There is zero use in hoarding Recruitment Permits or Expedited Plans.

I like to keep 10-20 so I have a few ready in case I get a Top Op/other high rarity tag from my refreshes,

but other than having a small buffer for that, a huge pile of them just represents green certs, yellow certs, even a few potential top ops that you're just leaving untouched!

I've seen people with hundreds or even thousands of these Permits lying in their inventory! Even with terrible luck, all 3*s, that's still a ton of green certs! And if you're lucky maybe almost enough yellow certs to buy a shoperator!

lol in my entity Guide au, wild is a wild little fella, he ate raw meat and is just living in the forest he doesn't know what to do. he kinda went straight to the forest without crossing paths with the old man, he doesn't do what the voice (zelda) told him to go cuz he doesn't quite trust it so he ignores it. 3 weeks in, he is currently a wild little silly goober surviving in the wild. Entity! Guide was super late to guide wild because they were really busy with helping twilight and Midna with the twilight realm and everything. (Entity! Guide also wanted to finish the bug collection) so after the tear shedding ending of saying goodbye to midna (I fucking cried at the ending, i miss her so much WAHHHHH I WANT HER BACK PLWESE NINTENDO😭) and Entity! Guide sadly forced to say goodbye to twilight, they go to ascend to the next era and they didn't expect to see botw link eating raw meat on their first meating (...ya see what i did there 😏) it was pretty interesting to say the least, Entity! guide had to snatch the raw meat away from wild because raw meat isn't good for your body. Angry that his food was snatched away, Wild bites down Entity! guide wooden arm meanwhile they set a fire and cook the meat to stop him biting them. so after giving the peace offering food to wild, they explaining why they are here and everything. Entity! Guide had to teach Wild how to cook because he shouldn't eat raw meat for his diet and guide him to regaining his memories, going where the sheikah slate tells them to go, getting loads of rupees, gaining alot of weapons, doing side quests, etc. Wild bites Entity! Guide angerly when he's too upset with them but sometimes he lightly bites them affectionately and possessively. He lightly bites them when they are cooking his meals (he's happy to have his meals cooked for him) and he lightly bites them after they spend talking to a shoper keeper or someone way too long. Entity! Guide has too much bite dents on their wooden body but luckly for wild they don't care that much. - 👽

aaaaahhhhh god dammit shoperator Horn is really tempting but I want to save so I can get an extra 30 pulls for Logos. On the other hand she looks really fun and I’ve liked her in the story. It looks like I’ll have 160~ pulls by then though so I might just bite the bullet.

Is it worth buying extra potential tokens for the Red Certificate shoperators? How about the red cert potential Tokens?

imo it isn't, as potential tokens give only very small bonuses. Although obviously if you're a big fan of Ethan or Honeyberry etc you might want to max their potential. I haven't bought any though.
