Owen Caulis of Pride R Card - [Bring It On] - Card Story (ft. Akira)
Tumblr media
More animal communication talks and scratching of itchy butts!
====== Card Story: Chapter 1 - Working Out What The Magical Beast Really Meant ======
Tumblr media
Akira: (......Huh? The Superbia seems rather concerned about its rear. I wonder if something’s the matter?)
Owen: Master Sage, what are you looking at?
Akira: Owen. The Superbia somehow seems a little different from its usual self.
Owen: Oh, that? It’s because of that thing it mentioned just now when we spoke.
Akira: Ah, you can speak with animals, right? What did it say?
Owen: Well, what do you think it said? Take a guess.
Akira: Huh, let me think. Hmm……
Akira: (It doesn’t look particularly angry, and seems pretty concerned about its rear side, so……)
Akira: ……My butt is itchy, and I wish somebody would scratch it…… or something?
Akira: A-Ahaha! Just kidding!
Owen: ……
Tumblr media
Akira: Umm…… Don’t tell me, it really did say that?
Owen: Who knows? If you’re curious, why not give it a try?
Akira: Huh!? But, doing something like that to a prideful magical beast would probably anger it so……
Owen: Well well. It might be in the midst of suffering as you dawdle around like that, you know.
Owen: And yet, you’d put yourself first and abandon a magical beast in its suffering?
Akira: Ughh……
Akira: ……Got it. To help it out, I will try and see if—
(Flapping sound)
Akira: Whoa!?
Akira: I-Isn’t it saying that I shouldn’t be doing that!? It looks terribly angry…….!
Owen: So what of that? It’s you who said that you want to help that guy, no?
Owen: Come on, do your best. Master Sage.

Springtime Fushiguros♪
Context-: exploring the memories of childhood of fushiguros, marking the spring time of you and satoru gojo.
Lullaby-: Megumi caught cold so you sing a lullaby to help him fall asleep. (Jealous gojo)
Tumblr media
As much as you love the smell of freshly wet soil during rainy season; the sound of water droplets pouring down from the dusky clouds, kissing the earth; the croaking of the frogs— megumi hates it.
Due to the weather changing season and unfortunate circumstances, last day he came back from school, totally drenched in rainwater. Not to mention, his drenched hair, reminded you of his striking resemblance to his late father—toji fushiguro.
You have only seen him once, when shoko introduced his photo to you as the zenin guy born without any cursed energy; who killed riko amanai. And who almost killed your— nvm. You don't even wanna recall those days. It hurts too much.
Thankfully, gojo was out for a mission along with ijichi and he wasn't about to return till tomorrow morning. He would probably shout out loud, clinging up to you, asserting his precious megumi being possessed by toji.
As for now you've tucked him to bed, beside Tsumiki, after feeding him chicken and bok choy soup especially including ginger with mushrooms cuz that's how he likes it. It will help unblocking his sinuses, getting rid of his cold faster.
You exit the kids room, switching off the lights.
You were almost done with dishes, scrubbing off the rice bowl of tsumiki, humming a tune, close to your heart, which you have no idea where you picked up from, unaware of a tall shady figure approaching you.
All of a sudden you felt two arms sneaking around your waist, pulling you closer.
"Wh—" your squeak was cut off shortly, by a hand pressed to your mouth, "shh! baby...wouldn't want the kids to wake up." Satoru' velvet voice coaxed you to calm down. His warm breath fanned near your neck, as he slowly trailed kisses over there.
"You were supposed to come back tomo—" a gasped as gojo bit on the shell of your ear, "finished the mission fast," he said, "so I can spend the night with you", nibbling on your ear.
He pushes his pelvis forward, so it touches your lower back, slowly grinding on you as his hands roam on your body, trying to memorize every curve, remembering the bliss of having you close to him.
You figured out he teleported inside the apartment as the door was locked and gojo doesn't carries house keys with him since he would loose it somewhere.
"Satoru i haven't finished doing the dishes" you say as he presses kisses on you shoulder blade.
"We can finish that later. I need you." He says, removing the bowl from your hand, opening the tap to wash your hand. "Need you so bad." You could feel his voice longing with desire as he turns you around hastily.
You find your hands wrapped around his neck, his lips locked on yours, tongue slipping in. Every ounce of oxygen disappeared from your lungs as you were making out with him.
"Aachho"
Your eyes widened as you push satoru away hard, whipping your head to the side to see the door knob twisting.
Megumi comes out rubbing his nose looking for you.
"Megumi you need something?" You ask, trying to cool down your racing heart.
"I can't sleep." He walks up to you, dragging his blanket, practically mopping the floor.
"If you can't sleep then go to bed and count sheeps." Megumi gets startled at the voice, which he recognise as his sensei's.
"Why are you here?"
"Cuz it's my house."
"Weren't you supposed to come tomorrow? Why are you early?" The kid expresses his disappointment.
"And weren't you supposed to be asleep now? Why are you up disturbing my mome—" your sharp glare ceases gojo's further words.
"Then, how 'bout i sing a lullaby to you? It will help you fall asleep. Kk." You say, turning your head to Megumi, guiding him to your bedroom.
"Wait—so he's sleeping with us?" Gojo questions stopping you midway.
"Yeah. And yeah please finish the dishes before you join us. Let's go 'gumi." You vanish into your bedroom along with Megumi.
"Such a cock-block" he whispers, leaning on the counter, rolling up his sleeves before getting started with the dishes, beefing about him. " He gets to cuddle with my y/n more than I do. Damn it."
[ A few moments later ]
Gojo enters, as your soft humming echoes through the room.
Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
The moonlight catcher reflected several lights, twinkling around the room as you layed there along with Megumi, patting him to sleep.
How I wonder what you are!
He couldn't help but wonder; wonder what you are; how did he get so lucky? To have you behind his back.
Up above the world so high,
He needs you like one needs oxygen to breathe; he would search for you in every birth like river searches for sea. His eyes would be yearning, dying for one look of yours since you are the only world he has ever known.
Like a diamond in the sky.
You may have no idea, but the only star in his sky, whose shine would even fade diamonds is you.
Megumi's asleep. You sit up straight, looking at gojo, leaning at the door frame. You tilted your head, smiling apologetically.
Gojo sighs playfully, straighting up himself, walking past the bedroom door. A few secs later he brings in a sleeping tsumiki, cradled in his arms, laying her beside Megumi, tucking them into warm blankets as gojo joins in.

Daily questions 8 - Togame Jo
For all other translations, see this post!
Tumblr media
Togame's answers:
If you have 500 yen, how would you use it? - I'll probably put it in my piggy bank.
If you could travel to somewhere in Japan for a holiday, where would you go? - Somewhere with famous onsen will be nice.
What's your favourite condiment? - Vinegar with pepper. I like having it with gyoza. (t/n: Nii sensei drew an illustration for this!!!)
What do you think about before you sleep? - Counting sheep helps you sleep faster. (t/n: he specifically said "count numbers" but counting sheep gets the point across better imo)
What would you eat for your last meal? - I wanna try eating shark's fin
Recently, was there something that made you a little happy? - I found a place that sells new ramune bottles. They don't really sell it anymore. (t/n: Ramune is this soda that's usually sold in a bottle sealed by a marble (if you've read the manga you should've seen that super sweet scene between Togame and Sakura ;-;), and you return the bottle to the shop you bought the ramune from to recycle.)
If someone of the opposite gender asks you for your contact number, what would you do? - Ehh? What're you gonna do with it? I can give it to you, but don't use it for anything bad ok
And I'm all caught up! Apologies for all the spam, and thanks for all the patience 🙇‍♂️

