Spop Beauty Pageant AU
So it’s kind of a twist on the pageant trope because I want it to be more inclusive and focus on cis nonconforming beauty standards. So the pageant would feature the entire cast and the different ways they express their beauty and confidence.
Double Trouble is a nonbinary icon. They make anything and everything look good 😎👑🧑‍🎤
Bow is a transmasc gender nonconformist. Dude loves his crop tops, and has no problems wearing flower crowns or donning a skirt if and when the mood strikes him.☀️🌼🏹
Glimmer is a short, and stocky queen. She enjoys frills, pastels, and sparkles 💖 She, also, prefers to wear boots with everything and short hair; a sort of Rebel in Pink kind of style. 🦹‍♀️ 💅👩🏼‍🎤
Adora’s got a strong athletic style that leans towards gender neutral. However, its fun for her to explore her softer feminine side with formal wear.👟🎀⚔️
Catra has this Punk Rock meets Femme Fatale vibe that’s super attractive 🎸🗡️ and yet she’d never be caught dead in a dress ☠️. A plaid skirt with ripped leggings underneath is the closest she’s likely to get. 😼
While Scorpia is a gorgeous wall of muscle she has a strong feminine style 👠💋. Additionally, in the modern AUs, she is often times depicted with prosthetic limbs 🦾🦂
Mermista and Perfuma have a pretty self explanatory aesthetic. However, Mermista’s character is meant to explore a non-western culture, while Perfuma herself can be read as a trans feminine woman. 🔱🥻💐💚
I’d love to explore Frosta. She also has a non-western cultural background with an elemental aesthetic but her style isn’t fully fleshed out either. One could lean in multiple directions. I’d like to play around with her hair. Maybe longer hair with an undercut and multicolored streaks in electric blue, white, and silver. 🌨️❄️⛄️
Then there’s Sea Hawk who while very masculine in appearance is also very bisexual and body positive with his flamboyant over the top sailor aesthetic. 🔥🏴‍☠️⚓️
I could see older characters like Angella, Light Hope, Spinnerella, Netossa, and even Hordak acting as the judges. 🪽⚛️ 🌪️🌐💃
I’d probably add Entrapta as a stylist since she has no interest in competition. The spacesuits she took the time to design, along with Hordak’s armor, demonstrates how admirable her skills for fashion and design are. 👩‍💻 🪡🧵
Shadow Weaver could be a scorned and bitter pageant Queen trying to relive her glory days through one of kids (probably Adora). 🤡😒
Casta and Micah could be the co-host. I could see Micha dressing in drag for a few appearances too. 🧔‍♀️🔮🎤

Another batch from this Picrew! I really wanted to do my gals for the group campaign I’m.
Left: Leda Damaris, fist of the forest druid and Tiamat tiefling. Leda is a formerly-retired adventurer that recently set out again to look for her daughter, who was kidnapped by a freedom fighting group called the Takers as retaliation for Leda and her wife’s involvement with a group set out to counter them and free the people they take. She’s going through it right now and really just wants to find her daughter so she can go back home to her inn and never leave again.
Right: Gadget Qirie (pronounced like “query”), arcane engineer (homebrew class) and half-orc/gnome/elf. She is an inventor and a scientist who is currently working on ways to fuse natural and druidic magic with technology. Though terribly unwise and extremely bad at lying, she’s incredibly intelligent, and has a seemingly natural knack for creating constructs and various devices that can help in her endeavors. Unfortunately for her, she has a lot of secrets to keep, and that doesn’t seem to be something that technology can help her with.

The vks finally arrived at the closest shore facing the isle, Mal taking a deep breath and lifting her goggles to look at Celia. They didn’t want to draw too much attention to themselves on the isle so they would get off and on with the spell that Mal had used years back. “you remember what I said?” Mal asked Celia, Celia nodded, slightly unsure this would even work but Mal was sure Celia could use magic, and therefore cast the spell.
Celia took a deep breath and face the isle, picturing all five motor-bikes in her head as she spoke the incantation “Noble steeds/proud and fair, you shall take us/anywhere” the bikes all glowed a reddish-purple, matching Celia’s hair, and Mal nodded, knowing the spell had worked.
Mal put her goggles back down and revved the engine of her bike, leading the others onto the ocean. Hadie looked down at the water in awe as the bikes easily rode on the water as if it was solid ground, he whistled then looked back up to see the isle coming closer and closer. Celia laughed, feeling giddy as it sunk in, she used her magic, she had done it! She couldn’t wait to tell her dad!
