the thing that interests me most in Santos' pursuit of the discrepancies with the drugs + Langdon's involvement in it is that it is never from a place of vindictiveness. she's not paying such close attention and working to connect the dots because he's riding her hard and she wants to get one over on him. she's doing it because she's concerned. for Langdon, and for the patients, and for what she considers to be right or wrong. to me, she doesn't even dislike Langdon. I read her reaction when he comes back during the MCI as resentment at the notion that she told Robby what she suspected and - as she perceives it - nothing happened. Robby yelled at Langdon but he's back at work. not that she hates Langdon in any way shape or form....... and I think it's going to make their interactions next season soooooooo interesting to watch

Gentry, I low key be shipping AFO and Kurogiri in Anyone. How much to make them canon? Or at least to imply they're a thing.

I... Well... I... Listen. While I will admit this would be one hell of an explanation as to why Kurogiri is taking AFO's side instead of Izuku's, Kurogiri is still one of the most responsible members of the group and while he has made a lot of bad decisions in his life (seriously, a lot of bad and dumb decisions), he has his limits.

Kurogiri is the man who has been AFO's taxi service AND bartender since he was 16. He saw all the petty and dumb things that motivated AFO to go from point 1 to point B quickly. He has heard AFO's unfiltered opinions on too many things, including his little brother. And that's before meeting Yami, because let's be serious, anyone getting with AFO also get Izuku in the deal, no matter how much Izuku disagrees with it.

Kurogiri simply doesn't have so little self worth and urge to self destruct to hook up with a yandere nuke who holds grudges like it's an Olympic sport and who will smother anything he loves until they die, unless said something has a quirk about as strong as AFO himself and is willing to murder him.

Terribly sorry, minor continuation with Reader ending up with the family instead of the Port Mafia, would she still be called Hime? Or would she have a new alias? It's kind of crazy because she herself has so much lore tied to the Port Mafia and I'm so interested to see how that would change in a different environment with different people

but omg ok so this is what i'm thinking. i think maybe the italian army would get to her village first, and from there, she would end up in an orphanage run by the catholic church. after around 2 years there, she ends up getting exposed as an ability user, and the CCA (another faction, specific to italy, commission of counter abilities, because remember, the way i set up mainland europe/asia is that there's a HEAVY anti-ability user sentiment) ends up coming after her and plans to have her imprisoned for illegal use of an ability & failure to timely register the emergence of an ability.

she doesn't end up getting imprisoned because carlo goldoni (current father of the family) intervenes and takes her in. while she's with him, he puts her through a very strict training regiment to hone in/fine tune her ability usage. in that time, it becomes pretty clear he's setting her up to become the next "father" after him. so i think that time period she would have a similar title—not hime obviously because they're not in japan, principessa maybe, but it would definitely only be used in a mocking manner, wheras hime was used both mockingly and respectfully.

THAT BEING SAID, i don't know if she'll still be in that time period by the start of the story. carlo goldoni is not mori, and he didn't "save her" from her village (we'll find out more about reader and mori's relationship in civzai2 soon). she was in an orphange for 2-3 years before the family took her in & goldoni began helping her. so there would be a huge difference in her relationship with mori vs goldoni, and there's a HUGE chance that she might've pulled a civzai1 (killing to take over) much earlier and with much less motive if she decides she thinks she would be better off leading the family.

on a different note, i am also considering giving her a different type of title/moniker because if u remember, the way i've built up bsd universe, the clocktower & the family are constantly at odds with each other, and i do want her "claim to fame" besides her political abilities, being that she pushed the clocktower out of western europe and back into the uk. and i think maybe the moniker would stem from an incident that took place between the two organizations that she was overseeing.

that's all not set in stone yet, im still going back and forth with it, BUT as i said i like rambling so u get my rambles HAHAHAHAH

Dorian saying this line really gives a glimpse into the kind of person that he is. He believes that if you love someone, you love them as a whole, with their flaws and imperfections and everything in between. I really love how he laid it on Chaol like this because when it comes to love, Dorian doesn’t play around. He takes it seriously and can work through these issues because when he’s in love, he loves from all of his heart.

Which gets me to my point: Manon. A man like this, even if she reveals the ugliest parts of herself, he isn’t going anywhere. He KNOWS that no one is perfect, and as soon as something happens, he isn’t going to bolt. No, Dorian Havilliard is there for the long run and just that Manon has issues/has done some awful things— it isn’t going to send him away.

When Manon told him that she isn’t like other women he was quick to literally say ‘fuck other women it’s you i want’ and he never looked back. He loves ALL of her, flaws and murders and everything she has done. He just doesn’t care. Because to Dorian, all of these things are part of her, and just like he said to Chaol, he doesn’t pick and choose what parts of her to love.

Does Raven and Jelly have MANY interactions with other OCs? (Like one of your friends OCs) I’m curious

Hey there! To date, Jelly have zero, Raven have about 6 only, 3 were within close friends, 3 as a gift for fellow cod artists

I do want to share why xD know that this isn't meant to be harsh or dismissive, just an explanation of where I'm coming from.

Although I am pretty much okay with most thing in COD, I'm however extremely picky about how I portray Raven because of past experiences where her character had been invalidated, misinterpret or forced into dynamics that just don't align with her personality or backstory (eg. being best friends with medic OCs, shoehorn with a group of Shadow company OCs or drawn with set of clothes that's just...well that's just not Raven).

Part of this is of course, on myself. I've developed a specific way I write her but I struggle to fully explain how she works xD I think unlike most COD OCs, the way I've wrote her background made it so she's not really suited to being casually thrown in every situation (like of the primary reason was how she grew up from a highly individualistic PMC so socializing is a whole other shebang to deal with) Her relationship with Price is an exception (because I said so LMAO)

That being said tho, this isn't me saying "hey dont put Raven with your own OC, like ever". OC creation is meant to be fun and one of the best part of having them is to mash it with another, and I welcome any fanarts of her (like wdym you drew my bbg let's get married rn-) hence the Raven fanbox post. I think if anyone have an idea or would like to collaborate about placing Raven with their own OC, I'm more than happy to discuss it, just shoot me an ask first :]

Now Jelly is different to Raven, since I've made her from a more casual background and actually wanted her to be more of a character that more people can relate to, anyone's free to draw her with their OC if they want to :3 she's just a sillay gurl, maybe a bit shy and skiddish but she's bubbly to be around with!

The way I'm sitting here sobbing watching Silverwing get to get out and fly again 😭😭💙 She loves to fly and used to fly all over Westeros with Queen Alysanne and now she can again, but instead she's about to be thrust head first into this bloody war. Girl just wants to fly again 😭.
