As we all know, the 2003 turtles are around 5 feet tall, and since they're 15 at the start, they'll definitely start growing taller. But when do they stop growing?

A headcanon I've had is that the turtles from certain iterations don't stop growing until they're much older because of their mutation. Like around mid to late 20s. And because of that, they end up growing very tall (Not Bayverse tall, definitely a little shorter than that).

And you might be asking, "Woods, what made you come up with this very simple headcanon?"

And to that, I say, I think it would be very funny if Casey and April, who obviously don't know a lot about mutants, just based them off of regular human growth and ended up being wrong. They'd probably think that they stop growing around 16-18 years old, the same that humans do. So since they're 5 foot at the start of 15, they most likely believed that they're still going to be either around the same height as April or a little shorter by the time they stop growing. Only to find out that they became taller than April by 18. But that's fine. They just had a big growth spurt before they finally stopped. After all, that's normal amongst humans, too.

But they didn't stop. They kept growing. And now Casey's starting to get worried. He's the tallest amongst them and if Raph ends up getting taller than him, then he's never going to hear the end of it. It's gonna be short stack jokes for the rest of eternity. And that's exactly what happens. Granted, he's not a GIANT compared to Casey, maybe a few inches or half a foot taller than him.

By the time they were 22, Casey started getting worried about their height and even started questioning to April if the turtles would ever stop growing and if they're going to turn into four giant godzillas, or something. April thought it was a ridiculous idea, of course, but after a while, she almost started questioning that too. Plus, she was getting tired of cranking her neck up to look at everyone. Now she knows how the turtles felt all those years ago. Thankfully, they stopped growing by the time they were 26, which was a relief for everyone. They most likely had to find ways to extend their beds a couple of times to fit in them. Even Raph had to get a bigger hammock since his last one could no longer support his weight.

Also, imagine the thought of Usagi being a lot shorter than Leo since he most likely stopped growing once he reached around 5'5. Just the thought of Leo having to look down at Usagi and stop his urge from picking him up like a limp cat. Or lifting him up to see the top of a fridge or a cabinet for the first time.

Plus, there's Mikey who would makes jokes about since he's taller, Usagi should listen to him, while Usagi's down there responding about he's older and Mikey should listen to HIM. And it all just ends up with back and forth sibling banter. (This is specifically inspired by me and my little brother, who grew taller than me and ends up telling people he's the oldest. Shout out to all the other older siblings who ended up shorter than their younger siblings)

Luz is actually 13 at the start of the Owl House and here's why (Owl House timeline analysis).

Ok, so I've been rewatching the owl house recently through Danny Motta's videos on YouTube, and it got me to thinking about the years the owl house takes place in and the logistics of the BI and Earth time zones. So, I made an analysis:

*SPOILERS BELOW*

First off, let's talk about Luz.

When you look up Luz's age online, it says that Luz is canonically 14 years old in the show. But when you look at the events of the show (*Spoilers sorry*), we see that Luz is celebrating her birthday on the BI, and we see Eda say this line:

Ok, no big deal, right? Well, if we look at the events of the show, we know that the kids were in the Human realm for a while. It was fall in the human realm when the kids arrived after the day of Unity. After the montage of them in the Human realm, it is shown to be Halloween. This means that they would have been in the Human realm for a little under a year, meaning it doesn't make sense that Eda would say that line because Luz would have already turned 15 during that year in the Human realm while the collector was controlling the BI.

So, for this timeline, I'm gonna reference @drachenfalter's calendar analysis (check it out, it's great). In this analysis, they use this picture of a BI calendar.

We see here that the calendar has 42 days in a month, and so their analysis shows that the BI would have 9 months in a year instead of 12, meaning the time zones don't change, but the calendar is longer (hence, why Luz can text her mom in the same time zone).

For Luz's birthday, there is no specific birthday stated for her, but for the sake of the post, I'm gonna head cannon it to be April 8th because that is the day Watching and dreaming came out. Watching and dreaming came out in 2023, and there is a 3-year timeskip at the end, with Luz having graduated High school already in the human realm and preparing to start college in the BI. If we assume that the timeskip takes place in that modern day in 2023, then that would mean that Belos's final defeat takes place in 2020, and the start of the show would have taken place not in 2020, when the show came out, but in 2019, 1 year prior, explaining Luz's narration at the end.

With that in mind, here is my timeline Headcannon.

Luz- 13 years old at the start of the show finishing 8th grade.

Time: Mid-May or beginning of June 2019.

Luz birthday: April 8th (H.C.)

Luz turns 13, finished 8th grade, Camilla sends luz to camp; Luz leaves for BI in Mid-May (March for BI), 2019.

Luz learns magic, attends Hexside, dates Amity in the span of 5 BI months, 7 Earth Months. (It is fall when Luz finds Vee and returns home after the day of Unity).

Luz fights Belos and goes back to the Human realm in November 2019 (September for BI).

The Hexsquad go live in human realm for 1 calendar year, give or take.

- Luz goes back to school, the gang experiences the different seasons in the Human realm montage in Thanks to Them, time jump ends at Halloween.

Luz turns 14 during this time in 2020, and is a sophomore in high school in Thanks to Them (reminder: there is no pandemic in the Owl house universe)

The Hexsquad fights Belos again and goes back to the BI on Halloween in 2020 (End of August/Beg. of September for BI).

The Hexsquad saves the BI in November 2020 (September for BI).

*Timeskip 3 years later*

Luz turns 15 in 2021, spends it rebuilding the Isles.

Luz turns 16 in 2022

Luz turns 17 in 2023, reaches the end of senior year, graduates' high school in the human realm with Vee.

The finale takes place on April 8th, 2023 (February for BI).

- Luz turns 17, celebrates her "King-ceañera".

Luz goes to magic university in the BI in 2023.

- Luz's move in date for school is shown to be August 21st in "Watching and Dreaming", which would be June for the BI, meaning that Luz will have left for school 3-4 months early since she is also shown to be packing in the episode.

Ok, so one last thing to note, with this timeline, the finale would take place in 2023, and Luz would be celebrating her 17th birthday in the BI. This means that Luz would have still been a legal minor when starting college. My head cannon is that Camilla allowed Luz to stay with Eda and Raine for the 3-4 months before starting school, and constantly checked in on Luz during her time in the dorms before turning 18 (as well as long after, of course:)). Eda and Raine would likely also coparent to make sure that Luz was keeping up with her move in process and magic studies.

