So if you want to help get the cw & the supergirl show runners to listen & to treat lgbt fandoms & characters with respect please go a head & sign

We cant change what the show did ok the past like how they screwed over sanvers fans & how they killed so many back ground lgbt characters but we can try to keep them from doing it again.

Being a supercorp shipper sometimes sucks when i go to look at fanart but get bombarded with anti crap (all types of anti) and immature people gatekeeping. Like bruh, people can ship whatever they want, whether it be the old canon ship from the comic (Supergirl x Brainy) or fanon like Karamel or Supercorp or Valorcorp or Sanvers (though it would have been nice if Queller kept Maggie's daughter from the comics since she's a middle aged lesbian with a child). Is it really that hard for all of us to get along and agree that the showrunners make shitty story arcs for all of the characters? because really the CW dc shows are just terrible fanfics inspired by the comics. (also, Lar Gand/Mon El is no longer Superman's adoptive brother in the comics, he is now Jon Kent's great grandson which means he's related to Kara..... it sucks I know, as a Legion fan I hate the new comic canon lore with a passion)

And you are sure you use the tags not the search? Because when you use search, you see all stuff aka things that are tagged anti too. At least on the tumblr, not sure about twitter and insta. As for your general question, no, I don't think we as ship fandoms can live peacefuly and agree that ship and allow to ship. For some reason, if the fandoms focus too much on ships (my theory is, when a show basically sucks and there is nothing to focus but relationships the fandoms go to shit. It's kind of the tv/movie producers fault, because of them forcing love relationships to every show/movie, even when they could just fucking not, but sex sells blah blah blah) they turn to be super fanatic, gross and basically behave like they are on a war for a better world, while it all is about getting the two characters they like to kiss.

This is what happened to SG. There is basically nothing to talk about in the main tags, most posts are just about ships or pics of that one fanatcis fave. And I miss the times when I could go to the tags and read some meta, sigh.

I don't know the rest of the shows, I don't watch them, but the fact is Gossip Queller Girl and Rowner should have not become the showruners of this show. Queller admitted she has never read a comic book. That's my whole comment.

I mean, I don't read the comics (I'm too annoyed by the fact the are gazillion diffrent veriosns that are contradicting to each other, I prefered manga, sorry), but I treat the comic book canon and tv show canon like two different versions. It's like show Kara didn't fuck a horse and Lobotomizer never used a wheelchair and was not disabled etc.

Also, I have heard a lot of Mon-El and Legion fans hate the new version, so you are not alone.

Do you ever 100% have those days when you believe supercorp is in fact canon in all the ways compared to the het tropes? But there’s the thorn on your side that’s “waiting” on everybody behind the show to “confirm” what we’ve been saying and preaching for years now? And if it highkey comes down to the show pulling a catradora on us with supercorp I’ll be totally fine with it because I’ll just take that as a big fat “I told you so” to the haters. Analysis GO OFF 😚

Dude, you have no idea how many little break downs I have every once in a while because I just feel so confident that Supercorp will happen! Everything in the Supercorp-specific writing, music, cinematic tropes, actress choices, etc. has shown that Kara and Lena will and should be canon. Look, I’m in graduate school for psychology and I haven’t taken a film class in my life. I’ve never even been a big “shipping” person. But I watched Supergirl live all throughout undergrad, often with my straight friends (who were less into the show) and even they noticed all the things that we "delusional" fans discuss.

Iconic Superhero/Love interest tropes

The Hero having to choose between saving their LI or kids/city/world, but miraculously save both. May I present Exhibit A:

The LI standing between the Hero and their one weakness: literally every time Lena has built anti-kryptonite suits, protected Kara before she knew her identity, and specifically Exhibit B:

Dramatic saves of the LI: I present the longing looks mid-rescue for Exhibit C:

The Hero running flying toward certain death to save their LI: Kara disregards a kryptonite bomb in Exhibit D:

The LI being the last to know the hero's identity, but Hero will still risk their identity to save the LI: Everyone say hello to Exhibit E:

The Hero finding strength from their LI: the CW sure loves using El Mayarah in Supercorp posts! And social media aside, we've seen how confident and strong Lena makes Kara, both in dialogue and visually. (And it's a bonus that Kara makes Lena stronger too!)

Everything with food

Kara literally referred to food as a love language when talking to Nia. Only an episode or so away from bringing Lena food from 3 different countries. And let’s remember how Kara offered to fly to Italy for her first date with James...

Kara also always brought Lena food, even before season 5. That was their Thing.

We also have to talk about the absences of food: Kara dropping potstickers at Pulitzer ceremony when she sees Lena and not accepting Dansen’s invitation to get food after her falling out with Lena.

It was established all the way back in Season 1 (very much so in the fun Flash crossover) that Kara thinks food is more important than everything and will often use it as a coping mechanism when she’s sad (like in Season 2/3 about Mon). Yet, she’s so devastated over Lena that she can’t even eat her favorite foods? Interesting.

Color schemes and certain shots

The red/blue color scheme consistently used with Supercorp, with exception to the purple tones used in Season 5 to represent their conflict.

No other love interest for Kara has consistently used that iconic Super/LL color palet. Not James, Mon, William, or the two episodes with Adam.

I'd like to specifically remind everyone how Kara chose to wear purple with William, against Alex's explicit advice.

There are always lighting choices made with Supercorp shots. No other duo (besides dramatic Danvers sisters shots) seem to have such artistic care.

Do I even need to mention the balcony scenes? Both at the Pulitzer Ceremony and in scenes from multiple seasons where Kara has hovered over Lena's balcony-- most notably in 5x03.

Like seriously, do I need to mention the scene from 5x08 where Kara and Lena are looking longingly at the same picture of the two of them?

Music

If I know anything as a musician, I know scores. And Blake Neely has created certain melodies just for Supercorp saves. There’s the typical “Supergirl hero” melody, but it’s rarely used for scenes with Lena (besides the one instance in 5x07 cliff scene, when Neely combines the Leviathan theme with the Supergirl theme).

If you want to listen to examples: the brief save in 2x15 and the plane save in 3x05. Both melodies are unique, unreleased scores that (to my musical knowledge) have not been repeated with other Kara rescues. 

Also, can we talk about how Supercorp has their own heroic theme, composed specifically for the 100th episode? Played by a live orchestra? For the one AU where Kara and Lena were partners from the start?

