okay so, i officially have an unspecified eating disorder, which sounds just about as straight forward as it is.

i don't have a therapist rn (even though i rly should find one) so i'm kinda suck with figuring out how to treat it or cope with it by myself??? which is rly hard when..... i don't even.... have a solid means of labeling the disorder lol, cause it's not anorexia, and it's DEFINITELY not bulimia, it's just...... so basically what i think i'm trying to say is do any of you guys happen to have advice on stopping being afraid of eating? or even like, eating in spite of being afraid of eating?? this doesn't make any sense lol i'm just. afraid of eating, bc my brain has convinced my body that food = throwing up = panic attack, so that's what i'm dealing with rn and i need help rly rly rly badly lol
