Ikemen Tier List
whoaaa two posts together whoaaa (you guys didn't witness me doing this first to see if I had the energy to post a finished drabble today)
I've had trouble with the tier lists for a while because I feel like it didn't explain how I felt about these dudes half of the time, but I figured out a better way to mark the tiers and I feel like this sums it up great. And now you too can have a handy dandy 'How does Scum feel about X?' list! If Roderic had a sprite, I would put him in the daily thing, or maybe the top one? hm
Anyway, I'm gonna explain the tiers under the cut for extra clarifications.
[*Wants to write fanfics for 24/7*] : The Current Main Blorbo. All tremble before him - for he holds the writing braincell and he's all anyone hears about forever and ever - until another blorbo takes his spot (usually takes a few years). You'll see him as icons and photos and and and--------
On my mind daily, in some form: Sometimes these characters will be paired with the #1 chara, and so by extension they're thought about often. Sometimes they're not paired with them, but still thought about often. Despite my posting habits, I do enjoy these guys still. A lot, actually.
Think about a few times a week, offhandedly: Rubs chin. I think of Chev and Elbert as a rare comfort. A type of quiet one that is a plesant encouragement in some way or another. Or I get perplexed thinking about how they'd look ordering shitty coffee. Not much of an inbetween. But really I sometimes just enjoy the quiet comfort thoughts when i need them with those two.
Think about a few times a month: They used to be higher up in the faves, but I either got enough of them at some point (in a good way), friends love them with such glee that i just enjoy watching them simp for them, or they just got naturally shifted down in the line as more characters came into view. I won't talk about them much but I do like em in multiple ways.
Scared to think about (for my wallet): legally not allowed to like because I cannot max out my credit card (a joke). I really really really like Alfons and Victor but I am terrified they'll shoot the ranks in a couple of months, and that my wallet will be screaming to be spared (darius is still up for debate)
Want to like but (and/or for reasons cannot): hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Random simping once a blue moon (idk why): I read a translated story of roger once when sitting in my car on a lunch break. I was reading as I was getting out, and nearly fell into the horn when reading about his cock. It tormented me for a week. This happens ocassionally with the others... maybe not a translated story, but i'll have a random thought that hits me like a bullet train and suddenly I'm stumbling and struggling to think about anything else for a bit. (Leonardo is here as punishment, he knows what he did)
Was Favorite when playing but ghosted game: Ikerev was the first(?) cybird game I played, followed very very closely by ikesen. I don't see a lot of stuff for them naturally on my dash, and bluntly ikerev just could not hold my attention especially after I lost my data and got cockblocked by shitty gacha pulls, but I hardcore simped for these dudes when I played. Well, jonah did get pushed to the bottom of that tier fairly quickly, but Shingen is still #1 there. Anju (oc) was originally made for him, and I suspect that when his...eternal(?) is released in eng, I'll be feral for a little bit and then go back to gil simping.
No opinion really: I just.....shrug. They're neither bad nor good. These are characters who I was either SUPER excited for and then sorely disappointed, characters I haven't felt drawn to, or characters I just....never....felt anything towards...even after reading their route... I'm assuming they're just not my type and that's why they're here.
No: I hold negative opinions due to XYZ personal reason. Or their vibes are just rancid to me. I don't care if others like them or not, I don't judge others for liking them.

...There's a lot going on underneath the roof of Kasugayama castle...
Shingen x OC (Katsuko); Shingen x OC (Katsuko) x OC (Sute)(fantasized); Sasuke x OC (Sute) x Yukimura
Rating E (Minors DNI)
Voyeurism, seduction, ménage
Written for @xxsycamore creation challenge "Sexy Ikemen Summer"; prompts - "Blow cold air on their neck," "'Accidental' clothes loosening"
4000 words
The worst thing about the summer rainy season was the rain. Whether it was the light mist that clung to her body and made her feel permanently damp, the heavy storm rains that blew sharp water droplets into her face, or a steamy, steady downpour that dripped off her woven straw hat to soak her clothes – Sute hated all of it. Today combined all three types of rainy season wet into one, to the point where she was sure she was more water than person.
Only her feet were dry, and that was because she’d left her waterlogged sandals at the door of Shingen’s room. Every other bit of her was…
Plop … a drop of water rolled down her nose and hit the tatami mat at her feet…
Wet.
“Here. Maybe these will help.” Katsuko gave her a bundle of hand towels.
Sute did her best to wipe the worst of the excess off her hair and face. But there weren’t enough towels in Kasugayama to dry the rest of her. She put on her most pathetic expression, the one Chiyome had described as ‘kicked dog.’ “Do you have anything to eat? Sweets?” Shingen always kept a stock of desserts hidden somewhere.
“Oh sure. Of course.” Katsuko retrieved a basket of sweet buns and Sute happily dug in. The buns were no longer warm, but having something in her belly was a comfort of sorts.
Shingen frowned at the rapidly emptying basket. “Devil, I was saving these.”
Quickly, Sute stuffed the last bun into her mouth, even though she hadn’t finished chewing the last one.
“She’s wet and hungry.” Katsuko cuddled up next to Shingen at his desk, then opened the packet of reports that Sute had just delivered.
“She’s conning you.” Shingen raised the stakes on the ‘kicked dog face by sending Sute a somewhat fatherly ‘behave’ glare. She’d noticed him doing that more often these days. “You know as well as I do that Sute is well paid. And… I was saving those.”
“She is right here. I missed my last meal because I was chasing Ryuchi’s courier all over the province.” It was a dance that all three were doing. Shingen might put on the paternal act now, but it hadn’t even been two years since he had taken Sute to bed. Sometimes. For that matter, Katsuko was more than aware of Sute’s capabilities – the two of them sometimes worked together to steal information from people too stupid to be cautious.
Katsuko grinned as she poked Shingen’s ribs. “If you want pastry that much, I’ll get you some before the teahouse closes.”
“At which point, you would be the one soaking wet.” He returned that casual affection by tugging on his lover’s ponytail.
“Then you can have fun drying me off… completely.” She winked at him.
“Deal.” He kissed her ear. Either he had forgotten that Sute was still standing right there, or he didn’t care. She imagined that even if she were to ‘accidentally’ loosen her clothes, neither would notice her.
The buns settled at the pit of her stomach like rocks. It wasn’t that Sute missed sleeping with Shingen. Their encounters had only been a convenient way to satisfy some pressing needs. Nor was she jealous of Katsuko. Gods, she liked Katsuko and was happy for the two of them. It was clear that Shingen, in spite of his new fatherly attitude to her, seemed younger, healthier, and Sute was glad for that.
It was just…
Why don’t they invite me to join their fun?
Being nestled between Katsuko’s soft skin and Shingen’s powerful thighs would be an experience she could slip into her memory and take out to warm her on these cold wet days.
Instead, she’d have to be content stealing Shingen’s dessert. Sute wet her finger and stuck it back in the basket, trying to grab even the smallest remaining crumb.
Finally, Shingen turned his attention to the courier packet that Sute had gone to the trouble to retrieve. He frowned at the report, then tilted it so Katsuko could read it too. Casually, she braced herself on his shoulder to do so.
Knowing that the couple was likely to talk dull strategy for the rest of the day, Sute took advantage of their distraction to hunt for more sweets. Maybe there was something interesting in that cannister on the shelf? She made her way back there to explore it more closely.
“It’s just tea.” Without turning around, Katsuko had apparently figured out her intent. Sute opened the cannister anyway, since Katsuko was perfectly capable of lying to her.
Though not in this case. Tea.
Her sweet tooth still unsatisfied, Sute turned back to the pair at the desk. Katsuko leaned casually against Shingen, his hand was in the small of her back, slowly massaging tiny circles. He said something to her, something Sute could not hear, and Katusko leaned into his touch.
The hot look the two exchanged could have dried Sute’s clothes if she’d been any closer to them. If she hadn’t been in the room, they would probably already be naked. No longer able to stand being invisible, she planted herself in front of the desk. “What next?”
“Nothing for now. I’m expecting a few more reports from Suruga. I would prefer to have additional details before I send you out again.” Shingen picked up a sealed packet from the corner of the desk. “Take this back to Chiyome.”
She tucked the packet in her clothes, bowed to them, then scampered back up into the ceiling. Below her, she heard Katsuko say, in an amused voice, “Why doesn’t anyone use a door here?”
Shingen’s reply wasn’t loud enough for Sute to make out, she could only hear the low rumbling tone that had always reminded her of sweetened pastry. Low, rich, heavy on the tongue. Not that he ever used that tone with her anymore.
Oh well. Sute wasn’t one to dwell on old times. Besides...
She took three steps into the maze of ducts and corridors that crossed through the ceilings of Kasugayama before halting. She stood still for a count of twenty, waiting for Shingen and Katsuko to feel confident she was on her way. Then she crept back to the ceiling tile, the one she had left a crack open for this very purpose. If anyone caught her, she would simply tell them that she had forgotten her sandals and had turned back for them.
But no one had caught her yet – the only other person who regularly used these passages was Sasuke, and she knew him well enough to know he would not question her.
Carefully, silently, she lowered herself to her hands and knees to peer into the room. They were… talking.
Shingen had a map open on his desk, and Katsuko was listening to strategy as if it were the most exciting thing she’d heard in her life.
Were they only going to talk?
Had she sacrificed her shoes for this?
But then Katsuko put her hand on the map, possibly to make a point, maybe just to rest it, and Shingen brushed his fingers along her wrist. She smiled and him, and though Sute could not see his face from her perch, she could imagine. She could remember. His eyelids would lower a fraction while his eyes would darken with smokey interest.
Sute watched as Katsuko took her other hand and stroked his face. Their heads moved closer as he leaned in… the sigh of a kiss.
She slapped her hand over her mouth – had she been the one to make that sound? Quickly, she pulled her mask over her face, more as a reminder to stay quiet, than as a disguise.
Good, they hadn’t heard her.
