I think most of us have heard about the idea of Animal Shelter Director!Halsin in a modern bg3 AU. But let me raise to you: Nature-Therapist!Halsin

For those of you not knowing what I mean, allow me to drop an anecdote of my recent life:

I was in the psychosomatic clinic a few months ago, and in there we had smth. called "garden therapy" we did a bit of woodworking, someone made a little table. we nutured and grew different plants, beets, flowers, etc. I even planted a tree-seedling. Even tho I won't see the end result of that now, I know that I did it and others will find joy in it, for example: the garden therapist we had there!

At the beginning of each garden-therapy we would sit together under the trees, and the garden therapist would tell us anecdotes or read a poem for us, mostly both, which would correlate to something mentaly positive we could take out of the therapy, even if gardening wasn't our thing (which was kind of the case for me)

Now, back to Modern AU bg3: I could totally see Halsin in that position! Caring so deeply for nature but also using it and his experience with it to help others see the positive in their life again. Showing his patients how great plants react to loving care, to inspire them to do the same for themselfs.

Are you seeing my vision here?

Going wild thinking about how SOFT the facial expressions are gonna be after the s03 kiss. Not the animated reunion one, the one they share in their South Downs cottage garden in the rain, with only their wings for shelter. Michael “heart eyes” Sheen and David “doe eyes” Tennant are going to give us a FEAST. Bet on that.

 DC merfolk au where the world is practically flooded with small patches where humans live on floating rafts or islands or on top of old buildings long forgotten. (Maybe Atlanteans are human or maybe they’re still around like normal, up to the writer) 

 There’s underwater cities and villages made in reefs, caves, and even in submerged buildings where the merfolk live: Metropolis, Star City, Central City, Gotham, etc

  Of course being DC there’s still heroes and villains (perhaps also merfolk, perhaps humans on ships, once again up to the writer) Maybe their real names are known, maybe they’re not.

The sand of the kazekage swirled into blossoming tendrils around them as Gaara caught Chitose with a soft sound. Sand grains danced in the air, filtering the sun with a golden touch. "Chitose-san." His sand cradled a teapot with care, hardly a drop spilled. "Are you alright?" She was sprawled onto his chest, which was warm, though red covered him all. Gaara's hand hovered lightly above her back. Once again, she was close enough to see the darker chips in his seafoam eyes, green like the paler succulents he so loved to attend. Her legs were astraddle him. It was.... a bit like she had landed as if she was going to ride a horse...
