6, 11, and 19- UHHHHHH any of them that vibes these questions! <:"Dc
afternoon lori!! thank you for the ask :D
6. Who will they take advice from, no matter what it is? Who won’t they take advice from, no matter what it is?
Caine-
taking advice:
chen. without a doubt its chen. caine would question him or argue if they dont understand why hes giving the advice he does, but at the end of the day, he trusts that chen has his reasons, and that those reasons make sense.
refusing advice:
hmmm,,, significantly harder to answer tbh. caine is pretty accepting of a lot of avenues of information. maybe hollow ground? so far hes been extremely suspicious of the kingpin, Especially after almost getting threaded. either that or regina, but would she even survive long enough to give them advice???? shes the only person so far they actually want revenge against.
Cyrus-
taking advice:
anathema. too bad hes dead. nobody to stop cyrus now.
refusing advice:
id say chen, purely for "fuck him, he wouldnt piss on me if i was burning" reasons. hed be way too suspicious of any 'advice' chen gives to act on it.
Cecilia-
taking advice:
ceci doesnt exactly do advice. more like suggestions. most of them come from ortega, not because she particularly trusts him but because most of his suggestions tend to be fun. ofc she also turned down therapy so like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
refusing advice:
daniel. for extremely petty reasons. even deciding to stay at his place was an idea she came up with, not him. danny has no Idea how much of a pain shes going to be now that theyre rooming together.
Cynthia-
taking advice:
hollow ground. #justthreadedtingz😍🤪
refusing advice:
the funny thing about cynthia is that she cares for the people shes close to, she just doesnt trust them, so this applies to a lot of people. definitely ortega because thats probably the messiest divorce i ever did see, but also dr mortum, because she doesnt think she would understand the situation shes in enough to give advice even if their relationship Doesnt completely fall apart when the puppet thing is revealed.
11. They’ve won the lottery. Spend, or save?
Caine- nothing really to spend it on. save, unless theres something he really wants to get his hands on.
Cyrus- could be useful in the future. save.
Cecilia- depends, does she still have her funds from thievery? if no, spend. if yes, pretend to spend it by showing off things she already owns to throw people off her track, then save it. or spend if theres something mundane she wants.
Cynthia- doesnt really like having big sums of money lying around. spend it on villain work.
19. Do they study before tests? Practice before job interviews?
Caine- i mean. does going into a rabbit hole of tangentially relevant information a week before count? not for job interviews though. they couldnt care enough about that.
Cyrus- duh. hes the person somebody would go to if they need notes or extra tutoring.
Cecilia- no, but if she cared about tests enough shed be a top student, and she usually manages to fly by on job interviews because shes pretty charming.
Cynthia- yes, but for school its because the subjects are interesting to her, while the job interview is for general "i want to get the job" reasons.
questions from here!

Continuation of this
Taliesin: *sitting at camp, thinking over what he's learned about this group and Allora in particular* ...
Allora: *returned fresh from the nearby spring, kneels nearby glancing at him* ...Something on your mind? You're not usually so quiet.
Taliesin: *startles out of his thoughts and glances at her* Oh, erm... yes, I suppose I do. Is it possible for me to ask you a question?
Allora: ... *tilts her head curiously* ...Sure. I may not answer it though, depending.
Taliesin: *hesitates before slowly asking* Are you... a god of sorts?
Allora: *snorts and laughs* What?
Taliesin: Yes it does sound preposterous if I'm honest but... *narrows his eyes in thought* You control a magick never seen before with your voice, unlike the Dragonborn ability, you hide your features away, you've certainly never said much about your homeland since we've met, and Lucien made some sort of joke that I cannot understand about you being 'out of this world.' The only conclusion I can think of is you not being from here, but rather another plane or something.
Allora: *staring wide eyed, having dropped her satchel on the ground, looking visibly paler than normal* ... ... ...what?