Decisions made by Melissa and Katie

We know they've known about Supercorp since at least the end of Season 2. Melissa showed Katie and they've been aware for years.

Yet, they play into the Supercorp dynamic. Longing stares, giggly dialogue, tear filled eyes, etc.

Regarding Melissa specifically: for her directorial debut she made two significant decisions. 1. She chose to have a camera pan over the room during Lex's speech, showing only Lena noticing Kara leaving and upset. 2. She dressed Lena in two comics Lois Lane outfits, one of which in red to parallel Kara's blue.

Melissa also has played Kara's interractions with Lena very similarly to how she played the Kara/James dynamic in Season 1. Something she chose not to do with Mon or William. But let's get into my next point...

Despite the mistreatment of Supercorp fans, and LGBT fans in general, by some actors and crew, and despite the tone deaf plot lines and usage of characters, Supercorp has consistently held up with all of my points stated above. That's why I still have days where I can just feel it in my bones that Supergirl is playing the slow burn game with Supercorp. It clearly won't be as well-done as Catradora, because of how much sh*t they've pulled over the seasons. But just like you, I have days where I get strong feelings that maybe it’s all part of their poorly thought out plan and we’ll get that validation and happiness.

Different premise again. In this one Lena was originally not an Omega. And Kara is really very, very sorry.

To no surprise, the only Omega that Kara has been around, Lena Luthor, is coming into her heat and desperate in her search for Kara. This mess, along with a damn Luthor who refuses to be told no, is the last things Alex needs. After all, she's hiding a pretty big secret of her own...

Then again, Alex isn't the only one with a secret or two.

I rarely rec ABO stories (not sure if I ever have) but if I recommend only one it should be this one. Additionally it is also a WIP fic which I also rarely recommend, but I need to include it here because it is brilliant.

It is an ABO / omegaverse story - but it is probably not a lot of things you might think of when you read this. It is also a no powers college/university AU. This is a pretty "normal", modern society that is dealing with the "issues" of an omegaverse in "civilized" and rational ways (e.g. there is medication available). There is no dubious consent and similar aspects often found in ABO stories. The basics of an omega verse however do remain. There are Alphas, Betas and Omegas. Kara is a female Alpha (also g!p/girl penis) and Lena is an Omega.

Told from Lena’s POV this is a wonderfully written strangers to friends with benefits to lovers story. To quote one of the author's tags: "Porn with hella plot".

One of the things I love about this story is how well it blends Supercorp into an Omega verse and how much it turns many Omega verse tropes around: Kara is shy and an awkward alpha. Lena is assertive and strong and she really cannot stand the hormone suppressants that she needs to take once a month. She really prefers the "traditional" way.

Pride Month Prompts Day 5: AU/Free For All (Sanvers)

From this Pride Month Prompts post! I’m taking the opportunity to write some short fics for a variety of pairings that I haven’t written for as much, maybe at all. They won’t be going on AO3, so I’ll be sure to tag them all with #pride month prompts so you can find them later if you want.

Day 5: AU/Free For All

A/N: Credit for the idea (AU where Alex meets Maggie at the farmers market where Maggie runs a stand with her home-grown vegetables) goes to @dimplescanary! 

“If you’d let me drive, you wouldn’t have to spend the first 10 minutes of every stop complaining about how stiff you are,” Kara said as she made a grab for the keys.

Alex jerked them back just in time. “Not a chance. I’d like to keep the contents of my stomach inside my stomach, thank you very much.”

With a roll of her eyes, Kara turned in the direction the signs for the farmer’s market were pointing. “Now that I understand how fragile the human sense of equilibrium is, I’m, like, a thousand times better.” Alex shuddered at the memories from the first time she’d tried to teach Kara to drive a few months before official records declared her 16 because, as Kara had rationalized it, “I was stuck in outer space for decades, Alex. I’m basically middle-aged.”

“Maybe once you’ve been here for a full decade I’ll let you try again.”

“Yeah, yeah.” Still, Kara wouldn’t complain. Last summer Alex had come home from Stanford for two full weeks and, much to Eliza’s chagrin, taught her how to ride a motorcycle, and she knew that Alex was voluntarily missing a lot of research time for their summer road trip to celebrate Kara’s graduation.

As they followed the signs through yet another small Midwestern town--and honestly, Kara was starting to see the appeal Kal-El had felt with how quiet they could be, even with her super senses--they chatted about nothing and everything. Kara talked again about how excited she was for her journalism elective amidst all the required gen-eds, and Alex gushed about how smart Professor Frankel was and how innovative her research methods were and how she drove the coolest motorcycle, and could you even believe that professors drove motorcycles?

As they got closer to the market, Kara perked up. “Ooh! It smells like they’ve got baked goods.”

Alex snickered, shoving lightly at Kara’s shoulder. “Put your nose down. You look like an overeager puppy.”

“If we get there and don’t find the good donuts because you wouldn’t let me sniff them out, it’s on your conscience.”

Alex just rolled her eyes and shook her head.

A few minutes later, they rounded the corner and found a large park covered in tents and tables and even a miniature stage with live music. Squeals rang out from the playground area where children ran around, and small groups of people wandered between booths, filling their bags with fresh meat and produce from the local farms. Since they weren’t in any rush, Kara and Alex simply started at the stand closest to them and began working their way around the perimeter, happily accepting as many samples as were offered--at least until they got to the lady handing out beets because no thank you, please.

One of the booths they reached seemed to be deserted, though there was a cute, handwritten sign propped up that read, “Peas stay honest - I’ll be back in 5!” in curling blue chalk. Alex was pleased to see a $10 bill tucked beneath the corner of the sign; apparently people respected whoever it was running the Lettuce Make Your Day stand. Kara drifted over to the next booth, while Alex lingered at the empty stand, looking for the prices of the small cartons of strawberries.

“Look good, don’t they?” came a voice from behind her.

“Yeah,” Alex began, spinning around on her heel. But then she forgot everything she was going to say about too many days on the road and too few fruits and vegetables and wow wouldn’t her mom pay money to hear her saying that. Because standing behind her was the cutest girl she’d ever seen, with a broad smile that made her dimples pop and dark hair twisted into two long braids and a flannel shirt that Alex wished meant she was gay but probably just meant she was a farmer or a midwesterner. “Uhm.”

“Alex!” Kara’s voice burst through the bubble that seemed to have sprung up between Alex and the mystery girl and the rest of the farmer’s market. “Look!” She gestured at the large bins of cauliflower. “It’s ghost broccoli.” As she cackled and made eerie ghost noises, Alex felt her cheeks blush scarlet.

