just realized i forgot to ask (and i love asking): if the mp100 characters got zapped into the life series, which gimmick would be each character’s favorite/least favorite to be in? 🎤

OOOOHHH.... ahh this is tough.. partly because I actually only started avidly watching the life series since secret life, and casual watched double life also, and only have very vague memories from the first 3, so I may not be the best person to ask.. but I'll try my best!!

Mob... I think he would like double life, because he's a romantic at heart and thinks the gimmick is cute. But he has fun with all of them! Doesn't really do well when the lives start going down, he doesn't really like killing people, so he's kinda a wet cat in that kind of way (kinda like Pearl). His least favorite would probably be limited life (doesn't like the concept of a time limit and also the boogeyman. DON'T ask him how it went when he was one, he doesn't want to talk about it .....)

Ritsuu... hmm. I feel like he would dislike secret life because the tasks would often lead him to (in his opinion) embarrassing situations and he has thin skin in regards to that. But on the other side, he has a childlike mirth for being able to hold secrets and do clearly defined tasks sooo.... he both hates and loves that season for different reasons lol

I don't know what Shou would like (I feel like he would do great at all of them) but I do not which one he would DISLIKE. double life, definitely, imo at least. He hates being tied down to another person. Maybe if it's Ritsu he would tolerate it, but otherwise... it's just not his style.

Reigen would be the Scar of the life series I feel, LMAO. But I feel like he would do worse at this than Scar, he keeps getting beat by these fucking teenagers. He dies. Badly (Reigen canary curse holder ... )

He also tries scamming people a lot but it doesn't work cause these kids know him and what he does (well, Serizawa falls for it, but he and Reigen usually team anyways so it's sort of a desert duo situation. And Mob also gives into his scams, not because he's oblivious, but just because he feels bad for the guy lol. And then Reigen tries to scam Ritsu and gets thrown off a cliff for it 😔)

Serizawa feels like a 3rd lifer to me.... idk, just something about him respecting and having nostalgia for the og.. something like that. But like Shou, he would be good at all of them, except secret life. I feel like he would fumble his tasks a lot. But Shou and Seri would be a power duo otherwise. He would do really well with the trivia bot also

Tome I feel like would have the most fun in secret life. She loves fucking with people and she would be kinda like Martyn where she's very intent on snooping once she turns yellow (and tbh even before that). But she makes so many careless mistakes while playing which leads her to not making it too far usually (she gave her soulmate so many jumpscares in double life)

Teru's favorite bit out of everything is definitely the superpowers gimmick from wild life. The mimic ability is PERFECT for him. Otherwise, he's generally a good player, but gets in over his head sometimes.... none too many deaths have been caused by him falling into his own traps lmao

Soo im honestly kindaa uhm,, goldfish-like; i have a crap memory. and whenever in a serious situation, one where you need to stay on guard, i instantly calm down after someone cracks a joke and forget abt the whole situation.. So bcuz of that i get called "the goldfish of (gc name)" 🥲

But im really motherly and caring! I always take care of my loved ones like a nurse, so pretty much- im my friends personal nurse AND doctor (as someone who startes studying abt medical stuff when i was like 10,, young, ik) i also take care of stray animals whenever i get the chance. feeding them, taking care of their wounds, whatever! Im a good balance of childish and mature, though i fall more on the childish side! I honestly give out 'sad, wet cat' vibes at first, since i mostly spend time alone, sulking abt being alone, reading in the library alone.. but im the total opposite! Honestly kinda weird but in a good way? Super kind, and generous, and sympathetic, i always consider other peoples feelings first ofc! Honestly kind of a people pleaser🥲 softhearted person with anger issues huhu.. 🦐 The way your mood fluctuates matches how his does, and while it annoyed him at first (like, is this how Jade and Azul feel when his does that?), he was able to quickly find out what can set you off or change your mood and is able to quickly adjust accordingly.