Their embrace grew more intense; Shingen freed Katsuko’s hair from the leather wrap, and it dropped like a river, flowing over her shoulders and down her back. Sute’s fingers itched to wind themselves in that brown silk, even as she imagined Shingen’s mouth on her own breast.
As if he had read Sute’s mind, Shingen eased Katsuko’s kimono off her shoulder, and lowered his head to –
Sute thumbed her nipple, pinching it, allowing the rough fabric of her kimono to increase the friction. Shingen had never been as forceful with her as she wanted, but up here, surrounded by the symphony of Katsuko’s moans and Shingen’s deep breathing, Sute could arrange things just so.
In the room below, clothing was flung to the floor, and Shingen suddenly turned Katsuko around, balancing her on his desk so he could enter her from behind.
Yesssss.
Sute crept to the other side of the tile, thrilled to be able to see both their faces. She slipped her hand underneath the hakama she chose to wear for ease of movement. It was still wet from rain, but the material clinging to her pussy owed less to the weather and more to the unwitting show Shingen and Katsuko were providing.
Had they only invited her to take part, it would have made up for any discomfort. As it was, Sute had to make do on her own, stroking herself in a rhythm matching theirs.
If they had invited her, this would have been the moment that she slid down Katsuko’s belly, past her hips, deeper, lower, to get a taste of her, a taste of the juices that were pooling in response, around, Shingen’s cock.
Maybe Katsuko would gasp in surprise at the extra sensation, her voice one thrilled, long, ohhh…
And if Sute was lucky, very lucky, Shingen would ask her, “do you want some attention too, Angel?” He might pull her back up, and suck her breasts – yes, his teeth would tug on her nipple -while Sute would be free to capture Katsuko’s mouth with her own and –
Shingen scooped his hands under Katsuko’s ass and carried her out of sight, and only the sounds of their bodies hitting the futon mattress gave her a clue where they’d gone to.
Fuck.
She could still hear them, but their groans and murmured words of love were for each other. The slap of skin on skin did not include her.
Deprived of the view, Sute’s fantasy evaporated, leaving her empty, wanting…
She finished herself off, but the swift, weak orgasm left her unsatisfied, lonely. This was not the way things were supposed to end.
Rearranging her clothing, Sute got to her feet, just as she heard the two lovers cry out and then be silent. They were probably already snuggled up, wrapped in each other’s arms, drifting into sleep.
Now, Sute just wanted to be away, away from the closeness she was not part of. Her shoes could stay where they were for now. She’d get them later… after she paid a certain visit.
When dropping in on another ninja, the element of surprise is difficult to pull off. In fact, Sasuke didn’t even look up from his papers - weird symbols and diagrams – when Sute flipped herself out of the ceiling and landed gracefully in front of him. He simply gestured to the tea kettle that dangled over the irori. “There’s more than enough water in there for tea.”
He continued to make rapid calculations, aided by an abacus. Whatever he was doing was far beyond her understanding. But that was fine. There were other things that he could do that she understood perfectly well.
Uninterested in tea, she came up behind him to blow cool air on his neck. No apparent response. Fine. She wrapped her arms around his waist, giving him a light squeeze before letting one hand drift downward.
Ink splattered on the paper.
At last, she had his attention. He raised his head from his work, looked over his shoulder at her. “Ah. I understand now. This is a booty call.”
Half the time she had no idea what he was saying, and this was one of those times. “Is that a good thing?”
He pushed his glasses further up his nose. “I have, in fact, occasionally wondered whether afternoon delight is considered delightful due to the positioning of the sun.”
“It’s raining. Are we going to fuck or not?” If she didn’t shut him up, Sasuke was likely to talk forever. Later, when they were done, and cuddling (Sute liked the post sex cuddle… maybe more than she would admit out loud), she would be happy to listen to the sound of his voice. But right now, she wanted only his body to talk.
“Yes?” He made it sound like a question. “I’m at the precipice of figuring out something crucial and until I do, I won’t be able to give you all my attention. May I have five minutes to finish this equation?”
“I don’t know what a minute is.” She plopped down on his futon to watch him make quick markings with his brush, his fingers pausing to move the beads on the abacus. His brush and clacks combined with the patter of rain on the roof should have been soothing, but Sute only lasted a few breaths of stillness before she jumped up and prowled the room.
Bored…
Bored…
Squirrel!
“Kunai!” Sute amused herself with Sasuke’s pet for a while, tossing nuts for the squirrel to chase around the room before that also got boring.
Sasuke was still face first in his project.
I should have visited Yoshimoto instead.
Eager to hurry him along, she stripped off her still damp clothing, acting as if it were the most natural thing in the world to stand naked in front of him. She’d kept her movements sharp and brisk, not to entice but to remind. I’m here. Aren’t you hungry for me? Making sure to keep within his line of sight, she walked over to a kimono rack and tossed her wet clothing over it. When she turned back around, Sasuke was watching. “I’m wet from the rain.”
She could see his throat constrict when he swallowed, then coughed. After clearing his throat, he said, “My apologies. I did not mean to objectify you.”
“If that means getting you inside me faster, you can objectify me all you want.” Keeping her eyes on his face, she strode over to him and took the brush out of his now slack fingers. “I want to objectify you too.”
“That… seems like it’s only fair.”
“Good.” She paused, leaving her hands a breath away from his body. “What does objectify mean? Am I doing it right?”
“As always with subjective constructs, it’s open to interpretation, but for the sake of brevity, one could say… mmmmf.” She’d slapped her hand over his mouth. He mumbled a “yes” into her palm.
“You talk too much.” She tugged at his hakama, yanking it roughly past his hips, revealing he was already erect underneath the fundoshi. She untucked that final barrier of fabric, as he watched her, now finally silent. Maybe she’d scared him speechless. That was ok. She didn’t need words and sometimes Sasuke’s just bounced around in her head like tiny tamari balls. Good thing he was very skilled at the non-talking stuff too.
Already, he was wrapping his hands in her damp hair as he deftly removed the leather wrap that was entangled in there, easily smoothing away that snarls caused by a long day in the wet (and to be honest, she didn’t remember if she’d combed it this morning.).
This was … nice.
No. This was too intimate. Like a mother brushing through a child’s hair. She’d not known hers at all, but when she was in the orphan home, one of the older girls used to brush out her hair and braid it in a neat queue. It had been the best part of the day, having her hair brushed.
But now, she didn’t want him to be gentle. She wanted release, so she pulled the rest of his clothes off, leaving him standing in only his glasses. Experience had taught her to wait until they were safely in bed to remove those.
Now that all the barriers between them were gone, she sprang at him and he caught her automatically, lifting her until her legs were around his waist. “It’s about time.” She dragged his face to her and claimed his mouth, biting his lip in her eagerness to-
“Sasuke, I – Oh. What? Uh.” Yukimura was half frozen in the entry, having slid the door open without knocking. In his surprise, he looked like a garden statue, motionless, dropped jaw, eyes bugged out. “Sorry! Sorry! I’ll come back later! I mean. Tomorrow! I’ll come back tomorrow!”
Ooooh.
Sute had always wanted a taste of Yukimura, but their paths rarely crossed, and when they did, she’d been too busy to give him a go. “You don’t have to leave. I don’t mind if you want to watch.”
With Sasuke’s body pressed so close to hers, she could feel his pulse speed up at her suggestion. Interesting. She wondered if Sasuke too had sometimes watched people from a perch in the ceiling.
There was no response from Yukimura. It was as if the two men were stuck in an endless pause, both thrilled and scared of her suggestion.
Adding a little weight to scale, Sute pressed herself closer to Sasuke, then turned to wink at Yukimura. “Or…” She added a pause to let him start imagining. “Join us.”
She liked that idea. Oh, how she did. Snuggling up against one person was lovely, but two. Two would be perfection.
Neither man moved, but she could feel Sasuke trembling beneath her.
I have to do everything around here.
She climbed off Sasuke and walked toward Yukimura, putting a purposeful sway in her step. When she halted in front of him, she reached over and ruffled his hair. The whole time… his eyes were on Sasuke, not hers.
“Sute.” Sasuke’s voice was shaky, but there was a tone of warning in it. “Don’t objectify Yuki.”
“Huh?”
Ha! Yukimura didn’t understand what Sasuke said either. It wasn’t just Sute who got confused.
“Yuki, you don’t have to if you don’t want to.” Sasuke hadn’t made any effort to cover himself, but she thought that was because he had forgotten he was naked.
She made an obvious show of putting her hands behind her back. “See! I’m not objectifying!”
“Geez.” Yukimura now raked his own hand through his hair until it almost stood on end. “I. Don’t. Not. Want to.”
“Oh! Good! Come on!” Not one to waste time, Sute grabbed his hand and flung him toward the futon. Surprised, off balance, he stumbled and fell into Sasuke.
Should she close the door now? For herself, Sute didn’t much care who might walk by and witness them, but… Yukimura and Sasuke might be more fun if they weren’t worried about additional visitors. She slid it shut, then turned to see Yukimura and Sasuke sitting side by side on the futon. Yukimura fidgeted with the corner of his clothes, while Sasuke politely kept his hands to himself. She noticed that his body was angled slightly toward Yukimura, even as he refused to look at anything but the floor.
“Yukimura, you have too many clothes on.” She faked a pout, pursing her lips like a courtesan. “I could help you.”
He sputtered a few nonsense syllables, then Sasuke looked at her and opened his mouth to speak.
Sute interrupted before he could get a word out. “Did I objectify again?”
“There’s a colloquial expression where I am from. Patience is a virtue.” His strange speech seemed even stranger coming from a man wearing nothing but a pair of glasses.
Yukimura rolled his eyes and looked at Sute. ‘Can you believe this guy’ was written all over his face. He and Sute had united against Sasuke’s big words, and finally she felt let in to both sides of the triangle.
United enough that when Yukimura fumbled with his clothing, it was both Sute and Sasuke who helped him – Sute pulled his sash open while Sasuke briefly squeezed Yukimura’s hand before tugging the kimono off his shoulder.