After a few minutes the bikes passed through the barrier, both Hadie and Celia winced at the feeling of magical being forced back underneath their skin, and soon they rolled onto land, Mal taking a few turns towards Faciliers arcade that rested right next to curl up and dye. They passed through the wharf marketplace and through the alleyway where their old hideout was (which had been emptied and claimed by someone else)
Mal turned one last corner and parked her bike right in front of the place that used to be Hades Greek restaurant (he used to be there a lot, but at one point he stopped coming completely and left it in the hands of his hires and son, who ‘sold’ it and it was turned into a regular shop with furniture and decor)
The others parked next to Mal and turned off their bikes, taking off their helmets and leaving them on the seats as (y/n), Hadie, and Celia continued to carry theirs. Mal brought a lock of her hair in front of her and sighed, nope, still brown. She had a small hope that the barrier would reverse the spell that Audrey had cast but Mal supposed she was out of luck on that one. “Come on” Mal muttered, Celia leading the way to the arcade as the vks and (y/n) followed her to the arcade door.
Celia placed her helmet onto the fortune reading table for safekeeping (I mean, who would dare steal from the daughter of the shadow man?) (y/n) and Hadie doing the same, and walked up to a multicolored door with the words ‘Do Not Disturb’ in French painted on it.
Celia grinned at the vks and turned back to the door, excited to show off the arcade. She made a few quick beats with her fist, dancing as someone knocked back in a different beat. She did it once more and bounced in excitement as the door unlocked and slid open, the bouncer inside stepping aside as Celia gestured for everyone to follow her. (y/n), Mal, and Evie shared a proud grin and followed after her, Carlos and Jay looking around as they hadn’t been to the arcade in years, and the surrounding area had changed since the last time they were there.
Celia rushed through the entrance, gasping in delight as she saw the back of her father's head, she practically jumped down the steps and grinned widely as her father turned and smiled. “Hey!” he turned and threw his cane to one of his workers who caught it and turned back to a card reading table. Facilier turned back to his daughter and held his arms out “there she is!”
“Daddy~!!” Celia squealed as she ran towards him and slammed into his arms, laughing as he lifted her into the air and set her down on his other side. The two engaged in a little dance that had obviously been done time and time again, created years ago and they had decided to keep it up. Mal didn’t stop the smile from blooming on her face, while they were on a time crunch and the worlds impending doom was on its way, it warmed her heart to see good parents on the isle, it was rare to see one of the adults not seer at their kids, it was a wonder to see them be fully affectionate.
Plus Facilier had always been one of those adults the kids went to if they needed help, he was “nice” like that. Facilier tapped his cheek, expecting a kiss from Celia but the girl cheekily tapped his hat instead and started to run, squealing with laughter as he caught her and pulled her into his side. Mal and Evie grinned at each other, their delight at seeing the father-daughter relationship slightly dimmed by their lack of one.
The vks loosely followed the two Facilier’s as (y/n) explored the arcade, whistling a bit as she looked around at the extravagant displays and games surrounding her. She had heard Harry and Gil talk about this place before but she had never had the opportunity to visit it when it was active.
Celia grinned as her dad leaned down next to her ear “so what kinda hustle do you got goin’ on with them, shiny people?” Celia just grinned and pulled a small purple velvet drawstring bag out of her shoulder bag, plopping it in his hand and kipping over to the wall of signs next to her dad’s card reading table and grabbing the skull-shaped key then looping it around her neck.
Her father looked at her with pride as he held the piles of coins in his hands, all from the Auradon people she had read cards for in the last day. “Cher” her dad whispered, pride clear in his voice as he carefully poured the coins back into the pouch and tossed it back to his daughter “look at my little girl go, already conning half of Auradon~” Celia just grinned, perking up as Carlos called everyone over to a static tv that was connected to the Auradon network.
The reporter on screen stood at Auradon prep, next to the statue of Adam, as the camera followed him as he walked “Alerts of a sleeping spell keep coming in as it spreads across Auradon, sources say the daughter of Aurora, Audrey, is responsible for this spell; were trying to discover who is responsible for these vicious lies, and which villain has perpetrated this evil” the man stopped and held his finger up to his earpiece, his face paling in fear “it’s what? it's heading this way, cut it-cut it! we have to run!” the screen cut to static and the vks looked at each other in terror.