Taliesn: *equally startled by her reaction, eyes wide* So it's true? You're not-?
Allora: KAIDAN! *scrambles away from Taliesin, shaking horrifically and turns to run back to the spring, but hears something in the bushes nearby and screams in fright*
Group of Thalmor: *step out from the brush, eyeing Allora and Taliesin, looking equally shocked by him being bound and pull out their weaponry* You there! Why have you tied one of our agents up? Speak quickly before we remove your tongue!
Allora: *brain too scattered to think, near tears, shakily moving backwards and whimpering*
Taliesin: *stands up, trying to think quickly, and moves to stand in front of Allora, looking poised and regal as all Thalmor do* You are interfering with an undercover mission. The Dominion is aware of the ongoings around here. I am merely acting as her prisoner to gain findings of Talos worshippers. You will all be written up as I now have to dispose of her; state your names and superiors.
Group of Thalmor: *now startled by Taliesin, glancing warily at each other before giving out their names and their superiors*
Taliesin: *sneers* Now leave before the others arrive. You've done enough damage today. Quickly now, they've heard her! Get out!
Group of Thalmor: *salute and scurry off*
The Boys: *arrive on the seen to see Allora having a panick attack on the ground and Taliesin just a few feet away trying to console her*
Kaidan: *snarls, reaching out and gripping Taliesin by the throat* Lucien. Inigo. Take care of her.
Inigo: Right. *moves quickly to Allora's side, trying to gain her attention* It is okay my friend.
Lucien: R-right... *glances at Taliesin struggling before moving carefully to join Inigo* Shh, hey, it's all right...
Kaidan: *drags Taliesin a ways away, pinning him to a tree* What. In Oblivion. Happened here.
Taliesin: *wheezes, smacking the hand around his throat*
Kaidan: *squeezes just a bit harder vindictively before relaxing to let him talk*
Taliesin: *coughs and breathes* W-we were talking... I had asked if she was a god. She got frightened and-and called for you. But some Thalmor showed up. I acted as th-though being kept prisoner was part of the plan here, and that they w-were interfering with Aldmeri business. *coughs as Kaidan squeezes tighter again*
Kaidan: Told them to wait nearby, didja? Ambush while we were asleep?
Lucien: Kaidan, enough.
Kaidan: *snaps his head around to glare at Lucien but sees Allora, tears streaming down her face and reaching out to him; trembling just as bad as during Helgen* ... *drops Taliesin and just barely refrains from spitting on him* Be grateful for her mercy. *walks over carefully to Allora, making sure to wait for her to want him to touch*
Taliesin: *coughing and breathing in deeply, holding a hand to his throat as he desperately tries to breathe in*
-Later that night-
Allora: *flinches awake for the third time since settling down, easing out from underneath Kaidan and Lucien's arms and exits the tent, staring at Taliesin as he sits just outside his tent across from Inigo from the fire* ...
Inigo: Cannot sleep, my friend?
Allora: ... *shakes her head mutely, not having said much since her panick attack, gesturing to the tent and Inigo*
Inigo: You want to take over watch? Are you sure?
Allora: *gives him a soft smile and gently pats his head, giving him a scritch behind the ears*
Inigo: *giggles and unable to resist leaning into her nails* Okay, okay. If you are sure you will be all right. Call if you need anything. I will be here for you. *stands and squeezes her hand before going into the tent*
Allora: *waits for him to settle before moving to sit in his previous spot across from Taliesin, half staring into the fire in a daze, half keeping an ear out for trouble* ...
Taliesin: *watching her quietly, from his seat, throat still vibrantly bruised, looking like he was having some minor trouble breathing but otherwise keeping quiet for once since his capture*
Allora: *waits a good while into the night before looking up at Taliesin, standing, and motioning him to follow, before walking away from camp*
Taliesin: ??? *gets up warily and follows after her, glancing at the unmoving tent*
*The two walk for some time, back to the spring, where Allora sends out a Candlelight spell and a Magelight spell to light the area, bundling her cloak close.*
Taliesin: *slowly speaks with a noticeable rasp in his voice* ...I can't swim you know. I will drown immediately.