As always, his face gave away nothing. But his breathing, Sute knew, even without thinking about it, that this was something Sasuke had imagined happening… and when Yukimura’s breath sped up in response –
This time Sute did not feel lonely. She’d been part of this, she’d helped them along. When they looked back on this moment, she would be in the memory of it too.
That certainty led her to join them on the mattress, cuddling up to Sasuke to kiss his mouth, then immediately to Yukimura to kiss him too, as if she were transferring Sasuke’s kiss in the process.
I kiss you. I kiss him.
Back to Sasuke, who this time responded with light pressure. Again, she took his kiss to Yukimura, delivering it as a courier.
I kiss you. I kiss him.
Until finally… Sasuke and Yukimura bypassed her and came together in a kiss that ramped up from curious to urgent before Sute could blink.
She sat back like a proud parent watching a baby warlord take his first sparring match, until Sasuke, ever the polite Sasuke, yanked her into the tangle of limbs, and Yukimura’s mouth found her breast –
Now, yes now, that his control had broken, Sute found the force of Yukimura’s urgency exactly matched her needs. “Yes. Bite. Please. Harder.”
Teeth and tongue nearly made her leap off the futon, as the sharp, sweet sensation raced through her.
No more watching –
Outside, thunder rolled, and rain pounded against the walls, rattling the building, muffling sound.
Inside, Sute lost herself in this storm, mouths, hands, sweat, the sticky salty taste –
The driving rain mixed with Yukimura’s guttural moans and Sasuke’s praise of Gods whose names she had not heard of – her own voice urging them not to stop –
It was Yukimura who filled her – rough thrusts, his thickness stretching her just to the point of discomfort, but it was a good discomfort and she ground herself into him, digging her fingers into his shoulders, feeling his muscles contract under her touch. She angled her hips to take him deeper, her body rushing her onward, straining for release.
Barely, she was aware that Sasuke’s arms were wrapped around Yukimura from behind, his mouth clamped on the other man’s neck.
I want…
I want…
And then no more wanting as she came with a scream moments before Yukimura erupted inside of her.
For a moment, she couldn’t move and lay there, melting into a boneless puddle.
After the sparks behind her eyelids faded, and Yukimura had rolled off her, she saw that Sasuke was still waiting for satisfaction. “Fair is fair, ninja.” Her voice sounded rusty, raw, from her screams.
She crawled across Yukimura, intending to take Sasuke in her mouth, but Yukimura got there first, stroking his friend far more hesitantly than he had fucked her.
So, with her chin resting on Yukimura’s chest, she again became the watcher, but this time it was ok. She was still with them. Still here. And when Sasuke’s cum finally spurted onto Yukimura’s hand, Sute felt like she was just as responsible.
Warm, comfortable, she half dozed, drifting in and out of childhood memories, while Yukimura and Sasuke continued kissing lazily. As a little girl, she’d shared a bed with three other orphans, kept warm in winter like a pile of kittens. This felt the same. Warm. Together. Once again safely snuggled, protected from the weather, even as rain pattered steadily against the wall.
She curled up between them, her head using Yukimura’s arm as a pillow, then Sasuke reached between her legs, his skilled fingers gently teasing her, slow waves that crested into another orgasm, one that sent her drifting into sleep.
Time passed.
Possibly they all slept.
As the room turned from rain dimmed to night’s darkness, Yukimura stirred and mumbled something about needing to leave. He didn’t make any effort to move, and Sute took the moment to pull both men closer. “We could do this again sometime.”
Sasuke’s answer was in his rapid heartbeat and held breath, until Yukimura said, “Uh. Yeah. Again. That would be. Ok. Or. Good even.”
“I concur.” Sasuke’s voice was a whisper over her shoulder.
Sute couldn’t wait for the next rainy day.
Thanks to @claviscollections for beta reading. I've never written E fic before (granted this is a borderline M/E) and she helped me make sure none of the characters suddenly appeared to develop an extra limb.

I wanted to be special so I ALSO did the tier lists
I definitely have a bias towards IkéSen, and I bear zero shame in admitting that. I’ve quite literally written an ENTIRE book about them and would die for all of them (it’s basically a poly AU between Kenshin x OC x Shingen where they adopt all the other characters as children and also everyone’s shapeshifters)
Comte, Seth, and Kicho are intentionally at the very, VERY bottom <3 hate them.

I thought I would be able to post all the kissing requests until the end of the month, but I got more requests than I thought I would. I'm happy for it, but it will take longer to finish them all (hopefully in May).
As I said before, I'm posting them in the order I got the request. I decided to make a little list here so you guys can follow and know what's coming next~
1 - Chevalier x Esther (OC) requested by @lorei-writes

[Ikesen x OC series]
Hana takes the gang to the beach. She wants the Sengoku warlords to enjoy a little bit of summer in modern day Japan.
I think I'm gonna draw a lot about the lords having fun in modern Japan.
╰(*´︶`*)╯Masamune, Ieyasu and Mitsunari is my favourite trio in Ikesen.
Btw, according to the plot of my Ikesen x OC fic, the lords who go to modern Japan along with Mai are Shingen (Mai and Shingen are a couple already), Sasuke, Masamune, Ieyasu and Mitsunari. I'm not good art writing and creating plots so I need to limit the number of the characters. 😭😭😭 You can see more my Ikesen x OC art with the hashtag #kan oc or #kan fic
However, I will sometimes draw the other lords in modern Japan. If you have any ideas or requests, feel free to DM me.

Homesick
Shingen x OC/reader fluff
(although oriented more on the official route of Shingen's; with family and friends remaining in the present, I doubt that anyone would go without missing them)
I sit in the kitchen of my parent's house. A place with countless childhood memories. A place I don't get to visit as often as I'd like anymore. My mother stands with her back to me, cutting vegetables fort he lunch she's cooking. Dad's probably in the living room, reading his newspaper as usual.
I rest my head on my hand and gaze out the window. Seems to be one of those lazy and peaceful weekend days. Not that I'd complain. It's quite exhausting at work right now, so I enjoy doing simply nothing for once. If it were for me, it could stay this way forever.
"Why?"
The word is so quiet that it takes a moment to register. Confused, I look up.
"Did you say something?"
"Why?"
Alarms start blaring in my mind. I stare at my mother's back. Something feels wrong.
"Why what?"
Mother turns toward me, and to my utter horror, tears are streaming down her face. Never in my life have I seen her this upset. Not my calm and composed, yet also humorous mom.
"Why did you leave like that?"
"Leave? What are you talking about? I'm right here."
"Are we not good enough? Have we not taken good care of you? Why did you go to a place we can't follow? And all for a man from the past?"
Upon those words, the memories come crashing down on me. Shingen! Of course! The wormhole to the Sengoku era! How could I have possibly forgotten about all of this? Yet, somehow I am back home right now. However, seeing my mother like that leaves me even more shaken. As do her words. Each one is like a dagger to my heart.
"Mother, I…"
"What does a man who's long dead have that we don't? Does family mean nothing to you?"
"No! Mom, please listen! You met Shingen. You even quite liked him. And it's not that I willingly was sucked up by a wormhole. It was an accident. Nor did I chose to find love in the past. But… I did find it. And I love him with all my heart. As he does me."
Despite my desperate plea, mother rambles on as though she hadn't even heard me.
"Just leaving us behind like that… it broke your father's and mine heart."
"Mom!"
She still doesn't seem to hear me. Instead, her face contorts into a mask of anguish, and she lifts her arms towards me.
"Why did you leave, my little girl?"
My eyes fly open. It takes a while to orient myself in the faint moonlight. But then I recognize the ceiling as the one from our bedroom in Ttsutsujigasaki castle. And I sense tears flowing down my cheeks.
What by all the kami had that been?
Suddenly, a warm and strong arm wraps itself protectively around me. A thumb catches one of the tears and wipes it away.
"What's the matter, my goddess? Kami, you are crying."
"Sh-Shingen…?"
"Shhhh, it's alright. You're safe."
I take a few moments to recharge in his comfort, to calm my beating heart and wipe away the tears.
"That must have been a terrible nightmare you had", the head of the Takeda says. "You were squirming around in your sleep. Had you not awoken by yourself just now, I would have woken you to end it. And the tears… if I could, I'd slay that nightmare for having made you cry."
How good it does to hear it. Shingens reliability and support never fail to give me strength.
"Thank you", I answer him. "And yes, I did have an awful dream."
"You mind telling me?"
I don't, and so I oblige.
When I'm done, Shingen just holds me, silently pondering what he just heard. I can't see his expression well in the dim light, but he clearly isn't amused. Eventually, he pulls me into a proper embrace.
"Oh my angel… do you miss your home so much?"
"I… I guess I do."
How can I not miss it. As much as I love Shingen, the choice has been a cruel one. With how unreliable wormholes were, we couldn't just visit my home, my time, whenever we want. Without Sasuke, we can't even calculate when the next one is going to open. So, after the successful surgery on Shingen in the future, it had been either go back to the Sengoku with him or remain and return to my family.
He gently streaks my head. "I am so sorry you have to feel that way."
"Ah. No, Shingen, don't you dare start blaming yourself." I take his face into my hands and lock eyes with him, as well as possible in the darkness. "It's nobody's fault. Yeah, I hate that this decision was forced upon me. And I do miss my parents a lot. However… this is the choice I made. And despite the pain, I don't regret it one bit. Because I have you. It's just… I guess I hadn't expected it to hit so hard. Not after I've been here for over half a year."
He's silent for a few moments. Then he says: "You truly are a goddess descended into my life, you know that? Sometimes I wonder how I even deserve you."
That last sentence does sound flowery. But I hear every single word. Before I can reply, however, he pulls me close to him into a tight embrace.
"I never had the kind of family that you have. This era of wars seldom allows for close familial bonds to form."
I nod. Vividly, I remember when he told me that he had to usurp his own father in order to save Kai and make it prosper.
"That's why", he continues, "this gift of you giving up a family like yours for my sake is one I can never even hope to repay. Nor can I truly understand your pain. However, you said it yourself… I am here for you. If you need someone to talk to, or a shoulder to cry on, you know that you can always come to me."