Anyway, that's my timeline analysis for the Owl house! Hope y'all like it! (I also have other Head cannons for the ages of the other Hexsquad members that go with this timeline if y'all wanna know).

So after a week the results came in and it seems you guys want to have four separate y/n’s; I hope it doesn’t get too confusing for any of you while reading this. Just remember L/L is Leo’s lover/love interest, R/L is Raph’s lover/love interest, D/L is Donnie’s lover/love interest and M/L is Mikey’s lover/love interest. Apologies in advance, I didn’t want to waste a bunch of space explaining the kids in detail so they they have their own little individual descriptions which kind of cut into the story at the beginning.

All four of the readers will be given she/her pronouns. At their regular ages M/L is 14, the turtles and D/L are 15, April Casey and L/L are 16 and R/L is 16-17. Since I had also already pictured Raph’s kids as little turtle-lizard mutants, R/L is going to be an anthropomorphic lizard. I hope this is all ok. If you don’t like it then just read it different in your head.

2012 Turtles x Fem!Readers

New York City is destroyed. Every building has either been over and smashed or abandoned. The streets are quiet. A set of green legs can be seen running through followed by more pairs of running green legs with mixes of human legs. Some are small while others are much bigger. Bombs are being detonated behind the group of running people, gunshots can be heard in the distance as robots continue to fire in pursuit of them. R/L is holding a crying lizard-turtle baby, trying to calm it down.

R/L: Raphael I fear if we do not find a safe zone soon the children will pass out from running.

RAPH: She’s right Leo, you got a plan or what?

LEO: I’m trying to think! Donnie is there anything you have that could help us right now?

DONNIE: I don’t know Leo I-I can’t really think of anything right now!

The baby continues to cry, Mikey runs up next to R/L and talks to him.

MIKEY: Aww hey there little guy, don’t cry. We’re gonna totally find a place to hide in a minute and then we’ll get you all changed and fed okay?

The baby quiets down and let’s out a small noise, staring at Mikey.

MIKEY: See everything’s gonna be fine you’ll see.

A large piece of scrap metal gets blown forwards narrowly missing the group.

M/L: Antonio watch out!

M/L protectively grabs Antonio, an orange masked 11-year-old mutant turtle with some human aspects, as they both run.

M/L: Just stay close to me okay. I’m not losing you.

ANTONIO: Already on it mum.

D/L: Hey Mary, Mary?

Mary, 10 with a pink mask and also part turtle, is panting heavily and slowly falling behind. D/L yanks her onto her shoulders.

D/L: Get on here now, we can’t risk leaving you.

MARY: Thanks *wheeze* mum.

CASEY: You all good buddy?

Casey looks down to his son, a yellow-wearing 12-year-old, speeding on roller skates.

ALEX: Don’t worry dad I’m totally fine woah!

Alex begins to trip on his skates and struggles to remain balance.

SORA: Alex here!

Sora, a blue masked 11 year old who is also of mixed species with more prominent turtle traits, grabs his hand and keeps him balanced while they run.

ALEX: Thanks for the save Sora.

SORA: No worries.

APRIL: Are we nearly at a safe zone?

L/L: I hope so. Yoshi, are you still feeling right?

Yoshi, a green masked 12-year old who, unlike his sister, appears more human-like, catches his breath and looks up.

YOSHI: Better than I was before.

Amongst the group are 3 more turtle lizard children. 10-year-old twins, Harriet (with a light turquoise mask) and Ethan (in a dark turquoise mask), who appear more lizardy and their sister Athena who’s a year older, wearing red mask and looks more like a turtle.

HARRIET: I don’t *huff* think I can *puff* keep this up *huff* much *puff* longer *huff*.

ATHENA: Hey don’t say that, we got this just keep going. After everything we’ve been through there’s no way you can let this get to you.

ETHAN: But we’ve been running for hours now I know dad said there’d be a safe zone eventually but I’m not sure anymore.

Bridget, another 11-year-old turtle looking human hybrid (wearing a purple mask), runs up towards the front where the main 4 brothers are.

BRIDGET: Dad from what I can see there aren’t any safe zones anywhere around, are you sure we’ll be okay?

DONATELLO: I- yes. We’ll be fine Bridget just stay strong okay?

Bridget looks at the ground in worry. Donnie sends Leo a look.

LEO: There’s no way we can get to a safe zone is there.

Donnie shakes his head in dismay.

RAPH: Well then what are we gonna do? We can’t just give up.

MIKEY: Uh dudes the kids are starting to give in.

Leo thinks deeply for a moment.

LEO: We’ll have to fight.

MIKEY, DONNIE & RAPH: What!?

RAPH: Are you crazy!?

MIKEY: Dude there’s no way we can fight them off again!

DONNIE: You saw what happened last time we tried!

LEO: I know, I know but right now it’s our only hope. We’ll protect the kids for as long as we can.

RAPH: And if we fail?

LEO: Then we accept our fates.

BRIDGET: Wait dad?

DONNIE: Uh now might not be the best time dear we’re kind of busy.

BRIDGET: But it’s important.

The brothers share a look.

DONNIE: Alright what is it?

BRIDGET: You remember that project we were working on right? Do you still have it with you?

DONNIE: Oh no Bridget, we can’t use that thing it’s still in testing. I don’t even know if it works properly. We haven’t even tried sending something through.

BRIDGET: But in theory, if it works then it could save us right?

DONNIE: I suppose you’re correct.

LEO: What are you talking about Donnie.

DONNIE: Well, you see, back at the old safe zone Bridget and I were messing around with some gadgets thinking off possible designs for different machines to keep us busy when Bridget had an idea. She suggested trying to build a time machine.

RAPH: A time machine? Now you really have gone mad.

DONNIE: No I haven’t! Bridget helped me figure out the design and together we came up with a device that could possibly work but we got attacked before we could test it.

MIKEY: Wait didn’t we already meet a time travel lady like years ago?

RAPH: Oh yeah, Renet wasn’t it? Wonder what happened to her.

DONNIE: Well Mikey that’s exactly it we haven’t seen her in years so building a machine is logically the most reliable option here.

