What AOT Characters Would Dress Up As for Halloween

it's that time of year y'all, I couldn't resist... I wish I had artistic abilities to actually draw them all as these things

Eren: (pre-s4 development) this is a trio costume with Mikasa and Armin where Eren is Pooh Bear. (post s4 development) “the only thing I want to ‘be’ is free”

Mikasa: she is Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh in the trio costume (not particularly willingly)

Armin: and Armin is of course Piglet

Jean: this is your classic last minute costume but ‘sexy-fied’ (Jean’s words not mine). He is a cowboy but like, very raunchy… “save a horse ride a cowboy” “you are a horse” “SHUT UP CONNIE”

Connie: none other than Mr. Worldwide himself, the classic Pitbull costume

Sasha: she’s bacon and she definitely asked Niccolo to do a silly little couple’s cosplay with her

Niccolo: he’s the eggs to Sasha’s bacon 

Levi: literally didn’t dress up was aggressively forced to put on devil horns 

Erwin: wears an angel halo to match with Levi’s devil horns… was also “totally forced into this”

Hange: so they get really into the concept of Halloween and homemake their costume every year… this year it is a homemade Sawney titan cosplay…

Reiner: wears all black and calls it a day but Bertholdt sticks cat ears on him and makes him be a black cat

Bertholdt: wears all brown and puts on dog ears for a duo costume with Reiner

Annie: dresses up as Ghostface. Every. Single. Year. And she’s very unapologetic about it (she looks good, everyone shut up… I’m projecting because I’m going as ghostface this year)

Ymir: couple’s costume with Historia of course guys :( they’re so cute… Ymir goes as Poison Ivy 

Historia: she’s the Harley Quinn to Ymir’s Poison Ivy

Hooray, finally finished this!! I drew it for her birthday (April 3) but didn't getting around to coloring it till summer break :') I haven't done a full art of Lara in a while (or, actually, of any character ...) so this was a nice challenge. It was also really really fun to draw something gorey again!! I actually really like the way darker aesthetics like that clash and meld with the sparkly cuteness of my recent drawings, heehee.

Since Lara is a noblewoman disguised as a maid out of necessity (she holds a secret of terrible power). I decided to design an outfit she could wear if she could show off her nobility ✨

Don't ask me where this came from, is 3 am right now, but-

Jean as a cowboy and Marco as a knight for Halloween. And everyone kind of expected them to, you know, get matching costumes right? So is weird when they show up and their costumes have NOTHING in common.

But when asked about it, Marco's like "Well actually Jean's is of royal blood and doesn't know it yet because he's the son of the king with a commoner and the royal family tries to keep his existence under the rug because, technically speaking, Jean would be the first to ascend to the throne and no one wants that. And I'm his knight, swear to protect him with my life because that's what the king ordered from me but honestly at this point I just fell in love with him and I would gladly help him overthrow the royal family and become king"

Meanwhile Jean's like "Yeah so Marco said I look good wearing a cowboy hat so-"

Request - Zeke takes Eren to a haunted house to prove he's a cool big brother

he's not the coolest, i'm afraid, but he tries.

who's afraid of a five foot three vampire?

zeke jaeger. eren jaeger. slight rivetra. hs au. 1310 words.

Zeke walks down the halls of his high school with his brother in hand. The walls have been decorated with streamers in their school colors — green, silver, and white — and decals of a white dove, the school mascot, are plastered on the windows. Posters advertising the different food stalls and activities from all the clubs and classes have been hung on the walls, but Zeke is only interested in one attraction even if his younger brother is less keen. 

Eren is tugging on Zeke’s hand, struggling to get free. At seven years old, he doesn’t have much of a chance from escaping from his older brother. Still, he continues to tug at Zeke’s hand and whine, “I don’t want to go to the haunted house! That’s boring. Zeke, I want to see all the food stalls. You promised!”  

Zeke does have the intention of keeping that promise, but he had made it with the belief that Eren would be able to make it through at least one attraction. He would be perfectly fine with escorting Eren through the campus grounds where all the food stalls are, but he knows that his younger brother will eat until his stomach is full to bursting and then pass out, too tired to even take another step forward and making it impossible for Zeke to haul him anywhere but home. 

Zeke squeezes his brother’s hand and flashes him a strained smile. “In a little bit, Eren. Don’t you want to see the haunted house? It’s really scary. I bet it’ll be fun,” Zeke says. 

“I don’t want to. It’s the middle of spring,” Eren huffs. “Who wants to go to a haunted house in the middle of the spring?” 

“Come on, Eren. It’ll only be for a little while, and then I’ll buy you whatever food you want,” Zeke says through gritted teeth. Even though Eren isn’t any closer to breaking free than he was five minutes ago, Zeke is starting to get tired of dragging his brother around especially now that Eren is digging his heels into the ground. “Come on, Eren! Can’t you just work with me for five minutes?” 