"Yeah, I know…"
His warmth, his kind words, must have broken a dam again. The tears start flowing anew. And I let them. I let all the pain I didn't know I held back drain out of me. Hells, I thought I had come to terms with leaving my family. Apparently, I had not.
Shingen just holds me, pats me supportively on the back now and then. Finally, after an eternity, they do subside.
"Are you better now?", Shingen asks.
"Yeah… Thank you."
"Don't mention it, my angel." A gentle kiss on my forehead. "I'll do anything for you."
It's the truth of those words that in the end made me stay with him.
"I know."
"Now, please go back to sleep, my beautiful flower. And this time, allow me to guard your slumber, so that no bad dreams dare bother you again."
Despite the sadness, I can't help but smile.
"Oh, I am sure that they will flee at the mere glimpse of my mighty, fearsome tiger. My slumber shall be safe and sound with you guarding it."
"Hey now. I'm trying to be a gentleman here."
We grin at each other, then we share a brief, yet passionate kiss. Finally calm, I settle back down in his arms, cuddling against his broad, firm chest. I hadn't lied before… I never feel more safe than with his tall frame and strong arms around me. Heh, I wouldn't be surprised if he actually was able to keep the nightmares away with his sheer presence.
He is my family now. My one and all. The center of my life. As I told him, it is a choice I would make again and again, no matter how many times I would be given it. I will never regret it, despite the pain about what I had to leave behind. And while I will keep the memories of my loved ones in my heart, it is the life at Shingen's side that I will keep my gaze set on. Because that is the place I belong to.
Slowly, enveloped in his warmth, I drift back into sleep. And the nightmares indeed did not return. Because a certain big, strong tiger is guarding my slumber.

Heart of the Warrior Chapter 16: To Protect the Heart Fandom: Cybird Ikemen Sengoku Previous Chapter | Next Chapter Yukimura Sanada x Male!OC
A soft exhale and the twitch of his brow from the annoying glint of sunlight over his face announced Thai's awakening. The dazed foreigner groaned softly, his sore arms and hands feeling a comforting, warm sheet of linen blanketed across his body, his back feeling a firm, thin mattress across a thick fiber mat. He kept his eyes closed as the rest of his senses drifted back to him. His chest slowly heaved up and down, fresh air being pumped into his lungs. He could not hear anything save for the sounds of his breath, his dry lips and tongue wishing for water. With one final exhale, his eyes opened, closing shut after being blinded by the sunlight. He cautiously opened them once more, the blinding light subsiding to reveal his room in Kasugayama. He tried to raise his head, yet the pounding inside his skull kept him down. Thai groaned, his hands reaching to rub the sides of his head. He was back home.
"Oh God...I'm alive..." he breathed softly.
His hands began to feel his chest. He winced upon his finger grazing his bandaged skin, remembering the gash on his pectoral. He groaned frustratingly, remembering Mitsuhide still having his razor blade. He cursed to himself, slowly raising his torso up. His arms shifted down to support him, his dry throat coupled with a pounding headache nearly making the foreigner gag. He rubbed his brow, his arms and shoulders tense as he managed to sit up. His drowsiness made his head slump into his shoulders. His eyes narrowed, feeling the pounding headache on the top of his skull.
The covers slipped from his raised body. He sighed groggily as he peered down at his bandaged and bruised body. His hand lazily threw off the covers to reveal that he still had both of his legs. "Oh, thank God," he muttered. He looked around once more, scanning his empty room. "I'm home...I'm home..."
He nearly felt like crying. He never called Kasugayama his home, but he was thankful that he made it back alive. He was sure that Ueda would be his resting place. His mind flashed the image of his last memories, remembering Yukimura's soft gaze at him just under the bright moon. He closed his eyes, remembering the warmth of his body enveloping his own. It brought a moment of comfort, but was soon brought back to reality as he heard his sliding door start to open. He gasped, his eyes lighting up as he turned to the opening door. "Y-Yuki!?" he dryly called out. His throat was still sore, every noise he made discomforting.
He was almost disappointed upon seeing Lord Shingen emerge from the hallway and into his room, his grey eyes widening in surprise as he balanced a tray with a teapot on it. "Thai?!" he gasped. "You're awake!"
"I am," Thai dryly quipped, his eyes glancing behind Lord Shingen to see if he was accompanied by anyone else. "Why are you here?"
Shingen smiled, closing the door behind him before stepping over to Thai. "What?" he smirked. "I can't be the one to help nurse our lovely western sparrow back to health?"
Thai gawked as Shingen knelt down beside him, laying the tray down next to him. "Wow, you even brought me a drink," Thai sarcastically mused as he brushed back his hair. "Tryna' hit on me?"
Shingen flashed Thai a smile. His large hand encompassed itself around Thai's hand, bringing it up before placing the warm cup of tea into his grasp. "What a charming thought, Thai~" Shingen mused, "I certainly wouldn't be opposed to it..."
Thai froze, a sudden reminder about his conversation with Sasuke shooting red flags into his mind. "Err—!" Thai gasped nervously. "W-w-wait! I was just joking, milord..."
Shingen sighed softly, his warm breath tickling Thai's ears as he retracted his hands, leaving Thai with the warm cup of tea. "I am glad you're alright, Thai," Shingen warmly smiled. "It's good to have you back home."
Thai scoffed lightly, his eyes staring at the reflection over the surface of his warm tea. "Home..." he repeated softly. "...how is everyone? How long was I out?"
Shingen's smile faded as he shifted closer to Thai. The latter merely sipped his tea quietly as a streak of melancholy glazed over his grey irises. His look worried Thai, making him fear the worst that something horrible must have happened in his time unconscious. "Everyone made it home safe," Shingen answered. "You were asleep for around five days, give or take. Yuki immediately rushed to the infirmary to have the healers take care of you...but..."
"...but, what?" Thai asked as he chewed his bottom lip.
Shingen sighed. "Both Yuki and Sasuke gave their reports to us upon their return," Shingen said, "As you already know, Yuki acted on his own and not only endangered you and Sasuke, but also everyone within these walls. He revealed us to his older brother, and now there's no telling what he will do with that information."
Thai gasped, placing his mug down. "Right..." he breathed. He sensed a chill run up his spine. "I-I swear, milord, I didn't breath a word to anyone."
"I know...I know," Shingen muttered. "But, as for Yuki and the others, except for Sasuke....their actions are cause for treason, and they have been placed under house arrest until further deliberation on their fates."
Thai's eyes widened. "House arrest? Fates?" Thai repeated in shock. "What does that mean? Wait...no! You're going to—"
"Stop," Shingen interrupted Thai, raising his hand slightly. "I know what this sounds like. Even though he is my most trusted vassal, such an act cannot be forgiven so easily," Shingen explained. "I'm sorry, Thai, but I thought you should know...that we are currently in discussion of Yukimura's execution."
Thai gasped, his shoulders drooping and jaw falling agape. Shingen only looked at Thai apologetically, the bright smile he was greeted with and familiar comfort washing away from the storm of frustration and maddening news. Thai's heart trembled. "Y-you what?" Thai gasped. "You can't!"
"Calm down..." Shingen urged Thai gently.
"Calm dow—don't tell me to 'calm down!'" Thai's voice raised. He suddenly let out a pained grunt, his hand clutching his chest. An alarmed Shingen raised his hands to hold Thai, yet the foreigner brushed them away. "He...he was only doing what he thought was right..."
"Without concern for the consequences," Shingen added. "The only thing that is prolonging the discussion is the concerning news of how he was able to rescue you." Thai stared at Shingen as he rubbed his brow. "When Yuki went back to save you, he claimed that Nobuyuki caught him, only for him to allow your rescue as well as causing a diversion for you to slip out unnoticed." "Then...then that means Yuki got to him as he intended, right?" Thai questioned. "Then...all should be good, right?"
"Wrong, unfortunately," Shingen continued to frown. "Just allowing your rescue is not proof enough," Shingen explained. "There is the possibility that Nobuyuki only allowed you to escape so that his own spies can follow you and Yuki back here to confirm our existence."
"Shit," Thai groaned.
"We have our men scouring the town and castle for any sign of spies, but even so, I doubt that without much proof, Yuki's execution might be inevitable," Shingen said. "I'm sorry."
Thai scoffed. "Aren't you Lord Shingen? Head of the Takeda? You can't just give him a slap on the wrist and let him off with a stern warning? Even if Nobuyuki stayed allied with our enemies, then won't you need every man at your disposal to prepare for an attack?"
Shingen angrily kissed his teeth. "It's not that simple, Thai," he growled. "I can't just ignore Yuki's treason. I warned you of what he could be capable of doing, and as his lord, I must see that his punishment fits his crime."
"I know that he knows what he did was wrong," Thai argued. "But, surely—"
"Enough!" Shingen suddenly snapped. Thai recoiled in shock, taking his eyes off a frustrated Shingen. The larger man sighed, shaking his head. "I...I'm sorry...but this isn't an argument you should concern yourself with."
"With all due respect, milord...but I believe it is," Thai dryly said. "Is there any...and I mean anything I can say or do to change your mind?"
Shingen merely gazed whimsically at Thai, the complexity of the situation equally troubling the Tiger of Kai. "I don't think so," he said. "You must rest, Thai. I should leave you."
Before Shingen could rise, Thai suddenly grabbed the sleeve of his kimono and tugged it down. Shingen's eyes fell on Thai, tears starting to well around the corners of Thai's eyes as they stared back at Shingen. "P-please...don't...." Thai softly pleaded. "I..."
Thai's gut wrenched as the tears began to flow. They were home! But, Yukimura was still in danger. The moon finally returned, and yet again it was close to being swallowed and shattered. He gulped, letting out a gasp as he ignored the pain in his body. "I..."
Shingen's eyes drooped as Thai's grip loosened, his hand falling down. The large daimyo sulked. "You care for him...don't you?" he asked. Thai wiped the tears with his forearm, sniffing them back as he nodded silently. "Then..." Shingen continued. "...I suggest you should visit him once you have the strength to walk." Shingen offered a half smile to the foreigner. "It's good to see you, Thai."
