This whole discussion about Arya's beauty is pissing me off. Arya is canonically pretty and that's simply a fact.

"No you don't understand!! 8-10 years old Arya is often mistaken for a boy so that means she is an ugly kid and she could never be as pretty as Lyanna!!"

Ned called Arya pretty in the very first book and said she looked like her beautiful aunt. Later, Bran sees a vision of young!Lyanna and thinks she is Arya, so that means they are in fact very similar. Jon, Gendry, the kindly man and Lady Smallwood also think Arya is a pretty kid.

"But why do y'all care so much about Arya's appearance? She is just a kid, stop sexualizing her!"

Saying a fictional kid is pretty doesn't mean you're sexualizing them. Rickon, Myrcella, Joffrey and Sansa are kids and they are canonically beautiful, just like Arya. I've never seen a single ASOIAF stan saying that fancasting Rachel Hurd-Wood (16 in the movie 'Perfume') as Sansa is problematic. The actress doesn't look like a 10-12 year old (in fact, she looks older than she is) but no one cares.

So why the fuck y'all get so mad when people fancast girls like Mackenzie Foy (16 in the The Nutcracker but in my opinion she looks younger) as young!Arya or 17 year old Olivia Hussey as older!Arya?? It seems to me that you guys are just being bitter and annoying for no valid reason.

This chapter title being “Bleach My Soul” and ichigo’s soul is just a white void of nothingness without Rukia. I mean bond was so strong she awakened parts of him he didn’t even know he had. And Rukia disappearing, taking all of that along with her, leaving Ichigo with nothing.

Ichigo lying on the floor in a pool of his own blood, nearly defeated but STILL trying to keep Byakuya and Renji from taking Rukia away from him until she, with tears streaming down her face, swears she'll never forgive him if he tries to follow

Him swearing on his soul to save her, vowing to pass through a "thousand blades" for her, that the power he gains is for her sake

The way he finally reunites with her in SS, flying down from the heavens in a freaking CLOAK billowing in the wind and landing gracefully into a kneel, like a knight kneeling before his princess

unable to look into her eyes as he quietly tells her he's here to save her, while she weeps over the injuries that burden his body

when it's all over, they stand and face each other in an open field, the sun sets and she smiles, he sees her smile and remembers why he wanted to save her so badly, thanks her because the rain has finally stopped

like if I ever wanna watch something and swoon I'm skipping the shoujo and just rewatching this arc tbh

Most of these are what-if scenarios. Yamato as an oiran is stunning but my favorite has to be Croc and Doffy starting a clothing brand together (oda comments that it would be evil and expensive)

These are my very rough translations that I either found online or ran through google translate and tried to make sense of lol. Tell me if the translation is off, I'll fix it!

Magazine Vol 4 Request: Katakuri and Captain Luffy meet again at a certain place! They have merienda together

Magazine Vol 5 Request: I would like Oda to draw an illustration of Ace, Sabo and Luffy joining the marines and being trained under Garp

Magazine Vol 6 Request: Zoro ate the Gomu Gomu no Mi, but he has trouble controlling his power, which Rayleigh finds amusing.

Oda's comment: Zoro has the gum-gum ability! I wanted to draw this in a funny way, but when I actually drew it, instead of the comical scene requested, I drew Zoro using it without a problem, now no one’s able to laugh at him. I think this is fine!!

Comment: I have decided that this corner will never be used in the main story of the manga! I have been playing with digital, and now I really want to draw pictures without lines. I had a perfect request: a heartwarming cherry blossom viewing experience!

Magazine Vol 9 Request: Ace and Sabo's version of Wano country!

Comment: I'm in a kimono mood right now! I was thinking about drawing Wano country versions of various characters in color for this magazine, but it would be extremely difficult to hand-draw kimono patterns, so I didn't have the time. Look at Ace and Sabo!

Magazine Vol 10 Request: If Vivi were a Japanese warlord from the Sengoku period

Oda's comment: In this scenario, Hancock has become an undefeatable queen. Because her lightning is simply too powerful, no one dares approach her. But then, one day, before her appeared..!! You know, no matter what the scenario is, Hancock ends up falling for Luffy anyway.

i saw a conversation on twitter about this scene in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (when Will proposes to Elizabeth during a battle) and shippers imagining Zoro doing the same with Nami 🧡 so, here my zonami take, on the Sunny, 10 years alter, they are in a relationship for a while, and right in the middle of an epic battle with the Marine, Zoro proposes :)