All That is Revealed(JJK One-shot)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
TW/Warnings: Some angst but Fluff ending, minor profanity, MANGA SPOILERS FOR HIDDEN INVENTORY ARC, Possible OOC Toji/Megumi/and Satoru/ Toji and Satoru still having beef after 12 years, Reader feeling stressed, Megumi indirectly cockblocks Toji
A sequel to this headcanon
Series: Jujutsu Kaisen
Pairing: Toji x Fem!/Mama! Reader, Megumi x Mama! Reader(platonic)
AU: Toji Lives AU
Pronouns: She/Her
Word Count: 4.8k words
Summary: You finally tell your son and his friends about Satoru and Toji’s shared “history”.
Tumblr media
It had only been a week since Megumi got cooked by his dad during their little practice sparring session, which ended with you breaking it up and reprimanding Toji for almost critically injuring his son. That is not what’s bothering Megumi, however. Well, okay, he left a little salty with a bruised pride from barely holding his own against his dad. But that’s beside the point.
What’s bothering him is what you said to him at the end of your conversations. After learning Toji was just playing with Megumi, not even using a fraction of his actual strength, Megumi asks you how truly powerful his dad is. Your only answer was, “Ask your teacher, Megumi.” You then left the school grounds without another word. What did you mean by that? Megumi had never seen his pompous teacher like this before. Satoru’s endless sweat bullets and fidgety hands looked out of character for him. He tried asking him the next day, but Satoru didn’t acknowledge the question and completely ignored it. However, Megumi noted Gojo’s increased stuttering and rapidly fluctuating curse energy. He didn’t have any luck with Geto-sensei either. Geto would give some sort of cryptic answer to Megumi’s question with a lopsided grin, but even reading between the lines was a pain for Megumi himself.
Though, Megumi couldn’t blame his teachers for avoiding his question. He is well aware that his family is not average, even by Jujutsu standards. His father, Toji, was seen as the black sheep of the entire Jujutsu society, a useless human with no trace of curse energy. But the whispers and hushed voices he heard were a different story. His notorious epithet of “Sorcerer killer” wasn’t something every sorcerer took lightly. From the reactions he’d seen about the talks of his dad, something wasn’t adding up. The disconcert and uneasiness radiated from his two special grade teachers at the mention of his father, not to mention many others having a sober expression when speaking about him. It was like an entire act missing from a volume, and Megumi needed to figure out why.
Since he couldn’t get it out of his teachers, he’ll go for the primary source itself, you. Yet, he was swamped with school and back-to-back missions every chance he had. So, he had no time to bring it up in the first place. It was gnawing at him for days, and he wasn’t the only one. Yuuji and Nobara were also curious about your vague statement and wanted answers. Seemingly more determined than Megumi himself. But it isn’t their fault since your vague answer sparked more questions than answers. Plus, on top of not knowing much about you either.
You were an enigma to the two students. They have seen you around campus but will be out of sight the next, leaving no trace other than your curse residuals behind. Yuuji and Nobara met you briefly a couple of times after the exchange event, only for Megumi to drag them away to leave you to your own devices. It also didn’t help them that Megumi was pretty reserved about personal details, especially ones involving family. Their only leads on you came from the mouths of other sorcerers and the school staff members. Their teacher, known to be a mortal deity, speaks highly of you with a pinch of fondness, which is strange since he never says that of anyone in such a manner. Not even to their other teacher, Suguru Geto, his best friend.
After constantly pestering and begging Megumi to tell more about his ethereal and alluring mother, Megumi decides it is now an excellent time to converse with you. For him, it’s killing two birds with one stone. His friends will finally stop bugging him about you, and he’ll get his answers. It was Thursday; the first years were preparing for a night mission. Gojo had told Megumi that you were coming to discuss recent curse activities and sorcerers' reports for the mouth. The students didn’t have to leave until 3:00pm, so he had time to spare. After their routine classes and training, Megumi begins seeking you out along with Yuuji and Nobara. With plenty of time before dispatching their mission, they searched the whole campus for you.
While walking through a corridor from one of the student lounges, the students hear voices from one of the nearby private rooms. Before Megumi could think, Divine Dog: Totality summoned itself and dragged Megumi to where the voices came from. Megumi didn’t know his shadows to summon themselves without his command. However, this has happened a few times, such as when you’re nearby, and they picked up your curse residuals. So, remembering that his shikigamis know your essence, he lets Totality pull him along with Yuuji and Nobara. He was proven right when your voice on the other side of the shogi door was from the other side. Totality wags its tail, pushing its master’s hand to open it before disappearing into the corridor’s shadows. Before he knocked, he could hear the different voices as well. There was Gojo-Sensei, Geto-Sensei, and— is that his dad’s voice too?
‘What the hell? Why is Dad here of all places?’ Megumi thought with his brows furrowing. He knows about the rule that Toji must always be with you on Jujutsu High grounds. He only comes to the school when he wants to tag along or you ask him to. It’s mainly the latter. Megumi snapped out of his thoughts when Nobara and Yuuji shook his shoulders to knock. He takes a deep breath before lightly tapping his knuckles on the door. There was a brief silence before your voice called out to them.
“Who is it?”
“It’s Megumi, Mom. I also brought Yuuji and Nobara, too.”
Upon hearing your son, you allowed them to come in. As the students came in, they spotted you in the room's layout. The light from the afternoon sun made the mahogany coffee table shine. Three black lounge sofas spaced to face each other, two on the opposite ends of the table while the other met the head. You sat on the head sofa with your legs crossed; Toji was on your left while Satoru and Suguru sat on the other two sofas. Satoru joins Suguru's side to make room for the kiddos to sit. You eye your son curiously, seeing his fidgeting fingers stick out his straight posture.
“What brings you three here? Something on your mind, Megumi?” You say tenderly, a soft affection for your son to feel comfortable.
“Yeah, Mom. . . It’s about–”
“Fushiguro-kun wants to know about your question from last week, (L/N)-Sensei!”
“Yeah, Fushiguro-sensei! Fushiguro has been moppy all week because of it. Would you so kindly answer his question, Fushiguro-Sensei?”
You paused from sipping your (favorite drink), looking at the trio with scrunched brows and a slight frown. Megumi reprimanded the two for speaking on his behalf before he returned to facing you, his fists unusually clenched in his lap.
“ Megumi, I’m sorry for giving you anxious thoughts and restless nights. I didn’t mean to do anything to hurt you; you know that, right? My son, what is it that you want to ask me? You said, reassuring your brooding son. You glanced at Toji, his face unchanging, but his eyes shared the same feeling. Your husband shrugged his shoulders at you, indicating he had no idea what was happening with Megumi. You direct your attention back to your son, hoping he will confide in you like always. Your son takes another deep breath to calm his nerves before speaking again.
“Last week, after Dad beat me, you said that he wasn’t even trying. So when I asked you how strong, you said ask Gojo-Sensei, and that was it. Unfortunately, Gojo-Sensei and Geto-Sensei didn’t answer me, so I wanted to ask you.”
You looked over at the two teachers who were once your students. Suguru shrugged with his hands out while Satoru whistled away with his hands behind his back, relaxing in his seat. You shook your head. You look back at your son with a soft smile.
“I see, so you had to come to the primary source. Well, don’t blame your teachers, Megumi. After all, this is a hard topic for them to discuss.”
The trio looked at each other, confused but curious in your answer. But Megumi was more confused since he had known the two teachers all his life.
“Mom, what are you implying?”
The air shifted, and tension settled in, though Nobara and Yuuji couldn’t feel it. Megumi knew what he was asking was going into a rough part of his parents' lives. Megumi may not be the brightest, but he’s far from dumb. He knows this is serious with what he knows about his father and how vague everyone has been. You were about to speak up if it weren’t for Satoru stepping in to give an answer to the young Fushiguro, albeit failing miserably as he was beating around the bush.
“Megumi-kun, how do I explain this. . . Toji-san, your father, he, erm, he actually–”
“Your father defeated Gojo-kun, Megumi.” You blatantly said, interrupting Satoru to save himself the embarrassment.
There were various reactions to your answer. Though Satoru was wearing his blindfold, you could sense his eyes widened as he refrained from talking further. Suguru and Toji choked on their own air. Yuuji and Nobara had surprised looks, mouths slightly open. But out of everyone, Megumi had the most emotional reaction. His fists clenched even harder, and his face etched in absolute flabbergast. He was completely floored by your answer. What intensified this reaction was the profound aura you gave off. Your posture was not stiff but firm, showing no sign of slack throughout your body. You set your cup down while uncrossing your legs so the heels of your shoes are flat on the ground. Megumi knew you were telling the truth. He could feel his blood start to rush throughout his body like his chest had been squeezed and forced the air out of his lungs.
“M-mom. . . In what way? And how?”
Though your eyes were severe, your soft smile never left your lips.
“I will try to explain everything to you, but there are many details that I have to give you a shortened version. I’m also speaking on behalf of your father. At the time, I was a part-time sorcerer with a full-time job in the real world. I only knew your father did freelance work with another person. I knew your father hunted curses for a check but not hits on someone. I also became a teacher at Jujutsu Tech so we could get by because my full-time job was cutting hours. Your father’s work paid well but wasn’t consistent, so we had some financial troubles. This caused your father to disappear for months at a time, leaving me to raise you and your sister alone.”
Mentioning the last part, Toji shifted in his seat to be more comfortable. It was futile because it was his attempt to respond to being reminded of one of his biggest regrets in life. Toji knew he had every right to feel shameful for his past actions. Still, it doesn’t change the fact he still gets hurt by them after 12 years. You gently reached out to place your hand on your husband’s as it was on your shoulder. Sensing his discomfort, you tried to soothe his thoughts with the gesture. He deflates slightly as your soft action gives ease, leaning his head to lay on your other shoulder. Your eyes never left Megumi’s as you resumed comforting his dad.
“The day after your Father’s disappearance, I got a significant assignment where I had to oversee and act as one of two guardians for a mission. The same one your teachers were assigned at the request of Tengan, Jujutsu society’s barrier guardian. Initially, they wanted to just have Satoru-kun and Suguru-kun do it. However, the nature of the mission needed some, let’s say, more cautious individuals, and that’s where Maho and I, a fellow sorcerer, were brought in.”
“Okay, but (L/N)-dono, we were careful and diligent if you or Maho-san didn’t come with us! Suguru and I would’ve handled it just fine!”
You raised a single eyebrow at the blindfolded fool, giving him an intense side-eye.
“Given your track record of forgetting to dematerialize veils and scooping out the perimeter beforehand, I could beg to differ. Plus, with how you were back then, your lack of self-awareness would’ve got you, AND Suguru, into situations that would have been completely avoidable.”
Everyone snickered at your comment, causing Satoru’s cheeks to be dusted over with a rosy color. Suguru even laughed at his expense when he should be backing up his best friend. Satoru whined at Suguru, and the two started to bicker with each other. You paid no mind to it as you used to it over the years.
“So what was the mission, Mom?” Megumi inquire
“Every couple of years or so, Tengen needs to merge with their chosen vessel called the star plasma vessel. The merging allows Tengen to not evolve past their humanity, maintaining a humanoid form. At the time, their chosen vessel was a girl named Riko Amanai. The mission was for Satoru and Suguru to escort her to Tengen to complete the merging. However, I was mainly assigned because a high-paying bounty was placed on Riko, so I had to help.”
“Do you know who placed it, Mom?” Megumi said, a little agitated at the person who made your mission a living hell.
Satoru and Suguru stared intently at you, wondering what you would say next. You glanced at the two and then your husband before inhaling to give you some air from the already tense room.
“The person… that placed the bounty on her, Megumi, was… was your father.”
