Searched up Blue Chair because I wanted to recommend it to a friend (my reading list has… way too many WEBTOONS)

Anyways, I found this! BlueChair Fan Club by… yeah I can’t figure out how to type that. But it’s very neat! I honestly can’t figure out how I haven’t discovered this one before.

So… personally, I find it absolutely amazing that SHEN HIMSELF has read at least one of the episodes. Absolutely amazing. We truely need more Shens in the world ❤️❤️❤️

Hate hate HATE seeing stuff like this, because even if it's a Funny Haha to joke about someone being a transgender egg it's still really rude to do this to someone. Like, if I was a large artist and people were publicly making jokes about me being transgender before I came to that conclusion myself, I'd be hesitant to explore my own expression more. Doing this is just putting someone in a new box and not letting them experiment. Do y'all not see how fucking weird it is? Can you not imagine how bizarre this would be to do to someone offline to their face?

Years ago I started out drawing snatcher in his more canon form before beginning to imply different features that stood out to me more and liked better to his design. I would say to start out with character references first. The rest I'm sure you can figure out later; What works and what doesn't. You're unique preferences if you will. It takes some time.

As for the rest I've been inspired by golden age classic cartoons artists like Don Bluth, Chuck Jones, Hanna Barbera, Tex Avery, Walter Lantz, Max Fleischer, Richard Williams, etc... Disney, Warner Bros, and a pinch of anime. So many cartoons to name them all... I also take inspiration from Batim, Cuphead, Skullgirls, Lackadaisy, -Artists like Shen (bluechair comics), Vivziepop, Gooseworx, Piti Yindee, Hailey lain, Kittensneeze, Pastra, Qwerts, spineapples, StarsTaco, Telepurte, BeautySnake, Corax, Pastel Flurry Delak, João Pereira, kekeflipnote, Kosperry, Meanbeanzone, ... and so many others.. enough to make your head spin and of course my mutuals uwu (also i will be looking at your blog this is a threat/j)

but yeah look for works that inspire you! That match your vibe and sorta dissolve and meld into it
