plot about muse a and muse b who were two high school sweethearts who had a really bad break-up but are always kind of on each other’s minds even as the years pass and then one day muse a moves into an apartment complex miles away from their hometown because of a job and their neighbor is constantly having sex and it’s just getting really annoying so one night they go knock on the door to say ‘HEY CAN YOU STOP BANGING ALL THE TIME I’M TRYING TO SLEE–’ and then whoops it’s muse b. surprise!!

ok but listen … i really want a zombie apocalypse plot in which muse a takes shelter in one of the protection camps outside the city. wounded and bruised, muse a arrives to the medical unit only to find out that muse b, their childhood sweetheart whom they have not seen in over ten years, works in the medical tent and has been given the order to take care of them. 

  i WANT a rockstar muse who lets all the fame get to his head and thinks every girl wants him and he’s just a fucking dick cus of daddy issues and the public making him this god awful person ( which he kinda is ). and then he has a ship with a girl who is his new assistant and she gets tired of dealing with his bullshit and calls him out and he’s like whoa,,, ur hot,,,, and it’s just this hateful relationship full of arguing and insults and maybe sexual tension ? 

    hi somebody pls give me a summer camp plot where they’re both camp counselors !!  it’d be hella cute tbh, like imagine giving each other these lil yarn bracelets they made during arts + crafts ?  also lil dates at the lake after everyone’s asleep + they’re just there getting high + skinny dipping ??

A random thought: i really fuck heavy with janeway actually being bipolar. “year of hell” is my favourite two-parter ever and i think it’s the strongest showcase to support this headcanon, but i also can’t blame her at all because the conditions at the end are appalling.

An unpopular opinion: voyager is a really solid show and most of all it has almost the same vibes as tng, so to say it was underloved by fandom sucks. in my onion, all non-modern trek is a masterpiece. i’m far more invested in voyager than ds9... going against the grain hard here... but i’m not a fan of the 90s uniforms and how grey the palette ended up being. tng + rainbow colours look forever

Non-canon OTP: it actually breaks my heart to say that janeway/chakotay isn’t canon but at least they’re canon in the novels. winning once again. watching voyager as an adult it is absolutely nuts that there was such a framework of romantic tension and all these subtextual moments and whole ass episodes (resolutions, shattered, the fight, scorpion) devoted to their dynamic and yet...

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): a lot of characters got shafted to put seven of nine in the forefront. i love seven of nine but i can totally understand why there was tension on set for this reason. later seasons became the seven show for sure. it pisses me off that everything star trek is about the abolishment of sexism, racism, homophobia etc yet behind the scenes it is all of course very alive--and seven was introduced purely to be eye-candy for the male audience. EUUUGH.

Favourite friendship: seven & tuvok is really cute and underappreciated! tom and harry are the absolute bromance of the delta quadrant.

An unpopular opinion: i’m really tired of every mention of got being followed up with “season 8 was so shit”. aight i fucking get it. i’m not going to discount 8 years of hard work by the cast and crew, and how much energy i’ve invested into asoiaf. also jaime lannister was never meant to have a redemption arc. he was never going to be able to disengage himself from cersei i and i feel incredibly vindicated about this. A group of photo, design, digital, social and word editors recently gathered to decide which ones would appear in print or online.

It’s fun looking at pictures from around the world — fun until someone gets hurt (or their feelings do). Then the party’s over, and it’s time for the hard decisions.

Everybody’s ox gets gored, which means each of us had favorites that didn’t make the final cut. There was no supreme dictator. Everybody had a say, which became a case study in how perceptions can vary.

Steve Fujinaka from Torrance spotted this polar bear on July 27 on a small-ship cruise. The bear spent about two hours romping near the ship as Fujinakasnapped away with his Nikon D850 camera with a 180-400 mm lens and 1.4x teleconverter. Marcio Romani and Clayton Mosher from Los Angeles were knocked out by the scenery at Savannah’s Wormsloe State Historic Site, an 18th century colonial estate with ruins, costumed interpreters and a nature trail. Appraising this watery scene on Aug. 31, the two came up with a plan: Romani would jump on the fallen tree, climb out over the water and strike a yoga pose. Mosher would snap the picture on the iPhone XR. But once Romani started climbing, “It was very wobbly, kind of dangerous.” So he just sat and looked into the distance. Mosher snapped. Nice.