At the mention of Toji, Megumi's face went from rage to repulsion in a matter of seconds. He looked at his father with absolute detest as Toji had regret written all over himself. Yuuji and Nobara felt like they were watching a soap opera. This is the most they have seen Megumi this reactive. They saw him as someone who kept his emotions in check, never letting too much spill out. However, seeing this version of him was unexpected but made them sympathetic since his life is more intertwined in the Jujutsu world than theirs.
“A cult member from a group that worshipped Tengen disagreed. He contacted Toji and Shui Kong, his freelance partner, to capture Riko. Dead or Alive. So Toji decided to place a bounty so others could wear us down. He didn’t, however, know I was on that mission. Nor was I even aware he was the one who placed the bounty.”
Each word you spoke carried a heaviness as you recalled the mission's events. You tried to include crucial details, having Satoru and Suguru talk occasionally. To know that it takes one mission to change everything was unbelievable. The first years, though shocked, were locked into the story. Many mixed emotions stirred within them as you retell the fable mission. Even though this happened long ago, speaking about this constantly reminded you of life’s unpredictability. It can be fulfilling, then cruel and unfair the next. As you continue, a heavy weight you haven’t felt in years creeps up as you nears the mission's climax. Getting to the fable fights that rocked the Jujutsu world forever.
The more you speak, the heavier the invisible weight becomes. The feeling of suffocation closing in. At the moment, you didn’t know why you were feeling this. But later on, you come to realize it came from the burden of having to tell your son the atrocities his own father committed, not just against the Jujutsu world, but against you as well. For as long as you can remember, you knew Megumi wasn’t always getting along with his dad. He was a mama’s boy through and through, a brother who always looked out for his older sister.
When it came to his dad, however, it was a mixed bag. Megumi does love his dad, but he doesn’t necessarily hate him. Even when Toji returned, he wasn’t forgiving of his presence like Tsumiki or open-minded like you. He was expecting his dad to vanish like before. Your heart aches to know your own son had that level of self-consciousness from a young age, meaning he and his sister were forced to grow up, all while you tried to raise them by yourself. It was clear that after 12 years, Megumi hadn’t entirely accepted his father.
Now came for you to reveal what his father had done to be so infamous. So you laid it out for them. Telling how Toji temporarily killed Gojo, fought and won against Suguru and Maho, and captured Riko. This happened when you only talked to Tengen for a few minutes, coming out of the chamber to see the chaos. Your eyes never left Megumi, watching to see how he was handling it. Oddly enough, he had an unreadable expression, but you know the rage that burned in his eyes. You can tell he was holding himself together. But if no people were around, he would have snapped at his father and lost all the patience he had accumulated over the years.
This obviously didn’t go unnoticed by the other adults in the room. Satoru and Suguru briefly observed Megumi, empathetic at his mother’s revelations. Unsurprising to them to see Megumi like this. After all, they were a part of the majority of his life, essentially seeing the boy grow up. The two knew he never wore his heart on his sleeve. The flurries of mixed emotions brewed in him like a storm. But his restraint was stronger, letting his eyes speak for themselves. Emphasizing their awareness of how much Megumi loves and respects you, he does not dare lash out because he knows it wasn’t your fault.
Toji had difficulty sparing Megumi a glance, the shame never leaving his body. The years of fatherhood have softened his hard exterior, not always bearing the cocky smirk he wore his single years. Like father like son, Toji had a blank expression, but his eyes held warmth and softness unlike any other to the blessing in his life, his son. He doesn’t blame Megumi if he gives him a spiteful look. If not for his filter, Megumi would denounce and never acknowledge Toji as his father. No matter the reassurance from you or Tsumiki, it can’t convince you to think otherwise. And he was okay with that reality.
Satoru made a backhanded remark at Toji in between your storytelling, which made Toji glare harshly at him. Suguru chided Satoru for his comment, which prompted Toji to throw one back with a smirk etched on his lips to highlight his scar. Megumi didn’t care to put up with his teacher and dad’s squabble. He was focusing on the memories you recited. He’ll leave the worrying to his classmates, who became a little on edge to see if a full-blown argument would break out. You, however, will not let any of it, considering the weight of your burden is already frustrating as it is.
“Satoru, Toji, please! Now’s not the time, and I’m not in the mood to deal with you two, so behave yourselves! Drop the pompous attitude, Satoru and Toji; this wouldn’t have happened if you weren’t hung on beef with a couple of teenagers. Also, stop manspreading and sit up properly! That’s why you both have back pain from your ugly posture! Tsks,” You firmly command, staring them down individually.
The two immediately dropped their act, listening to your demand like soldiers getting reprimanded by their commander. Your tone made it to Suguru and the students because they subconsciously sat up in their seats. You sigh to try and ease the pressure of your burden caused. Surprisingly, it did help only a little as you finished the story. Speaking of Satoru’s enlightenment and newly awakened power, the dissolving of the cult group, and the eventual aftermath.
“In the end, your teachers defeated Toji. And before you ask, Riko Amanai and Kuroi survived. I rescued her and got her back on Jujutsu High grounds. The two actually live on Jujutsu Tech grounds but don’t leave the barrier often due to their safety, unfortunately.”
“So what happened to Dad afterward?” Megumi finally spoke up after sitting on the sidelines so his classmates could answer the asking.
“Your father was imprisoned, waiting for his execution. However, I pulled some strings and made a deal with the higher-ups in exchange for your father’s life. Satoru-kun did me a huge favor and came in clutch when talking to the higher-ups. In the end, your father’s execution was halted on the conditions he and I would have to abide by. The rest was history.”
You haven’t thought much about it, but this story-telling was just a conversation between you and Megumi. You forgot Yuuji and Nobara were there listening in, too. This dawned on you when they kept looking back at each other and Megumi. As much as you wanted to continue your over-sharing experience, this was a good place to stop, considering your son might not be mentally ready for the others. ‘That’s for another time.’
Before anyone could speak up, particularly Megumi, the door to the room slid open, revealing Maho, Akari, Nanako, and Mimiko. Maho glances around the room curiously before coughing into her hand.
“I’m sorry to break up your little conversation, y’all. But the first years need to get going on their night mission. Akari is here to take you three to the location now. Also, Suguru, the girls want to check out a new pop-up dessert stand while on patrol in the Taito ward.”
Suguru chuckles, standing up and straightening out his uniform. He bid you and Satoru bye while sending good luck the first years' way. Nanako started to whine that they’d be late queuing Suguru to get going. Once Suguru leaves, the first years begin to leave the room. You got up to stretch when you noticed Megumi stopping at the doorway. You start to regret telling Megumi all this because this may not allow him to focus on the mission. Putting his friends and the mission in danger.
Just as you were about to call for him, he hastily walked over and gave you a tight hug. Startled at first, you eventually returned with the same intensity. Even though Megumi was 15 years old, a young, proper man, you can’t help but see your little baby boy who always called out Mama. You softly pat his head and kiss his forehead before your son pulls away. Megumi looks at you with a soft smile he has always given since he was a young boy.
“I’ll be safe, Mom. Don’t worry,  I’ll come back home in one piece.” Megumi reassured you.
“ Sweet, soft hum I know you will. Just promise me you, Yuuji, and Nobara will try to be careful.”
“Of course, Mom. We will.”
Toji grins at Megumi and nods when his son locks his eyes with him. You look over at the other two standing behind Megumi. They replied to you with a ‘Yes, Ma’am!’ in a saluting position. You laughed at their antics before shoeing them off to Akari for their mission. As their footsteps grew quiet, you relaxed your shoulders briefly before squaring them back up. You haven’t forgotten that Satoru was still in the room with you and Toji. He was still sitting, his signature grin gone and replaced with a firm line on his lips. You know he was peering up at you through his blindfold while Toji causally threw an arm around your shoulder.
“(L/N)-dono, did you purposely leave out the conditions of your deal with the higher-ups to Megumi-kun?”
“. . .Yes. My son has every right to know about what happened. But simultaneously, this is a matter to be shared with him alone, not when his other classmates are present. The aftermath of the Star Plamsa incident created a domino effect that thrust Megumi into this world. When I tell him everything, I want it so he’s not forced to put his guard up. I wish for him to be comfortable with his vulnerability to this reality our family is in. To tell there’s the possibility he could lose his parents will weigh heavily on him, and he’s already been through so much for his age.”
You attentively gaze down at Satoru. It wasn’t unusual for him to look out for you, to show his caring, almost vulnerable side. He knows you don’t like hiding truths from people, especially your children. So, for you not to tell the other details means something else that’s made you hesitant. He was right, as you revealed the other issue.
“I also don’t want to jeopardize Megumi’s relationship with Toji. I won’t force him to feel what he already has. But I at least want him to understand that his father loves his family more than anything, even though what Toji did was inexcusable. I just don’t want to put Megumi under pressure in front of other people to be this calm, reserved Sorcerer. I want my son to be present and comfortable asking me anything when I tell him. You know how Megumi is, Satoru.”
He simply nods at your answer before he stands up at his full 190 cm height. He pulls on his goofy grin, pulling a complete 180 from how he was mere minutes ago.
“Of course, (Y/N)-dono. I understand, given what Megumi-kun is like when he’s on missions. Anyway, I gotta meet with Yaga-san, or I’ll get yelled at again. I’ll see you later, (Y/N)-dono!”
Satoru walks out of the room, leaving you and your husband alone. It was quiet, the sound of nature only resonating in the room. Then you suddenly felt Toji’s arms wrapped around you firmly, laying his forehead on your shoulder. Gently grasp Toji’s forearms and rub them soothingly.
“I know it’s hard for you to come forward to tell Megs this, Hon. I’m sorry I couldn’t say my part. I'm still terrible at saying my words. Thank you for speaking in my place, (Y/N).” Toji vocalizes, his tenderness revealing itself in the confines of the sit-in room.
“I appreciate it, Honey. You know I always have your back like you have mine. But please know Megumi does care for you, Toji. He has his own way of showing it, that’s all.” You assured him.
“Yeah, I know. He doesn’t like to do those whole words of affirmation things. I get the kid.”
“Hm, where have I seen that before? Like father like son, I guess.” You feigned your curiosity at your husband.
This evokes a burst of laughter out of Toji as he turns you around while still holding you close. Looking at you like an absolute fool too deep in love.
“You think you’re so funny, don’t you, (Y/N)? Come here, you.”
Toji dips his head, going for a kiss. Your eyes fluttered closed in response. You would have kept them closed if your phone hadn’t buzzed off in your pocket three times. You pulled away just as Toji was millimeters away from your lips. Toji groans as you check your phone to see who texted you.
“Who the hell is texting you right now–?” Toji asked in annoyance.
“It’s from Megumi, Dear. Give me a second.”
Toji grumbles, shoving his face in your neck to see what his son sent. You can feel your husband pouting, making you rub his head to calm him down. You read your son's texts that interrupted you and your husband’s intimate moment.
‘We’re at the location, Mom’
‘It doesn’t look bad, but I’ll still be careful.’
‘I’ll text you when we’re done, Mom.’
‘I love you, Mama❤️’
You cooed at Megumi’s text, sending your replies to him. Toji notices the texts and smiles as well. Megumi, indeed, was a mama’s boy; there is no denying it. Your sweet smile still graces your lovely lips as you look at your husband.
“Toji, stop pouting. I’ll give you all the kisses you want when we get home. I know how you are, you fiend.”
“What do you mean, Hon? I have no idea what you’re talking about.”
You give Toji the stare that causes him to put his hands up in defense while scratching the back of his head. You roll your eyes as you escape your buff husband’s grasp, walking towards the door.
“If we get groceries and you cook dinner tonight, I’ll let you have your way with me, Dear~. Tsumiki said she was staying at a friend’s house because they were studying for an exam tomorrow. She won’t be home until Friday afternoon.” You said in your suggestive tone, sending a wink to your husband over your shoulder.
Toji holds a mischievous smirk as he quickly walks over to follow you closely as you leave the grounds of Jujutsu Tech.
“Of course, Doll. Anything for you~.”