“Kara,” she hissed, eyebrows raising as she tilted her head meaningfully in the cute girl’s direction. “Stop it.”

“Er, right.” After a moment, she smiled over at them and stepped up beside Alex. “I’m Kara. I see you’ve already met my sister Alex.”

“I didn’t actually get her name yet, but it’s nice to meet you both. I’m Maggie.”

Alex smiled and nodded, and Kara rolled her eyes. “We’re currently on a road trip across the country. It was hard getting this one away from all her super smart research, but she’s sweet enough to make time for me, aren’t you Alex?” Kara poked Alex’s ribs.

“Right, um, yeah, anything for my sister.” Kara stepped on Alex’s toes next. “What are you doing here?”

Maggie pointed at the empty booth behind them. “Working.”

“Oh! I didn’t realize, sorry, I can let you get back to work.”

Maggie shrugged, an easy smile pulling up the corners of her mouth. “If you’re thinking about buying anything, I can call it work.”

“I was actually looking at those strawberries. They look”--Alex paused as Maggie plucked one from a half-empty carton and held it out to her--“beautiful. I mean, tasty! I mean, amazing. Good. Fine. They look like strawberries.” She could hear Kara muttering under her breath about it being amazing that Alex managed to find dates, but she felt rooted to the spot.

“Well, I’m only a summer worker, but I think they’re pretty beautiful.” Maggie leaned forward a little and sent a wink in Alex’s direction. “Or maybe that’s just the person looking at them.”

Alex felt some of her nerves ebb away at that. If Maggie could be cheesy and not straight and call her beautiful, then she could certainly manage some basic conversation. Still, having a few minutes to slow her heart rate while she sampled the strawberries helped. “Holy shit, these are really good.”

“Better than fine?”

“So much better.”

Maggie leaned one of her hips against her side of the table as she gestured at the little “About the Farm” sign that hung behind her. “Sue Anne does a really great job. Doesn’t grow as much as some of the competitors”--Maggie’s hand swept around the room--“but she does an amazing job with the things she chooses.”

“How’d you end up working there?” Alex asked, barely noticing as Kara wandered away.

“I was looking for a summer job after freshman year, something that might come with housing so I could stay for the summer. My Intro to Bio professor is Sue Anne’s wife, so she put us in contact, and I’ve been working here every summer since.”

“That’s really cool. I’ve always been cooped up in a lab all summer.”

“This is my last summer actually. I graduated this spring, and I’ll start up at the Police Academy in Gotham in a month.” A handful of customers came up then, and Alex stepped away, letting Maggie handle them and ignoring Kara, who stood a few booths over making exaggerated kissing motions and giggling.

For the next hour and a half, while Kara ate her way around the market, Alex chatted with Maggie on and off between customers. After Kara had texted three times in a row, though, she knew she finally had to wrap it up.

“I should probably head out, let you work and all that, but I want to buy some of those strawberries before I leave.”

“Here, they’re on the house.” Maggie pushed over one of the cartons.

“No, I can’t do that--plus, I kept you busy for so long.”

“Trust me, you made my afternoon a hundred times better.”

Alex swallowed heavily as she dragged her toes along the grass. “Um, maybe as a thank you, would you want to come to dinner? We’re gonna spend the night here and probably try to find a decent local restaurant, and it’d be nice--or, I mean, I’d really like to see you again before I leave.”

“You asking me out?” The question was blunt, but the smile was genuine.

With a shrug, Alex tried not to look too hopeful. “You saying yes?”

“Yeah, I think I am.”

Alex beamed, and in an instant, Kara was at her side. “So I hear I’m third-wheeling it tonight?”

Before Alex could kick Kara in the shins, Maggie was laughing loudly. “Only if you don’t mind.”

“Hey, I’m just impressed that you’re still giving her a chance after all the stammering and blushing.”

“Oh I don’t know...I think it was pretty cute.”

some rambles;

I think what the supergirl writers don’t realize is that while, yes, Alex’s coming out story is important to fans, most of them don’t have an alien sister who’s out there risking her life, are part of a secret organization that deals with alien lifeforms, and have a father who was presumed dead but now is known to be alive.

So those milestones for Alex are going to look a little different.

You can’t treat Sanvers the same way you’d treat a relationship between two women on a more reality grounded show, because well, Alex’s life isn’t normal enough for that. And even then LGBT relationships, in general, aren’t all some sort of cookie cutter storyline that you can just place into every show. You have to mold them to fit the characters who they are pertaining to. 

You wanted her to spend time with Maggie? Have Maggie help out with Alex trying to find her father. Then maybe deal with all this other stuff like valentines day and all that jazz. Alex deserves to be happy but it’s not in character for her to just...forget that Jerimiah is alive? And in Cadmus?

Or jfc at least cut down on Mon El’s screentime a bit (because really why is he getting the special treatment here?) so you can have some Kara, Alex, and J’onn track down Jerimiah time. Because honestly, these three are the best part of the show. And no matter who they are romancing, these three, or at least the Danvers Sisters™, should be the focus. 

Side note: Why are Maggie, M’Gann, and Mon El all being treated so differently? They’re all love interests, yet only one seems to have a significant backstory, is still sticking around, and has a whopping amount of screentime. Learn to juggle the screentime if you’re going to give every character a love interest, k?

Hello again

It’s been a dang diddly long time. So, I have some updates and such under the cut. And also some info for the followers who have joined during this very sparse time. Hi and I apologize to each and every person on mobile.

1. ClexaCon 

Right after ClexaCon there’s this emotional death, pretty much, where you’re just exhausted, or at least I was. The first week after ClexaCon, all I did was sleep and school work.

Then my adventures with fungus hit a crescendo and I finished about three weeks of work in four days. But I made my deadline and I should have a published paper by this winter or spring.

The end of the semester was as crazy as always, but everything turned out alright, and I was accepted into the law school I’ll be attending this fall with a full ride. Moving has been much less fun than I remember it being when I was seven, but we’re close to done.

I’ll be starting classes on the 13th of August and then it’ll just be back to the grind. But, until then, I have a few stories I’ll be working on.

I could not be more grateful that I got to go to ClexaCon and experience such a beautiful collection of people. It felt like a place I could breathe in. Like everything was fine and good. There were so many women just supporting and loving other women.

