Scallion Powder

It is a simple video with nothing special.

After dehydrating the scallions I've harvested, I chop them rough in the food processor, then grind it into powder in my little coffee grinder.

I'll usually sift and grind until I get the consistency I like.

It's starting to be that time of the year when I have to occasionally feed the bees. I've opted to try feeding them by using a chicken waterer.

It has worked out better than I hoped.