Deal, you brat!
Ship: Aizawa x Reader / minor Shinsou x Kaminari
Warning! MHA season 6 spoilers!
Basic info & Summary:
Summary: You’re asked into the office for the hundredth time by Aizawa; your niece Megumi absolutely loves to get in trouble and to be honest, you don’t really mind seeing her grumpy teacher twice every month.
The problems start when Megumi decides to make an embarrassing deal with the teacher and turn your whole world upside down…
Genre: Romantic comedy with a deep backstory…? Does that count as a genre?! It’s also a mature story (but not for the sexual content - if that’s what you are looking for I’m sorry, there is none.)
Estimated chapters: 5 or 6 chapters!
About the reader: Reader is 29 years old who’s been taking care of her neglected niece since she was 6 years old. (She’s around 14 now, 1 year younger than Kaminari and the gang). She’s really childish in some ways and really serious in others so she’s quite a good match for the grumpy teacher.
Other info: Aizawa officially adopted Eri and Shinsou Hitoshi in this AU!
General warnings: Swear words, talking about child neglect and one mention of child abuse. A lot of parenting-talk. Might get a bit suggestive by the end.
16+, younger people might find the theme boring. :D
Enjoy my nonsense.
Also, English is not my first language so don’t be too mean, I’m a sensitive potato. 🥔