 I have so many pictures and memories that I'm going to cherish for the rest of my life. Now I just desperately want the rest of the world to catch the fuck up with ClexaCon's ambiance.

2. San Francisco

a character who deserved better: I guess Maggie is the expectedanswer here. But also James in s2, the way they just completely replaced himwith Mon-el was just…. wow. Unbelievable. But most of all I’m gonna say Kara. Atone point they basically made Mon-el the co-lead of her show, and that combinedwith how Kara’s story became all about him… wow, this character deserved somuch better.

a ship I’ve never been able to get into:  I can’t think of anything else but Karamel. Imean, I’m also not particularly invested in any of Winn’s ships, and feelmostly indifference to the hetero ships on this show.

a ship I’ve never been able to get over:  I will forever be sad about how Sanvers went down,like, I’ll never get over how much potential there was with this, and what kindof disappointment it ended up being. But I amable to get over them in the sense that, I’m ready for Alex to get a new loveinterest, ready to ship and love them, and I hope there’s a chance that it’sSam! 😊 If that doesn’t happen, I’ll neverbe able to get over it :p

a cute, low-key ship: Is Kara/Alex a low-key ship? Imean, they’re a big/important ship ofc, but they’re low-key right,  they don’t cause much discussion or anything,they’re just always there and I love them so much?  I guess Sam/Alex counts here, they’re justbeing such cute friends right now.  (andI SHIP IT). Oh the cutest low-key friendship is Kara/Barry!

an unpopular ship but I still enjoyed it:  Karolsen. I was like their only fan!   But definitely also Sara/Alex lol. I madesure to carefully tag everything with them, and I still lost like 6 followersfor reblogging them :’ )   Sorry mygirls, Caity and Chyler are my wives and I ship all of my wives together, so Iwas very excited!! 😊

a ship that was totally wrong and never shouldhave happened:  uhm idkkk?  I guess Karamel again. I don’t think they arenecessarily wrong as in they are incompatible, but more for off screen reasons.That whole “byebye James, here comes white hero Mon-el” thing  and how they wrote Kara in this, should definitelynever have happened.

my favourite storyline/moment: Definitely Alex coming out arc 😊 I think the scene in the bar where she came out to Maggie is what got methe most. That was a really really good scene, one of the best coming outscenes I’ve ever seen on tv. Chyler was SO. GOOD.  More superhero-related I loved Red Kryptonite and everything it caused, probably still their best episode.

a storyline that never should have been written:Sanvers gettingengaged in a rush only to break them up a few episodes later because ofsomething they should have discussed way before. It was a valid reason to breakup, but one that should not have been written. Cause meh. Also Monhell.

my first thoughts on the show: never been huge on superhero shows(in fact I was a complete layman when it comes to Marvel and DC). Startedwatching it for the lesbians (not sure I would have otherwise) and ended upquite enjoying s1. And now I'm in the fandom of all these superhero shows wow :p

my thoughts now: there is some bitterness as a consequence ofall kinds of things. Mostly Sanvers related, lesbian related, and a bit Monhellrelated. But I’m still watching (though a few eps behind) and still enjoying itwell enough. But tbh the better give Alex a good love interest soon, to keep myattention.

Can I just say I miss a question to mention how much this show (and I) misses CAT GRANT!!!!!

a cw tv rant

i owe a lot to the arrowverse, dctv, and cw tv in general. the first show i ever really got into is izombie, which was after the flash i believe. izombie introduced me to the flash, then arrow, then legends of tomorrow, then supergirl, and so many other cw shows. so just know that i'm really grateful for all these shows. however, the treatment of some characters really grind my gears. so let's get this started. 1.) thea queen thea queen is without a doubt, my favorite arrowverse/dctv character. she is smart, funny, and strong as hell. i mean, this chick died. now about her strength: remember when she went rogue for a bit and trained with her biological dad malcolm merlyn (may he rip, i don't know for sure if he is dead and he shouldn't be bc he's a lot better of a villian than damien darke #oops) for a hot minute? that was her journey to becoming a kick ass hero. during the scene when she sparred with malcolm, she beat him. she beat the guy who's one of ollie's greatest enemies. sure it was a sparring match but she's such a skilled character and the writers be sleeping on her. stop introducing new characters (I LOVE THE NEW CHARACTERS DON'T GET ME WRONG) and work with what you've been building for so long! give her a good storyline this season! like roy harper, her being a kickass aunt to william, maybe even run for mayor or something in politics after ollie's term is over?? i don't know what but she should have some title in government or run a business because this chick knows what she's doing if she's given a platform. 2.) laurel lance so regardless of who you ship ollie with, laurel was a great character. i don't really know what to say bout her because they killed her and everytime they've brought up her coming back on lot it gets shut down so i know that won't happen. yeah it's great having katie cassidy on as black siren but ??? why did they kill her just to bring her back a few seasons later? to eliminate the other possible love interest oliver has? that's a bit dramatic. but yeah she just deserved better. 3.) ROY HARPER sorry that i yelled, i just miss this boy :(( i also love colton haynes and love to see him wherever i get him. david said that we'll see him this season so i'm just hoping that in the episode when we do, the feedback is so positive they bring him back right there and then. oh and for him to get with thea! they're my mom and dad man. 4.)maggie sawyer ok so this rant involves the fandom as well. to the sanvers shippers who think alex did the wrong thing: you obviously don't care about alex as much as you claim you do and don't want what's actually best for her bc she fucking wants kids and her walking away from maggie, the first woman she openly was in love with, was so incredibly hard for her and this woman doesn't deserve any hate for doing so. i have't seen many sanvers saying this but if you do?? i just don't get it?? that being said, what the writers did was such a shitty thing. i don't even want to get into it because supergirl every week gets less and less appealing. so people can be mad at how the breakup was handled and written, but alex danvers did the right thing. maggie sawyer letting her go was also the right thing. doesn't mean that the whole situation isn't a shitty thing. 5.) lowell tracy i don't know why i am switching fandom gears but they're all dctv/cwtv sooo. BUT YES THIS MAN DIDN'T DESERVE TO DIE LIV DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SAY I LOVE YOU TOO. it's been over 2 years and i still can't talk bout him without getting teary eyed i'm sucha pussy. same with drake. 6.) joaquin desantos he was just a serpent boy who fell in love with a preppy boy :(( but i don't really get why he was written off (if the actor had to leave correct me) because it's not like they don't have serpents who do bad things on the show. and yes, maybe kevin wouldn't have wanted to be with someone who did all of that shit but i feel like kevin's mature enough to be open to sitting down and talking through all of joaquin's reasonings for doing those shady things. like that talk i'm going to ~assume~ betty and jughead had because if they didn't talk about jughead being a serpent and him lying to betty and whatever betty did, they're gonna be toast for realz this time. 7.) cheryl blossom she's still on the show but what the fuck was that drawing of her and josie like we had a beautiful possible romantic relationship growing between them and now everyone's like o_O i don't get the point of this post it's really messy and is gonna be an ass to tag but whatevs. also this is all my opinion so if you disagree with any of it, that's a-ok! except if you think that alex should have stayed with maggie. then you suck booty hole.