Several non-Travel-section colleagues wandered by to see why we had hundreds of photos spread across tables and on the floor. When we told them we were evaluating reader photo submissions, they inevitably replied with an unenthusiastic “Oh.” Then they’d look at the talent on display and the second “Oh” would sound an octave higher, the way people react when they realize they have underestimated something remarkable.

Which describes what you’ll see here and in print.

You made these photos easy to love and, in doing so, made our jobs much more difficult. We’re not complaining, though. Instead we are reveling in a photographic journey around the world that has made us appreciate why we travel and why we love it so. Welcome aboard.

Randy Howard, San Dimas

On June 24, Howard was on a photo tour in the Dolomites region of northern Italy. At the Giau Pass, he and a few others climbed about three-quarters of a mile to a vantage point. Then, Howard said, “The clouds started rolling in” and this scene materialized. He used a Canon 5D Mark III.

Davis didn’t travel far on Aug. 2 — just to the Los Angeles Zoo — but he chose his time and place well. While Davis trained his Nikon D800 and its 28-300 mm lens on the tiger enclosure, the big cat posed by a rock formation.

a plot about a college student on the verge of losing her scholarship. with a full schedule and no free time, she has no shot at finding a job. so in a last ditch attempt she puts herself on sugarbabies.com and searches through sugardaddy.com. a week passed by. many blind meetings with ceos, doctors, lawyers, even a few actors. yet nothing pans out. one day, late at night. a message pops up. inside waiting is a message from her favorite professor.  (x)

give me a cam girl plot where a really genuine/non creepy guy starts logs into a cam girl website after a breakup bc he’s really just bored and depressed and starts watching this one girl, and they talk, and chat, and he watches all her shows, and then they start private chatting and fall in love. is that weird? idc i want it im sry. (x) 

so i’m super thirsty with need that plot where a nice, shy, nerdy boy who literally no one pays attention to asks the popular, outgoing, ray of sunshine out and she was so confused and didn’t think he meant it at first but she agrees anyway because she doesn’t want him to feel bad because she sees that he really tried so hard to ask her out? and maybe it didn’t work out so well at first but he tries again anyway? it doesn’t work a few times because of her schedule but he’s really sweet so she agrees to another more because it wouldn’t hurt and by the end of the date he works up the courage to ask if he could kiss her and she reluctantly says okay - and completely underestimates him but holy shit that wasn’t a chaste kiss? and before she knows it her clothes are on the floor and he’s fucking her like a whore but she’s so intO IT? (x)

i need a modern day hades and persephone plot like i need air tbh where hades is the big bad mob boss who has so many tattoos and wears leather jackets and kills people for a living and persephone is this beautiful and nice girl who always had flowers in her hair and wears a lot of flowey dresses and pastel colors but he’s so 😍 with her hES WHIPPED AND I JUST NEED IT GIVE ME IT. (x)

I really, REALLY want a plot where a son of a dangerous and feared mobster is put in charge of managing his father’s strip club and falls for one of the dancers. I so want to play the son, so bad. Pls!!! (x)

*whispers* Someone please give me a plot with a reckless underground boxer who cares very little for his life and/or safety and he meets and falls in love with someone who is shy, protective and worrisome at one of his matches and they fight constantly over the issue but they always come back to one another like please?

OK SO what about a plot where muse a is a waitress or something and she’s working a shift one night and like this group of super hot cops come in and she has to be their waitress and she’s trying to not act weird but she can’t help it and they notice it and are teasing her about it, but muse b is doing it a lot more than the other too and like maybe the diner requires her to wear skates and maybe she like stumbles and ends up spilling like soda, water, etc. on muse b’s crotch and she’s like ‘omigod omigod omigod’ and he just thinks it’s cute and funny and so he leaves her his number on a napkin and maybe she panics and doesn’t text him because she thinks he’s intimidating AND THEN MAYBE THE NIGHT DAY SHE LIKE LOST A BET OR SOMETHING AND HER FRIENDS MAKE HER GO SKINNY DIPPING IN THE LAKE EVEN THOUGH IT’S TRESPASSING AND THEN THE POLICE COME AND HER FRIENDS DITCH HER AND OH SHIT IT’S MUSE B AND SHE LIKE COMES OUT OF THE WATER TO SEE HIM STANDING ON THE DOCK AND HE’S LIKE ‘why didn’t you text me?’
