The concept of humanoid plant-life is both horrifying and intriguing, does your species happen to create any natural poisons to ward of bugs/predators perhaps? Like Foxgloves or Lily of the Valley? Or are you just boring like Trees since you apparently turn into Trees?

 I come from a proud line of Shroobia Shlorpies! Lots of bugs there, so I'm proud to say you should not bite me unless... uh... Well, to be honest I don't know what my toxins do to humans.

Anyway, some of us are poisonous and some aren't. Thankfully we have vaccines for that! Artificial toxins vaccines.

 However, Shlorp never invented a vaccine against Earth's pests. That bothers me a lot. I don't allow the replicants (nor Terry) to explore the wilderness without a good amount of bug spray, just in case. I hate leafhopper bites so fucking much."