Chapter 1 - A deal with the sensei!
“What did she do this time?” You sigh, sitting in the comfortable chair in Aizawa-Sensei’s office.
“The usual. One of the kids tried to bully her. Again.” Aizawa sighs, clearly uncomfortable. “I really wanted to sack that guy, but apparently we need as many heroes as we can train, so I couldn’t.”
You are way too familiar with this whole situation already, so none of you really try to sugarcoat it anymore. It’s tiring, but at the same time… well… Aizawa-sensei is an interesting guy and also not bad to look at, even with one eye and half of his leg missing. Do you have a crush on your niece’s teacher? Probably. Certainly. Fuck, you are a terrible parent.
“Megumi-chan can defend herself. You worry too much.” You grin at the hero, clearly missing the point of this meeting.
“I would prefer her not to set fire to his bully’s hair though. This is why we are here. Again. I feel like I see you more than I see my friends.” Aizawa sighs again, the dark circles under his eyes even more prominent than the last time. “Where are her parents, Y/N?”
“They don’t care.” You retort curtly.
It’s true. Megumi might have both of her parents, but they certainly ain’t doing their job.
Megumi’s mother is your older sister. After seeing the young girl being neglected at home, you decided to take her in and cut your ties with your whole family afterwards; you’ve always been the black sheep of the family anyway, neglected then abandoned after your 18th birthday. You were an accident and they did treat you as one through your whole life. Your “perfect” older sister has asked you to babysit her child three times a week, giving you enough money to keep yourself alive but after seeing the damage in the young girl’s eyes and the lack of love an affection in the family you couldn’t do it anymore; one day, when your sister came home drunk, almost hitting the 6 year old child for crying you decided to take the girl with you and start a new life with her. You got a proper job and an apartment with a second bedroom for her. She’s now 14, almost 15, beautiful but dangerous; you did your best to teach her how to defend herself and to never let anyone talk shit about her because she’s amazing; she’s the most precious thing in your life. It was really hard at the beginning, especially as you could never get enough money or have the right circumstances to actually adopt her so technically you are not even her guardian and you could barely make it until the end of the month in the first few years, but things are looking better now; hopefully, as her 15th birthday present you can ask her to sigh the last piece of paperwork so she can finally be free from her stupid “mother” who probably doesn’t even know or care where her child is living but still manages to make her mad once a year on her birthday, calling her just to tell her what a disappointment she is.
Ahh, it’s a long story. Let’s not even think about it.
“Are you her closest family member, blood or not?” Aizawa asks, sensing the tension in the air.
“Yes.”
“Then I won’t ask this question again.” He ends the topic without saying anything else and you are so fucking grateful you want to kiss his face.
… that was an inappropriate thought, wasn’t it?
“I’ll sit down with her today. I might find these stories hilarious but I do know this needs to stop. Thank you for your concern. Also, thank you for your time.” You are just about to leave when Aizawa-sensei cleans his throat to get your attention.
“I actually thought it will be a great idea to sit down with her together.” He mumbles and looks at the door. “Come in, you menace!”
There is giggle coming from the other side of the door then it opens; Megumi dances in and sits in your chair, her brand new nose piercing still red around the jewellery. Aizawa doesn’t comment on it; you already had a chat about that last week. You pull another chair next to her, ready to be told off for the 15th time since Megumi has enrolled in UA.
“Aizawa-sensei, you look as fresh as always, I can’t believe you are SINGLE.” Megumi grins at her homeroom teacher while she empathizes the last word. This fucking kid…
“Megumi, you can’t say shit like that to your teacher!” You yell, but your words are met with nothing but giggles. Fuck’s sake.
“Language, Auntie!” Megumi grins again, and you can hear an almost silent snort coming from the other side; Aizawa quickly schools his expression, looking as bored as always, but you did hear it; he fucking laughed at you! How embarrassing!
“Okay, let’s calm down.” Megumi and you go silent at the same time while you stare at the teacher like you are about to get sentenced to death; Megumi is chill as always, knowing she’ll get away with anything. You really have no idea how did she end up like this but you are a little bit jealous. “So us asking you to behave is clearly not working. Your poor Auntie had to come in 15 times already, and I’m quite sure she’s already bored of seeing me so much.”
“I’m really not.” You mumble out loud, slapping your palm on your mouth. Can the ground open up now? Please?
“She’s really not.” Megumi speaks at the same time, making the situation even worse. Okay, now you are ready to be swallowed by the ground for real.
“… okay. Thank you for enjoying my company.” Aizawa says with a straight face but there is a slight blush decorating his face… GODDAMNIT THIS ISN’T THE RIGHT TIME FOR THE BUTTERFLIES! This is your niece’s teacher! “So what can we do for you to stop acting like this? New class, maybe? You are one of the best students in the school, I might even be able to get you into 2A, if that’s something you want. I can ask Bakugou-kun to help you get ready for the exams.”
Wow, you knew Megumi is the top of her class, but hearing this from her sensei really makes you proud.
“Please, anything but Blasty!” For your surprise, Megumi actually looks terrified; you can’t help but giggle at that.
“Megumi, Bakugou is one of the greatest up-and-coming heroes the word has ever seen, please refrain from calling him ‘Blasty’.”
“Yes, I know, I should respect him as he is the savior of the broken, the beaten and the damned.” Megumi rolls her eyes so you give her a friendly slap on the head.
“Stop quoting My Chemical Romance in my office.” Aizawa sighs, clearly done with this conversation already. “And yes, I know the band. So how can we help you?” Aizawa repeats, faking nonchalance but you can see the slight twitch in his one eye.
“Hm.” Megumi makes a thinking face, her black nails slowly tapping on her thighs. “I want you to take my Auntie out for a date and then I can stop doing random shit to get her in here.”
You almost choke on your saliva. She didn’t just say that, did she?!
“What the actual fuck, Megumi?!” You yell with your face red as a ripe tomato.
“Language.” Aizawa mumbles but you can’t even be bothered to say sorry right now.
“What, you are almost 30 years old and you haven’t had a single boyfriend since you took me from my shitty family! I’m just trying to help!”
“Megumi, I love you, but that’s none of your business and it’s also inappropriate!”
“Y/N is right, it is really inappropriate. But if I can stop having these awkward conversations two times a month, I’m more than happy to spend an afternoon with your Auntie in a friendly manner.” Aizawa mumbles, looking at Megumi with a serious face. “But if I do and you don’t stop being a menace, I will make sure no hero takes you under their wings and you’ll be the looser cleaning the classrooms while your classmates are out in the wild learning to fight actual criminals. And when they bully you for that, I won’t do shit about it. Deal?”
What about you?! No one wants to ask you if you are okay with this?! Is it that obvious that you are?!
Ahh, it’s probably obvious, isn’t it. Goddamnit.
“Deal.” Megumi grins in pure victory while you try your best to hide your flaming face with your arms. Megumi stands up and leaves, not even waiting to be dismissed while you stare at the hero with an incredulous look on your face.
“One coffee. I know what I’m doing.” Aizawa says, a little bit offended. “We will send her a selfie and we won’t need to see each other until next semester. I think it’s a bargain.” He finishes his sentence calmly, like this is a normal thing. What’s wrong with everyone around you? “Let’s meet tomorrow at 10 in front of UA. You are dismissed.”
This is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.
“Okay.” You say anyway and leave as quick as you can; you can’t wait to be at home and give Megumi the talk of her fucking life after this.
You are going on a fucking date with your niece’s absolutely gorgeous home teacher tomorrow. It’s probably not an actual date but that doesn’t mean you don’t feel like a high school girl going on her first date; and honestly, it has been more than 10 years that you’ve actually been on one so it’s not even that far from the truth.
You really want to throw up right now.
…Next Chapter!

