Would Han's Noble Phantasm be able to permanently change someone outside of the Moon Cell? For example would Shinji have been able to make himself into a super mage with Magic Circuits surpassing Rin's? Or would Shinji's ideal self be something else in Han's standards.

Yeah, Marchen Meines Lebens has nothing to do with the Mooncell. The circumstances that allowed for Kiara's demonization were:

BB making her inner moon where the weeks of the Grail War don't pass, compensating for the drawback of Andersen being a really slow writer.

Kiara being a super interesting person, compensating for the drawback that Andersen needs inspiration to write a protagonist.

As for whether an ultimate Shinji would be possible, I think the chances are slim. Shinji's workaround to Andersen's slow pen is his ability to lie low. Fate/stay night starts with both Shinji and Sakura out of Rin's radar. If he continues to keep quiet, he has a chance.

The problem is the need to give Andersen inspiration. A huge core of Andersen's characterization is that he hates entitled people, so Shinji will have to grow up if he wants to become his ideal. Andersen will make him work for it, even if through scheming in the background like Kiara did. The Matou family background is decent drama material, but it's also unarguably unsympathetic, so a main character Shinji would need to challenge Zouken for Andersen to be able to write an acceptable story.

But the main problem with Andersen in Fate/stay night is that every route in that game lasted 15 days. Kiara's demonization happened at the end of CCC. CCC is set in a time bubble placed at the end of EXTRA's 5th week, and it shows Hakuno ultimately reaching the 20th floor of the Sakura Labirynth but exploring one floor per day if I recall that correctly. So with a top-tier source of inspiration like Kiara, he took at least 55 days to finish the book. Shinji is good at laying low from enemy Masters, but can he last 55+ days while overturning the Matou family structure and when he's expected to be the last opponent Master left by day 16?

I think I finally know why King Gilgamesh took an interest in Shinji Matou(Let's forget that bastard on Fate/Stay Night. That bastard is no part of it!) I will mainly rely on Fate Extra CCC but not his past history. Shinji is "Someone who was born and exists in this world but because he's not real human he was rejected by this world even by people around him. That's why he wants to be tough or act to be tough making him want to curse and irony for a life that was born unfairly." This is the same though as Sync(Tales of the Abyss), Envy(Fullmetal Alchemist 2003), Danny Phantom(Tsubasa of Phantasia), Kujaku(Tsubasa of Phantasia), Nine(Sonic Prime), Morgana le Fay(Tsubasa of Phantasia) and Kainé (‎Nier Replicant). They have this though because they're the mistake that born in this world. [I want to include Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter as well. But he's still good and doesn't have more hate for this world. And that's why in the end they gave their life to save"Punch" including Shadow saving Sonic's life too.(Sonic's the only one that make Shadow feel that he has a right to exist in this world.(Just Like Nine). Because He lost Maria(Someone notices that they have a right to exist in this world.), that's why he can't let Sonic die. And this is the same reason why Enkidu chose Gilgamesh to live on or save him from the curse of death and can't let Gilgamesh die.)

saber's the easiest person to team up with for a first time player because she hits like a truck, caster's the most difficult because she's got the HP of a piece of tissue paper until you get her leveled up enough to start shooting lasers. archer's in the middle difficulty-wise, but he's the only male love interest, which may or may not be a relevant fact

if you can buy tofu at the item shop, buy as much tofu as possible

most of the fate fantasy terms will be explained so you don't have to go ???? at them

so you can enjoy other wild shit like "what if an 9 year old hunted you for sport" or "wouldn't it be fucked up if you could download a ghost?"

i was a little apprehensive at first because i've never really played any RPGs before, but i'm really enjoying it so far

also, i don't think a game has ever made me hate a single character as quickly as this game has made me hate shinji matou

i feel like he's going to die at the end and even if takes 60+ hours to get there i'm determined to make that happen