“We have to go get the ember” Mal rushed out, Hadie leading the way as you waited for Facilier to release his daughter's shoulder as he stared at the screen in fear for his daughter.
“I’ll protect her,” you said with a smile, holding out your hand to the girl as Facilier nodded and let Celia go.
“You better” he muttered, crossing his arms as you and Celia raced out after the others.
-
“Rookie mistake” Carlos grumbled as he spotted some of Umas crew members on top of their bikes as they rounded the corner of the alleyway. You sighed, looking over Jay’s shoulder to see Jonas on Jay’s bike, grinning wildly.
“Get off my bike!” Jay yelled out, leaping forward in an attempt to grab Jonas’ jacket as the pirate laughed. Jay just missed as Jonas and his four other pirate cohorts all raced off on your bikes, and you could recognize Bonnie on top of yours. “Over the roofs!” Jay yelled out, Evie and Carlos nodding and running off as Jay turned to you “cut them off” you looked back at Mal and nodded, climbing the buildings and running after the sound of the bike engines.
Celia went to follow but Hadie and Mal grabbed her arms, preventing her from joining the case “Hey, hey hey! They got this, we need to get the ember ASAP” Mal stated, nodding as Celia sighed in slight disappointment.
“Good timing too” Hadie muttered, checking his watch “right about his nap time” Mal raised her brow but followed her fellow vks as they quickly walked towards the other end of the isle where the mines were.
‘he takes naps?’ Mal thought, looking behind her and seeing you dropping down into an alleyway a few buildings away. She turned back to Hadie and Celia then quickly caught up to them as they had walked faster than she thought they would.
-
After a few minutes of (almost running) rushed walking, the three vks arrived at the mines, guarded by an intimidating metal gate with Hades symbol, made out of wooden planks and old tires, on the front, with multiple keep out and warning signs plastered around. “Hey” Mal interrupted Celia, who was unlocking the door. Hadie and Celia stopped to look at her confused, Hadie halfway wondering if she was backing out of the plan “how big is that dog?” Mal nodded that sign behind Celia and she turned, Celia sighed and shook her head as Hadie snorted at a joke that wasn’t there.
“You’ll see” Celia muttered as Hadie snorted again, pulling the gate open and leading the two girls inside. Celia gasped quietly and turned back on Mal, holding her finger up to her lips “Okay, you have to stay quiet it echoes like crazy in here” even as Celia whispered it reverberated against the old rocky walls of the isle mines. Mal nodded and glanced around at the multiple record speakers that hung off the walls, following Celia as Hadie stood by the railway that led towards his father's lair.
Mal jumped at the sudden sound of multiple dogs barking and grabbed onto Hadie, who laughed quietly and pointed at the speakers “not here” Hadie whispered, waving Celia off the bike turned-makeshift minecart hybrid “too loud, if we’re stealing the ember, we need to be quiet as possible, we walk. It’s not too far” Mal nodded and kept her grip on Hadie’s arm, tensing up each time the guardian of the underworld's barks echoed around her. Hadie glanced at her but said nothing, letting her use him as a crutch as the three vks walked down the dark and damp tunnels of the abandoned mineshafts.
Hadie took a few twists and turns, apparently a shortcut to his room (which was also a back way towards Hades main area of his lair), and soon the three stepped out into a pretty large room with a queen-sized bed with a dark grey and blue bedspread. Hadie grabbed a bass from his wall and carried it, nodding out towards the curtain door “an excuse, case he wakes up as we walk out” Hadie whispered, Celia went first as they stepped through the curtain.
Mal stopped as her eyes locked onto the back of the god of the underworld's head, his hair was a dim dark blue, the side effect of his hair unable to light ablaze. Mal sighed in relief as the god snored loudly…very loudly, it reminded Mal of when Ben’s dad had fallen asleep during a late-night hangout back when Mal was still in school at Auradon prep.
As the three crept closer, the sounds of dogs barking started to loop, and Mal looked around confused before Hadie pointed at an old record player, it had hit a scratch on the disc and was now looping on a singular bark. Mal breathed a quiet sigh of relief, that meant no dog to be fed to if Hades caught them.
Mal walked heel to toe as she snuck over to Hades, while Hadie and Celia slowly made their way around the other way. Just as Mal got close, Celia got fed up with the record and lifted the needle, sending a loud screeching noise through the cave. Mal and Hadie glared at Celia, as the rash decision had made Hades wake up. He lifted his head slightly and look directly at his son and Celia “What are you doing here?” he grumbled in a tired tone, yawning a bit as Hadie raised his bass in the air.