High School Sanvers Science Team

Maxwell Lord is furious.

Which makes sense. He’s always furious about something.

Last year, it was that sophomore Alex Danvers had the nerve to say no to him -- a junior -- when he asked her to the junior prom.

Whatever, he’d figured. People think of her as a hopeless nerd anyway, he’d figured. Especially with her new tag-along little sister, he’d figured. She’ll just be like all the other sophomores and have to wait for their own junior prom, he’d figured.

He’d figured wrong. 

As it turned out, he hadn’t been the only junior with an eye for the almost unfairly brilliant sophomore girl.

Because Alex had turned him down, and had gone to the junior prom with Maggie Sawyer.

That had been bad enough. But this year? This year, things were even worse.

This year, Maggie was a senior, Alex was a junior, and they were unmistakably that couple.

The couple that all the younger queer kids -- especially that freshman boy with the oversized collared shirts and silver stud earring -- followed around and genuinely befriended.

The couple that most of the straight cis couples were jealous of, because how could a high school relationship -- or any relationship, for that matter -- possible by that healthy? That happy?

Not that the girls didn’t have their problems.

He’d heard rumors that Sawyer’s parents had kicked her out for being gay, and even though they definitely weren’t friends, Max had to admit that the rumor made his blood boil.

He’d heard that Danvers had almost gotten suspended for breaking that Malverne kid’s nose after he kept following them around, taunting them about what team Maggie had convinced Alex to play for. He’d smirked when he heard that Danvers had broken the kid’s nose and then high-fived that Schott boy.

But those hardships?

Only seemed to make Maggie Sawyer and Alex Danvers even more legendary at Midvale High.

And that was all fine.

But this latest development?

This latest development was simply unacceptable.

“How could I not be on the A Team, Ms. M’orzz? Is there anyone in this school -- except maybe Luthor and Schott, if they’re having a good day and I’m having a bad day -- who can handle the building events as well as I can?”

Ms. M’orzz regards Max evenly, somewhat resignedly, over her glasses, over pressed-together fingertips and slightly raised eyebrows.

“Max, Science Olympiad isn’t only about technical mastery and scientific smarts. Which you undeniably have. Science Olympiad is about teamwork and generosity of spirit. Which you’re still working to develop. I have no doubt that you’ll bring home medals for us. On the B Team.”

“But Ms. M’orzz, everyone knows that the A Team is for smarter students -- “

“No, Mr. Lord. It isn’t. Both teams represent our school at the competition, and both teams -- “

“So Sawyer gets to work with Danvers on both Forensics and Astronomy?”

Ms. M’orzz smiles slightly through pursed lips. “They’ve proven throughout our in-house events to make a really great team, Mr. Lord. I have every confidence that you will shine on the B Team, just as they’ll shine on the A Team. Perhaps think of this as a leadership opportunity.”

He does shine on the B Team during the competition. He brings home silver medals in events from Boomilever to Electric Vehicle to Helicopters, and he isn’t bested by any other schools; just by Winn and Lena from his own school.

But Alex and Maggie?

They make sure the silver medalists from other high schools don’t even come close to touching their event scores. 

They work seamlessly in the lab during the Forensics event.

Other teams come in with a plan to divide the work between them: who will analyze the polymers, who will dust and identify the fingerprints, who will analyze the fake blood spatters and who will take charge of the entomology component. 

But Alex and Maggie come in with a deeply organic understanding of how the other thinks, what the other knows, what stresses the other out.

So Maggie reads their simulated case while Alex matches whorl patterns; Maggie takes the striker out of a frustrated Alex’s hand with a kiss to the back of her neck that pushes her goggles into her face, sending them both into a soft spate of giggling before Maggie successfully lights the Bunsen burner; and they murmur together over the polymer samples, the photographs of footprints, the descriptions of fake larvae at their false crime scene.

Together, they do what no other Sci Oly team has done -- they complete the Forensics event, the entire exam, even though it is always designed to take too much work, to be too difficult, to possibly complete within the hour they’re given.

They have no time to do anything but kiss briefly, excitedly, adrenaline coursing through their veins and their brains buzzing, as they strip off their gloves, lab coats, and goggles, hastily and efficiently -- their hands always seeming to anticipate where the others’ want to go -- packing up their forensics kit and passing it off to Winn, waiting in the hall, fresh out of his Circuits Lab event.

“How’d you do?” he asks as he takes their kit from Maggie’s hand.

“How’d you think?” Alex grins, and Winn whoops.

“Awesome, yes! Okay, I don’t have another event until twelve: I’ll take this back to the room. Astronomy’s on the third floor, room -- “

“334, I remember! Thanks, Schott!” Maggie smiles over her shoulder as she and Alex dash for the stairwell, hand in hand, for their Astronomy event, starting promptly in five minutes.

Alex knocks out the calculations while Maggie jots down all the definitions. They whisper together, in a classroom full of other astronomy nerds from across the region, all adorned in t-shirts designed by and for their different schools.

They whisper about the most effective methods of exoplanet detection and whether the question on quasars was supposed to already include knowledge of gravitational lensing or if they should scribble a brief explanation for that phenomenon in their answer, as well. (They do: never can be too thorough.)

They make a point to kiss in front of everyone at the award ceremony, when their medals are clanking together on their chests and their entire team is cheering, chanting, because they won, they won, they won, and their school gets to go to States.

They make a point of it because we should kiss the girls we wanna kiss, and they’re flush with victory and adrenaline, and god, god, do they wanna kiss each other.

They both hand the picture Winn snaps with his phone on the inside of their lockers when they get back to school on Monday.

Because if they can’t help but being amazing nerds?

Might as well be amazing nerds together: even Max Lord’s got to admit it.