Potato ramble:
- Well, hello there and welcome in this super fluffy story about Aizawa falling in love. I’m not sure how often I’ll post but as I have the full thing written down except the last chapter, it will probably be frequent enough for it to not be annoying.
- In the next chapter, we go on a date with the grumpy teacher and we meet Eri and Hitoshi! It’s my personal favorite chapter, I can’t wait to post it! The next chapters will be longer than this!
- So technically the reader shouldn’t be allowed to act as a guardian without the right paperwork or to have Megumi live with her, but let’s ignore that bit. Every country has their own laws and in my head, the MHA world is quite open to circumstances like this. This is a fanfiction anyway, I don’t know why am I so stressed about small details like this but I am. 😂

How did Chuuya react to Dazai defecting?
My thoughts on the matter ;)
In the Stormbringer author’s note Asagiri-sensei alluded that Chuuya’s reaction to losing his partner isn’t necessarily as presented (he includes it in a list of things that happened to Chuuya that perhaps he’ll expand upon one day), but what exactly does that mean?
I have my own headcanons based off my interpretation of the character, but of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, this is just mine!
Firstly, skk shippers love to bring up the ‘89 bottle of Petrus, and I see a lot of people who say that he didn’t drink it as a celebration, but rather in mourning of Dazai’s defection. I… half agree with this. In my opinion, Chuuya is telling the truth, and at the same time he isn’t. He absolutely thinks that he drank that wine as a celebration, but in reality there’s a part of him that he repressed how he felt about Dazai leaving. Maybe he just told himself he was celebrating enough that he came to believe it, or maybe he doesn’t really believe it but it’s too late to go back on that now. Either way, for as emotional and intense as Chuuya can be, he’s certainly not above repression, especially after losing so much at that point in his life.
I also believe that Chuuya never thought Dazai was dead, that’s something he wouldn’t lie to himself about. He knew Dazai too well to actually believe he got murdered or finally successfully committed suicide. Perhaps he entertained the idea for a moment, but in the end he would’ve come to the obvious conclusion: Dazai just left.
And on that topic, here’s another way in which I differ with some people on this subject— I don’t think Chuuya was particularly angry. In fact, I don’t think he would have been all that surprised after the initial shock of learning of his partner’s defection. I think he was well aware that Dazai wasn’t a loyal individual, and he’s not stupid enough to be blind to the fact that Dazai was a danger to Mori. All of this taken into consideration, Dazai defecting from the PM isn’t really all that unpredictable or uncharacteristic. What probably surprised and frustrated him more was finding out the bastard worked for the ADA years later.
This isn’t to say he still wasn’t upset by the circumstances. At the end of the day, the partner who he trusted his life to and had an inextricably deep bond with suddenly disappeared. Especially after all he went through with the sheep, the flags, Verlaine and Rimbaud, and other unnamed friends he lost (his biological family, the PM members referenced in DA), it would have hurt. Yet, at the same time, it’s because he previously endured all this that he would be compelled to subconsciously repress this hurt— especially because it’s Dazai of all people! It’s quite easy to pretend not to be upset about the partner you constantly feuded with and who was objectively a horrible person leaving your life. And on the other hand, it’s far more difficult to come to terms with the fact that you actually care for him and perhaps even miss him.
So do I think Chuuya had some big mental breakdown after Dazai left? No. Do I think he truly didn’t care at all, just as he says he did? Also no. I think he had very complicated feelings on the matter, most of which he subconsciously repressed under the guise of being glad his rival was finally gone.
The only thing is… now that Dazai is back in his life, will any of these buried emotions unearth themselves?

Considering that Kagami was just a plot device to show that Tobirama is a good person (which didn't help at all lmao) I would like to express a couple of my headcanons to add some personality to this guy.
Kagami was the first to breed crows in the Uchiha clan, he loved to make birdhouses and feeders for them for the winter;
Kagami was good friends with Torifu Akimichi, and got along better with him than anyone in the escort squad. They had been best friends since the academy;
Torifu and Kagami were called two sheep at the academy, due to Torifu's weight and Kagami's curls. Hiruzen stood up for them, and this deceived Kagami's perception for years into believing Sarutobi to be a good person;
Torifu was fed to Kagami's crows when he died;
Kagami often separated Hiruzen and Danzo when they fought and complained about them to Tobirama. They didn't have a very good relationship;
Kagami was Izuna's ancestor, but from his youngest son, so he is quite far from the place of the head of the clan;
Sometimes Tobirama took Kagami fishing, but Kagami liked fishing alone more than with others (not out of personal dislike, he respected Tobirama, he just liked silence more);
Kagami specialized in genjutsu;
Kagami's favorite food was nikujaga (vegetable stew with chicken)
Kagami's favorite genre of books is fantasy;
He wanted to become Hokage, but realizing that this was not a very nice cause, he decided to better become a jounin sensei;
Kagami wants to become a jounin sensei when he turns 30, but he doesn't have time;
Kagami's wife was a chronicler;
Kagami's child's name was Kotori;
Kagami was afraid of dogs and therefore did not make contact with the Inuzuka;
Kagami doesn't eat eggs because his crows are side eyes him.

