And thus, Vikrahm hears the name and never uses it publicly because if it took him YEARS to finally hear it AFTER THREATENING "big brother" he's not gonna just use it casually.

I did some research of words that meant "brother" though and figured that since Pops is from a ruined kingdom that no one can even read the language of where he is now, Vik would think that asking "what world would YOU use for brother" is overstepping and doesn't want to do that.

I think I have rambled about them before so to spare you! A tl;dr version that you can also skip:

Shilva can turn into a dragon. Vikrahm goes on an adventure and meets Pops. Pops is a famous dragonslayer who refuses to tell anyone his name and never collects reward money unless needed at that time. Shilva and Pops get married. They both do not tell Vik his name though so he resorts to a threat and is shocked when it actually works. "I didn't expect to get this far idk what to do now" kinda vibes.

#admission of admiration #also vik will hear something and its a secret ?? and oh hes taking that to his grave #he will never spill a secret so if pops doesnt want his name used around others then he wont #shilva uses it in private or when its just her and vik and pops #and she is so happy to be able to do that and when vik sees how fond and loving pops looks at shilva?#he feels happy too because he knows his sister is in good hands #even if it was hands that he actively kept away from her in fear that she would be hurt if pops knew she could turn into a dragon #so hes just like C: this is cool actually #and then he hangs out with adlyn and is like hey man its really wild to see mr silent realist be soft #and adlyn is just like dude its not like he as an ass ever UNLIKE YOU