Hogwarts AU- Sanvers week Day 4

Holy heck guys I’m back! Day four featuring nb!alex!

Maggie wakes to the sounds of rustling a few beds down from hers. She curses her light sleeping and goes to turn over to fall back asleep before she hears scared whimpers coming from the same bed. She is unfortunately over-familiar with nightmares at this point in her life, having had her fair share the two summers ago when she was kicked out of her home. Being magical her parents could handle, hell her mother’s sister was a muggleborn too, but a line was drawn when they caught her kissing the girl she had brought home for the beginning of break. She was told to pack her bags and go, luckily her aunt took her in. Ever since nightmares were a common occurrence for the girl. The things her parents said, and their faces were impossible to forget, no matter how hard she tried.

Another cry stirs her from her reminiscence. Looking across the dormitory, Maggie makes the split second decision to help whoever it was who was suffering from bad dreams. Tracing the source of the noise Maggie finds herself at the foot of the Hufflepuff team’s star chaser’s bed. Kara Danvers, if Maggie was remembering correctly, she knows that something big had happened to her parents a few years back, but doesn’t exactly know what.

Leaning over the bed Maggie lets her hand hover over Kara’s shoulder and lets out a whisper, careful not to wake the other girls in the dormitory. “Hey, hey Kara, it’s Maggie, you’re dreaming, you gotta-”

Maggie is cut off as Kara startles awake, curling in on herself and her eyes open wide. Maggie lowers her hands and crouches next to the bed, entering Kara’s line of sight.

“Hey, it’s me Maggie, I don’t know if we ever properly met but it sounded like you were in trouble and I wanted to help out,” Maggie’s voice stays low and soothing as she talks to her. “Do you want to talk about it? Or I could leave you alone if you want I don’t want to assume-”

Kara once again cuts her off by shaking her head. Maggie, thinking she has overstepped, rises to walk back to bed when Kara’s hand slowly reaches towards hers.

“You can stay,” Kara says, voice still full of sleep and a little bit of fear. “I’m gonna go for a walk if you want to come, try to clear my head.”

Maggie nods her assent and both girls stand, Maggie returning to her bed to pull on slippers before they go to the spiral staircase that leads to the common room.

They are quiet until half way down the staircase when Kara speaks. “We just gotta find Alex so I know they’re okay then I can probably go back to bed.”

Maggie nods a little confused, still a bit groggy from just having woken. It’s not until Kara starts pulling open the door to the school corridor that Maggie seems to catch up. “Wait, Alex like your sister Alex? Like badass Slytherin prefect Alex, the one that knocked out Douchewell Lord at dinner three weeks ago?”

“Sibling,” Kara emphasizes with a meaningful look, “and yeah, they’re on patrol tonight, it won’t be too long ‘til I find them,” her voice lowers as she starts to mumble insecurely, “I mean if you don’t want to get in trouble I understand, I just really don’t want to be alone right now and I know we don’t really know each other…” Kara’s ramble tapers off, her bottom lip jutting out as she looks dejectedly at Maggie.

“Hey no, it’s fine,” Maggie quickly reassures. “I’m sure we won’t get in trouble, your sibling, they,” Maggie pauses slightly to reaffirm the pronouns, at Kara’s nod she continues, “They can be pretty intimidating, I’m sure nobody’s gonna let their kid sister get in trouble.”

Kara quickly smiles and gives a dorky thumbs up before exiting the door and stepping into the corridor.

Maggie decides she may have been a little presumptuous in assuming they wouldn’t get in trouble. Kara might not have, but Maggie on her own? Looks like it’s headed that way.

Kara had ducked into the restroom, something about too many pumpkin pasties at dinner disagreeing with nightmares and then a spontaneous midnight walk. So now Maggie was stuck, alone, in the hallway. Kara had locked her out of the restroom. All Maggie could do was hope nobody came across her.

Of course her luck couldn’t be that good. Not a minute after Kara enters the restroom, Alex Danvers, who they’d spent the last twenty minutes looking for to no avail, rounds the corner and spots Maggie instantly. Maggie, knowing she was caught, speaks up first, not even attempting to run. “Hey, you’re Alex right? Funny story-”

“I don’t want to hear it. It’s hours past curfew, I’m going to have to deduct points,” Alex says, pulling a scroll out of their robes and getting ready to jot down her information.

“Hey, that’s not fair!” Maggie bristles at Alex’s stern tone, “We’re the same age, just because you’re a prefect doesn’t mean- “ Maggie stammers as she searches for words, “doesn’t give you the authority, the jurisdiction to treat me like that.”

Alex looks up from the scroll, their eyes locking with Maggie’s and their mouth sets in a cocky grin, “But you see, I am a prefect so my jurisdiction,” they say the word in a mocking tone, “goes as far as I say it does.”

“Uh, I wouldn’t go in there for a bit if I were you.” Kara chooses this moment to walk out of the bathroom, hand on her stomach. Looking up she quickly spots Alex, but seems to miss the tension in the air. “Alex!” She says as her face lights up, “There you are, we’ve been looking all over for you. Did you guys change up the rotation?” She walks towards her sibling who, in the surprise of seeing Kara, has lowered the scroll and quill in their hands, allowing Kara to bring them into a hug, her chin resting on their shoulder.

Alex’s face flits with confusion, before they push it aside and return the hug in earnest. The previous conflict in the back of their mind. “Hey,” They say softly, hand beginning to rub slow, calming circles on Kara’s back, “Nightmares again?”

Kara doesn’t change her position but nods from her place on their shoulder, turning her head into their neck to breathe into their hair.

“It’s okay. I’m here, I’m safe,” Alex says, a practiced routine, familiar with their sister’s nightmares, “Eliza’s safe, she’s at home. She’s coming to Hogsmeade in three weeks to meet us. It’s okay we’re safe, you’re safe.”

Kara continues to breathe deeply, calming herself with her sibling’s presence. Eventually, she detaches, but brings a hand down to Alex’s, removing the forgotten quill, shifting it to her own hand as she interlocks their fingers with those of her free hand. She turns to Maggie, who had been standing awkwardly to the side during the interaction and smiles. “Okay so Maggie this is Alex. Alex, Maggie. She woke me up from my nightmare and agreed to help me find you. See Maggie, I told you we would find them!” Kara says switching between talking to both people.