Leosagi x2 Calm, cool and collected 2…
That's what the older Leonardo had to be after being trusted back into the “new normal” Casey Jr. and the rest of the Hamatos had created. He’s now in uncharted territory and all he expects is gone, battles he strategized, systems he followed, dates of death honored, all of it had never happened, only to him and Casey Jr. But Casey didn’t appear to dwell on the past, like it never even happened.
While the older was processing his existence the younger Leonardo called over a waiter. The bunny was the same height as Leo-kun bar the ears and his earthy red eyes shown a familiar sparkle. Leonardo-san dug into his mind trying to remember his name, “Yukichi?”
“Wow, is my handwriting really that bad?” The rabbit said inspecting his nametag, in a sort of disappointed tone. Leo-kun quickly slid over stumbling over to save the day and said to the rabbit “Don’t mind him, Pops here forgot his reading glasses at home. You know how old people are. The names Leonardo Hamato”
Rubbing the rib the younger Leo re-bruised, Leo-sensei responded “Don’t Push it Jr. you're the one who wanted to come here in a hurry” Casey on the back turned his head towards the conversation, Leo-san turned to him correcting himself “Not you Case, your doing great.”
“ I’m Yuichi Usagi,” the young rabbit introduced himself, “I’m guessing your dad is Leonardo Hamato Sr.”
There was an awkward silence for a moment before Leonardo Sensei gave an exasperated “Yeah” after ordering his first non rat filled meal, everything went smoothly, though Leo-kun decided to chat with the waiter a bit more. Looking at them conversing was a surreal moment for him. Leonardo-san never would have imagined seeing himself flirt with someone and actually getting a response. After the Kraang invasion romance was put in the basement of his mind, to the point it took a whole year to process that his Raph and Cassandra got together and another to process “Why”.
Then a wave of sadness washed over him, he could have had something like this but the Kraang ruined it, he ruined it. Ruminating in this feeling, the older Leonardo failed to see another rabbit approaching him, then again he was very small. The older rabbit was no bigger than Casey Jr, not including the ears, he wore a light blue kimono with a crest with three dots and a dark blue hakama. Below the long running scar on his forehead was a set of golden and determined eyes.
“Dad.. what are you doing here? You were supposed to be talking to Hueso-san” called out Yuichi. The older Leonardo was able to translate that into “Dad, don’t be here you’ll embarrass me” and this gave him an idea. He then put on the smuggest grin and said “Oh, it's fine, us dads can chat over here while you have your own conversation. Say Mr Usagi want to know the time my boy here got himself stuck between a baby gate when he thought a plate noodles were a bunch of snakes.”
This made both rabbits chuckle and Leo-kun a brighter shade of red. Now it was Mr. Usagi’s turn “Sure, I will share with you the time my “son” got an entire grape stuck in his nose for a whole year.” and this cracked the whole table up. The two younger yokai now had the same thought in their mind, revenge but before expressing it Hueso had called Yuichi over to wait more tables. Leaving Miyamoto with the Hamatos.
“ My name is Miyamoto Usagi, I am a yojimbo looking for a job but I couldn’t help but notice that you weren’t as into the festivities as the rest of your family Kappa-san.” He said. Leonardo-sensei was about to introduce himself when Splinter decided to do it for him.
“His name its Hamato Leonardo, not Kappa. I know how to name my sons.” the rat said in an irritated tone, “I don’t know how you managed to raise such an upstanding boy while working as a yojimbo.” Draxum, the sheep yokai, placed a hand on the rat mutant's shoulder to silently say, “Shut up”. Though Splinter's word did get to the ronin, with his ears lowering a bit “That's because I didn’t raise him, I have had bad luck with my sons.” He said.
Sons, that word was what caught the older turtle’s attention, and to keep the conversation flowing he made the mistake of asking, “Who is your other son?”
“His name was Jotaro, the last time I saw him was before the attack.” the rabbit sighed, “You must understand what it's like, putting on such a brave face for your children. Is the arm modeled in her memory.”
This dug a deep hole none of the table can get out, how can they explain time travel to this poor rabbit, who lost his son recently. Leos felt even more guilty, “ I was the reason you lost your son, I’m the reason Yuichi lost his brother.” They thought, and wanting to provide sympathy they went along with Miyamoto's assumptions.
“Her name was Madonna,” The older Leo fibbed, then pointed to Raph, with her mask tied in a bow, who was shakily drinking her water, “My eldest inherited her looks,” Then he pointed at Donnie who was reaching over the table  for the bread sticks with his mechanical arms. “My second youngest her brains,” then to Michaelangelo, who was texting on his phone, “My youngest, her spirit. ” Lastly pointing to his younger self “This one inherited my ugly mug”
“I think you are quite handsome, Leonardo-san. Yuichi seems to agree in regards to your son” Miyamoto said. This left the two red-ear sliders flattered, especially since it was the first time they felt handsome after the Kraang Invasion. “I hope we can keep in touch, here's the address where I’m staying at, I would like to see more of what Madonna saw in you.” Miyamoto hands Leonardo-san a napkin with an address before rather hastily departing. He makes a b-line to Yuichi, who was waiting a table, before dragging him out of the store too.
Outside, the older rabbit asks “How committed are you to dating that young turtle.” This left Yuichi flabbergasted, then he responded, “Very committed knowing-” However before he could finish, Miyamoto said, “Because I think I accidentally asked his father out”

Two geniuses that despite their intellect and skill are black sheep in their clans. Two isolated kids that latch onto each other during the academy and absolutely refuse to let go.
Their friendship with a “rival dojutsu clan member” alienating them even further from their own families.
Them graduating early and being placed on the genin team of the White Fang, a man who’s skill overshadowed the Sannin while in his prime (aka rn).
Them meeting a little baby kakashi and secretly making him their team mascot (Sakumo thinks it’s hilarious and his face eyes get suspiciously watery when the Uchiha huffs at how Sakumo holds the baby like a puppy and holds him himself)
Their team being like a family even after they’re all Jonin. The third teammate abandoning them after Sakumo’s mission and distancing from them all. Sakumo’s depression getting even worse because not only is it his comrades, but someone from the team he trained since they were scrappy little pups chasing at his heels.
The three of them getting into an argument that Sakumo overhears about their public connection to him putting their careers and reputations at risk. The Uchiha and the Hyuga telling the third to fuck off because who cares about a reputation when their father figure/ sensei is so clearly hurting.
The third teammate renouncing ties from the team in shame then defecting from Konoha entirely when the scorn doesn’t stop.
The hokage assigning the Uchiha and Hyuga to track their teammate down and bring them back dead or alive.
The two of them trying so goddamn hard to bring the person back alive but accidentally killing them when they throw themselves on a combo attack when it becomes clear they won’t win.
Them having to bring the body back and tell Sakumo. Sakumo who kills himself maybe a week later as the argument plays on repeat in his head. Connection to him only brought death, scorn, and grief. They’re all better off with him gone.
A Hyuga who cannot hold himself apart no matter how hard he tries. Who stands up and asks the uncomfortable questions about why their clan is split in two and how the caged bird seal, the forced servitude of their own family, makes them any better than the people who would steal their eyes after their deaths. Who always is a bit rumpled and too loud and too much for the straight laced people around him.
An Uchiha who turns to love rather than hate. Who constantly had a pack of younger kids (both clan and not) following at his heels from a young age. Who mastered the fireball jutsu so young but with no one there to see him do it. Who could be found teaching younger kids how to hold a kunai when he “should have been training”. Who woke his sharingan earlier than anyone had ever heard of after the death of his parents.
Both of them who latched onto each other the moment they met.
The both of them who learn the ins and outs of each other and compensate for it in every aspect of their lives. (The Uchiha who gets armored wrist guards added to his gear so he can block the Hyuga’s blind spot and is always half a step behind the Hyuga just in case. The Hyuga who after the death of Sakumo wakes the Uchiha’s Mangekyo Sharingan learns to help compensate for the eventual vision loss and the other side effects.)
The both of them who are the ones that find Kakashi and Sakumo after everything, with their hands still tacky with the phantom blood of their once family member killed at their hands, and have to figure out how to help a child when their own hearts are shattering. Who have to get Kakashi cleaned and the body prepared because they can’t trust anyone else to give either of them the honor and care they deserve. Who, when Kakashi says he wants to keep the clan house, take it upon themselves to take out the footing in Sakumo’s room and replace it so Kakashi doesn’t have to see it again.
Who are still kids in their own rights that are so fucking lost and scared but there’s a war on and they have to carry on.
Who check every body post battle to make sure the other isn’t among them until the other finds them.
Who swear to each other that if it comes down to it they will destroy each other’s eyes rather than let them fall into enemy hands.
Who trade eyes on a battlefield because they would trust no one else with it.
Who see kakashi come back carried in Minato’s arms passed out from chakra exhaustion and fear the worst before he tells them what happened.
Who stay with him, the last part of their sensei. Their baby brother. The kid they’ve been raising the last few years with Minato as a weird third coparent. Splitting their time in the hospital and refusing to go back out on a mission until he wakes up so Kakashi doesn’t have to be alone.
Who help Kakashi get used to life with essentially only one eye, accustomed to the adjustments they need to make from when the Hyuga first started to get used to his sharingan and offering what they learned the hard way so freely so Kakashi doesn’t have to go through the same painful trial and error that they did.

