I can't find the source of this adorable art unfortunately... Look at them!!!!

I found this pic while I was cleaning out my gallery. And I saved it in 2021.
Maybe it is from Layton Mobile, idk

When you build yourself on a foundation of helping everyone, you tie yourself to a hard-to-escape self-set standard of behavior.
Small vent thing below the cut
I do want to say that I am okay now, it was a brief spiral during a very slow moment at work.
I got bored while working, which turned into a lot of checking Bluesky and Discord for replies. At the time, there was a VC going, so people weren't in text chat as much; at the same time, Bluesky was in a bit of a lull due to people being busy.
I tried to start a bit of convo but it didn't end up leading to anything at the time, and I sent myself into the spiral - primary thought leading the charge being that I was unwanted or being ignored. Obviously neither of these are the case, but an irrational mind does whatever it wants.
After a little bit it spiraled further into "people don't want you around because you haven't been providing enough of what they want." Fucking absurd thought process because if I don't think that way about other people, they don't think that way about me. But again, irrational mind. Of course, that ended up looping back around to Layton.
He does a lot of what he does because it is a service for people. He appears to act like it is obligate for him to help and not be helped in return.
All in all, I'm doing much better now! If I end up in my head again, I'll probably use that post to keep my thoughts semi-contained.
