How would Razor Sharp and Mushroom mix? Pointy shrooms? Cacti?

New Quirk Name: Shroom Saber

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to form congealed mass in the form of shrooms and spores that resemble blades from any point in their body. The fungus is tightly knit together, making it as strong as regular steal. By moving and stabbing these blades into targets, the user can spread out spores from the point of contact, causing fungus to form. While not as strong as the blades, the thick mass of fungus works well to trap and restrain anything hit by it. This can even spread into wounds and damages the user makes with them, exaggerating any damage the target receives and risking an infection from the fungal weaponry. This gives the user a good mix of options, spreading out their foes around the battlefield. They can break apart the terrain, hinder enemy movement, climb around on the fungus, make wounds far worse, or confuse people with their mushroom weapons. Though using the Quirk too much will cause spores to spread too much, both in the user's attacks and the user's body, causing undo harm or hindering their own movement. The Quirk has an exceptional weakness to heat, especially strong sources of it like fire that burn their fungus, and can only be applied over a short range.

Kinoko's hero name, "Shemage", sounds like a type of mushroom (shimeji)

Additional research : Her first name isn't actually written with the kanji for mushroom but is homophonous. Her last name contains the kanji for forest which would have made it a legit submission for the original bracket but yours truly didn't notice when I first checked

Maddie was submitted because of a cultivar of sage (Salvia pratensis "Madeline") but I don't have propaganda for her yet

New Quirk Name: Spore Step

This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to make a collection of condensed purple powder wherever they step. The user can apply these as stepping stones to get around. As they step forward, the powder will begin to disperse, making tough mushrooms wherever they land. These mushrooms work to stifle enemy movement, tripping them up and weighting them down. This gives the user a good mix of mobility and defense, spreading themselves and their spores around the battlefield as they move around while leaving anyone else trapped. If nothing else, it can certainly make getting around a lot easier and get themselves into better positions. Though this Quirk can be difficult to apply in warmer and dryer climates, with fire being especially good at destroying or preventing further spread of the spores. This relies a lot on the user's legs and their movement to make the most of it, especially to avoid hitting allies with their spores.
