one bit in snowglobe ch2 that i do keep giggling to myself about (and that is very easy to miss, bc kon as the narrator doesn't notice it at all) is in this passage:

Kon walks past Tim into the bedroom, sighs, and yanks off his sweater and leggings, leaving himself in just a T-shirt and boxers. He left his sweatpants in the living room when he changed into costume earlier, and honestly, fuck it. He doesn’t care enough to go get them. He just wants to be out of any tight clothes so he can collapse.

“Rob,” he says, crawling onto the bed again. The pillows are in a state of mild disarray, and Kon paws at them, annoyed. “C’mere.”

Tim’s quiet footsteps appear in the doorway. He pauses for a second, and Kon turns to glance over his shoulder, mildly embarrassed to be on all fours pouting at a pile of pillows. Tim is standing—oh, he stopped to sip his coffee, okay, he’s not about to make fun of Kon for being useless without TTK, then. Never mind, embarrassment cancelled.

now kon is busy going "this sucks, i have a migraine, we're dealing with magic bullshit, i hate this, my pillows aren't arranged right, ugh!!!" and so he jumps to "i feel pathetic and tim might make fun of me for it".

but tim?

tim's version of this is "kon just stripped to a t-shirt and boxers and is on all fours on the bed, looking at him over his shoulder as he walks in". this is not just tim simply not making fun of kon. this isn't even just tim just so happening to pause in the doorway to sip his coffee.

tim's version of this is "... butt 👀." (siiiiiiip.)

And now, to wait it out, maybe. Hopefully, Masane might not mind if she just finds a comfy spot on the floor and take a short rest? Siiiiiiip, sluuuuuurp.

...Sooooo I just got home from work *cider is doing pshhhhh*

So I've been drawing previous pic for a week, I guess. Like, man. I'm really tired. Literally every day since, I dunno, maybe last Tuesday? I usually returned from work at 8-9 pm and painted until 2-3 am and then just slept for 4 hours before work.

It's my first +- serious work for, hmm, 7-9 years I guess? I'm not satisfaed with the result, but just can't do it anymore X)

I have a serious lack of skills( It's not an affectation, it's a fact that was born from poor practice due some personal circumstances. Lack of practice leads toooooooooooooooooooo a bad lines and perspective and so. Like, I see mistakes in my work, but I can't do better, except in my head! And I don't know how people doin rendering! What is rendering?!?!

MY HANDS WON'T LISTEN TO MEEEEE

Like, for example, I decided to make the pic with shading to make it look more chaotic. So I've started with the cloak and did a loooooooooooooooot of shading in micro.

For two days I was like:

But it's not even visible under other layers ahahhaha

*riding bicycle under a gray heavy rainy sky, ugly crying and ringing the bell, then fall off and lying in dirt*

...also the part I love the most is DOFUS, but it was not included into the original idea, so the whole composition looks overwhelmed in the end.

Well, at least it's dark. As I wanted!