LEO: So what are you trying to say Donnie, what was Bridget thinking before?

DONNIE: She was implying that if we used the time machine to go back in time we could possibly alter the events that lead to this and save the future!

LEO: But you said it wasn’t tested yet?

DONNIE: It isn’t which is why using it comes at such a risk.

Another bomb sounds.

RAPH: So we either fight, run till we drop or risk our lives on one of Donnie’s genius inventions. Great!

LEO: Alright. Donnie, Bridget, if you think you can get that thing up and running then we’ll protect you guys while doing so. There isn’t much left so it’s now or never.

BRIDGET: Alright.

DONNIE: If you say so; are you sure about this Bridget?

BRIDGET: Like Uncle Leo said, it’s now or never.

LEO: Guys get up here!

APRIL: What is it Leo?

LEO: We might have a plan to escape these guys.

CASEY: You finally found a safe zone?

MIKEY: Nope, but if Donnie and Bridget can get their time travel thingy to work then we’ll all be saved!

D/L: Wait, time travel?

LEO: It’s a long shot but if we can protect them while they get the machine up and running then we might just be able to save ourselves and the rest of the world.

R/L: Are you sure this is the best course of action?

LEO: Positive.

APRIL: But what about the kids?

LEO: We’ll keep them safe too.

SORA: What? But dad, I can fight those guys too!

LEO: No way, not after last time.

Sora looks down.

LEO: *sighs* I need you to take your brother, Alex, your cousins and defend them with your life am I clear?

SORA: Yes dad.

HARRIET: I guess this is it.

ETHAN: I think I’m about to puke.

ATHENA: Don’t, just don’t.

MARY: Do you really think this could work?

BRIDGET: I hope so.

R/L: Here Yoshi, please keep baby safe.

YOSHI: You can count on me.

ALEX: Guys, they’re getting closer!

ANTONIO: I don’t want to die!

M/L: Antonio I need you to calm down. You’re not going to die, ok? Not on my watch.

L/L: Alright, I’m ready when you guys are.

LEO: Okay we got into combat in three…

The brothers ready their weapons.

LEO: Two…

The other adults prepare to fight.

LEO: One…

The kids look on nervously.

LEO: *Takes a deep breath* Go!

Mary hops of D/L’s shoulders and runs with the other kids. Bridget and Donnie get as far behind the others as possible, Donnie pulls out an odd looking watch and they begin to tinker with it.

The kids get into a group, Sora having her sword drawn and Yoshi holding the baby while Alex is holding a baseball bat. Athena is in a fighting stance with Harriet and Ethan behind her. Antonio and Mary are both clinging on to each other.

The adults have their weapons drawn in a wall to protect everyone behind them. They all let out battle cries and run in.

Leo deflects lasers with his katanas, D/L is bashing up whatever’s attacking them with her kanabō. April begins to show her fan at the enemy and Casey is whacking them away with his hockey stick. Raph and Mikey are both fighting side-by-side while M/L is using martial arts. L/L is attacking with Kakute, Shurikens and Kunais. Sora, Athena and Alex are fighting off the few enemies that made it to them while Yoshi is trying to keep the baby safe. Bridget and Donnie are still working with the watch, a few sparks fly about but they don’t focus on them. L/L is still fighting by herself until a gunshot hits her arm.

Y/N: Ah!

LEO: L/L!

SORA AND YOSHI: Mum!

L/L stops fighting and Leo runs to her. Mikey and Raph look over but refocus as an attack narrowly misses them.

APRIL: Guys look out!

April quickly jumps in and deflects another shot with her fan. She continues to protect them while Leo holds L/L. Sora is struggling to fight and Yoshi nearly drops the baby.

Athena looks over to where Harriet and Ethan are cowering together.

ATHENA: Guys, stop being cowards and fight!

The twins look at each other before determinedly moving out of position and helping to fight.

D/L: Donnie, Bridget, please tell me you’re nearly finished!

DONNIE: Almost done, we just have a few more things to adjust!

ANTONIO: Hey you, over there!

One of the robots looks over to Antonio who’s pointing at them.

ANTONIO: Have a taste of my fist!

Antonio begins to punch the enemy in the stomach over and over to no avail. He looks up and gulps before the robot punches him in the face and sends him flying.

M/L: Antonio!

ATHENA: No!

MIKEY: Wait M/L!

M/L gets kicked to the ground by another bot. Mikey runs over and picks up Antonio before going over to M/L.

ANTONIO: Dad, is mom okay?

MIKEY: You’ll be fine, we’ll be fine, everything’s fine!

RAPH: Donnie I swear to god!

DONNIE: I’m trying! Do you know how hard it is to manually formulate time travel!

Donnie stops when he hears Bridget sniff. He looks over to see she has tears in her eyes.

BRIDGET: Dad what if we can’t do it, what if the watch fails?

Donnie looks back at the scene behind them then at the watch and finally looks back to Bridget.

DONNIE: We’re gonna get this thing working if it’s the last thing I do!

Bridget looks at Donnie getting back to work and gives a firm nod before doing the same.

APRIL: Leo I know this is hard right now but you have to get back to fighting, I’ll protect L/L but we need you on the battlefield!

L/L: She’s right Leo, it’s only my arm I’ll be fine. The others need you.

LEO: Stay safe.

L/L: Always.

Leo stands up and keeps fighting off the robots.

MARY: I don’t want to do this anymore, I’m scared!

ATHENA: And you haven’t been scared this whole time?

MARY: Huh?

ATHENA: This has been going on for years. We’ve been running and fighting and hiding and running all over again, this isn’t anything new.

MARY: But Antonio, Aunty M/L and Aunty L/L-

ATHENA: Are fine. They were knocked down but they’re still breathing and that’s all that matters right now.

Mary looks on at Athena fighting bravely.

ATHENA: I’m just as scared as you are but if any of us give in at this point then there’s a chance we could all die!

MARY: I-I guess you’re right.

ATHENA: Now come on, pick yourself up and kick butt!

MARY: Yeah!

HARRIET: You still feeling the fight?

Harriet puts her hand up, Ethan grabs it.

ETHAN: You know it.

The two shake before letting out battle cries and continuing to fight.

SORA: Are you alright there brother?

YOSHI: I’m fine and so is the baby.

SORA: Good.

