Today's Fiberuary Prompt is favorite color. Hardest question. Green. My daughter has smacked a green shirt out of my hand when we were shopping together. She was trying to stop the madness. 😂 But, I also love purple like crazy. I painted my room deep purple when I was a teenager. I am also a fall person, so I'm drawn to oranges and burgundy or crimson shades. Color? Yes, please. My entire rav shop is 20% off right now. Celebrating my new releases. Finished a couple pairs of slouchy socks - colorway 81 from @shirleybrianyarn. Pattern: Down the Rabbit Hole by Bits N Bobs Boutique. Love this pattern because it introduced me to the Turkish cast on (literally the easiest one) for toe-up socks. I used all but 6 yards on each, which is extremely satisfying for someone who used to be a diehard top-down sock knitter.

It was on the change to the third full colour that I realized I done fucked up and had to frog... at least it wasn't reknitting that other sweater for the dozenth time. My "Love It or Leaf It" pattern is live on Ravelry. These socks are worked cuff down with a Strong/fleegle type heel. The pattern on the instep can be viewed as hearts or leaves, depending on how much you are feeling (or not feeling) the Valentine's vibe.
