Thank you so so much for 300 of you cuties following me and interacting with my content, it means a lot. I’ve been working on this account for close to two years now and having such lovely supporters makes me very happy inside! Tips for exam season from a junior in high school

Drink water, please! Drink a lot, drink too much. It keeps the blood moving in your body and so all your thoughts go quicker!

Feel your feelings! I'm currently working on a reference sheet for my US History final and I'm crying my eyes out while doing it because I'm so stressed. That's okay!! It helps sometimes if you need to scream or cry or be unhappy because of exams.

Surround yourself with things you like! Make your environment better. I put plushies around me and study in my bed because it's where I feel safest. Some people like plants around them, others like their pets. Just make sure it's not too distracting.

Know what needs the most priority. If you have a two reference sheets due tomorrow, then do the one for the class that comes earlier in the day. Knowing how to manage your priorities is very important.

Take brain breaks! Just do it! 5 or 10 minute breaks after and hour or so of work are great, but don't force them on yourself. If you're on a roll, then keep going!

Know that it will feel like the end of the world for a while. It'll feel overwhelming and chaotic but exams are part of school for everyone. That feeling will pass, so just get through it with a strong face.