Sora gets back-to-back with Athena as they fight.

SORA: That was a pretty good speech you gave back there.

ATHENA: Don’t mention it.

Sora smiles as Athena fights seriously.

With the adults, Casey knocks away another enemy and faces L/L.

CASEY: Is everyone okay?

L/L: I hope so, it looks like Mikey and April are on the defence right now and Raph, R/L and Leo are with us on the offence.

CASEY: Alright, sounds good to me.

Casey turns around and is nearly shot until R/L steps in.

CASEY: Thanks for the save R/L.

R/L: There is no need to thank me we’re a team.

D/L: Alright three more guys incoming, you ready?

CASEY: As I’ll ever be.

R/L: I’m armed and prepared to fire.

CASEY: Goongala!

D/L: I can’t believe you still say that.

M/L is gaining consciousness with Antonio next to her.

M/L: Mikey?

MIKEY: Don’t move M/L. I can’t stop fighting right now but I need you to stay still, you were both hit pretty hard.

M/L: Both? *gasp* Antonio!

ANTONIO: Relax mum I’m right here.

M/L gives Antonio a big hug but the two quickly move away.

ANTONIO: Ouch!

M/L: Ow! Sorry I should of been more careful.

ANTONIO: It’s all good.

APRIL: Are you feeling okay L/L?

L/L stands up holding her shot arm.

L/L: I’ll be fine for now.

APRIL: Can you still fight?

L/L: I think so.

APRIL: Great cause I could use your help against these guys.

L/L: Right, I’m on it!

SORA: Hey, everyone’s up and fighting again!

HARRIET: Hah, I knew we would make it!

MARY: Yes!

Leo looks behind at the children cheering and smiles. Suddenly there’s a loud bang. The ground shakes violently and everyone’s vision is temporarily blinded.

Sora, now lying on the ground, waves a hand in front of her face while coughing, she stares at the sight… a bomb had gone off.

SORA: No…

Parts of the nearby buildings had been blown off and everyone was on the ground struggling as another wave of attackers began moving forward. Leo pushes himself off the ground wheezing and coughing before turning to look at Donnie and Bridget. His eyes widen as Donnie connects two wires and a portal opens.

LEO: They did it, they actually did it!

RAPH: Well it’ll all be for nothing if we don’t get moving like now!

Mikey pushes himself off the ground and helps up M/L and Antonio.

M/L: Ow!

MIKEY: Sorry M/L but we got to go!

APRIL: Casey!

CASEY: I’m alive, barely.

APRIL: Let’s get moving; we’re out of time.

April pulls Casey up.

Athena lifts herself up and turns to Ethan and Harriet.

ATHENA: Hey, get up!

Athena pulls up Harriet

HARRIET: Ah! It hurts.

ATHENA: I know, but trust me it’ll hurt a lot more when those things catch up to us.

Ethan pushes himself up.

ETHAN: Let’s get moving. You alright Mary?

Ethan helps Mary up.

MARY: I’ll be fine.

Yoshi opens his eyes and looks down in shock to find the baby safely wrapped in his arms. He gets up and hands the baby to Athena before looking over at Sora.

YOSHI: Are you going to keep lying there or are we still fearless heroes?

Sora looks up at him and sees the baby is okay. She lets out a weak smile and pushes herself up.

SORA: Fearless heroes. Forever and always.

R/L helps pull up D/L.

R/L: Are you alright D/L?

D/L: Been better but considering right now, I’ll be ok.

Leo pulls up L/L.

LEO: You ready to go home?

L/L: Yeah.

The kids rush over to their parents, being smaller and hit less by the blast they have more strength. Antonio joins them.

SORA: Dad are you okay? You’re walking really slow.

LEO: I’ll be fine let’s just get to that portal before-

Another gunshot fires this time hitting Casey in the back.

APRIL: Casey!

ALEX: Dad!

More gunshots go off but April repels them with her psychic powers. She uses a wave of energy to hold back the robots as she sits by Casey with tears in her eyes.

APRIL: You guys need to go I can’t hold them back for long!

MIKEY: No way we’re leaving you!

RAPH: We’re not going without you or Casey.

Donnie and Bridget run up to the group.

DONNIE: What happened?

APRIL: Casey’s hit!

ALEX: Dad?

DONNIE: Oh no.

APRIL: Guys I can’t-

Aprils powers fail and the robots begin storming forward.

MIKEY: What are we gonna do dudes. Ack! I can barely move my arm.

RAPH: I can’t go any faster than a snail.

R/L: I’m also lacking in physical strength.

D/L: Same here.

LEO: What about you L/L?

L/L sadly shows her wound’s been opened further.

L/L: Sorry Leo.

LEO: Looks behind him at the kids.

MARY: Mum you’ll be okay right?

ALEX: Dad, please get up!

HARRIET: Are you okay mum?

ETHAN: You guys aren’t hurt right?

ATHENA: Dad?

BRIDGET: Will everyone be able to make it through?

Leo smiles sadly and looks down at his katanas in front of him.

LEO: Change of plans.

Everyone looks up at Leo.

LEO: The adults will stay here and fight best we can. Kids, you guys are going to go and run as fast as you can through that portal.

KIDS: What!?

SORA: Dad you can’t be serious!

YOSHI: There’s no way you’re leaving us!

SORA: Mum tell him you can’t!

L/L looks away sadly and closes her eyes.

ATHENA: Dad there’s no way I’m letting you fight here alone! You can’t just stay!

All the adults stay silent.

ATHENA: Dad!

BRIDGET: At least you can come right dad? You weren’t hit by the blast you’re perfectly fine.

DONNIE: Bridget I love you so much.

MARY: Dad? What are you saying!?

DONNIE: You too Mary. But I swore to always have my brothers backs and to fight till the very end. If me staying here means you guys get out safe then I’ll do it.

MARY: Nu uh no way. Mum you’ll come with us won’t you?

D/L: I’m in just as bad a condition as everyone else sweetie. You’re going to have to go alone.

MARY: No!

More gunshots follow and the sound of bombs can be heard getting louder. Leo crouches down to Sora.

LEO: Now listen here I’m trusting you to lead this mission.

SORA: B-but dad!

LEO: No buts. You’re going to go through that portal and lead your family on this mission. I know it’s scary but I also know that if anyone can do it it’s you.