Thai stood silent as Shingen left his room, once again leaving the room devoid of life. Thai placed his hands over his face, the tears uncontrollable. He sobbed softly into his hands, feeling helpless. He was supposed to be the one to protect Yukimura, but this wasn't a situation where he could just fight his way through. For a brief moment, he thought the moon was back—that his happy ending was just in sight. But, it was obviously too good to be true. There was no way Shingen or Kenshin would change their minds.
He sniffed back the tears, quickly grabbing his covers to wipe away the tears. There was no time to waste. He didn't care at this point if he was still in no condition to walk, but he had to see Yukimura. He had to...
Thai scoffed angrily, throwing his sheets off before quickly raising himself up. He nearly fell, but caught himself on his feet and limped over to his closet, grabbing his kimono and hakama before hastily throwing them on. Throwing all caution out the window, he nearly tumbled out of his room, catching himself on the wall before urging his feet to move forward. His body ached and cried in pain, but he ignored it as he continued forward.
It was an agonizing walk, but he suddenly made it to the outside, the numerous guards and attendants eyeing him with shock and curiosity. One of the attendants even went as far as to help Thai walk, but he brushed her off. Soon, he made it to the manor where Yukimura's room was, the entire structure surrounded by guards. They let Thai through, the foreigner frustratingly limping inside and down the hall until he got to Yui's door. He leaned on it, knocking the door urgently. "YUKI!" Thai called out. A shocked gasp could be heard across the door. "Wha—THAI!?" Yukimura called out. "You're—"
"Open the door!"
The door threw itself open, an alarmed Yukimura greeting Thai as he fell into his awaiting arms. Yukimura caught him in a tight embrace, his foot closing the door behind them as he carried Thai towards his futon. "Dummy! What are you doing!?" Yukimura muttered, his voice muffled from his head pressing down on the crook of Thai's neck. "You should be resting!"
"I...I had to see you," Thai grunted.
Yukimura carefully laid him down, Thai finally feeling the weakening pain disable him. "Idiot!" Yukimura scoffed. His hands suddenly grabbed Thai's kimono's lapels, eliciting a gasp from the foreigner.
"Yuki!" Thai gasped. "What're you—"
Yukimura's hands threw open Thai's kimono, his eyes scanning his bandaged body. "Shut it!" Yukimura growled. "You coulda opened up your wounds again."
Yukimura forcibly sat Thai up, his hands removing his kimono. Thai stayed silent, slightly flustered as Yukimura's warm hands and eyes scanned all of Thai's bandages, his warm breath blowing across his body. The Peerless Warrior sighed frustratingly, moving towards Thai's back. He stifled a gasp, his eyes locked onto Thai's lean back. "Jeez..." Yukimura mumbled. "You're lucky nothing bad happened..."
Yukimura's hands glided gently across Thai's shoulder blades, his finger tracing its way across the tattoo of the serpent. Thai tensed up, his cheeks growing red as Yukimura kept his curious gaze plastered on the tattoo. Yukimura found himself unable to stop, finally having the chance to see it up close and uninterrupted. "I never knew you had this," Yukimura softly gasped. His warm hand pressed itself against Thai's muscular shoulder blade, his eyes now fixed on the serpent's mouth breaking the moon in its toothy maw.
"I...I thought you saw it when...y'know..." Thai mumbled, his frantic heart slightly calming down. "We met at that inn..."
Yukimura let out a huff. "Right..." he muttered. "I didn't notice because of...well..."
The memory of meeting at the inn was vivid in their minds, both were equally uncomfortable. Yet, Yukimura kept his eyes on Thai's back, his hands continuing to graze the ridges of muscle. A strange feeling welled up in his gut as he continued, a feeling he kept forcing down out of embarrassment. "I'm sorry, Thai..." Yukimura said. "...for everything."
Thai's eyes drooped to the ground. "...you have nothing to be sorry for," he said in return, "You did what was right."
Yukimura scoffed. "What good it did me..." he muttered under his breath. He tried to keep his mind off of the impending consequences, keeping his hands firmly pressed against Thai's back. "Thai...what does it mean?"
"What does 'what' mean?"
"Tsk! Your tattoo, obviously," Yukimura scoffed.
Thai guffawed, shaking his head. "Uh...it's a myth from my people," Thai explained, "The dragon is so awed by the moon's beauty that...it eats it, sending darkness through the land. But, the people shouted for them to return it and scared the dragon through various means to cough it back up."
Yukimura's eyebrows raised. "But...the moon is broken?" he mentioned. "Shouldn't it still be whole?"
Thai pursed his lips. "Yeah...it should be."
Yukimura suddenly grabbed Thai, turning him back around so that their eyes met. Thai stifled a gasp, Yukimura holding him in place with a firm grip on his arms. "Does it...have to do with...your home?"
Thai's gaze fell back to the ground. "A little," he scoffed lightly. His eyes returned their gaze to Yuki, remembering the severity of the situation at hand. "It was a weird time, but, that's not what's important right now. You...you are what's important to me."
A slight blush streaked across Yukimura's cheeks, his gaze averting from Thai's eyes. "D-dummy! Why do you have to say it like that?"
Thai's brow raised. "Like what?"
"Like that!"
"I don't know what 'that' is!"
"What?"
The two suddenly giggled. It was undeniable to the two that their bickering was missed, but their giggle faded. Thai sighed deeply, placing his hand on Yukimura's shoulder. "I heard what's happening right now from Lord Shingen..." Thai softly explained.
Yukimura grunted, returning his concerned gaze to Thai. "Oh..." he simply muttered. His hands left Thai's arms, falling down onto his lap. "...I should have listened to you..." Yukimura softly said. "...maybe then—"
"No!" Thai cut off Yukimura's words. "You did what was right. You took a chance, and from what I heard...it might have paid off."
Yukimura kissed his teeth. "Tsk! Did it?" he growled. "I'm still..." Yukimura sighed angrily, his head drooping past his shoulders. "I still betrayed my lord...endangered everyone here..." His head raised back up to meet Thai's eyes. "...I endangered you..."
"Yuki..."
Thai leaned forward and extended his arms around Yukimura. He wrapped Yukimura in another tight embrace, pulling the Peerless Warrior into his grasp and resting his face against the crook of his neck. There were no tears this time, but both were reeling over Yukimura's impending sentence. Their warm embrace together only slightly comforted each other, the two staying in place for what seemed like hours. Yukimura was the first to break away from the hug. "I'm glad you came to see me..." Yukimura said. "I thought...maybe..."
Thai looked at Yukimura puzzled. "Maybe, what?"
Yukimura wrapped his hands around Thai's. "Maybe...you were angry at me...for not listening. For..."
Thai let out a raspy scoff. "Guerreiro..." he muttered. "...of course I'm mad you didn't listen...but you're my friend above all. Friends look out for each other, and..."
Thai paused, Yukimura only silently gazing at Thai. He knew why he came to see Yukimura. This could be the last time they saw each other, and Thai knew he had to reveal himself to him before it was too late. He pursed his lips for a moment, allowing the warmth from Yukimura's hands to comfort his steadily increasing heart rate. He needed to say that...he loved him. He loved their childish bickering. He loved the way he would keep his spirits up every time he fell. He loved his smiles, his small gestures of appreciation, and his fearlessness in the face of imposing odds. He loved that he had the chance to find someone who brought back the bright moon in his life...and he needed Yuki to know it. Thai looked back at Yukimura, his mouth opening. Yet, no words flowed. A thought slipped into his mind, the shadows of his past coming back to haunt him. He shuddered suddenly, a cacophony of deranged and tortured crying and shouting filling his ears. He knew Yukimura would most likely never return the same feelings to him...but, what if he did? What if his coming out would forge another nail in Yukimura's coffin—that, if they shared the same feelings for one another, it would only torture him more.
"Thai?" Yukimura asked. "Is everything alright?"
"I..."
This was a mistake. This was a stupid plan that had only a bad and an even worse ending. He didn't want to burden Yukimura with another concern. Thai only foresaw it ending with heartbreak; the only way out was to make sure Yukimura's heart stayed in one piece. He would have to swallow his heart once more, a fake smile forcing itself between Thai's lips. "And...I'll be here for you...always," Thai struggled to say, his words choking as he felt the tears come back.
Yukimura smiled, squeezing his hands tighter around Thai's. "I know, dummy," Yukimura said. "But...I fear it may not be too long."
Thai sniffed back the tears. "...I'll find a way to get you out...I promise."
Yukimura's eyes widened. "Thai!" he scoffed. "It's pointless, just—"
"When I took this job...I said I would protect you," Thai said, once again interrupting Yukimura. "...and I intend to do just that. Mark my words—as long as I'm still here, I won't fail you. I will never leave you in harm's way."
Yukimura scoffed. "Thai..." he said, a hint of sweetness dripping from his tongue. "You're...you're something, y'know that?"
Thai gawked lightly. "I've been told that one way or another," he smiled.
Yukimura let go of Thai's hands. He reached into his kimono and around his neck, taking something off that looped around his neck. He held it out to Thai, eliciting a surprised gasp from the foreigner that turned into a giggle. "Th-that's...huh?" Thai scoffed amusingly. "It protected you, just as I thought it would."
Yukimura held out Thai's cloth pendant, a new red string attached around it. "Yeah," he smiled. "I used one of my himo cords to replace the string. I'm sorry about—"
"I like it," Thai blurted out, his fingers grazing the sturdy surface of the red cord. "It looks nice..."
Yukimura smiled. "I thought you should have this back, since it's yours, after all."
Thai shook his head, pushing back the pendant back to Yukimura. "Keep it," Thai said. "You need all the luck you can get. Maybe, this would help."
Yukimura clasped the pendant, still unsure of everything happening. Thai grabbed his kimono, putting it back on his body. "Thanks, Thai..." Yukimura said, replacing the necklace around his neck. "You're...an amazing friend to have."
