I was so obsessed with these books and films as a kid that I not only dressed and acted like Daka for like a year straight, I also learned the fictional vampire language and expanded on it until I could fully and fluently write and speak in it. It is beyond me how no one realised I was autistic until last year lmao.

OHC Day Fifteen: Nostalgia

Beware the Little Girls

Originally, I was going to do so much more for this day of the challenge. But, unfortunately, uni has not been kind to me. So, all I can offer are some introductions to my newest OCs for media that I used to love as a child (and still do).

Featuring: Chrysantheme, Circe, Heiður

This is Chrysantheme, nicknamed Chryssi, who's a nature spirit of the local forest. Her main hobby is annoying the burglar who lives inside said forest. She's an OC for Der Räuber Hotzenplotz, specifically the 2006 movie (because lord knows there are a lot of adaptations of it). Only people with a vivid imagination and sense of whimsy or knowledge of the magical realm can see her in this fairy-like form you can see above. Other people (like most adults) only see a normal girl. No, she has no magical abilities. She just likes being annoying.

This is Circe, an OC for the Die Vampirschwestern movies! She's the sister of vampire rockstar Murdo and a bass player herself, though she's not in his band. She meets Silvania and Dakaria (the titular half-vampire sisters) in the second movie and clicks with them pretty much immediately. Following this, she visits them at home for a bit, trying and failing to appear human. Then she goes back to Transylvania.

Oh gosh, how do I explain this one to an international audience?

SO. There's this anime about a little viking boy. Yes, anime. It was produced in Japan for German and Austrian audiences, based on a Swedish book series. It's got a cast of colorful characters, fun adventures in every new episode, some surprisingly satirical elements if you look well enough, and it raised multiple generations of German-speaking kids. The 3D remake is trash but we won't talk about that. The live-action movies are good though! They're directed by the legendary Michael "Bully" Herbig, who's also responsible for the cunty Star Trek parody you may have seen on your dash.

Anyways, this is my girl Heiður and she's an OC for the anime series. She starts off as a young princess who's supposed to be married off, but the viking protagonists kidnap her for ransom before the marriage can take place. Heiður is actually treated well at the viking village though and she very much did not want to get married, so she convinces them to just... not give her back. Eventually, she even accompanies the vikings on their journeys, bribing them with how they can probably get a lot of use out of her royal education.

She also has an AU version for the live-action movies, which have distinct fantasy elements, so she's a selkie here!

In the Vampirschwestern novels it is implied that the easiest method to tell a born vampire (including hybrids) from a sired one is by eye color. Natural vampires have unusual, often impossible eye colors:

-Zezci (Silvania's and Daka's grandmother) has that archetypical blood red

-Uncle Vlad has heterochromia; one eye green and one orange

-Murdo's pupils emit a fiery orange glow

-Daka's eyes are brown and flecked with purple

-Bogdan (Silvania's childhood sweetheart and best friend back in Bistrien) has black irises with a forest green grain pattern

El Parque de la cultura apícola tiene su sede en la vereda San Luis Bajo, a 2 km del Municipio de Silvania en el departamento de Cundinamarca, con una temperatura promedio que oscila entre los 15 y 25 grados centígrados, de fácil acceso vehicular para llegar desde la ciudad de Bogotá.

Las actividades de ecoturismo y capacitación están destinadas a familias (niños, jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores), empresas e instituciones educativas.

Ofrecemos cuatro opciones de alojamiento:

- La casa paisa, que tiene una capacidad de hasta 15 personas.

- La casa en el árbol para 4 personas.

- 4 glampings (Castillo, Iglú, Pirámide e Hindú) cada uno para pareja.

- Ecocolmenas, con capacidad para entre 2 a 4 personas, todo esto para tener una capacidad para albergar aproximadamente 100 personas. I Polish Up Real Nice - Luna

This is my entry for Day Two of the OC New Year's Challenge!

Luna Silvania Aether -> Aether S. Luna

Luna is my oldest OC. Yes, you heard that right. The first OC I ever created. She has gone through a lot of revamps over time (at first, she wasn't even a One Piece OC), and I'm proud to present you her final form. The metamorphosis is complete.

But if you think I'll tell you everything straight to your face, you don't know me well. I like to tease a little :)

In her former concept, she was supposed to be the potential last survivor of a species that originated from the moon, called the Moon Spirits. But then Wano came along, we got to Onigashima, and you might understand why that concept was no longer viable. But I had faith in Oda-sensei, and he presented me a toolkit for a solution only a few chapters later.

So, let me give you an outline and some hints:

Luna is the only one of her kind, the only daughter of Mother Moon, the goddess of the moon herself - or at least she's very convinced of it. Fact is that nobody can explain her powers, manifesting in the form of crystalline shields and beams of light, or how she can substitute bathing in the moonlight for sleep, not to mention her practically glowing eyes and large, angelic wings.

Is she really a demigoddess? Is she even from the moon? Well, with the hints in the moodboard and the help of her name, as well as knowledge of the reveals made within the Wano Arc and Egghead Island Arc, I think you might be able to figure some of it out :)