Bridget jumps through. Sora looks on at the parents fighting and focuses on Leo. Tears begin to fall from her eyes. Another loud bang goes off; bright light fills the space and Sora quickly grabs the watch before being forced into the portal, unable to see the remains of the explosion.

Hello Anon! And that I will gladly answer this for ya! I will start off with Callie and Graves!

Between the two. Graves age is 40 years old in 2022. I don’t exactly know WHEN is his birthday and I got that age from one of @sleepyconfusedpotato post about the COD characters age which you will see right here!

Anyway, since Graves is 40 years old at the releases of MW2 in 2022. And Callie (my SC OC!) is in her late 30s. Sooooo. Somewhere between 36 to 40. But she’s not 40 years old at that year. She’s not born the same year as Graves. So I was thinking that she’ll be…2 years younger than him!

So she was 38 years old in 2022 when they released MW2 and turned 39 in 2023 when they released MW3 campaign.

Yup. She’s getting old. But still got that young beauty features.

So to answer this one for you Anon! Graves and Callie as being the siblings. They are about 2 years apart!

And now for Tiala, Kanoa and the rest of their siblings! Be prepared! For this is gonna be a LONG one!

We will be using Tiala as our main character to know the age difference between her and her brothers!

Starting off with her ELDEST brother, who had sadly passed away, is HŌNE TOA. Hōne had passed away at the age of 35 and that’s when Tiala JUST turned 16 years old. The day when she was waiting for her older brother to come home. So between 35 and 16. Hōne is 19 years older than Tiala. And the day that MW3 had been released, Tiala should be 28 and she’s 29 right now turning 30 years old this year in November. So for Hōne, in MW3 he should be 47 years old and he should be 48 right now and turning 49 this year in October.

Ok! Next up, we had SAMI TOA. Tiala’s 2nd older brother. Sami is only 3 years younger than Hōne. So between him and Tiala. He’s 15 years older than her. So going by the timeline of the campaign. In MW3, Sami should be 43 years old and he should be 45 right now since his birthday is around April (his birthday is around that month).

Next is RANGI TOA. Tiala’s 3rd oldest brother. Rangi is only 4 years younger than Sami. Between him and Tiala, he is 11 years older than her. Going by the timeline. MW3 he would be 39 years old. He should be 41 years old right now since it’s already past May (that’s his birthday in that month).

Now next up is your favorite BOI! KANOA TOA! Tiala’s 4th oldest brother! He is 6 years younger than Rangi and is 5 years older than Tiala. So in MW3, he should be 33 years old and is 35 right now since April had already passed!

And now to the younger brothers!

First one up is HEMI TOA! Tiala’s 5th youngest brother! Hemi is a police officer in American Samoa taking a police academy class. So between him and Tiala. He is 6 years younger than her. In MW3, he should be 22 years old and is 23 right now and will turn 24 years old this year once October comes.

Next one is IOSEFA TOA. He is 3 years younger than Hemi and is 9 years younger than Tiala. He’s in college right now since he signed up for it after he graduated from high school. In MW3, he should be 19 years old. Already turned 20 this year since February had passed.

TAMAH TOA is next y'all! We’re almost there! Tama is 1 year younger than Iosefa and 10 years younger than his older sister. He’s not taking classes or even working. He just usually stayed around the house to help out his parents. He sometimes assists his father in the mechanics of fixing the cars or trucks. Anyway, in MW3 Tamah should be 18 years old and is already 19 this year since April had passed.

FETU FETUAO TOA is next on the list! There’s only ONE more and then we’re done! Fetu is 1 year younger than Tamah and is 11 years younger than Tiala. He’s in High School at the moment and is ready to graduate. So he was 17 years old in MW3 and is already 18 since March already passed and graduated from High School!

And lastly, the TWINS! IONA and KIONA TOA! The twins are also 1 year younger than Fetu and 12 years younger than Tiala. And they sure are some troublemakers. The twins were 16 years old and were in high school. So in MW3, they are 17 years old and still in school. And will turn 18 this year until September.

Uhhhh probably every other one??? I really don’t like sad endings so most have a happy ending, but i actually really like the ending to Stick Season because despite it being so terribly emotional and angsty, I feel like the ending is a turnaround and really hopeful!

Not really? A few annoying comments telling me characters wouldn’t act this way, and one asking me “where my creativity was” which rubbed me the wrong way but I try to focus on the positive ones! Those definitely linger in my mind longer 💞

Don’t look at me. Yes. Sometimes. Idk man sometimes those dudes just need to fuck it out???? But I usually only write it if the story feels like it’s naturally going there. Ugh. I’m so fearful that I’ll never finish Amidst The Chaos, which I LOVE but takes so much out of me. There’s also one I’ve never posted called “Strangers Again” that involves like timeline jumping but in a romcom way that I’m not sure how to go about??? Also the community college one. I have so many.

For Javey I tried writing that Spider-Man AU but like. I need to re do the entire first chapter. I absolutely hate it actually and I think it’s because I don’t have a clear vision of what exactly I want, but I know what I DO NOT want????

Uhhhhhhhhhhh I’m actually not sure entirely? I’m gonna go with dialogue bc that’s usually how scenes come to me first.

Scenery/setting/sensory, world building, plot points, physical movement holy fuck do not get me started when That Guy has to move Across The Room AHHHHHH I wanna tear my face off

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

Love it! In my brain Jack Kelly is Mexican because I love to project, and I’ve got a wip where Blaine is involved in a Hispanic community (no he’s mot Hispanic he’s just got a Mexican friend who is an old lady and also Catholicism is involved it’s a lot to explain okay go with it) so I like to use it, but only in a way that feels natural to ME based on MY experiences. Different people have different approaches!

1. What’s your favourite sims death?

Old age on platinum aspiration. It’s always sweet to see your sim move on peacefully.

2. Alpha CC or Maxis Match?

More on the Maxis match side (TS2 match that is, not TS4 match). In hindsight and on seeing other people’s answers, “semi-realistic” probably fits best.

3. Do you cheat when your sims gain weight?

Haha wtf no.

Yes.

5. Favorite mod?

Hard to choose. I’ll just say Simler90 and @midgethetree are my favorite modders.