“Forgot my bass” Hadie simply said as Celia took out a can of corn and a packaged blue rock candy.
“I noticed, you were out, of canned corn” she tossed the candy and can to the god and he caught them with one hand. Mal by then had lifted the ember out of the dish it was sitting in and was bringing it to her chest, screaming lightly as Hades suddenly grabbed her hand, stopping her from crouching out of sight.
Hades turned to look at her, his yellow eyes were hidden behind a pair of sunglasses. Mal harshly swallowed and released the ember as he took it from her, moving to rest his head on his arm. He and Mal stared at each other for a moment, Hadie and Celia standing awkwardly near the old wooden stairs that lead back up to the tunnels. “um-“ Mal started in a meek voice, watching his eyes as he looked at her newly brown hair and eyes “-can I have that?” her usual confidence was gone, she was powerless and in front of a god who could pick her up with one hand and chuck her across the room even without his powers.
Hades raised his brow and turned his head to look at the ember, which was black as coal, in his hand. Then he looked back at her. “And why should I give it to you?” Hades asked coolly, taking off his glasses and tossing them to the side, leaning back in his minecart turned chair, lofting his boots up next to Mal’s face. “uh-“ Mal clearly hadn't expected him to ask that, she had expected him to get angry and throw her out of his lair. Quick mal, come up with an excuse or something! “I need it?”…nice one Mal, top-notch, he’ll for sure give you the ember now.
Hades rolled his eyes and looked to Hadie, who just shrugged. “Auradon is in danger and we need the ember” Hadie answered dryly, watching Mal carefully as she stepped in front of Hades and held out her hand, his father's yellow eyes staring down at Mal carelessly.
“Please?” Mal asked in a much firmer tone, her eyes looking directly into Hades. Hades huffed and lifted up the ember, waving the black gem around a bit.
“You’re only half Hades, the ember won't do everything for you that it does for me” Mal clicked her jaw and gestured to Hadie, not really paying attention to what Hades had just said.
“Hadie’s gonna be the one to use it anyway, I just wanted-to…” Mal’s brain caught up to the words that had just come out of Hades mouth and she looked back up at him with wide eyes, Celia’s jaw had dropped as she realized what he had meant “IM HALF WHAT?!” now Hades looked confused, looking at Mal as if she was crazy.
“you-you didn’t know?” Hades has lost his confidence, his brow raising in confusion, then he looked to Hadie “she doesn’t know?”
Hadie just pinched his brow and sat down on the wooden steps, ignoring his father and (newly announced) half-sister as the Mal started to squabble about her mother and Hades. “fuckin-what?!” Mal screeched, running her hands through her hair and starting to pace around the lair, Celia looking concerned as Mal tugged at her brown locks “you?! My dad?! That’s-that’s not right?! My mom said he was human, a full-on human!? It can’t be you it-“ Mal started to hyperventilate and Hades took her hands, bringing her closer to him and looking into her eyes. “Kid, calm down, you’re having a panic attack, breathe with me, okay?” Mal knew she had to listen or she would pass out so she followed Hades lead. When she got control of her breath again, she pushed him away, wiping away the tears that had gathered in her eyes “she never told you?”
“I guess fucking not” Mal assumed he meant her mother never telling her about her true father “and-also HOW?!” Hades just gave her a knowing look “NOT LIKE THAT-“ Mal did NOT want to think about her mother and Hades doing the do “-I mean-how did” Mal gestured to herself then Hades “this! Happen?? I thought you were loyal to Persephone!?” “Mom knows about this by the way” Hadie interrupted, motioning between his father and sister “and she’s pissed the fuck off, so whenever you see her again dad, you have millennia of making up to do” Hades winced at the thought of his wife being very mad at him, but it wasn’t unwarranted, but he had another matter to attend to.
Hades sighed and turned back to Mal, rubbing his stubble “I got drunk, very drunk, I don’t remember much but I woke up next to your mother and eleven months later you were dropped off for me to babysit” Mal’s jaw dropped in shock and slight disgust “I didn’t know about you until you were already two months old, and then I took care of you for about three months before your mother took you back, something about an heir of darkness.” Hades waved off the notion of Maleficent abandoning Mal on his doorstep and continued on as Mal gawked at him. “and before you ask-I do know I am really your dad because your hair was blueish-purple when she dropped you off and it was almost completely blue when she took you away, I think your magic reacted to whomever you were around the most-“ Mal shook her head, she didn’t have time for this!
