rando ramble here but...i hate the ideas that surround jonsa and jonerys more than anything or the blatant mischaracterization of everyone involved, im lenient at ships but stans arent doing them any favours from what i saw

what i think jonerys could be : a connection of long lost family, have discussion of uniting but eventually breaking down because of differing personality and goals

what stans wants : she's muh qween 2.0 but with no problems, they get married, have children, targ restoration (random misogyny swipe at sansa)

what i think jonsa could be : guilty feelings that explore sansa's habit to romanticize horrible situations, she loves being back in winterfell but she's trapped nonetheless, Jon's guilt over wanting winterfell for himself vs his loyalty to the starks, catelyn's ghost and thoughts of bastards haunting them constantly making them have conflict

what stans wants : they have no conflict ,theyre happy and have children (random misogyny swipe at dany) dont mention the other starks they have no problem with this

i can't stand the way stans write them nothing feels in character so they all annoy me in the end

The problem is that they do not care about it as two characters in a relationship, they only care about what Jon can do for their favorite character no matter the expense of his character. They don't discuss him as an individual outside of their ship.

So many of those shippers unrionically only post about Jon in relation to their ship, but have tons of posts about the individual character of either Dany or Sansa seperately. They don't care about him, just that he is pretty arm candy for their own stories. Literally what the show did to Jon in seasons 7 and 8, and the shippers still do it to him here.

Jonerys has little appeal in any way, but as platonic siblings Jon and Sansa have interesting potential of their future conflicts. It would be interesting, just not in a ship.

They care about Jon making Sansa or Dany look better, by making him look worse and useless. None of them care about who Jon Snow truly is.

Found this variant cover by accident. It doesn't make sense in the context of how the comic was a Memorial Day tribute the twins weren't even in, (heard a review on it from ya boi this morning) but I'll take it.

The perspective on this is interesting because, despite the buildings in the background, it looks like they could either be falling out or falling in. It reminds me of that silhouette of a girl on horseback going around Facebook where the viewer didn't know if she was coming or going.

Anyway, I hope this isn't a hint of what's to come, like hopefully they won't kill off Tomax and Xamot for 'muh representation' the way they did Snake Eyes. I can see it now....the new twins could be be YASS QWEEN SLAYYYY obese trans-lesbian dwarf Muslim amputees in wheelchairs.
