Help me escape a toxic situation ❤️‍🩹

I recently started a GoFundMe to raise money to be able to buy a bed and a mattress as well as some smaller items like toiletries and groceries, I’m a queer neurodivergent person living in a less than ideal environment and I have to leave to save my life. I have a room that I can rent, my move in date is June 15th. I would like to raise at least one thousand dollars, I recalculated the budget and found a cheaper bed, so I was able to lower the final goal for the fundraiser.

If you can donate, even the smallest amount, the help it would provide is immense. And if you can’t donate, sharing also helps a ton as well, the farther I can get this spread, the better.

I would love to start out Pride month free and safe, but unfortunately I’m unable to do that without some help. So please, if you’re able, share, boost, donate, all of the above.

Facing homelessness and bankruptcy

My elderly disabled mom and I have less than $1,000 between us. Neither of us are able to work right now, at least not without a work-from-home option. We applied for hardship assistance through our mortgage company and are looking into reverse mortgages. In the meantime, groceries, medical supplies, and utility bills still need to be bought and paid, as well as application fees for the aforementioned loans.

Any little bit helps, please! Y’all were sterling when I last asked for help in 2019 when both my parents were in the hospital and my dad passed away (my url was johnolivejar at the time, in case anyone remembers). We just need enough to keep us afloat while we wait for the decisions of the mortgage companies, which should be incoming over the next two months.

clone xreader life day fic exchange - announcement

hello everyone!! on october 19th, the sign up for the clone xreader life day exchange will drop! if you like xreader fics and the many wonderful clones of star wars, then this is the exchange for you! 

a lot more information will be given on the sign up post, but here are the basics: 

When you sign up, you will need to give a list of the clones that you would be okay to receive a fic for, and one or two short prompts that the person who gets you will use to write your fic.

You will be more than welcome to ask for life day/holiday themed prompts, but it will not be a requirement. i'll also be putting together some information on what life day is and how its themes and values can show up in fics :)

This exchange is random, so i ask that participants be comfortable writing and reading for at least Captain Rex this way no one gets a list of characters they don’t write when it comes time to match.

You’ll have a little over 6 weeks to write, and the word minimum will be 800 words. I’m looking to host the “exchange day” (the day everyone posts their fics) on December 16th. 

anyone is welcome to join these exchanges, whether it’s your first fic or you’re an already established writer!
