How I feel about this character

Simultaneously one of my faves and also my least fave kdkcjc I think she has some of the best character development on MASH, they took their time and did it right, and she's played with so much nuance and she gets multiple opportunities to show a full range of emotions and experiences. She's very well-rounded and lived in, and I love how fully and unapologetically her sexuality is explored. I also find her insufferable at points jdkfjjfjf but genuinely THEE "right wing woman" girlboss slayqueen of all time, for good and for ill.

All the people I ship romantically with this character

Honestly, her and Frank making it work could be a fun and subtle AU. I don't personally ship Hawkeye/Margaret, but I fully get it and can imagine a world in which they'd be a really good couple. But mostly I ship her with "OC she meets after the war" because I don't think any of the show characters really bring out the best in her and she deserves room to grow and find happiness.

My non-romantic OTP for this character

The moments when she and Hawkeye are besties are some of my favorites, and I think they have a much sweeter friendship than a romance

My unpopular opinion about this character

I think she's cishet idjfjkskdk. Nothing but love for my WLW MASH fans searching for a crumb of representation in this sausage fest, but Margaret being straight is important to how I view her character.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

Okay so this is like. Tangent to Margaret. But she's already a pretty well developed character with lots of different fun and interesting plot beats. I wish that they had kept around some of the recurring nurses and developed at least one of them into a fully fledged foil for Margaret, especially after "The Nurses". Putting almost the full weight of female representation on Margaret's shoulders is a little stifling, I think, and giving her a buddy to play off of or just a different relationship dynamic would've been interesting. Give my WLW!Margaret mutuals a full slice of bread to snack on rather than crumbs from two episodes ykwim kfkfkfkdk

Bridgerton Season three is kind of not giving. It‘s cute and all, but I‘m not feeling it.

I think it‘s because I just don‘t enjoy Pen‘s character development. Don‘t get me wrong, as a plus size girlie I do love the rep and the new self-confidence. But she still so easily throws people under the bus without ever suffering permanent consequences and it bugs me.

And the rest feels so vanilla this season.

My only light ist Benedict and the fact that they casted black sails slayqueen Hannah New as the flirty widow.

I don‘t know, it‘s just not my season.

Ok so! Lots happened in Delilah’s life that I unfortunately do not have screenshots of. Samuel suddenly quit his job and started having sudden outbursts of anger so Delilah dumped him like the slayqueen she is. She was out getting drinks with Amelia talking about the breakup, and when Amelia found out she’d never been to Mt.Komorebi, she invited her on a short weekend trip. Now they kinda have chemistry ;)
