck!” he yelled, with a last hard thrust he stilled inside you, cumming so hard, hot spurts of him cum painting your walls. “Shit Sunshine” he whined letting himself fall over your. You hugged him tightly against you, like you didn’t want him to separate from you, you didn’t want to let him go. “That’s it Pumpkin, sweet girl” he kissed your forehead, “FUck, I never cummed that hard before, shit” his stormy blue eyes found yours. And as you regained your breaths, you gazed upon one another. He kissed you again. more swiftly but no less powerful
You whined when he took himself off of you. Not liking the emptiness he left
“Don’t worry honey, I’ll be inside of you soon enough” he said with his gruff voice
You felt his thick seed dripping from your hole and down your thighs. Making you moan, repressing the need to collect it with your fingers, Lloyd did it for you, and then he fed it to you, rubbing his fingers in your mouth, and smiled widely when you licked his fingers, tasting his seed and moaning because of his salty taste
“That’s a good wife” he mocked, he actually helped you with your dress, putting it back in place and helped you on your feet. You whined again when your lack of pantis made you feel his cum dripping down your thighs, staining them
“Lloyd” you cried, but not even knew what you wanted from him, you looked into his eyes and he smiled softly, encasing your face with his hands, and leaned in to kiss you softly
“Mine” he growl against your mouth
“Yours” you confirmed, he lets go off you
“Now I need to talk to the men, so wifey, smile and go make me a nice dinner” he whispered derogatorily in your ear, spanking your ass, encouraging you to leave the office, the men outside smiling knowingly when they saw you, but they bowed with their heads as you passed by them. You were the wife of the boss now.
You heard the men laugh when they saw you could barely walk out of the study, hearing Lloyd
“Now, you all are going to pledge your allegiance to me” he demanded as you kept walking towards the kitchen to talk to the staff about the new order in the house
He was the boss now. And you were no longer the dutiful daughter, now you were the dutiful wife.

RP Hints.  I’m not sure yet if I’ll add this to Khashin’s about page or rather make a verse page for it; but I figured it might be good for me to give additional hints about roleplaying.
His background story sounds, well, as if the angst train is really loud and fast there - but actually it is not as bad as it sounds. What hurt him in the past was his own incompetence or weakness, but he never shows it. Just because he is more or less avoiding his own brothers and sisters until he has proven himself as a worthy Child of the Sun, does not mean he holds a grudge. It is quite normal that the Oronir, for whom strength matters so much, don’t have much interest in someone who was as weak as he was. It is not a fate he bears alone; of course there also others who have seemingly not natural talent or are simply bad in doing anything which the tribe considers as useful and honorable. It is normal; but just because of that you do not start hating your own tribe or the others. They are still family. The Oronir, who firmly believe to have Azim’s blood, have a philosophy of equality, even if it is just an illusion. They’ll never banish someone without a very good reason; even weakness is none.  So, basically this means for roleplaying the following - as if it is not obvious enough yet when you look at his personality:
Steppe-OC: He is obviously not living on the Dawn Throne since he’s neither that useful (like Esugen for example who is the best cook they have) or considered a very reliable warrior as of now. In fact, he did not participate in any of the Oronir’s annual trials for the past years, so no one knows how strong he currently is. He did, however, participate in all other traditions - which did not require any fighting - to show his tribute to Azim. So he is not forgotten; he is still part of the tribe. And he is so very proud to be an Oronir as well. Just that most do not take him any serious as of now when he visits their settlement - with the exception of little children and some elders.  You’ll more likely encounter him in or close to Reunion; or when he is hunting for himself. He’ll be acting like a typical Oronir, in some way - particularly if the roleplay takes place prior the MSQ-Naadam; which means when the Oronir still reign over the area. He is proud to be a child of the sun; and he’ll voice it. And despite of it that he is not respected by his tribe - as of now at least - he’s cocky and partly even arrogant and somewhat carefree. He picks up fights if someone is stepping on his tail with their words; he has a pretty big mouth and technically always state his opinion. So, if you are no Oronir, you’ll not notice and know that he is not respected among the Oronir. Not unless he tells your muse, at least. He does not speak about it, though; and he is definitely looking strong as of now as well. (Not to mention that his fists hit extremely hard already.) One does not even know how much he deeply cares for his younger sister unless he opens up. That he is, indeed, distanced is something your muse won’t know and notice in the beginning as well - exactly because he’s so loud, optimistic and always saying his mind.  He has yet to conquer Bardam’s Mettle - since he needs the permission of the most radiant brother for it. An honor which he’ll obviously not gain unless he is victorious (which means among the best) during an annual trial. He’s actually preparing for this ‘comeback’ as of now. It’s my standard verse.
Warrior of Light: Since he followed the basic MSQ-line starting 2.0 up to 4.1+, he possibly knows every npc of the entire game. (Please note, however, that my Khashin is progressing through the SB-MSQ on Mateus so far. Which does not necessarily affect the roleplay, since me - the mun - is up to date with the lore due to my actual main PvE-character.) Yes, he’s technically the pain in the ass who always ran ahead when someone just spilled the words “dangerous”, “work” “garleans”, “bad, bad creatures” or “we need help”.  There will be no real twists or changes; but the Stormblood-content -more so the eastern one- will have some slight differences. Khashin knows Kugane; and everyone does know that he originally came from the Steppe. So he does have basic knowledge about the area; more so once the main group arrived in his actual homeland. That the party helps the Mol is no problem for him in particular; but once they conquered Bardam’s Mettle and were brought to the Dawn Throne, he starts to have some...mixed feelings. Whilst he is, as born Oronir, proud of his tribe to be Khagan, the entire MSQ there will be... exhausting for him. Even if he tries not to show it. His tribe had not respected him when he left; and now that he returned with warriors of the Mol he is a Steppe-warrior now. Just not like he had planned. Albeit, as warrior of light, he does not know when and if ever he’ll return to his home anyway. His biggest regret would be his younger blood related sister; and he does believe that Hydaelyn had chosen him after his Father Azim had seen his struggles. Therefore he is interpretating his ‘ability’ as divine gift, granted by Hydaelyn but by Azim’s suggestion. Suffice to say this means that all he is doing right now is for Azim as well - and to protect all, not solely the Xaela.

