In a previous ask about how much of the in game characters can see the player's client you tagged it with "only High people see the real shit," does that mean UT Burgerpants is somewhat aware of the shop menu UI since he is shown smoking a blunt? also the real reason Ralsei seems to know more about the player and the client is not because of some mysterious or sinister reason but because he, quite simply, smokes a fat blunt from time to- [gaster disappear sfx plays as I'm whisk away by forces beyond my understand]