Okay Okay I've been reblogging some heavy stuff I wouldn't normally because it's all stuff I care about and I feel is important now. And asks have been piling up in my inbox I'm sorry.
But would anyone want in on my conspiracy that Sheep Creep is in the same boat as Pain-yatta and Hood sickle? That being that he's not actually evil, but was in fact framed as such by Buzz and possibly even Hugo?
I mean, his "Redemption" mission is literally to finish the rebellion he started against the buffalo invading his herd's homeland. This implies there was nothing wrong with his rebellion in the first place and that Buzz played a part in Sheep Creep's false incarceration. Sheep Creep whipping out his cork guns as the first boss was most likely him trying to defend himself while declaring he wasn't about to be falsely imprisoned again.
I actually don't have proof for Hugo's involvement... But given his history with sheep I have my suspicions...
Anyway Sheep Creep is a funny lil guy. As a "first boss" for introducing the trapping gimmick he's pretty silly, and he's unironically my pick for a second quick-shot villain if there were two reformed villain senseis per element and battle class in Imaginators.

I've been thinking about Old Boss, Dazai and Mori a LOT, as of late; and I think it would be neat if Old Boss' madness made Dazai so miserable, and that he too thought the only way to stop it all was to kill him. Except this thought made him feel trapped and even more miserable, so much that he tried to drown himself. But he got lucky: he met Mori. A person who can do the job meets a person who can provide the enterance and the cover, isn't it grand? (1)

Hey, sorry it took me a little bit to get to this. I was in the middle of exams and I wanted to make sure I gave your ask a proper answer.
You know, it's really interesting to me - you've outlined this version of events, which is different to what I think went down but I can't really refute or support anything because we just don't know enough.
It's insane how little we know about the mafia in general, actually, given how many of the supporting cast members are a part of it. We get mentions, sure, and little tidbits of info but not nearly as much as we get for the agency. I wonder why it was so important that the mafia be a part of Natsume's framework over any of the other criminal organizations in Yokohama. Is it influence? Power? Or is there some other reason we don't know?
I'll try to lay down what we know for certain, and particular inferences we can make leading up to the old boss's assassination:
The Old Boss:
He was the boss during the chaotic years directly after the war and likely during it as well
He threw the city into turmoil, especially in the slums, through such orders as "killing a bunch of redheads because one vandalized his car" or "poisoning the inhabitants of an entire building because he thought a rival executive might be there"
The end of his reign was so terrible that he turned the city's inhabitants against each other in a kind of Orwellian dystopic "report your neighbours for dissent" command
He has history with Dazai ("If only we could chat about old times" line from Fifteen)
He was suffering from a kind of paranoia from his illness and his orders became increasingly more erratic and needlessly violent, culminating in his ordering of the deaths of anyone who opposed the Port Mafia on his deathbed (roughly 8 years ago)
Mori:
He was a medical doctor during the tail end of the Great War, roughly 14-15 years before the events of the main story (when Yosano was 11 years old and he was 26)
He drafted her with the intention of creating an Immortal Regiment and appears to have advocated for the use and manipulation of abilities to turn the tide of the war
After the war, between 12-14 years ago, he worked as an underground doctor with Fukuzawa as his bodyguard - he was already acquainted with Natsume at this point (they both refer to him as sensei) and interested in establishing Natsume's Tripartite Tactic
How he came to be an underground doctor is not known - was he disgraced after what happened with the soldiers on Tokoyami Island? Was he purposely trying to work his way into the mafia?
12 years ago, he fought with Fukuzawa to try and take Yosano back for his plan to overthrow the Mafia (he was 28, Yosano 13, Fukuzawa 33, Ranpo 15)
Somehow he became the old boss's personal physician. I literally do not know how he managed this.
8 years ago, he approached Dazai, as seen in the recent Fifteen manga adaptation, as his physician, and promised Dazai a painless death if he agreed to "help with one little thing" (which is clearly to be a witness for the death of the old boss)
Dazai:
He wandered for a bit at some indiscriminate time, where the Sheep made an offer to join them. He refused.
His youngest appearance is 8 years ago when he is 14, in the recent Fifteen manga adaptation, where he is shown secured to a hospital bed after attempting suicide - it seems likely this was not his first attempt. He meets Mori for the first time in this scene.
He somehow is close enough to the old boss to be a valuable witness for Mori, someone whose word would be believed by the mafia. He was already suicidal for unknown reasons and was assigned the current mafia boss' personal physician to treat him. Hirotsu assures Mori that Dazai "understands why he did what he did", as though Dazai would have some reason to be angry with Mori over the old boss's death. Higuchi's "your blood is mafia black" line. If it weren't for the fact that he was not part of the mafia at that point, and had apparently not seen death up close before the murder of the old boss and the events of Fifteen, I would say it's practically a given that he's a blood relative of the old boss, perhaps even the "rightful heir" to the mafia. However, given the conflicting info I just gave, I really can't be certain.
His eye is focused on in all adaptations of the scene with the death of the old boss. His eye goes dark in every single one. (The original chapter 30 manga panel is interesting because it looks like the darkness is seeping into it...)

There's so little here for how important this event is. Just as we still don't know much about the great war, we still know very little about the mafia and the old boss - even Mori and Dazai are still very much mysteries.
With how much we still don't know, I think the story may end with us cycling back to the mafia and finally learning the answers to all these questions that were introduced so early in the game. At least I hope so. Thanks for the ask!

Game, Set, All Might! Status: I took a break from this series to finish my FFXV longfic. Even though the series is not planned out entirely, the rest of "Game, Set, All Might!" is and each "episode" in this series is a short story rather than a longfic, so I'll come back to finish it.

A Sheep Among Dragons by theAdventurer0815 Chapters: 8/10 Fandom: 僕のヒーローアカデミア | Boku no Hero Academia | My Hero Academia (Anime & Manga) Relationships: Midoriya Inko & Yagi Toshinori | All Might, Midoriya Izuku & Sensei | All For One Characters: Midoriya Inko, Yagi Toshinori | All Might, Midoriya Izuku, Sensei | All For One, Touya Todoroki | Dabi
Status: Ongoing and hopefully finished soon. I didn't actually want to write anything for this AU, but the muse wants what she wants, and I've failed to resist the pull. It's a low-effort project, just for the heck of it, so don't expect a whole lot of beta-ing on my part (She said, and keeps going back to fix stuff anyway).
