🚨the animation is done purely for the barpath. Although I tried my best to get the elbows correct, the angle is a bit weird for me to get it exact.🚨 - - Via @nattyknowledge💪 - - - - In order to have the strongest and most efficient overhead press, the bar path must be vertical. - This allows it to be the shortest path and will produce more power. - Don't have a curved bar path as this lengthens it and can cause imbalances. - In order to get your head out of the way, tuck your chin in when it is passing your head and stick your chest out!
