Floor Birth Poses

REQUEST

I reworked some of my old poses to work for the floor (instead of bed/hospital bed) and compiled them all together add a few more support person poses. So is your sim having a little one? Didn't make it to hospital on time? Or perhaps your giving birth at home? There might help you out.

This comes with its own custom icons so its easy to find. You will need to play these in game, these are not for CAS. You will need Andrew’s Pose Player for these to work well! USE X2 TELEPORTER WHERE YOU WANT YOUR SIM TO POSE. There is obviously some clipping which is completely unavoidable due to big hair, big boobies, and big muscly men, not all sims are made the same.

February, 1317: The Comyn Estate, Barony of Finchwick, Henford-on-Bagley:

Even though not all was right with the world, that didn't mean there weren't times of happiness at all. Baron John Comyn III and Baroness Joan Comyn always had a busy household, what with their large amount of children.

The two girls out of the triplets were upstairs, Hextilda always was a little more frail in the winter time, discussing all manner of things with her sister Jennet. They were both a little grateful that their parents couldn't even think of searching for husbands for them for a little while yet.

It wasn't even the fear of marriage and children, they both knew they wanted to do their duty as noble girls, they were grateful for some more time together. No matter their arguments, they're sisters. On top of that, they were the closest kind of sisters imaginable. They shared the womb together.

Their brother that also shared the womb, Hendrie, was brushing up on his fitness with the help of his little sisters and his niece. He was working hard so he would be promoted to squire as soon as possible. As a second son in a noble household, he would have to prove himself. The queen was more than happy to give him an opportunity and a knight to train him.

He daydreamed of the day that his title would change to Sir Hendrie Comyn. With that title change would come lands of his own. He could build his own family then!

His parents were equally proud of him. As they were of all of their children. They had two wonderfully living grandchildren, one the heir to a throne and one a precious little girl that lightens up their lives. That they get to have a hand in raising.

Their eldest son was married and has taken over many duties from his aging father, proving that he will be a capable leader. Their young daughters were intelligent and beautiful, they will undoubtedly have suitable suitors banging down their door once the famine passed and the roads were safe again. While they missed the family members who were no longer with them? They had to thank the Watcher for what they did have, not dwell on what they no longer did.

"We built this." John said to his wife.

"We built this." Joan agreed, capturing her husband's lips in a deep kiss.

As they held onto each other? Hendrie lost his strength, collapsing to the ground with a thud. "Girls? Girls, I think you have become too heavy -- ow!"

All three of the youngsters were on his back, staring at their parents.

"Mother! Father! Disgusting!" Shouted Abigall, the two toddlers echoing her sentiments.

John IV and his wife watched on, a smile on their face. Their daughter was so lucky to be surrounded by family, especially during a time when they had to ration to survive.

"If they think that's gross. . ." John said with a chuckle. "Just wait until they see this."

He leaned down and planted a big kiss on Isabella's cheek, arms wrapping around her. The children started complaining yet again, this time Deredere's voice the loudest out of all of them.

Their family was big and it could be argued that they were even happy.

Cold Welcome Pose Pack

I'm uploading like 5 pose packs past my bedtime so the captions are just gonna suck LOL

Here is a sim giving birth, but there are complications because I'm mean to my babies. It's a terrible pose pack tbh, it needs an accessory and has a MILLION alt versions. But it was requested for release! So here it is!

I recommend using the AIO for a smooth experience. (You can pose them all regularly first, then switch to the AIO to avoid them moving out of place)

The blanket is optional, but if you do use it, you have to use T.O.O.L to move it into place for the second half of the poses.

New babies are always exciting but don't forget to take care of mom, first. She just gave birth and is probably sore, tired, and drained. She needs the most support during this time. This pose pack reflects that. I hope it will help you tell more realistic, touching stories.

TIPS FOR POSING INFANT

If you are posing an infant who has not reached the Sit Up milestone yet, you will have to wait for them to do their little flop-down animation before you can pose them. If you don't, the pose action just cancels itself.

OTHER NOTES

To place the bed tray on the hospital bed, enable the bb.moveobjects on cheat. Then select the tray and press the 9 key until it's the same height as the bed and place it on the hospital bed. You can hold down the Alt key to get more precise placement.

The sushi tray with plates and the coffee cups can be snapped to the tray either before or after you place it on the bed.

I opted to sink the Sim who gave birth a bit under the bed covers so it would look like she has blankets covering her. However, the bed covers do remain flat and don't curve around her lower body. I just want to point that out so you're not surprised by it.

The sushi tray and plates object is a bit too big for the tray but fits perfectly if you size it down once with the bb.moveobjects on cheat and the [ key. It will still snap to the tray fine, however.

OUR BIRTHING CENTER 👶

A functional birthing center using PandaSama's Child Birth Mod. The birthing pool, birthing pillows and pool are needed for functionality but not required (you will need to download the mod to get these items). This lot is set as Generic, but can be used for storytelling purposes, machinimas and so on.

The perfect place to get 2D or 3D ultrasounds, plan your birthing method (Water Birth, Natural Birth, Unassisted, etc). This lot includes 4 birthing rooms with bathrooms in each. A waiting area, receptionist area and a bathroom. Make sure to tag socials below if you use the build in any way. Happy Simming!

Modeste Ward: A Bachelorette Challenge

Born and raised in Del Sol Valley to Judith Ward and a presumed one-night stand, Modeste has been in the limelight from birth, following in her mother's footsteps as an actress.

You'll often find her strolling the streets of the Valley or enjoying San Myshuno, cameras and crowds in tow.