Allora: *looks at him quizzically*
Taliesin: If your intention was to invite me out to a late night swim, I mean. Or it could be that you all ready figured it out and just intended to drown me.
Allora: *shakes her head, looking back out to the spring* ... ...
Taliesin: ...I apologize... for upsetting you earlier.
Allora: *visibly tenses but does not make a move or sound aside from dipping her head in acknowledgment*
Taliesin: ...are we just here to sit in silence-?
Allora: Does it hurt...?
Taliesin: Hm? You're very quiet. And that's saying something, considering I have the bruised windpipe.
Allora: ...Does it hurt? *motions to her throat* ...I can heal it if you want.
Taliesin: Oh. That would be... vastly appreciated. Yes, please. I've been trying to keep quiet about it, lest your giant friend actually kill me, but it hurts like the dickens. *swoons dramatically* Is this how you treat all your prisoners? *coughs a bit, unable to be his usual hypochondriac self*
Allora: *faintly smiles before frowning a bit, and starts to sing quickly; golden eye glittering under the Candlelight and in the darkness* Day to night, dark to light, fall the sands of time...
Taliesin: *flinches a bit as orbs of light come from her throat before stretching into tendrils that curl around his and ease the pain away; leaving behind a pleasant tingling sensation all across his skin. His eyes widen as he's left with goosebumps by the end of her song* ...you really are something else.
Allora: ... *fiddles with her cloak quietly, looking away* ...why did you protect me from the Thalmor?
Taliesin: *snorts, reclining as much as he can with his arms bound* Why else? If they actually knew who I was, they would have taken me in for insubordination. I failed my original mission and was the only one left alive. I'm as good as dead to the Aldmeri Dominion. Besides, never had much of a good track record anyways.
Allora: ...you don't want to go back?
Taliesin: Heavens, no. Being around you lot has given me a bit more... understanding. I am quite different from a lot of my old superiors and peers. I asked far too many questions, had too many strikes against my person. Despite being your prisoner, it has been somehow... far more freeing. *winces* You don't really treat me much like a prisoner though, so who's to say who's fault that is.
Allora: *smiles and gives a small laugh* ...yeah. Wasn't... built for this shit. *frowns at the familiar line before glancing at Taliesin*
Taliesin: What is it? Surely by now you're used to pestering me with questions. Go on then.
Allora: ...you were right, in a way. I'm not from here. I'm not... a god. But I was given this magick by the gods. Aside from Akatosh for my Dragon lineage... I don't know who. But I'm not from here.
Taliesin: Now, when you say here...?
Allora: Mundus. I'm not from Mundus. I was born on and lived on a place called Earth. It was a planet in a solar system, like this one. But there was no magick. No gods that you could actually consider real. In more of a... physical or magical sense. People just mostly believed there was. Or didn't. I didn't. But for some reason, they picked me of all people to pluck from my world and dropped me off here to save yours.
Taliesin: ...If I hadn't seen anything that you could do, or felt your magick personally just now, I would call you mad. But that was certainly nothing I've ever felt before.
Allora: *reaches up and removes her hood, showing off her face and moves her hair behind her ears; clearly not a Breton like she pretended to be* That better?
Taliesin: *stares wide eyed* By the gods, what are you?
Allora: *smiles wryly* Just human. But congrats; you now know why I shroud myself. *waves jazz hands* Tada.
Taliesin: *shakes his head, unable to stop staring* You are, by far, the most interesting and absolutely confusing individual I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Allora: *jokingly* So now we're best friends because you know my deep dark secret and you're willing to die for me, right?
Taliesin: I am still not getting in that spring.
Allora: *snaps her fingers, grinning* Rats.