“Okay, whatever, I don’t care. I don’t have time for all this” Mal waved her hands around in frustration(noticeably in the same way Hades did but no one commented on it) and held out her hand again “but! If you wanna make up for being a lousy dad” Hades frowned at that “gimme the ember” he stared down at her for a moment before gently placing the ember into Mal's palm, Mal closing her hand around it and nodding “thank you, it’ll be returned after we save Auradon”
“It won’t work for you completely, you are still only half Hades” Hades warned as Mal pocketed the ember into her thigh bag, raising his brow as she glared up at him. “So what? I’m not the one using it, dad” Mal hissed the last word, as if it was poison in her mouth. She didn’t fully believe him, after all, if her mother had lied to her for years about her father, who's to say he wasn’t lying to her now?
Mal pushed past him and up the steps, Celia quickly following her as Hadie set down his bass and looked back at his dad.
“Did she really never tell her?” Hades asked  quietly, looking up at the stairs after Mal, an upset look on his face. “all this time, almost 19 years of standing by, she didn’t even know?”
Hadie sighed and crossed his arms “You really think Maleficent would have told Mal about her true parentage? If Mal had known you were her dad, she would have never listened to Maleficent, she manipulated Mal…I have to go, kingdom to save n all” Hades nodded, watching his son walk out after his daughter and sighing. So much for respecting Mal’s wishes.
-
Celia looked up at Mal, pressing her lips together as the awkward silence pierced the air. “I guess that’s why he was always asking about you” Celia murmured, stopping in front of the front gate as Mal paused, looking directly at the ground.
Mal then shook her head, lifting it up to stare straight ahead “let's go, we’re wasting time” Mal continued forward towards the main area of the isle again, Hadie and Celia giving each other a look before following after her. Mal was right, there were more important things to get to than her parentage.
-
Ben was back at his desk, talking on his phone with one of the captains of the royal guard “No. no, I want the royal guard handing out gas masks!” Ben said in a stressed tone, tapping through his tablet as more reports of the sleeping spell came through. Ben growled a bit as the captain on the other side muttered something about the spell “Well not everyone's asleep!” Ben hung up and tossed his phone on his desk, looking up and pointing at the servant standing at his door “Find out if anyone has seen Audrey, and see if she has a list of demands!” the servant nodded and turned out the door.
Ben sighed and unzipped his jacket, flopping back on his chair and running his hand through his hair as he tried to calm down. Why had this happened? What had happened with Audrey that caused Maleficent to possess her?
Mal had texted him earlier that the spell used the victim's emotions against them, so whoever had taken the scepter was feeling very intense emotions, enough for her mother to feed on that. So what had Audrey been feeling when Maleficent took control?
Ben had a sinking feeling it had to do with one very bitter grandmother.
“just one~” Ben yelped and stood from his chair as he spun around, eyes widening as he locked into Audrey’s eyes, which were swimming with green. “I demand my life back”
Ben looked behind him at his door, mentally cursing as all his guards had left to go help the people. “I have a proposition for you~” he turned back to Audrey and watched as he pointed behind her towards the rest of the kingdom “I’ll wake everybody up right now, under one, itty bitty condition” she stepped closer to him, her eyes flashing green. “make me queen”
‘queen?’ Ben thought confused, why would Audrey want to be queen? Why would Maleficent want to be queen? Then Ben remembered when he overheard one of Leah’s bullshit rants about Audrey’s right to the crown. Audrey was just doing exactly what her grandmother wanted, just in a twisted way…that’s why Leah had been turned to stone that morning.
And Maleficent was just going along with Audrey’s ‘desires’ so she wouldn’t be detected by the young princess, she was waiting for the opportune moment to take over completely. “Audrey” Ben started softly, taking her hand and bringing it towards him. Audrey looked confused, her eyes flickering with magenta and green. “someone spelled you, you have to let me help you-“Audrey's eyes turned fully green and she ripped away from Ben, and Ben knew Maleficent was in control now.