Maggie smiles a bit and runs a hand through the back of her hair, stopping and rubbing at the back of her neck. “Heh, yeah Kara, we found them all right.” Turning to Alex she says, “As I was saying Danvers, your sister recruited me to help find you, guess she didn’t want to wander around the castle at night alone.”

Alex looks sheepish as they take in the news, their sight falling to the floor, embarrassed. “Yeah, okay, that makes sense, especially considering you already knew my name, I don’t think we’ve met.”

“I mean, I think we had a few first year classes, but no, not formally,” Maggie smiled, kind of enjoying Alex’s awkwardness, “But I knew who you were Alex. A girl would have to be oblivious to miss someone like you.”

Alex looks up, a bit confused, but smiles, “Yeah, I mean, you’re pretty hard to miss yourself,” Alex says, their smile becoming little lopsided with uncertainty.

Maggie tilts her head to the left, softly smiling, and just looks at Alex for a minute before turning back to Kara, “Hey, since you found your sibling and their safe and all, you think we should head back to the dorms? I kind of have a killer herbology quiz tomorrow.”

Kara nods and tugs Alex’s hand along as they start down the hallway. The walk is completed in comfortable silence. Alex leaves them by the kitchens, after trying, with moderate success, to make Kara promise to stay out of trouble. The siblings part with a hug, Alex and Maggie wave awkwardly at each other before they turn and continue down the hallway to finish their rounds for the night.

It’s been two days since Alex actually met Maggie Sawyer, and they’re still embarrassed about it. They’d been overly cocky, they know it, there’s just a lot on their plate right now, they were distracted.

Kara taps the table next to them to get them to look up, pulling them from their thoughts. “Hey,” she says meeting their gaze, “Are you all done, wanna hit the library?”

Alex looks down at their half eaten lunch and nods, a divination assignment had been stressing them out, they’d lost their appetite a bit. “Hey there’s no Quidditch today right?”

Kara nods as they start to get up and make their way out of the great hall. “Gryffindor and Ravenclaw have the pitch today, we’re good.”

“Cool, cool,” Alex nods before continuing, “Hey can we swing by the dorms, I wanna put on my binder for a bit today.”

“Yeah sure.”

After their quick detour they make it to the library. Alex occasionally brushing their hands down their now flat chest. The binder was a recent addition to their wardrobe, and the novelty had yet to wear off, especially since they’d gotten some slim cut shirts that were tailored just right for the desired effect. Alex was mindlessly following Kara and hadn’t realized who was at the table with them until they were putting down their books.

“Kara…” They whispered lowly, discreetly trying to get their sister’s attention.

“Shush it’s fine,” Kara says as she waves her sibling off and addresses the third party at the table, “Hey Maggie, how’s it going? Alex tagged along I hope that’s cool.”

Maggie looks up from the mountain of textbooks in front of her and smiles, “Hey Kara, yeah that’s fine. Hey Alex.”

“Hey,” Alex says nervously as they settle into their chair and start to pull out their books.

The trio quickly falls into silent study, each working on their own thing, quick questions asked back and forth the only real communication between the group. Twenty minutes in Kara goes off in search of a book on ancient civilization, one buried so deep, the card for the card datalog was dated 1502.

With Alex and Maggie left alone at the table, Alex is the first to speak up, “So uh, how was your herbology quiz?”

“Ugh, that. It was okay I guess, I’m pretty sure I did well, but all the studying was torture.” Maggie groaned, then looked up at Alex, “You remembered?”

“I mean, yeah. Like I said the other night y’know, I notice you.” Alex said a slight blush creeping up their neck.

“That’s cute,” Maggie says.

“I’m not cute.” Alex huffs crossing their arms in front of their chest.

“Yeah you are,” Maggie insists, tilting her head to one side in a way Alex was beginning to find endearing.

“Hey, about that other night,” Alex says, dropping their arms and leaning in. “I was a jerk, I’m sorry. Ever since Dad went missing last year, my mom’s been riding me to be perfect and I uh, I guess I took it too far. We lost the Quidditch match the day before and she gave me heck for it I was still a little sore from that. But I was still out of line and I should have listened to you, I’m working on it so yeah, sorry.”

“Thanks,” Maggie said catching Alex’s eyes, “I really appreciate the apology, I’ve had my own experience with parental pressures and it’s not fair, you don’t deserve to be treated like that.” Maggie smirks and continues, “Plus, that little authority act you had going on there? Very cute, I like someone with a bit of spunk.”

“I said I’m not cute. I’m authoritative and intimidating.” They puff up their chest in a way that Maggie can only describe as cute, and their lips set in a pout.

“Yeah okay, whatever you say Danvers.” She chuckles.

Alex relaxes their chest and smiles easily. “I mean, if it’s you calling me cute I might not mind so much.” They look down briefly at the table and looks back up, “Hey, uh, would you want to go to Hogsmeade this weekend?”

“Well I was already planning on it Danvers,” Maggie says with a smirk.

“With me, would you go with me?” Alex stammers, the blush readily returning to their cheeks and down their neck. “I was thinking we could go to The Three Broomsticks. They just got this new muggle game called pool I wanna try”

“Oh you’re on Alex,” She seems to think a bit before adding with a wink, “It’s a date.”

At the wink Alex loses their ability to think clearly, still trying to find words to say when Kara eventually returns with a behemoth of a book on wizarding culture in Mesopotamia, setting it down and looking confused at the blushes of both her sibling and her new friend.

The Grudging Punster — Sanvers Week Day 2

Alex Danvers did not do anything halfway. Maybe this was due to the pressure Eliza put on her to achieve more, to do more, to be a better role model for Kara. Maybe it was because Alex would do anything, anything, to avoid being like the kids who sat in the back of the classroom and made jokes at the teacher’s expense. Either way, Alex Danvers didn’t half-ass anything. This included, of course, being a nerd. If Alex was going to be teased for her proclivity towards science, then she was very well going to be the best gosh-darned science student her high school had ever seen.

And so when her chemistry teacher mentioned the internship at the science center that was technically only open to seniors, but such an over-qualified and darling junior shouldn’t have a difficult time getting in, it seemed like the only natural choice for Alex.

An interview and teacher recommendation later, Alex Danvers found herself standing outside the Midvale Science Center, an excitable Kara Danvers hovering—actually hovering, despite her best attempts to remain on the ground—beside her.

“Kara!” Alex yanked on her little sister’s hand. “On Earth, people aren’t supposed to float, the gravity just doesn’t allow it!”