6. First expansion/game/stuff pack you got?

Nightlife. I never played the TS2 base game only, I started after Nightlife’s release, when my grandmother gifted my cousin and me the Deluxe Edition. I’m so thankful that she did.

7. Do you pronounce “live mode” like aLIVE or LIVing?

Like living.

8. Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made?

There isn’t a single one but I have many favorites among the sims I use for CC modeling.

9. Have you made a simself?

Sort of, recently. That would be one of the TF sims I use for CC modeling, the nearly bald one with skin 1 and dark eyes. Their face features are not a match to mine really, I’m not good at recreating faces, but that would be the closest I’ve made (and also my first time actually using some of the facial asymmetry sliders I have in my folder). The sim I use as an avatar on my socials doesn’t look like me at all.

10. What sim traits do you give yourself?

Loner, brooding, clumsy, shy, vegetarian, eco-friendly, frugal.

11. Which is your favorite EA hair color?

The mohawks have pretty good custom gradients.

12. Favorite EA hair?

Maybe getfabulous? The name is swaying me for sure. I gave that hair to the deceased founder of my custom neighborhood Oaken Valley, so it does have a special place in my heart.

I like them all and how different they feel to one another. I like the slightly crouched posture of elders, the young adult walk, or how kids materialize a stool to step on when something is out of their reach. And toddlers and babies are adorable.

I do both, depending on what I feel like in the moment.

Yes.

I started playing TS2 when I was like 9, and for the longest time I didn’t know that CC was a thing. I was partial to faces 1 and 2 and all of my sims kind of looked the same. I even gave cosmetic surgery to some of the premades with the career reward station once I learned the “unlockcareerrewards” cheat. I remember giving Goneril Capp face 1 (one of the most contempt-worthy decisions I’ve ever made, to be sure). I am now appalled by this and my game has become more diverse, although there is still much work to be done. These days I’m in the process of making plenty of CC for custom body shapes so I can overhaul my CC folder once again and make a custom neighborhood with the best sims ever, it’s gonna be great.

Hi. What would each of the Tmnt 2012 characters' age would be? You probably answered this kind of question before.

I haven't actually and I'm happy someone asked. Disclaimer this is my AU and all that jazz.

The turtles start off at 15 years old. Somewhere around the end of season they are 16, then after half of season 3 after reclaiming NYC and all that they are 17. By Season 4 they are still 17 though after the space arc they are 18 and by season 5 they 19-20.

For April she is 16 and by season 5 she'd be 20-21, Casey and Karai 17 in season 5 21-22. Shinigami would be 19 when she is introduced in season 4.

Now for my OCs. Scarlet is April's age so she is 16 and by the end of the series 20-21. Kiara and Angel are a year or two younger then the turtles so either 13 or 14 and by season 5 they would be 18-19 (or maybe 17 too lazy to do the math).

so I watched like 4-5 more episodes of tmnt (left off at the season 3 time travel episode, y'know.. with renet aaaaaaa)

um so. I don't like renet.

not really the character itself, but like, how they, depict her. 1. her outfit, idk what it is, but i can't help but think it's fucking ugly. I kinda understand how hard it is to make 3d models of humans but omg you've done semi-good outfits before, casey has a pretty good outfit i'd say, i think, i don't look at him much, april's outfit is... okay... at least... kinda good at most, I think it can be turned into something really good with just alittle bit of change in it, but it's okay. like renet tho, idc how future she is, her outfit, ugly as sin, omg. please omg why. anyways um

2. I fucking hate, the mikey and renet romance, it feels so so so so so so so, how many so's can I put... so so so So, weird. Renet says a line, after mikey implies a first "date" that, isn't he alittle OLD for her, She hasn't even been born yet, and WOW, good point, I was mostly looking at the fact that renet looks like a fully grown adult, like 21 at least, 25 at most, I do not see that women as a teen, she acts like a teen at times, but every time I look at her and her character and what I know about her, it gets more and more unlikely for me to think she's even close to being a teen. and since Mikey is canonly at least 15 and at most 16 at this time(He's 15 in the start of season 3 but leo says that they go at least 16 years in the future so idk if there's a year inbetween tang shen dying and splinter buying(lol) the turtles, that probably is it but incase it isn't, y'know, idk) I personally think their "15" still(although depending on how many months he spent in Dimension X and how many months ago their birthday is, he might genuinely be 16 in canon, but we will never know) from how the show puts it but u can think what u want, either way, still a minor, still weird to me, I just can't get renet being an adult out of my head now that i've seen her in the show. I also just don't like how mikey acts with her tho, All the brothers are slightly similar when it comes to romance, aka... they can be kinda.. creeps, in a way. i don't like how renet kisses mikey(i think on the forehead or cheek, but I skipped that part, ngl) because they have JUST met, not kidding, they have JUST MET. another thing i hate. I hate that they JUST MET and yet they are inlove, i don't like it... i understand the love at first sight trope, it's in like half of the other romances in this show, i just fucking hate it, :) There's probably SO MUCH MORE, I fucking hate this romance aaaaa

3. I don't think there is a three, other then then those two, i think the character is kinda under welling and could've been done better, but they are pretty cool in concept, I will continue hating the writing and design of this character and will probably like them more in the fanfiction side of things. yippee.

I have to remind y'all that this is all my opinion and you should watch the show or at least those episodes before you, yourself, decide to hate renet aswell. I look into this show, WAY too much. If you like Renet, that is totally fine and very valid, you could've taken her character a completely different way than me and that is completely fine. I see nothing wrong with liking the character or the romance/love story between her and mikey, I just personally see it as a really weird choice. that doesn't mean you will see it the same way, and that is completely okay. people see things differently all the time and this is definitely going to be one of them. There's gonna be people who love renet, i'm just not one of them. Tho i wish i could like her ngl.

in the end, umm... i wanted to rant about another tmnt thing, and I did. i wrote way to much, I'm sorry if you actually read all of it, my thoughts run wild, and I am too lazy to fix any spelling mistakes </3

i really dislike change. just in general. big or small, i hate being redirected or having something switch around my plans or taking the known and replacing it with the unknown. i also love my family. these are crucial ideas for anything i'm gonna say next.