Thai smiled at the sentiment, wishing he could tell Yukimura his true feelings. But, he could not risk it. "You're...amazing, too," Thai merely said.
"Jeez," Yukimura scoffed. "How depressing. I wish we could have met in better circumstances." "Yeah.."
One of Yukimura's attendants brought Thai back to his room, Sasuke also joining him once he was informed of his awakening. For hours, the foreigner pondered over what could be done about the situation at hand. There was no telling when Shingen and Kenshin would come up with their final decision. They needed to work fast. They kept their conversation in English to throw off any listening ears. "I don't know what to say, Thai," Sasuke said, "99% of Treason always ends with execution."
"I know," Thai groaned, rubbing his brow, "You told me that ten times already. We just need to find that 1% chance to save Yuki. Dammit! I need a drink."
"Alcohol consumption in your condition could worsen it," Sasuke warned.
"I don't care," Thai muttered. "Can you grab my bag, please?"
Begrudgingly, Sasuke brought Thai's bag over to him. The foreigner took it, rummaging around before taking out a small box. He tore it open, taking out a roundish square, unopened bottle with a wax covering that made Sasuke gasp. "Is that—"
"Bourbon," Thai answered. "Exactly what I need."
Thai missed the taste of whiskey. He remembered having bought this bottle for his boss in the Modern World, but given the current situation, he thought it would be better to have it for himself. It was a shame, really—this brand of bourbon was the best-tasting one. While it was not particularly expensive, it was a well-rounded bourbon that was perfect to take the edge off.
He tore off the wax cap, unscrewing the bottle before pouring a drink for both him and Sasuke. "Too bad we don't have ice," Thai muttered, "This is gonna be rough. You a whiskey man, Sasuke?"
"I can take it or leave it," Sasuke said.
The two silently toasted before taking a sip, both of them wincing from the burn. Thai set his cup down, rubbing his brow as he thought of what to do. His mind was looking towards grabbing Yukimura and scurrying him away somewhere far, either escaping entirely or allowing them enough time to change their respective lords' minds. "Yuki won't allow himself to run away," Sasuke said.
"Yeah, and I doubt that would make Lord Shingen and Kenshin change their minds," Thai added. "Besides, nowhere is safe. Can't haul him back to Ueda."
Another option Thai felt like he had to do was to actually fight off both Shingen and Kenshin when they come to collect Yukimura. Maybe his act of fighting would inspire his lords to think twice about acting on Yukimura's execution, but that was even more unlikely than the prior plan. Multiple ideas came up, and all were shot down. The only likely thing that could save Yukimura was a direct message from Nobuyuki and a series of meetings between the three lords that confirmed Nobuyuki's switching allegiances, but that was impossible. Even if Thai rode all the way back to Ueda to plead for Nobuyuki to save Yukimura, he would either be captured or killed upon his arrival or arrive back to Kasugayama too late even with solid proof. Thai groaned angrily, his nerves getting the better of him as he tossed his cup across the room. A startled Sasuke froze as Thai slumped down on his seat. He was helpless. "There is no way out of this, is there?" Thai asked Sasuke.
Sasuke sat in place, his mind still whirring. "...it appears not," he answered.
"So much for conserving history...wait...that's it!" "Hm?!"
Thai snapped his fingers. "We tell 'em we're from the future and that it would be a HUGE mistake to execute Yuki. We got our phones and shit for proof, too!"
Sasuke stammered, his eyes widening in shock. "W-We can't!" he gasped. "Doing that will catastrophically throw everything into chaos! The amount of damage that could be done would be astronomical!"
"Well, you got a better idea? Seriously, Sasuke, I'm all ears! I'm open to any and all options," Thai argued, "I want a better plan than that, but that's all I got!"
Sasuke sighed. "I know you're worried about Yuki...but we can't just throw everything out the window just to save him. We have to consider the consequences."
Thai angrily scoffed. "I know, but I ain't about to let him die! I would risk everything to see him alive."
"I know..."
Everything...if only he risked everything to keep his old life together, maybe he wouldn't even be here. Thai's heart pounded, his mind ablaze. He won't fail Yukimura like had with his ex—he won't allow it. Another idea fell into his mind. He gasped as he ran it through his head. He fell silent, the air leaving his lungs as he realized what would happen as a result. He took a deep breath, muttering a curse to himself. Sasuke overheard him. "What's wrong?"
Thai chewed his bottom lip as he glanced at Sasuke. "...I have a plan...you're definitely not going to like this..."
Sasuke was taken aback, but he was still curious. "What is it?"
Thai shrugged his eyes. "...I'm Yuki's bodyguard, right? I actually have a high-ish title and rank as samurai and shinobi," Thai began to explain. "I serve Yuki...so..."
Thai paused. His hand grabbed the neck of the bourbon bottle as he brought his lips to it. He took a prolonged drink, setting the bottle back down and gasping for breath. He drew in another deep breath, his body starting to shake as the words left his mouth. "What if...I took Yuki's place? I protect him...by offering my life in exchange for his?"
Sasuke fell silent, nearly dropping his glass. The room fell silent. "...you...you can't!" Sasuke suddenly shouted.
"I have to, goddammit," Thai shouted back, "We're talking about the execution of an innocent man!"
"B-but, he's technically not—urgh!"
"None of this would have happened if we never stepped foot in this era," Thai said, "Think about it. We're accomplices to an already changing history!"
"That doesn't mean you have to give yourself up to execution!" Sasuke argued back.
"I don't care!"
"I do!"
The two fell silent once more. Sasuke scoffed, rubbing his hands across his face. An equally frustrated Thai pointed his gaze at the bourbon bottle. He sighed as he shook his head. "You can't just throw your life away like that," Sasuke said. "Even if it means saving Yuki. I'm sorry."
Thai scoffed. He folded his arms across his chest, looking out towards the window. He could barely see the outline of the moon through the paper. "I met a man once...back in America," Thai softly recalled. "Met after a long string of failed relationships. He was handsome—his smile could melt an iceberg. His kisses tasted like warm caramel on a cold night. His caress was as silky as the finest kimonos we have here. He was strong, physically and mentally. No matter what happened, he would say 'everything would be alright,' and go on. We met nearly thrice a week, and my parents—they didn't know their son was bayot. They thought I was just hanging out with the homies, or picking up last minute work shifts at the bar. Nothing mattered, only that my boyfriend was happy."
Sasuke listened quietly, Thai continuing his story after he paused to drink another sip of bourbon. "But his friends—most of them were all jealous—coño," Thai continued to recount. "A bunch of them wanted to have him for themselves, but no. Some small, suburban boy got to the man of everyone's dreams. They despised me, but they thought I would screw up and cause my boyfriend to break up with me. But, as the years went on...we were set to getting married. The plan to move to Japan...he was meant to move right alongside with me. It was our dream getaway—the start of a wonderful life."
Thai paused again, his whimsical smile still between his lips as his gaze fell to the floor. Sasuke gulped. "And...what happened?" Sasuke asked softly.
"...his jealous friends got wind that I was still surviving off my parents at the time. The plan was to move and then they would find out, and I would be far away from their judgment." Thai took another drink, the gradual wooziness and mellow taste soothing him as the harsh memories flooded back into his mind. "They approached me one day. They found my parents on MyBook and demanded I break up with my boyfriend. Said they would tell my parents that their son was gay, knowing I would be kicked out. I couldn't afford to live by myself, and my boyfriend at the time couldn't house me. I caved..."
Thai fell silent, Sasuke gasping. "You broke up with him..."
"I did," he softly muttered. "Fucking hell, you should've seen it. We sat there for hours arguing and crying. I couldn't tell him I was being blackmailed. It ended with him handing me a...certain razor blade meant for our Anniversary and shoving the door in my face. And, you wanna know what happened next?" Thai locked eyes with Sasuke, the latter frozen in place. Thai shrugged, a smile of disbelief pointed at him. "My parents found out anyways! They said 'You have an hour. Pack your shit, and leave. I won't have a disgrace living under my roof.'"
Sasuke recoiled in shock. "Yeah," Thai continued. "That face right there—that was me. I tried reconciling with my now ex-boyfriend, but he wasn't having any of it. He didn't listen, and those jealous friends were there to comfort him. I lost everything I earned for half a decade in one night."
Thai ended his story. He took another drink, letting out a pained gasp for air. "If I had risked my life back then," Thai said, "I would still be with him. It would have been a hard life, but it would have paid off in the end. I was so concerned for myself that I never thought of what I could have done to prevent it all. So, when you tell me I can't just risk my life to save Yuki...well, I respectfully disagree with that." Thai pressed down on the table with his fingertip. "I didn't risk my life, and I lost everything. I won't let that happen again...even if it means this time, I will die."
Sasuke stared hopelessly at him. "Thai..." "Bro, even if I go back to the Modern World, I'll be stuck in an empty void I wanted to call my dream home working a 9-5 job seven days a week that will wring me dry. There is nothing to go back to. If I stay here...at least I can fulfill something with my life. At least I can make up for the mistakes I've done."
Sasuke clenched his teeth. His stoic face crumbled into a troubled expression. "Thai...I won't let you die," he said. "We can find a way—"
"Esquilo. It's been a good run. Can't say I've met a friend as genuine as you. We definitely could have been best friends if we met earlier. Promise me you'll find the girl, and make it back home safe."
Sasuke fell silent as Thai rose from his seat. There was nothing he could say to change Thai's mind as the latter started walking towards the door.

earlier, i asked if anyone would read a keiji × oc × mitsuhide fic, but rn i'm actually thinking of making a switch to one of shingen × oc x keiji instead. it'll still be about 5 - 6 chapters but more lengthy (about 10k a chapter) and a lot of slowburn + angst content. the oc is still another time traveler like sasuke and mai ofc, but the ending i have in mind is still ... bittersweet when i think of the potential

Chapter 33 - Slot B: A very very long slow burn finally pays off…
Mitsunari x OC; Nobunaga x Mai
Previous Chapter
Logline - In order to protect a political alliance, Katusko and Mitsunari must pretend an engagement. But this “all business” arrangement is threatened by a coup against Nobunaga… and by feelings.