“Oops,” Kara giggled to herself, her toes skimming the ground again. “I’m just….just…so excited! You are going to be so good at this, and there’s going to be so much science, and Eliza said that we can get ice cream later, to celebrate you!”

Alex sighed. Only Kara would be so excited for the sister she met only months before—and for the promise of ice cream.

Her sister’s hand tightly clenched in hers, Alex stepped into the science center—and was greeted by a cold smirk from the lady in front of her.

“Oh good, you’re here, and you’re what, only ten minutes late?” The woman whose name tag read ‘Cat Grant’ murmured, her voice chilly.

“Oh! Um, my sister’s super sorry! It’s my fault she’s late, I was just so excited to come here today! The science on this planet is very exciting!” Kara stammered, her fingers flying up to adjust her glasses as a blush bled across her cheeks.

“I do not care why you were late, just make sure it doesn't happen again,” the lady drawled. “Now, run along. The other volunteers are meeting in conference room C, surely you can find that on your own?”

Alex nodded and scampered away, feeling only a little bit bad to be leaving Kara stammering in front of Cat.

* * *

“And you must be Alexandra,” the volunteer coordinator, ‘J’onn,’ his name tag said, greeted from the front of the room.

“Alex,” Alex quickly interjected. Alexandra was only for her mother.

“Alex, we’re just getting started. Why don’t you partner with Miss Sawyer over there who can show you the ropes?”

Alex followed J’onn’s finger to the most beautiful girl in the room. Looking at her, Alex felt like she was living every clichéd first-meeting moment from all the rom-coms that Kara had become so obsessed with. But clichéd movies be damned, this girl was stunning. Her smile must have been the moon reincarnated; it stole all the light from the room and redirected it all toward Alex.

“I wish I were Adenine because then I could get paired with U!” Maggie whispered as they roamed the halls of the science center, and Alex fought hard to tamp down on the smile that threatened to betray her entire smooth facade.

“We’re already paired together, Sawyer, no need for the pick-up lines,” Alex drawled. She immediately regretted her word choice, however. What if the girl wasn’t flirting at all? What if she was just being friendly? Now Alex had gone and made a fool of herself, right in the first three minutes.

However, Maggie seemed undeterred. “Ooh, a last name type of girl, are you, Danvers? I could get used to that.”

Alex’s cheeks burned. How could she tell Maggie, this girl that she just met, that she was unworthy to say her first name? ‘Maggie’ sounded like a prayer, and Alex, Alex was far too broken to be allowed to pray to such a beautiful goddess.

Alex and Maggie spent the rest of the day working alongside each other in the science center; answering questions and directing foot traffic. Alex, however, proved to be less useful as she’d hoped. For the first time she could remember, Alex found herself tongue-tied when discussing science. She was sure it was just because she was tired, it had absolutely nothing to do with the beautiful girl standing next to her.

“Hey, Danvers!” Maggie bounded up to Alex after their lunch break. The shorter girl braced herself on Alex’s shoulder, and Alex fought to regulate her breathing. “Whenever I’m near you, I undergo anaerobic respiration.” “Maybe—maybe you should get an inhaler then, Sawyer. Wouldn’t want you passing out on me, now,” Alex stammered back. That wasn’t just being friendly, was it? That definitely qualified as flirting—simply friendly people didn’t hold people’s shoulders and use cheesy science lines, did they?

* * * As J’onn dismissed the volunteers for the afternoon, Maggie found Alex once more. “Here,” she pressed a small piece of paper into Alex’s palm, curling her fingers around Alex’s. In that moment, it was as though Maggie was a battery and Alex was the conductor; the electricity that surged through her made her heart race and her eyes light up.

“I had fun with you today, see you next week—or maybe before?” Maggie asked, her cocky smile slipping for a moment. Alex, speechless, just squeezed her fingers by way of reply.

* * * Later, once Alex’s heart rate had returned to normal and she had finally, finally, finally stopped blushing, she opened the note from Maggie.

Although she’d never admit it, that night Alex went compiled a list of science puns of her own.

As much as I'm not the type that regularly does this, I am going to finally speak my mind. (None of this is meant to be offensive. Please don't dissect my every word at your own convenience. Thank you.) I feel as though I should invest a large portion of my earnings on dictionaries. Why? Because I'm not sure the Supergirl Fandom comprehends what the words "toxic", "abusive" and "trauma" ACTUALLY MEAN. As a Supercorp and Sanvers shipper I am humbly asking my own, as well as the JamesxKara shippers to just stop dividing us and alienating us from the KaraxMon-El portion of the Fandom. Stronger together, guys. The Supergirl writers are not being "racist", and they are not being "homophobic" either. You guys pissed at last night episode because Kara and Mon-El got all snuggly on the floor while Maggie and Alex were on the couch side by side? And you're calling it homophobic writing? GUYS, we know for a fact that Kara and Mon-El are just naturally more bubbly like that while Maggie and Alex tend to be on the more serious side. What went down in that scene was very in character. Drop it. And the other half complaining about how Alex kissed Maggie in the cheek and walked away? Read the mood, she was introducing her girlfriend to her estranged father for the first time. Heck, even I was nervous for her. What she did was natural, not homophobic writing. James character goes from the trash to the gutter? Not racist writing. We foresaw from season 1 that he had a bit of a hero complex. His Guardian gig is just him trying to compensate his masked inferiority complex. James, while still a better option than Mon-El, was/is not good for Kara either. Not right now. My point in all of this is that while I do not particularly like Mon-El, you guys gotta tone it down with the hate. No doubt in my heart that he is not good for Kara. To be fair, out of all the males we have seen her with, Cat's son still takes the gold. But that doesn't mean that we get to shit on a character, or part of the Fandom, just because we are unhappy. And stop using "Mon-El and Kara shippers are being hostile towards us." as a justification for shitting on them. I've been on all the tags from day 1 and you know why they're getting hostile? BECAUSE WE KEEP ATTACKING THEM. With all due respect, it's time to grow up, guys. I've also heard that it's racist how Maggie's character got cast by an Italian and not a Latina like it was suppose to be. I also hear a lot about how it doesn't count as representation. Well, personally, my latina gay ass thinks otherwise. Chyler just clicked with her, what's so wrong about that? AS A FANDOM I URGE YOU ALL TO STOP WANTING TO HATE. Sometimes I think you guys just enjoy it. And I'm not defending anyone here, because we all carry the blame on why this Fandom is going to shit.
