New Quirk Name: Spore Step

This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to make a collection of condensed purple powder wherever they step. The user can apply these as stepping stones to get around. As they step forward, the powder will begin to disperse, making tough mushrooms wherever they land. These mushrooms work to stifle enemy movement, tripping them up and weighting them down. This gives the user a good mix of mobility and defense, spreading themselves and their spores around the battlefield as they move around while leaving anyone else trapped. If nothing else, it can certainly make getting around a lot easier and get themselves into better positions. Though this Quirk can be difficult to apply in warmer and dryer climates, with fire being especially good at destroying or preventing further spread of the spores. This relies a lot on the user's legs and their movement to make the most of it, especially to avoid hitting allies with their spores.

Fat Absorption and Mushroom?

New Quirk Name: Fungal Fat

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to transform their fat into a series of fungi around their body that resemble mushroom caps. These caps work to protect the user and block massive blasts without harm. The shrooms have strong adhesion to them, causing foes to sink in and become stuck in them if they are not careful. If the user is damaged, the fungus will release spores from the damaged spot. This causes it to spread out and grow over whatever is nearby, working to restrain or protect whatever is around the user within a short range, albeit weaker than what is on the user. This gives the user a powerful defensive tool, able to protect themselves or others with their mushrooms. They can capture enemies in their holds, keep allies from getting harmed, cover foes in the fungus to restrain them, protect the area around them from harm, or simply use the caps to give them some shade. Though this is reliant on the user's fat, requiring them to build it up and potentially burning through it too quickly. The Quirk may end up misfiring if the user is damaged in the wrong way, potentially targeting allies if they are too close. The fungus can be done away with fire or simply by tearing it apart.