my aunt's family (younger sister of my father) moved 8 hours south when i was about 5 years old. she had 4 kids at the time and would have a 6th, but i was friends with her daughter who was my age who went to preschool with me. i said goodbye to her in the days before she moved, but i remember her being rather nonchalant about it. it confused me because, well, didn't she know we wouldn't see each other again for a long time? i don't know if she knew or not but i do know that i was right. we didn't talk again for several more years, but we still got along well when we did. it's just that it was a rarity.

my sister moved out of the house we grew up in back in 2021, since she got married. i was 16, and while obviously i was happy to have my own room, i don't think i ever got used to being the only person who slept there. i sleep in the same spot i did when i was little except this time there's no bed right above mine. no one who tells me goodnight right before we close our eyes and no one to tell me stories she just made up to entertain me and no one to wake up in the middle of the night. she's only 15 minutes away now, but i often only see her every other week.

my brother hasn't technically moved out yet. he started college in 2019, a year after he graduated high school. he got into a good college with a nerdy major that fit him and eventually he got friends there and tuition money and now he's graduating in april. going to his graduation is going to be the second and last time i'll be visiting him at college because he's across the country. after college he'll be moving to a place that's only half as far away to take a job there, but still manages to be 7 hours away from the house we grew up in. everyone's happy for him, i'm happy for him. it's a good job. it's a very far away job.

there's this jarring feeling that comes with all of this which i hate. when my sister refers to our house as my house. when my brother would visit over school breaks and i'd realize it felt alien to have him in the house. when my parents throw out old furniture that's burned into my childhood memories and ingrained into my childhood photos and think i'm insane for being sad about it.

it's just weird, yknow? when the people who used to be a 7 foot walk down the hall become a 7 hour drive west.

what i headcanon the c3 crew’s formalwear to look like

i’ve been seeing a lot of posts recently about how bell’s hells are different from vox machina/the nein/most parties, and there’s been a lot of really interesting insights! but to me, one of the things i find most intriguing and relatable about these characters is how many of them can be viewed through a lens of disability/chronic pain. i’m not used to being able to relate to any characters through this lens, let alone so many, and it’s really exciting. like, just going around the table, there’s so many different flavors of this throughout!

like, you’ve got chetney. he’s old, but also pretty new to the scene. he’s trying to develop control, trying to find others like him- while also having to keep in mind the stigma that surrounds his new condition. 

and then there’s laudna, and oh my god, her body doesn’t work in any of the ways a normal body does. she cracks and pops and dislocates, and it’s been going on for so long now that she isn’t even phased by it anymore, even as it horrifies others. sure, it’s inconvenient that she has a 5 strength and things fall off sometimes, but it doesn’t really bother her after all these years. 

fcg? i mean, there’s so much there. large parts of the world are inaccessible without help. people don’t see them as a person. he doesn’t really seem himself as a person. trying to disguise aspects of your body (their wheel) so as to look more like everybody else. not being able to participate in certain activities, particularly surrounding food and drink, to the same extent as others. trying to take care of others. having to go to a specialist (milo) when something unusual happens with their body for fear it might be something serious. 

i’ve mentioned before that i very much see imogen through an invisible illness/ chronic pain lens- particularly, she reminds me of a friend from school who experienced chronic migraines. the way she navigates the world always uncomfortable and always on high alert for things that could make it worse is extremely familiar, and her joy at being out in the jungle and getting to experience almost no symptoms? good for you, girl, i’m jealous. 

and then there’s ashton. like, he’s very visibly disabled after the chaos fairy magic humpty dumpty situation. their entire subclass is based on how they didn’t heal exactly right and the results. and that’s even before we get into the whole “i used to be soft” thing which is like !!!!!! the amount of times i’ve heard a similar sentiment of being just like you before the x happened. it’s so good. 

and i dunno, i just think it’s really cool! i don’t necessarily think any of the cast had this sort of allegory in mind, but disabled/characters with a potential disability allegory are kind of a rarity, and i’m really excited to have so many flavors of it this time around!

since we’re about to hit episode ten, here’s a few things i love that each cast member is doing

~first off, the balls to do that fakeout

~the fact that he joined them for the intro every time even when he wasn’t going to play? such a tease

~the way he’s created two characters that are clearly joke characters, but imbues them with a lot of empathy 

~bertrand’s last night; he brought so much to it that lends to the tragedy

~using his past experiences as fjord to understand how fucking fun teasing dorian would be 

~honestly, just the fact that he makes an effort and consistently engages with robbie

~the aesthetic is just *chef’s kiss* right here

~slipping up and saying “the nine of us” because he counted matt

~he doesn’t use a ton of spells, but when he does, it’s very effective

~not afraid to look bad; this can be really tough with roleplay but he doesn’t seem to care if he looks like an idiot

~everything going on effects dorian- he’s very active and reactive to what’s going on in the game

marisha

~the entire concept of laudna is a delight

~her choice of voice; the contrast between such a cheery voice and her appearance is perfect

~the conversation about love; it was such a genuine exploration of a nebulous sort of topic

~how marisha commits to the joints cracking and popping; as someone with arthritis, it makes me laugh and wanna take tylenol at the same time

~bringing delilah back- just a delightful choice

~the way marisha seems fine with the fact that most npcs hate/fear her even though that’s obviously inconvenient

~how he keeps finding new ways to play small characters 

~also he/they! hell yeah!

~the decision to play a therapist friend who’s actually a really bad therapist is really intriguing to me, and i can’t wait to see where he takes it

okay, so im trying to work out the timeline of rise and i need a place to log my shit so i can remember my thought process.

a lot of rambling is under the cut btw. i hope its coherent for my own records if nothing else

so. season one theyre said to be m:13, d:14, l:14, r:15, and a:16. april has a birthday episode in season one. according to the air date of "warren and hypno sitting in a tree," this birthday occurred on June 1st, 2019. ignore the actual date if you have a different headcanon for her birthday bc its not actually important, but im using it as a base for her age.

