Hello Hello Hello :),

I swear it's a coincidence that EA just published a Book Nook kit, maybe they have seen my hint from last month :D, joking.

I am thrilled to show you this month's items, a 40-piece modular library. The bookshelves are traditional in style and perfect for a chateau setting, in my opinion :) The Bookshelf can be made from six pieces: two single-tile bookshelves, a 2-tile version, a rounded inside corner, an outside corner, and an extra decorative piece for separation. The bookshelves are full height and you will get short, medium, and tall versions. To spice up this library you will get ladders for the medium and tall versions.

Now let me reveal a little secret, I made functional secret book doors matching the shelves, I included arch versions too :) People were asking me to make them for years, but don't ask me why it took me so long to create them :D, I loved watching my testing sims walk through the book wall.

To fill up all the space I created 14 clutter items, 9 book pieces in two different styles and various sizes, 2 sculptures, 2 vases, and a box. I matched the slots to the dimensions of my items and everything can be mixed and matched quite well :)

Strangerville Mod

I had a firefox glitch and I lost my tabs. I had a tab open for a mod that turned off the Strangerville story completely simply by reading a book in the library. When I search Strangerville Mod library book, I get results for library stuff only. Anyone know where I might find this? I have the TwistedMexi mod, but I still see sims geeking in the streets and the plants are still everywhere no matter how many times I try to enter the cheat. I hate Strangerville and the world because I can't bypass the story. I love the world visually - just never play it. Help.

San Sequoia Public Library

I am in the middle of uni term and I can't say it was easy lately. I'm closer to graduation than I would like to admit and it's hard for me to find time for my hobbies. Working and studying in the same time... Yay... But I am slowly coming back to having fun and selfcare.

But enough of my babbling and complaining. I'm sharing with you preview of my favorite sims now. I have watched lately few documents about gangs, serial killers, drugs blah blah, blah and I decided I had to create dangerous couple. Sims versions of Bonnie and Clyde EXAGGERATED.

Rosary Teahouse and Library Public Library, $70k, 20 x 15 Placed in Britechester (Mossy Lane) An old Britechester building turned into a small quaint library and teahouse for studying, a much more quiet atmosphere and less crowded then the usual public libraries. Downstairs has a small tea and coffee bar to try and help keep your caffeinated needs up, with a back patio if being in the sun outside to cram is your sims vibe. Upstairs has the computers, work table, and a nook lounge for bookworms and a small balcony with a chess table. Learning at a snails pace is beneficial! With a scone or two can't hurt either.

Massive Library

Embark on a #literary journey like no other with this expansive #library on a 50x40 lot! Place using BB.MOVEOBJECTS. From the ground floor's sprawling #bookshelves and cozy #study areas to the elegant #staircases leading to a #gallery of priceless #art created by @RINKYDINXX @ORANGEBRAM & @JILL_E_BEANZ each corner exudes sophistication. The second floor offers a haven for #history buffs and #culinary enthusiasts alike, with a temperature-controlled #historical section and a bar. #observatory Ascend to the third floor for a #celestial adventure, equipped with #scientific marvels and a #telescope for #stargazing. Experience the epitome of #knowledge and #luxury in this one-of-a-kind #bibliophile's #paradise.

It took me about three weeks to build and complete this Massive Library build for Sims. I posted it on the Gallery under "Massive Library" under my name NOPETHANQ. This is part of my Newcrest construction project. If I had the spellcaster pack, I'd have added a Doctor Strange basement with lots of sorcery and witchcraft items. But it will remain empty for now. Feel free to tag me if you finish the basement!!
