Camus was getting back from the nearest village carrying a paper bag with some ingredients, including a bottle of wine which he would use to cook. A drizzle started when he was passing the Aries house and only got stronger, as he gets to the Libra house, the rain had become a storm and the stairs until the Acquarius house would be slippy and he'd hate having a broken arm. Walking pass the door completely wet, he used one hand to shake off the water from his hair and loose the bangs covering his face. Camus called, not wanting to invade Milo's privacy by entering the quarters on the house.

The sound of the storm caught him off guard. Good thing he wasn't the one who went out on an errand, this time around. Milo's attention was being shared between his scrolls, and the blessed sight he had of the land and the other zodiac houses.

Thanks to their cosmos, he could sense how close Camus was to his current location. Which meant, he could perfectly watch over his friend, make the ever laborous walk up on the stairway.

The Scorpio saint abandoned his studies, so he would be waiting for Camus with a towell to greet him with. He promptly walked over to him, the moment he heard his unmistakable voice chime in.

"I didn't expect this recipe of yours would have, so many ingredients." Milo commented in a playful manner, as he grabbed the paper bag from Camus' hold in exchange for the dry towell. He swiftly led the way across his quarters, into the kitchen. Which had plenty of space for both of them, and it followed an usual structure for any other building found within that land. "It took you quite awhile, I imagine the village must have been bussling with life, huh?"

SEEING LUXA LAUGH these days seemed to be a rare sight. Understandable, with everything that was going on, but Gregor still cherished every moment that she smiled. He’d also recently discovered that she was ticklish — something that she’d kept from him for AS LONG AS SHE COULD. He was definitely taking advantage of that now, as he fought to pin her down, fingers lightly digging into her sides as he grinned down at her. HE WAS TICKLISH, TOO, but as long as she didn’t find that out, he’d have the upper hand.

“Just give up already.” Gregor knew he was taunting her, and he knew he’d pay for it later, but he couldn’t help himself. He LOVED hearing her laugh, seeing her smile… she looked so relaxed, so carefree. And he was pretty sure she was enjoying herself, too — even if she wouldn’t admit it.

This had been a scenario he had been to used to now after escaping the dimension that held him prisoner for years. Everyone who knew about his whereabouts were to scared to do anything or too caught up in trying to help him. However, most reunions were like him and his ex girlfriend, Ming Lee. The last time he saw her was under, less than stellar terms. Ford was just so damn caught up in his own studies about other worlds, he never appreciated the one grounded thing he really had and that was her. She had every right to cut him out of her life, all of college she would lovingly indulge in all his strange stories and findings however aside from the bare minimum he didn't go that same mile for supporting her, He never really gave her that same attention.

Later on after trying for years to get in contact again to catch up, nobody knew where he was, to the point she thought he was dead. Now here he was, she had already freaked out when meeting him in the Mystery Shack, while bringing her daughter down for a trip. He couldn't blame her, your once supposedly dead ex boyfriend shows up is cause for being scared enough. Ming seemed such a mix of emotions, she tried to not make a scene in front of his family and her daughter though, so she collected herself and told him to meet her outside the inn near Gravity Falls they were staying for their visit.

He waited outside the lobby at the agreed time, where they can get some alone time to hash everything out.

SHE WAS STRONG — surprisingly strong. Sayid had seen her muscles before, and he’d seen her do a significant amount of heavy lifting, but she had ALMOST been able to overpower him — almost. A few tickles in the right places had her laughing uncontrollably, and Sayid was back on top, both figuratively and literally, with her giggling beneath him. He ceased the tickling then, not wanting to take anything too far, and grinned down at her, finally letting his more CAREFREE SIDE show.

“I got you.” He was panting, breathing heavily from the SURPRISING AMOUNT of energy he’d expended. He was still chuckling a bit himself, though his laughter faded as he looked into her eyes. And that’s when he realized: HE WANTED TO KISS HER.

So, without a second thought, HE DID. He made the move, leaning down and pressing a long, heartfelt kiss to Emma’s lips, only pulling away after a few seconds, meeting her gaze to try and gauge her reaction. HE PRAYED she’d enjoyed it.

the 'almost' kiss

you're unsure about things, always hesitating. why is that? maybe there's something to lose for you, but maybe (just maybe) the risk is worth it. you're the moment when the main characters lean in, lips parted and almost touching. but it's not the actual kiss everyone loves, it's the anticipation. when they look into each other's eyes before their lids flutter close. and there's a lot of frustration when things are interrupted. trust me though, you're a lot more memorable than the actual kiss. you're nervous, but at the end of the day all you want is to be loved.

Aglaea; The desire for him was pretty instant, but love... I imagine it was a little while after they officially started courting. Heph was probably explaining something to her she'd asked about, and she just... knew. The way he always listened to her, and was happy to answer her questions and explain things? Or the thoughtful gifts he would make for her with his own hands? Yeah, that got her. She knew then she was hopelessly in love with him.

Minthe; She fell hard and fast for Hades, it really didn't take much, which is partly because she was young, and also because she was a loner. Gloomy, awkward, anti-social - all things others would say about her, and so she wasn't really someone who got much attention. Hades showing interest in her was a shock, and as she got to know him she just... fell. But the moment she really knew it would've been the first time they were intimate. Sex is a big deal for her, and the desire was new. So the first time they had sex, she gave more than just her body - Hades had her everything, if he wanted it, and she knew she was hopelessly gone for him. It's why she took it so hard when his feelings changed and Persphone came into the picture.

Medusa; It's complicated. Medusa loved Athena prior to the curse, but it was less the romantic kind, and far more devotional. That then got kinda buried after the curse because of shame and self-loathing. I think it took a while before she let herself entertain anything more than that after she and Athena reconnected. But when you've loved somebody on a devotional level, it's so very easy to let it slip into something more when that person is in proximity to you. It's even easier if that person is also pretty much the only person you see. Athena became a bright spot in the darkness, and she clung to that. I think she still held her feelings inside though, even when things got more intimate between them. Deep down she knew, but part of her felt she didn't deserve to love Athena like that. I'm thinking that she actually didn't allow herself to truly feel everything until after her revival. Death kinda puts things into perspective, and well... Let's just say Athena was on her mind when death came for her.

Amphitrite; Definitely more of a slow burn here, considering she resented him at first and was still a bit miffed about the whole situation. They probably fought a lot in the beginning, especially with Poseidon's moods, and there were times she probably gave him the cold shoulder for weeks after. But since his goal wasn't to own her, and that became apparent to her as time went on, she softened towards him. He'd tease a smile or a laugh from her, he'd listen to her when it counted, he'd treat her as a partner more than a prize. It all helped. But also so did the sex. Much to her chagrin, she found him incredibly attractive, and they definitely had angry sex more than once, which kept said attraction burning hot. Eventually they were able to learn how to live with each other and from there I think it just grew. Respect became friendship, and then friendship became love. She can't pinpoint an exact moment when it happened, but I like to think the first time she said the words was just another day. She woke up beside him, looked in his eyes, and blurted it out. It wasn't the smoothest of starts, but her love ends up running deep.

💛 Ikkaku really admires Thea's hair, and will totally touch and play with it if Thea gives permission. She's of course incredibly gentle with it and would spend hours just brushing and braiding it while they chat about their latest adventures or scheme to mess up some Marine's day. Ikkaku would also enjoy brushing and braiding Thea's mane in her unicorn form, though would likely check with her even more frequently to be sure she isn't overstepping or hurting her.