so if april is 16 at the start of season 1, she should be turning 17, right? no. later, in "always be brownies," one of casey's girls calls her old and april responds with "im 16!" so she turned 16 on her birthday. the air date of that episode was may 15, 2020. so she hasn't had her next birthday yet. this means that the show started with her as 15 and there is a period of time in which she is the same age as raph

we cannot 100% follow the air date as the day those events happened in universe, however, because that puts a lot of conflicting episodes happening at the same time. (ex: "mystery meat" & "always be brownies," "the hidden city job" & "sidekick ahoy!" as those 4 all came out on the same day, but the significant characters of those episodes were in both of the two i paired each with. arguments could be made that they both could have happened tho. for example, take the latter pairing i made. leo and donnie had a fight and leo went to hueso's to find an "im sorry i called you a selfish, egg headed weirdo" pizza, and did the heist. after repairing his relationship with donnie, they all go on a jupiter jim marathon, and the events of "sidekick ahoy!" occur. so we're gonna ignore that bc arguments can be made)

all of this to say that in season one april starts at 15 and turns 16. none of the turtles ages are mentioned in the show as far as i can remember. i have heard that they dont celebrate their birthdays (source needed). they dont really know their birthdays so i guess they just up their age on the anniversary of their mutation. (i have headcanons on their birthdays, but thats another post.) april would then turn 17 before the fam takes their trip to the hidden city and all get arrested

and now ive kinda lost the flow for where i was going with this. i will say that, based on air dates again, "the lair games" and "flushed but never forgotten" happened between "the purple game" and "man vs sewer," meaning that piebald got flushed around the episodes "minotaur maze" and "bug busters"

the air dates, especially for season 2 are gonna be kinda inaccurate since they were pushed back because of covid, but it could be interpreted that in universe everyone was quarantined for a bit while there were no episodes.

also im basing their ages off of the air dates purely bc "the lair games" episode is in 2019. it says it on the pop up with ppl's names. then the later year mention at the very beginning of the movie is 2044. so they are locked into the timeline. also? trying to make sense of april's canon age from the beginning of the show and tie it into her mention of how old she is AFTER having a birthday was confusing me without the air dates to help out.

everytime she’s put out new music it’s only been in a very monumental time of my life and has impacted me a lot

2020 we were going through a breakup and you were with someone else and there was a pandemic and i was really lost, i wasn’t in school i wasn’t doing anything. my entire life revolved around you and my mistakes. it’s also crazy how i have pandemic nostalgia because that shit was horrible but nostalgia blinds all. i miss 2020 sometimes, or maybe i miss being 18 and not knowing what was next. still having naivety of what’s to come and still having that feeling of mystery.

2019 we were together but i was suffering because of what happened october 26, 2018. i was very unhappy but in love. a very paradoxical feeling. again, i look back at it with nostalgia but maybe it is that feeling of being young and in love that i look back at fondly. being in high school and my biggest worry was what was i gonna do for valentine’s day. you were my TA in APUSH and we sat in front a bunch of “characters” to say the least. the album came out in february with summer coming up. i love summer and was excited. no matter how bad life is, the heat always makes it feel better. i know i was suffering during that time and the summer, yet i would still love to relive one day during that time. i remember when the album came out it was raining as well… just like during dear melancholy. it was so soon since sweetener yet my life was completely different from when i listened to that album. i just remember makayla blank singing bad idea for some reason. 2019…. what a almost foggy and warped year. yet some beautiful times. even covered in clouds you know the sun is still behind there somewhere and that it’ll come out again. and sometime you are lucky enough where it shines through the cloudiness, and those are the times where it feels beautiful

when sweetener came out i was just excited to be driving. i was 16 and my biggest concern was trying to convince my parents to allow me to drive to school in a black cadillac. i had orange hair because i wanted to look like neymar in the 2018 world cup and live a blonded life yet the old hag that died my hair never told me about purple shampoo (the bitch.) i just came back from new york and was still riding that high. i was dreading the ending days of the greatest summer of my life not knowing that the most impactful and life changing autumn was on the horizon. i was trying to enjoy the last weeks of summer and remember listening to sweetener in the kitchen of my house on a saturday. i visibly remember hearing some of my favorite songs of all time for the first time and reading twitter seeing people hate sweetener, saying that it sounds like it was produced on garageband. the twitter girlies have never heard a pharell song in their lives and now he’s one of the most popular artist again thanks to tiktok. i remember hearing borderline for the first time. it was the perfect album to end that summer and it encapsulated everything that it was. i will never listen to sweetener and not remember having orange hair, in my black cadillac, with a beautiful grey eyed girl listening and singing how it feels so good to be so young and have fun and be successful. God is a woman was a hit that had my christian family never upset. i remember listening to the light is coming in the summer and having no tears left to cry drop during march/april of 2018 changed my life. nothing will top being a sophomore in a junior class and having no one to talk to so your best friends are your apple headphones. the entire era of ariana during that time completely changed me. forever. being 15 and 16. falling in love for the first time and being enamored by this beautiful cree girl with the most enchanting eyes that God has ever created. she was beautiful and i was taken away that something so beautiful could see me as beautiful as well. it felt undeserving, and almost like a trick. but it was real. very real. and i will forever be grateful. music will forever be the greatest man made time capsule. to the orange haired emmanuel, we back. and to the future emmanuel, i hope you make memories with eternal sunshine as well as many other music and follow your heart. no matter what inspiration you have, the coolest person will always be you. long live sweetener. love

April 27th, 2024 - Pre-birthday depression

These are my last hours being 15 years old. I was born at 23:47 after all.

I don't want to talk to my mother for the rest of the night. Every time I did it today it would all end bad. With her being angry at me or just making the whole situation uncomfortable.

We bought some new clothes. I got a striped t-shirt and a blue one with little rainbows, as well as two pairs of pants.

She basically said they look ugly on me. That I wear weird clothes and that they don't "flatter" me. I don't want to wear them now.

I don't understand my mother. And I know she doesn't understand me. Right now I hate her, but deep down I know that in a few minutes she will come back, hug me, and pretend that nothing happened.

I'm sick of it. I know she's tired, but I am, too. And it seems to be that I am not allowed to feel bad in any way.

I'm supposed to be happy. But I simply can't. I don't want to turn 16.

I stopped writing for a moment because my mother entered my room. It all happened exactly how I said it would be.

I really don't want to say anything else. It's too much. Recently I realized that there's no actual point in asking for help; therapy is expensive.

I know we are gonna be poor sooner or later. But she keeps saying everything is fine. It's not. I'm not that stupid.

I am not a child, no matter how much I think that and how I look like it.

I just want to sleep. I don't even want to eat anymore.

It's not gonna be a good day tomorrow.
