I thought I might take the moment to introduce my most frequently drawn characters, I'm working on proper reference sheets for all of them at the moment, but until those are finished you'll simply have to deal with crappy doodles (sorry)

Now this is Mortimer, Mortimer is technically a mossy skeleton brought about by a fae curse, but I won't get into that here. I'm aware his pose isn't anatomically correct, but his bones don't actually attach to each other correctly. He also has 4 fingers on one hand and 6 on the other, hence wonky glove. He also used to be a botanist!

This is Julian, Mortimer's long-term partner. They are somewhat of a mad scientist, and they did get their medical license revoked for malpractice (but hey, where else are you supposed to get spare kidneys other than the mourge?) But that doesn't stop them from being the town's doctor. Probably not a good idea if you ask me

And then here is Claude! Easily the silliest of dudes. He is a mimic who is very good at mimicking corpses. Aside from the eyes. He's so good at this in fact, he managed to pass as a living human, so now works in the palace as the jester. Servants keep going missing, but that is definitely not related to the man eating mimic. Definitely.
