i’m deeply enamored with corazon who likes kissing katakuri’s jaw and the ends of his wide, fanged smile.

it was a slow process, lowering katakuri’s defenses and getting to see behind the scarf, but it was one corazon approached gently and patiently- embraced even.

at first katakuri though rosinante was just being polite, kind as he was, and was waiting for when the distaste would eventually leak through. but rosinante showed no signs of stopping, making it apparent how endeared he was to his boyfriend’s face with how often he craned upwards to nuzzle his jaw, peck the corner of his crooked mouth, kiss right atop his ugly fangs, and stare at him with wide, appreciative eyes when he thought kata wasn’t looking.

eventually kata sat rosi down and tentatively, lowly said “it’s not an act, is it? you don’t have to pretend around me. it is normal to have your reservations.” and powerful, second son of big mom turns off his haki, ever so slightly (terribly) afraid of the curtains finally falling if he took a peek into the future and saw rejection, mockery, disgust.

it was unfair to rosinante, to ever even assume his loving heart was capable of any of it, but his insecurities have long sat on his shoulders along with his mother’s expectations.

but rosi frantically shakes his head, his clumsy hands rushing to clasp over katakuri’s own, and he sidles closer, head ducking to rest comfortably beneath katakuri’s jaw. “i never was- my love for you isn’t an act,” he pulls back to smile widely up at him, lipstick bright and red stretching from end to end of his face, “and i really like that we match. it’s like a couple thing, isn’t that cute?”

physically affectionate cora and katakuri who grows to preen under the attention. katakuri who still wears his scarf outside but cora likes to tug it down ever so slightly and sneak a quick kiss every now and then, kata huffing but never complaining. kata starting to actively seek and crave physical affection, lounging around and tilting his head to expose his neck so cora can leap into his arms and nuzzle into the crook and trace his jawline with his soft lips.

i can just imagine katakuri dropping a few of his siblings off at rosinante’s daycare as a way to see rosi more often but it just ends with his little siblings exposing his ass

thinking about modern au katacora with baker katakuri who owns a quaint little donut shop and daycare worker corazon who buys donuts for the little ones every friday.

katakuri who’s moved far away from everything he’s ever known in the process of learning to detach himself from his mother’s toxic expectations, and corazon who struggled finding work after serving in the marines, but found a passion in looking after children with busy or absent guardians, just like him.

katakuri who’s come to appreciate the clumsy blond man that stumbles in to ramble about the adorable children at the daycare, completely forgetting to say his order at all, but he doesn’t need to anyway since katakuri’s memorized it all. corazon whose heart flutters at the warm look on the baker’s face whenever he talks about the kids, never needing to see his smile, hidden meticulously beneath a face mask, because it reaches his eyes regardless.

katakuri and corazon who develop the most toothrottingly sweet crush on each other. yeah. yeahhh.

Also i feel like baby Cora will get super upset about his clumsiness but Kata will try to comfort him saying its not a big deal and mistakes happen <3
