I started watching her show and honestly.. she is a tidy little therapist ready to share her wisdom to help ease the anxiety of hoarders like myself. Some of her techniques I’ve been doing for years (standing shirts in drawers, boxes of memories and organizing things in bins, putting everything in a pile to see it as a whole) but the joy concept and tidying happily around her daughter to influence good habits are ideas I never considered that I really want to try using— as well as many other tips she has in the show. Wonderful mom and homemaker!

So you should convince yourself that they are sparking joy, and you should prioritize their status, because they are making your day, everyday. Then, gradually, you will start seeing some sparking joy concepts from those items.