He manages to drag his younger brother another half foot when he sees a familiar figure emerge from the classroom where the haunted house is being hosted. The girl who seems to have just finished her shift at the haunted house, but she’s still wearing her costume: a tattered flannel dress, wolf ears, and gloves that are made to look like wolf paws. She bounds across the tiled floor to where Zeke and Eren are before landing right in front of them, her “claws” and teeth bared threateningly. 

“Petra!” Eren says, expression brightening as soon as he recognizes Zeke’s schoolmate. He’s finally stopped struggling against Zeke, distracted by Petra’s costume. “Wow! Are you a wolf?” 

“Yup!” Petra says cheerfully. She does a little twirl so that Eren can get a full view of her outfit and then stops to look up at Zeke. “Why didn’t you bring Eren by earlier? I just finished my shift.”  

“Oh, were you waiting for us?” Zeke says with a grin. 

“Well, I just figured you’d want to bring Eren around,” Petra laughs. She waves her paws around when she talks and Eren’s gaze follows them excitedly. “Have you taken him around the school yet? There are a lot of attractions today. I think the classes did an amazing job with their stalls for the school festival this year.” 

“Not yet. We just got here. I was hoping to take Eren to your class’ haunted house before we visited the food stalls,” Zeke says, turning his head to glance out the window. Maybe he can invite Petra to eat with them. She’s free from her shift, and she does adore Eren. He’s about to ask if she wants to recommend a food stall when an unwelcome guest appears at Petra’s shoulder and presses a popsicle against her cheek, making her squeal. 

“Oh, Levi!” Petra says with a laugh. She wipes at her cheek where he had pressed the cold popsicle against her skin and wrinkles her nose at him. “Did you finish your shift at your class’ cafe, too?” 

“I did,” Levi says, stepping so that he can stand beside her. He’s never been the friendliest person, but there’s an extra level of venom in his gaze when it settles on Zeke. It’s twice as menacing with the costume Levi has on: hair slicked back away from his forehead, a fluttering black cape, a flowing white shirt, and a sparkling ruby pendant hanging around his neck. He bares his teeth in what could be a smile, but the pointed fangs that poke out from his grin look too threatening. “Oh. Zeke’s here.” 

“And Eren,” Petra chimes, gesturing towards Zeke’s little brother who’s still clinging to Zeke’s hand.  

Eren is uncharacteristically quiet, so Zeke glances down at his brother and groans when he sees that Eren is staring wide-eyed at Levi. 

“Are you a vampire?” Eren asks. He’s even more impressed with Levi’s costume than Petra’s. Zeke had been ready to make fun of Levi’s attire — who would ever be afraid of a five foot three vampire? — but Eren is completely enamored with Levi’s look, much to his elder brother’s dismay. “Wow, you’re like a real vampire!” 

“Not really. It’s just a costume,” Levi says, scratching at the collar of his cape, but nothing Levi says dampers Eren’s admiration. 

“You look like a real vampire!” Eren repeats, eyes as big as saucers now as he looks Levi up and down. Zeke had thought that Eren had grown out of things like Santa Claus, elves, and vampires, but it seems he was mistaken by the way Eren is absolutely enamored with Levi in his vampire attire. Eren, in typical Eren fashion when he’s fascinated by something, asks a series of rapid-fire questions directed at his new obsession. “How are you able to walk out in the day? Why aren’t you sleeping? Do you bite people?” 

“I’m not a real vampire, I was doing a shift at the vampire cafe for my class, and I don’t bite people because, like I said before, I’m not a real vampire,” Levi says, answering all of Eren’s questions one by one. He pauses after his last answer and glances at Petra. “Well, actually -” 

“Do you want to go see the vampire cafe, Eren?” Petra says quickly before Levi can finish. She’s already reaching for Eren’s other hand and gesturing for him to follow her hurriedly. “Levi can introduce you to all the vampires there.” 

Zeke wants to grasp onto Eren’s hand, but his younger brother is already slipping away, enticed by the promise of being able to see more vampires. Everything that Zeke had been working towards is slipping through his fingers.  

“Really? You’ll show me the vampires?” Eren asks Levi excitedly. 

“Yeah, I can show you the vampires,” Levi shrugs. The vampire is so half-hearted in his answer that Zeke can’t believe Eren is choosing Levi over his own brother.  

Petra is leading Eren away. Eren, the traitor, has grasped Levi’s hand in his other one and forgotten his brother completely. Levi, of course, couldn’t care less that Zeke is being left behind. The bastard is probably even enjoying this as much as he pretends not to care about anything. He’s probably lapping up all the attention he’s getting from Petra and Eren while Zeke is forgotten.  

“Ah,” Petra says, turning her head. For a moment, Zeke thinks she’s come to save him from this sad situation, but she simply smiles and says, “Have fun at the haunted house, Zeke. Let me know what you think about it later.”  

“Yeah, have fun,” Levi says with a smirk. 

Eren doesn’t even bother bidding his older brother goodbye.  

Zeke has never been more infuriated.
