I’m so fed up with being too tired to do things. I can’t even get to class after work without risking falling asleep at the wheel. My ASL class is the one identity I have outside of work and I think about skipping every other class literally just because I’m so exhausted l, and I hate it. I get enough sleep most nights and I eat decently and I take all my meds and supplements religiously because my brain barely makes the chemicals it’s supposed to, but I can hardly muster enough energy to do one thirteen hour day a week.

This doctor I’m seeing on Friday better be ready to put in the work to help me figure this out because I will not be accepting a bullshit answer
