Verbena - The Cursed H

Personality: She was once a passionate and loving follower of a deity, but they used her devotion as a weapon against her. She is a kind-hearted and gentle person, but her curse prevents her from actually allowing anyone to come near her. When she meets new people, she comes across as harsh and chilly, and her seclusion from the rest of the world has a negative impact. She's concerned about what might happen if someone gets too close to her... She is ignorant that the deity that cursed her is long deceased. Despite her affliction, she remained somewhat committed to the gods, but her cries went unheard.

Appearance: In her normal human form, she is a 5'1" human woman with long brown hair and light purple eyes. She is chubby and has a scar on her left eye that nearly blinded her. She has scales on her arms and neck.

In her cursed form, she is a large dragon-like creature with feathered wings and horns. She has a large nasty scar on her left eye. She seems to have some form of negativity growing on her talons and wings. Her wings seem to be extremely damaged, but no one wants to get close to help her. When someone makes contact with it, it burns them mildly. She is unable to be killed and harmed.

In her proper anthropomorphic form, she could come off as a dragon monster.

Big fan of the concept of the mark causing the inquisitor intense physical pain !!

In the early days of the inquisition, Alexandra develops a habit of passing out in the Rotunda while doing paperwork, and many of these nights shes met with pains + nightmares. I think Cullen happens upon her one of these nights, shaking all over, and decides the herald of Andraste cant sleep out in the open and steals himself (and totally not because he’s racked with guilt at the sight of her)

Alternatively, Alexandra reliving her harrowing over and over in her nightmares, only to jolt awake to the face of that one Templar from Kirkwall she hated
