British superhero comics always seem a bit weird compared to@their American counterparts, and this revival, bringing a number of classic characters together into one big adventure is no exception. I had read these stories as they were originally serialized, with like a year between chapters. Reading it all in one volume, the story is a bit clearer, but no less weird and wonderful. I really hope we get more with these characters, by creators Simon Furman and Simon Coleby. Never had much interest in #Autobots - always thought #Decepticons were better written characters However, there were exceptions, and this guy is one of them. This is #Seaspray and he's so 1984 (because he's a #G1 original) that he comes a #hovercraft - amazing #morethanmeetstheeye The fact I once interviewed #simonfurman too on Uni radio is a career highlight
