Northern Ireland will still be part of the UK! But it will have an Irish nationalist leading it for the first time ever. This means Irish political unification (aka Northern Ireland leaving the UK and joining the Republic of Ireland) in the same way as Scotland having a Scottish nationalist party leading it means a politically independent Scotland (outside of the UK) (Scotland has been ruled by a nationalist party for years and they're still part of the UK). So, no. It's not going to happen (for now) in the way many people on here want it to happen.

Also, goods will flow freely between Northern Ireland and the Republic, but that has been the case before (because both countries were in the EU until... well, quite recently). So while this is a removal of barriers, it is more or less just a restoration of the rules that were in place when both Ireland and the UK were in the EU. Again, this does not mean that Northern Ireland will become part of the Republic of Ireland. It means that the border will 'soften', if you will, which sometimes is all it takes to make life easier for a lot of people!