Is now the worst possible time to buy this cheap FTSE 100 dividend stock?
Yesterday saw the bulls firmly back in charge with the FTSE 100 finishing more than 2% higher. Is this the start of another sustained run of increasing prices, or merely a brief period of calm before another storm? My gut feeling is the latter. No one knows for sure, of course.
That said, if this really is one final end-of-cycle bounce, there are arguably a number of companies that I think are best avoided for now. Despite today’s impressive interim results, I include FTSE 100 stock Barratt Developments (LSE: BDEV) among these.
Can’t fault these numbers
Total completions rose 4.1% to 7,622 over the six months to the end of 2018 at Britain’s largest house-builder. Revenue climbed an impressive 7.2% to £2.13bn and pre-tax profit jumped a little over 19% to £408m.
Even Barratt’s already-high returns on capital employed (ROCE) — a metric often used by investors to ascertain a company’s quality — rose to 29.5%.
Encouragingly, current trading is in line with management expectations which is “confident of delivering a good financial and operational performance in FY19.” At £3.021bn, total forward sales are 7.3% higher than at the same time last year.
Taking all this into account, it’s not surprising that shares were almost 4% higher this morning.
Still cheap
On paper, buying shares in a company like Barratt looks a no-brainer. Trading on just eight times expected earnings before this morning, the stock appears mouth-wateringly cheap, even more so when the well-covered cash returns to shareholders are considered.
In addition to hiking the interim payout 11.6% to 9.6p per share today, the company also revealed plans to give back £175m in November and £175m in 2020 by way of special dividends. That’s a sign of confidence if I ever saw one.
On top of this, the company’s balance sheet is in fine order and boasted a net cash position of £387.7m at the end of December — almost 138% more than at the end of 2017.
Brexit risk
Nevertheless, I remain wary. A quick look at the behaviour of its share price towards the end of last year gives an indication of how quickly market participants can turn against companies like Barratt, regardless of how effectively they’re run.
The stock dived 20% between mid-November and mid-December, largely as a result of concerns over Brexit. Since we’re still no closer to learning the manner of our departure from the EU, there’s certainly no guarantee that similar falls won’t occur in the near future. Indeed, the company has acknowledged that there are a number of risks ahead which could impact performance and “cause actual results and shareholder returns to differ materially from expected and historical results.“
Regardless of how good a business is and how cheap its shares are, talk like that shouldn’t be overlooked by prospective owners.
Bottom line
Whether the UK’s housebuilders really do represent great value or not at the current time is a contentious subject. My Foolish colleague Alan Oscroft, for example, finds their low valuations impossible to justify.
Notwithstanding this — and Warren Buffett’s advice that it’s usually a good idea to “be greedy when others are fearful” — I’m still of the opinion that now is not the time to be buying this kind of stock.
If patience isn’t your strong point, however, be sure to check that the rest of your portfolio is suitably diversified before jumping in.
How to prepare for the next stock market correction
Nobody likes to see the value of their portfolio fall; the benchmark FTSE 100 index dropped some 12% in 2018 and there are signs the record-breaking bull run may well be over. Bear markets can be scary, but they are not the end of the world… in fact, with careful planning, you can even aim to turn today’s uncertainty to your advantage! Reviews:
“Great instructor, great class!” (Kevin K)
“It is good but a bit dated” (Jason Hermans)
“I am on a couple of Rick/Nick’s courses, and they are really good, lessons are bite-sized, instructions are clear and Rick is extremely helpful when it comes to helping you out. He actually took the time to run my code, see what was wrong, fix the code, and zip the file and send it to me! Not many instructors do that.” (Guruprasad Nagarajan)
    About Instructor:
Nick Walter
I’m Nick Walter, an iOS developer that has been focused on mobile app design and creation for over 3 years. My involvement in the iOS community started off with a bang, and in 2013 I was one of 25 students worldwide to be invited to Apple’s “Cocoa Camp.” Within my community, I am also co-president of an Apple developer group called “Cocoa Heads.” I’ve always had an itch to make things, but growing up in a small town I had limited access to programming resources. This frustration drove my early interest in online education. After experimenting with various companies, learning styles, and teaching processes, I’ve adopted the best strategies and used them in my courses. My experience as an online student has directly influenced my teaching style, and I am now proud to help students all over the world with their online learning goals. Since the announcement of the new Swift programming language by Apple, I have buried myself in the Apple documentation and any online resource that is available. In my first Swift course, I provide students with a detailed explanation of the topics and skills needed to learn Swift, an overview of the basic features of the new language, and get you started to begin building your first products. Prior to teaching the internet’s first course on Swift, I have created 5 iOS apps from scratch that are currently live in the App Store and being used by thousands of users worldwide. Using my experience launching my own apps, I’ll walk you through the shortcuts that can save you time and frustration from having to teach yourself.
