Final Scene Friday!

I cherish our traditions, but while I was looking for a fidget, I was idly playing with alliteration in my head and it occurred to me that this could be a fun new game.

I’m calling it “Final Scene Friday” as opposed to my initial inclination, “Final Shot Friday“, because there is plenty in each final scene to choose from, but we’d all wind up posting the same two or three photos if I limited it to only final shots.

Anyway, I selected a couple of unexpected ones to choose between, but ultimately, I just had to go with my emotions.

I’m t-totally new here, buuuuuut I just wanted to say I genuinely enjoy your writing style so much. I write fanfiction a lot and it’s just such a refresher to find another writer’s content I enjoy. I don’t even know who Roman Roy is or what he’s from, but I am OBSESSED. The Gyno!fic inspired me to write one with a similar concept of another character, I love it!! Thank you and stay freaky 👅

But I’m curious, and maybe you or another anon can answer this for me - so assuming you don’t know/care about the characters I write for (mostly Joel Miller of TLOU or Roman Roy from Succession), you just enjoy my writing anyway (which - fuckin thank you for that, btw), how do you stumble across my work?

Because you’re not the first person to say “I don’t know about this character or that character, I just like to read your writing” and I always wonder how you guys end up here!! Not that I’m complaining, of course. I’m happy you’re here. Just curious!

The spiderman Hinata AU is so hilarious. Also Hinata realising very early on that there's no way Kageyama can figure out his identity and having fun with it. Like he keeps baiting Kageyama into defending Spiderman and always says stuff like "Spiderman sucks" just to hear the three minute long rant he gets about how awesome he is. Tsukki figures out relatively quickly and gives him shit for lapping up the praise but doesn't ruin it for him because he also finds it amusing. Kageyama and Yamaguchi have no idea why the other half of their quartet falls to pieces when they sing Spiderman's praises.

so cute and TRUE, I can so perfectly picture Hinata grinning ear to ear hearing Kageyama angrily rant about how awesome Spiderman is. If this is the joy that hearing a ‘Nice receive’ from Kageyama would give him then he might not survive it.

and as for Tsukki…… oh I can so easily picture him being smug about figuring out Hinata’s identity for like. one (1) second before he realizes wait does this mean I’ll have to be his guy in the chair. I don’t want to be his guy in the chair. The regret is INSTANT because ugh now he feels the responsibility to be Hinata’s ally and keep his secret, as if being his math, science and english tutor wasn’t enough.

…and of course hearing Yamaguchi constantly gush about Spiderman knowing its that shrimp would amuse him until it pisses him off. Cause saying “Don’t feed his ego, Yamaguchi” just gets him another spiel about how AWESOME Spidey is not just from Yamaguchi and Kageyama but also half the fucking club.

Oh god, wait, but now I’m giggling cause I just imagine someone like Suga pulling Hinata and Tsukishima aside and telling him like “I think I know Spiderman’s identity, and I think you two know it, too. It’s Noya.”

“… why do you think its Noya?”

“They’re the same height.”

Hear me out...The movie 'Help! I'm a Fish' but with the TWST cast...

...Specifically our resident quartet of Yuu, Ace and Deuce as the main characters who are turned into merpeople by a potion, and them having 48 hours to make a cure or stay merpeople forever. Yuu being based on a shrimp, Ace being a crab and Deuce a mackerel. And Grim will take the place of the seahorse in the film (maybe in the form of a seal or catfish) and become Yuu's companion.

But they aren't the only ones to have transformed, as the potion also has affected two mischievous moray eels and a certain octopus who is now making an entire civilization of newly turned merpeople to overthrow humanity. But he is running low...and if the three former humans succeed in turning back, well...

I know this sounds insane, but I just find it such a funny idea. Plus, the villian has a pretty catchy musical number.