M rated Chapter, Minors DNI
From the Military Notes of Ishida Mitsunari…
Theory, tactics, strategies… Lord Shingen is correct. They are nothing without personal conviction. This is indeed a battle, not with an enemy, but with myself. For if I am not able to say something now, I may never have another chance.
Perhaps Okatsu will still leave, but I cannot let her go without telling her how I feel. Or…
… showing her.
“Katsuko, hurry!” Toshiie screamed as if he needed to be heard over the storm… even though he was right next to me.
Willing myself to move, I stepped toward the wormhole.
And then…
I felt a tug on my hand, as Mitsunari spun me back to him. He placed his palm on my cheek, and just looked at me as if I was the most important person in the universe. He opened his mouth, but no words came out. But it was clear he wanted to say something, and so I put my hand on his heart, hoping to calm him. Hoping to calm myself. Then he visibly took a deep breath, his chest rising and falling under my hand. Instead of speaking, he pulled me close, and kissed me with an intensity I wouldn’t have thought him capable of.
Just as his smile could always quiet the negative voices in my head, his kiss brought the world into focus. The world that was Mitsunari. His lips, his hands, his body. I wrapped my arms around him, feeling like I could climb inside his skin, as he clung to me just as desperately.
The world that was Mitsunari.
The world where there was an “us.”
When the kiss ended, he continued to hold me, breathing me. “I love you, Katsuko. Please, someday, find your way back here. To me. When I’m with you – I feel like I’m more than what I thought I was … and that’s you. I want to be more for you.”
“You never needed to be more. You’ve always been more than what you thought.” I understood what he meant though, because when I was with him, I felt like I was more too. And I loved him. Of course, I loved him. I’d been wrong to pretend otherwise. “I love you too.”
In the movies when the girl or the boy realizes they’re in love, there’s always a running montage – often through a big city – as they desperately try to return to the side of the love of their life. I didn’t need a running montage - I was already at Mitsunari’s side. I would be crazy to leave it with no guarantee of return.
“Katsuko!” Toshiie’s voice was getting increasingly desperate.
I looked over my shoulder, to where the others were waiting for me. “I’m sorry. I can’t go back. I was never happy there. This is my place.” In this time. In these arms.
Whatever protest he was about to make, stopped before the words left his mouth. I could see that Toshiie remembered what it had been like, in that last year, the year I chased death. In any case, with the wormhole rapidly approaching, we didn’t have time to argue. “Of course, you would choose the most inaccessible place for me to visit, Doofus.” He hugged me. “I’ll have to keep track of the wormholes, I guess – or you could bring your warlord to visit me. Sometimes.”
Sasuke lightly punched my shoulder. “I understand, Okatsu. This is my place now too, and eventually I will come back to stay.” Then he whispered in my ear, “See if you can get Ieyasu’s autograph for me.”
Lord Shingen bowed to Mitsunari and I. “Angel, if I couldn’t tempt you, then at least I can console myself that it’s due to true love. Good luck to you both.”
“Be well, sir.” I did hope that he would soon be as healthy as the other timeline’s Shingen.
“Thank you, Lord Shingen. For everything.” Mitsunari performed a low and respectful bow.
“You’re welcome, but do not think I will go easy on you if we ever face each other in battle.” Then he winked, before he turned and followed Sasuke and my brother into the wormhole.
All three vanished in the fog.
Mitsunari held me as we watched them disappear, and I would be lying if I didn’t admit that it hurt to see my brother fade away in front of my eyes, especially so soon after finding him again. But this was my choice and at least this time I knew he was alive and well.
The fog lifted as fast as it arrived, but the rain continued, an unrelenting downpour with an Autumn chill to it. I turned to Mitsunari to ask where he wanted to go next and found myself tucked into his embrace again.
He looked down at me as he held me firmly against him, our soaking clothes providing less of a barrier than usual. “Okatsu, all I can think of at this moment is how much I want to kiss you again. May I?”
“You didn’t ask me last time.” Not that I had minded. Being grabbed and kissed into breathlessness hadn’t been on my bucket list, but clearly that had been an oversight on my part.
“There was not time. Lord Shingen said-”
“Lord Shingen gave you advice on love?” I had to laugh and wished that I had been able to overhear that discussion. “I figured the two of you were discussing battle tactics.”
“In a sense, we were.” He brushed a finger across my lips. “You did not say if I can kiss you.”
“Oh. Well. Yes. Of course, you c-”
That was all I got out before his mouth claimed mine, smoothly brushing my lips with his, once, twice, and then when mine naturally parted, his tongue tentatively edged my lower lip. There was a brief hesitation, until I encouraged him, tapping his tongue with mine, then he moaned, and threw away all uncertainly. Maybe there was more passion than skill, but I wasn’t going to complain (I could barely think). Whatever had been holding him back before had shattered, and his unchecked desire was a whirlwind all its own. He swept me along, and I could no longer determine which was him and which was me.
And then…
CLINK.
Ow.
Mitsunari jumped back instantly. “I’m sorry. Are you hurt? What did I do wrong?”
“Not you.” I glared over my shoulder at Moonlight, who had expressed her displeasure at getting wet by nipping at my shoulder and propelling me right into Mitsunari’s teeth. “Her. She hates water.”
Forgiving creature that he is, Mitsunari gently patted her nose. “She may be correct that it is time for us to be on our way.” He wiped his face with his wet sleeve.
“I suppose you’re right.”
We dove into each other for another kiss.
I imagined that Moonlight, if her thoughts could be translated into a human tongue, would seriously be voicing her displeasure… in every obscenity she knew (and living in a stable, she probably knew quite a few choice words).
Eventually, though, the downpour proved to be too much to ignore, and we made our way, travelling the vast distance of … oh it was at least two kilometers … to a small village near the shrine, and stopped at an Inn. The building itself was small, but it looked well-kept and clean, and I thought I spotted a path to an Onsen …
Huh… I was pretty sure that in the future there would be a nice resort hotel built right around this spot. Toshiie and I had once had dinner there, after one of the few times I had dragged him out snowboarding. If I remembered correctly, the rooms had a beautiful view of the mountains. If this time’s version of the hotel was similarly situated, it would be the perfect place to wait out the storm.
Well. It was storming.
We would be waiting.
If we were to find interesting ways to pass that time, well, who could blame us?
Besides, after the events of the past couple days, we were clearly too tired to travel through a storm. It would be better to take a day and a night to rest before setting off on the journey to Azuchi.
After handing over the reins of our horses to a boy who was barely six years old, we entered the Inn as the Innkeeper rushed out of a back hallway to greet us. Hopefully, he would give us a room at this early hour of the day.
The Innkeeper squinted at me. “Kaya?”
Holy cats. Is that…?
“Okitane?” Aki’s old apprentice had gained a bit of weight over the past seven years, but otherwise he hadn’t changed. “I thought you and Niwa went to work in Heimji.”
Behind me, I felt Mitsunari sigh in impatience. I guess he really wanted to get into a room, and … nap.
“No. We were going to but, the earrings you gave us turned out to be worth enough money to purchase this Inn. It seemed silly to travel all the way across the country when the perfect place was right here.” He indicated a corridor off behind him. “She’s in the kitchen – do you want to visit with her?”
There was another sigh behind me. I knew Mitsunari wouldn’t stop me from visiting an old friend, but I saw no need to torture him. Oh…who was I kidding. I wanted to get my hands on him as soon as possible.
“I would love to catch up with her, but my husband and I got caught in the rain. We’d really like to get dry and warm.” Mitsunari startled at the field promotion to ‘husband’, but it was easier than having to explain the whole story. “Later today, when she’s got a free moment?”
Or tomorrow. Tomorrow would be good too.
“You two do look soaked.” Okitane indicated a walkway to the back. “All of the rooms are empty – the one furthest from here has the best view.” He lowered his voice to a confidential whisper. “And you will enjoy the most privacy.”
Huh. Guess he was not fooled.
“Thank you, Okitane.” I managed a quick bow before Mitsunari took my hand and led me away.
I couldn’t help but laugh as he pulled me across the courtyard. Simply looking at him and holding his hand was enough to send joy bubbling through me.
Smack
“Oh. I am truly sorry.” Mitsunari apologized to the pillar he had just bounced off.
“Oooh. Are you ok?” Now would be a Murphy’s Law time for him to get a concussion. I could almost picture birdies circling his head.
“I am fine. Why did you ask?” He took my moment of concern as an opportunity to kiss me again. And now I was the one seeing a circle of birdies. Holding rose petals and-
We did make it inside the room before any clothing came off. We even managed to get the door shut.
“I’ve wanted to do this for such a long time.” Mitsunari kissed under my ear, and I felt the heat of his lips travel all the way to…
A long time? How long? An old worry stopped that heat before it could build further. Was this connected to that so called love potion?
He noticed my hesitation and stopped. “Okatsu, did I do something wrong?”
“It’s nothing you did, really. But what if this is because of the love potion? I mean, I’m sure it wasn’t really a love potion, but even so it could have put the idea in your mind. They call it the placebo-” I halted when he lightly put his finger to his lips. “Effect.”
Gently, he untangled my still damp hair. “Since the day before the day Shohime gave us that tea.”
Oh. Well. That’s ok then. Carry on.
Please.
“How would you like me to touch you?” He trailed his fingers over my face. “Like this? Or… is this better?” His other hand stroked my side, eventually coming to rest at my hip. Under his touch, warmth bloomed and radiated through my whole body.
“You know what? It’s all good.” I wanted his hands everywhere. If I could have walked him through a nuclear reactor in order for him to grow a couple more hands, I would have done it. “Just touch me.”
He worked to untangle my obi tie (unfortunately making it more tangled). “While that is exciting to know, how will I be able to learn if you don’t tell me?”
“You’ve always been an adaptive learner… I have every confidence that not only will you figure it out, but our study of each other might become my favorite class ever.” Granted, ‘favorite class ever’ was an extremely low bar.
