Okay, okay I've been doing some thinking and I know Ash was really only added bc what's going on in the anime/the anniversary and I know that the pokemas fandom kinda just memes about Ash being in pokemas

but!!!!!!! Honestly? He's like a REALLY great character for Lear to learn from!!! He has such a strong bond with pikachu, Ash loves pokemon so much and would definitely help a trainer and pokemon bond!

Not to mention Ash also has a staraptor, donphan and krookodile so he could give tips to Lear about taking care of them! And since I enjoy movie continuity (even if the anime doesn't....) Ash would also have some knowledge on Hoopa! I just generally think Ash could help Lear grow just like cheren did!

Alright, since hyung/dongsaeng thing is quite often mentioned I thought to share my 2 cents on your page. It's not a hot topic rn but if you get asks related to hyung/dongsaeng, you may use this cultural context in addition to Korean culture. I don't know maybe you already know about this but sharing this just in case. Also, I love your Tumblr space! 💜

In India, we have student pledges in schools until 12th standard in every single morning assembly. I think the Indian follower's would agree to this at the least. There's this line "All Indians are my brothers and sisters.." and we literally say it during our pledge, for 12 continuos years. (Later we make memes and jokes about this term because we passed out of school man 😂)

Still, we end up dating/marrying/having sexual intercourse with the "Indian partners". Here English is our official language and the Hindi version of the pledge literally has "bother (Bhai) and sister (behen)" mentions. That would mean all Indians are sibblings? But that's not the case right? Biologically we are definitely not, and if one starts taking the terms too seriously, we'll end up with zero population growth in India and it should have been extinct by now since Indian education system is old enough.

It simply represents fraternity and brotherhood for the nation. It doesn't really imply that you can't have an Indian partner.

I mean hyung dongsaeng are Korean terms and if you say "zomata" means brother in Korean, I'll believe you! Because I have no idea about their culture but I'm making my efforts to learn the context in these blogs.

Anyway, JM JK calling each other hyung dongsaeng doesn't prove what they've is only platonic. Everyone has seen enough proofs for their potential relationship which of course I'm not taking any guarantee for. If they are, good for them. If they are not, again good for them (and for some antis as well *cough*homophobes*cough).

Just wanted to bring the cultural context argument which k-army have to explain every single time hyung dongsaeng terms are used. I mean give them break man, they can't keep explaining same thing again and again. 😂

It's funny how everyone is all "they are brother because JM said dongsaeng", while same people will call each other 'bro' in the locker rooms, on the sports teams, at work or anywhere else, because, as you said, it simply represents fraternity and brotherhood - not blood relation. Believe me that none of those that call their friend bro consider them their blood brother.

It's not the bro they have the problem with. It's the bro being a bae they have a problem with.

I can’t remember lol.

Hmm I like drawing my big alien cat gorl Kida. Her design is fun and it’s probably the most “solid” character I have so far (alongside Orion).

Yeah, I kinda adopted Zokii, an albino galra oc from my dear friend Mij who sent me this ask game.

I have many ocs but I don’t talk much about any of them. I’ve been talking a lot about my galra oc’s with my friend Mij though.

I don’t know, I would be really happy if any of my ocs got popular.

Welp I saw a post in the rayllum tag once saying “what if Rayla broke up with someone before going to the Katolis?” and I tought it was cool, so I created a moonshadow elf oc called Luana, Rayla’s ex girlfriend lol.

I don’t know man I like all of them. I could introduce Kida or Orion, ‘cause they’re pretty solid ocs but I already talked a lot about them.

I don’t think any of them can sing... Maybe Luana?

Orion! He’s one of my Sheith kids oc. Unlike the rest of his family, despite of him being a good fighter and a good strategist, he has no desire in following a militar career because he’s an artist! And he likes taking pictures of all the amazing things he gets to see when he travels to planets of the coalition with his family. He’s like an honorary member in missions because he, alongside a small team, records everything that’s going on aboard. He’s always ready to help when things get tought though.

Few people know about my ocs, so no.

Welp, Kida was supposed to be more serious and way less cute and cat-like.

My Mystic messenger mcs because they’re dumb enough to follow the instructions of a complete stranger and break in someone’s apartment lol.

I have Allurance kids as well, they’re twins- a boy and a girl.

The Allurance and Sheith kids (Orion, Kida and Zokii are adopted sibblings, they’ll probably get a human sister too in the future).

Zokii, they’re Kida and Orion’s older brother.

I have this furry alien boy which is the same alien species as Olia (Voltron). He’s one of Pidge’s favorite students and one of the next generation of paladins, but I couldn’t decide if he’s the blue or red paladin yet.