“I will work very hard to make certain of it.” He gave my obi tie another yank, but I had lost patience with waiting.
Sorry Mai.
I grabbed my dagger and sliced it open. The obi fell to the floor with a wet plop and once loosened, my kimono slipped off one shoulder.
Reverently, Mitsunari cupped his hand over my shoulder, fingers tentatively travelling along my arm. He followed that with tiny kisses everywhere he’d just touched. It was such a light stroke, almost as if he was drawing feathers across my skin, but so effective that I realized I was trembling. “You are cold?”
Half a question, half a statement. “No, I’m not.” I thought about that. “Ok, yes, actually I am cold too, but that wasn’t why I shivered.”
“Why then?” He continued brushing his fingers along my arm.
“Because it felt good.” So good that I wondered how I would possibly survive him touching me in other places. I might be the first recorded case of spontaneous human combustion.
He smiled then, and it was like having the sun come out to dry and warm me. “I’m glad.” He reached for me again, helping me to peel the rest of my wet clothing off. “This… is a complicated equation.”
Have you ever experienced a day where half of it is a complete blur and the other half stands out in sharp reality?
I know that Mitsunari and I managed to get our wet clothes off. I know that we stirred up the coals in the firepit to help ward off the Autumn chill. But I don’t remember how any of these things happened. What I remember was the look on his face when I finally got my wet clothes off. I remember that Mitsunari’s sandals somehow fell into the fire and we didn’t notice until they had completely burned up because we were too busy kissing.
Somehow we managed to get from the firepit to the futon – I think that Mitsunari had simply boosted me into his arms and carried me, while my arms were locked around his neck and my legs were around his waist – but that trek across the room is now a blurred memory of sensations – the feeling of his tight abs between my thighs and his erection pressing against my butt, the slide of his chest across my nipples.
I do remember how we got into bed because Mitsunari tripped on it, sending us both tumbling onto the futon mattress.
“I am sorry! Did I hurt you?” He immediately rolled off me and I felt the loss of contact through to my bones.
“No, I’m fine. Get back here.” Er. Hadn’t meant to be so dominant. “Um. Please.”
“I want to do this slowly. I want to have every moment of this captured in my memory.” He took my hand and kissed each fingertip. “Lord Shingen said I must worship you. That is what I intend to do.”
He turned my hand over and kissed my palm, finishing the kiss with a swish of his tongue that left me shaking with need.
“While I imagine that Lord Shingen is very skilled,” (the other Katsuko didn’t act like she had any complaints), “you don’t need to do what he would do. Or what he told you to do.” And then, because I could already feel him pulling back, I hurried on. “I want what Mitsunari wants.”
“Everything. I want everything.” He drew me into his arms and buried his face in my neck. “I want you so much that you cloud my thoughts.”
I tugged him closer, so close that the only thing between us was a slight sheen of sweat. “I want everything too.”
“Where do you like to be touched?” He pressed his lips to my throat. “Here. I know here.” He kissed me harder, nipping and sucking, and I moaned and arched off the mattress. “That is good too?” It was part question, part awed realization.
“Stop thinking.” I plastered myself against him and kissed him hard. He couldn’t stop and second guess himself if I kept his mouth occupied.
“Yes. I will stop thinking,” he managed to say before he gave himself over to the embrace.
We lay on our sides, face to face, body to body – naked kiss, gliding across each other as what I guess had been an anxiety pause was restored to the need that had propelled us into this room, into each other.
Touch, that was all that I wanted. He could ask where or how but my answer would be the same. Yes, there. That’s good. Now. More. I hooked my leg over his hip and inched myself closer still.
Just the sensation of him slick and trembling against me – or was that me, was I the one shaking? – was enough. The being. The sharing. He was right – we were right, together we were more than I thought I could ever be.
And so, though I may not have been physically close when he thrust into me, I was emotionally ready to feel his fullness inside, to feel that complete. Part of me wanted to hold onto that moment, to freeze it in time forever.
His mouth captured mine in a long kiss as he continued to move within me. I slipped my hand between my legs, touching myself to catch up, and then my genius lover followed the trail, his hand covering mine, learning by example, where and how I liked to be touched.
I arched against him, as he continued to pump into me, holding him as he climaxed with a groan… then relaxed. His sweat-tinged hair tickled the top of my arm, and I reflexively began combing it back into place. Somewhere from deep inside my consciousness whispered mine.
“You did not… also?” It was a few moments later when he regained speech. “Lord Shingen said-”
I silenced him with a kiss. We did not need to add Lord Shingen’s thoughts and opinions to this moment. “That was how I wanted it… I … many women… are not as quick to warm up as men. But I wanted that closeness. I wanted to…” I couldn’t find the exact way to explain that I’d wanted to give myself over to him. “That… it was for you.”
“Thank you, Lady—Thank you Katsuko.” He returned his hand to between my thighs. “If I am understanding correctly…”
That light touch was just a whisper against me, but even the hint of friction stirred the coals inside me. I’d been close before, it didn’t take much for that throbbing feeling to return and my need to build. “Yes?”
“A man is like an arrow – all that is needed is to focus… draw… aim, and let go?” He added a little flick for emphasis, and my quick gasp probably told him he’d found his target.
Military terms? Now? “Uh. Sure.” He had gathered more confidence, as this brilliant, adaptive learner pressed harder now, his explorations having told him that… oh yes… tiny circles was…. Yup…. that’s good.
“Whereas women are like flint lock muskets. They need a spark and a long… slow… burn.” He brought his other hand into the equation, inserting two fingers inside me. He’d mapped that path before, and now, he easily found again a place that made me take in a quick sharp gasping breath.
I closed my eyes and rode that sensation, wanting to enjoy it, hold it to me, as long as possible.
Mitsunari might not be able to walk and read at the same time, but his hand-eye coordination was… just fine. “Until finally,” he continued, his voice lowered to a whisper, “one is able to pull…”
I was wide open to him, hanging off the edge of rational thought.
“…the trigger.” He raked his fingers across me, then as I began to spiral, he continued pressing his thumb down while I exploded against him.
Thank goodness Okitane put us in the furthest room.
While I was still trying to remember how to breath, Mitsunari pulled me on top as he rolled to his back to cuddle me against his chest (mostly… I did have to casually free my arm, which was caught under him at a weird angle).
“It was your hair.” His whispered non-sequitur pulled me out of a post-coital daze. I felt a slight tug and saw that Mitsunari had grabbed a lock of my hair and was coiling it around his fingers. “That first night… you couldn’t sleep. That you let me… trusted me to touch you. I wanted more.”
Aw. That’s sweet. I booped his nose – no particular reason why, I just felt like booping his nose… and anyway, he was still talking. “No. It was before that, but I didn’t realize. Or understand what it meant. When you were injured.” He placed his palm on my face. “We fit. I didn’t examine my thought then. But even back then… I knew we fit.”
“I felt something then too.” I hadn’t examined it either, letting it skitter across my nerves into my subconscious. “Yeah. We fit.”
His hand drifted down my cheek, as he gently lifted my face to his. A tiny kiss, briefest brush across my mouth. “I can’t imagine ever tiring of kissing you.”
All thoughts of napping fled the room. Soft kisses built into longer kisses, that merged into one long open mouth exploration of tongues, lips, until we finally only broke away to breathe. The room spun around us. He’d literally kissed me until I was breathlessly hyperventilating.
Then his hands were everywhere, re-awakening nerve endings that didn’t want to rest after all – not when his mouth was on my breast and his tongue fluttered against me. The whole world shrunk to that point, that sensation of his mouth sucking my breasts. He gave each one careful, even attention, as if he was studying them with his lips and tongue, and even with tiny nips of his teeth.
He shifted me until I straddled his hips, and again I felt his hardness pressing against my butt. With a smile that was half-curious, half-wicked (where had he learned how to be wicked? Did I do that? Go me!), he said, “This… the book made it seem like this was something that you would enjoy. Yes?”
“You… stole Mozumi’s pillow book?” My gasp was equally the shock of his thievery as it was the sensation of being lifted directly onto his shaft.
“No.” He thrust upward. “I read it. Every. Single. Page.”
Oh, bless his eidetic memory!

So I had this in my head for a while. What if Shingen never mentioned and hid his illness before the MC decided not to go back to the future and the wormhole been and gone. I really needed to get this out of my head.
I guess Shingen and Damian don’t get a happy ending in my own head...
Sorry, I hate myself for drawing this haha

LONGFIC INTEREST CHECK
So, there are several longfics that I have started working on. Talking about stories that are most likely gonna reach light novel lenght. And I like each idea equally. However, I think I need to focus on one at a time. Otherwise I might get nowhere. So, I would like to ask you guys what you would be most interested in. Here's a description of each.
Lady of the Takeda (Ikemen Sengoku)
Set after the end of Shingen's route and is set in the I-perspective of either an OC or reader. Just because there's peace between the Takeda and Oda doesn't mean that nothing's gonna happen. And being THE lady of a clan like the Takeda brings its very own trials with it.
Rose of the East (Saint Seiya x Sailor Moon crossover)
This one is set in medieval Japan, shortly before the country shut its borders to the rest of the world. Albafica is a Swede who by circumstances gets stranded there. However, he meets Makoto Kino, and love blossoms between them. However, Japan's anti-foreigner stance at that time doesn't make it exactly easy for them.
Inkmaster (Naruto modern AU)
Ino stumbles into Sai's tattoo shop one day, determined to get one. However, she found more than only a tattoo. And there is more to the pale tattooist than meets the eye.
Angel of Winter (Bleach angel AU)
I have already written over 10 chapters for this. My plan now is to do a quick overhaul, include what I forgot to include and then to repost it and also finally finish it. It is a HitsuKarin story set in an angel AU, where the characters are angels/nephilim instead of Shinigami.
I will keep working on other fics too, but with these big ones, it might be a good idea to focus on one. So here's a poll to see what you guys would be most eager to read. n.n They can be found on my AO3 account. If necessary, just ask for the link and I will send it to you. Am curious to see what you're going to vote on!