“Pathetic” Audrey hissed in a cold tone, her face morphing into a sneer as the scepter glowed bright green in her hand “so kind, so trusting, you won't even strike your precious little friend down just when you had the chance” Ben glared at Maleficent, hand drawing behind him to the hidden dagger that (y/n) had stashed a couple of months ago. “just like your mother…” Audrey’s eyes turned bright green and then she grinned cruelly “but so afraid of being like your father~” Ben froze in fear, realizing what she was talking about. No, she wouldn’t “let's see how you like being a beast~” Ben raced forward in an attempt to snatch the scepter from Audrey but he was blown back as it flashed green and his body was overtaken in a green flash.
Ben screamed out in pain, but It only came out as a monstrous roar, his teeth becoming fangs as his nails pushed out and sharpened, fur erupting from his entire body and everything just became so loud.
He let out another painful roar, Audrey cackling in the background as the scepter flashed magenta and Ben swore he heard someone screaming then everything went silent.
Ben blacked out from the pain and when he woke up a few moments later, Audrey was gone, the only thing left was a few wisps of smoke. Ben crawled over to his balcony and looked down, a whimper slipping through his new snout as he saw many of the servants now turned to stone. Ben turned on his heels and ran through the castle, looking for anybody who could help him, his claws ripped and scratched at the walls as he raced through them, he ended up at the hall of armor and ripped open the doors, claws digging into the frame and Ben ended up with a large splinter in his palm.
He roared in pain again and ran out the other side of the hall, crashing through the doors and running into the forest, he couldn’t let anybody see him like this, he had to find a way to turn back into a human before he hurt someone.
-
Mal, Hadie, and Celia walked back into the arcade, Celia racing towards her dad as Mal walked over to her friends who were playing some odd combo of foosball and pool. “M!” Evie called, relieved her friend was okay as Mal trotted over to her and wrapped her arms around Evie’s arm. Evie grabbed Mal’s shoulder with her free hand and looked at her “do you have it?” Mal nodded and dug into her thigh bag, taking out the black as coal ember. “Good, let's get off this rock”
Mal nodded, turning to jay to ask him where the bikes were but he interrupted her “how’d you get it? I assume he either gave to Hadie or you snatched it?” Mal winced at the reminder of how she had gotten the ember.
Welp, no better time to tell them then now, eh? “uh, yeah about that” Mal muttered, looking down at the ember in her hand “uh, he just-gave it to me?” it sounded more like a question than anything else. Mal was unsure if Hades really was her dad, but she would spill details about the entire thing later, right now the short and sweet answer was best.
“He just” Carlos started, furrowing his brows in confusion and glancing to Hadie “gave it to you? And not Hadie?”
“Yeah well, there's a reason behind it which is-guess whomst the fuckiest my dad is?” Mal laughed, giving her friends a tilted smile as they looked at her strangely, why bring up her dad at a time like this?
“Oh no fucking way” it hit Carlos first, his eyes widening “no fucking way but you said-“ Mal laughed again, sounding strangled.
“I know! I know! I thought so too! But I guess it's just another thing my mother lied to me about” Jay looked a little miffed at not understanding what Carlos and Mal were talking about, Evie looking lost as well “Remember how I said my dad was human? For the last 19 fucking years?” Jay and Evie nodded, (y/n) cleaning up the table behind them before freezing as realization dawned on her.
“Oh, no fucking way” (y/n) groaned, looking to Mal with an exasperated look “your dad is-that means-what the actual fuck” Evie finally had enough and turned to Mal with her brow raised.
“Okay spill before I stab you”
“Apparently, my dad is fucking Hades” Mal hissed quietly, leaning closer to Jay and Evie as their eyes went wide in shock “Yep, my mother lied, again, about my dad. Told me he was human to keep me in check and shit.”
“I-“ Jay stuttered, unable to get anything out as his mouth opened and closed. “are you sure?” At this Mal shook her head, no she wasn’t sure, but this was helping them in their favor, Hades had given Mal the ember willingly under the pretense she was his kid.
“no im not, and I don’t want to know how or why, but we can do all this processing shit later when Auradon or Audrey aren’t in danger, let’s go. You got our bikes back, right?” Mal asked the boys, wincing as (y/n) glared darkly. She would take that as a no then.
“Nope, they got away” Carlos muttered, crossing his arms.
“The only way back to Auradon is the bridge” Mal sighed, smiling as Evie clicked her heels on the dusty arcade floor.
“Glad I wore my comfortable heels then” Jay grabbed Evie's arm before the two could leave.
“Yeah, we need the remote, and I left it at the house” Mal and Evie shared a horrified look, what were they going to do? Auradon was in danger and they were stuck on the isle with no way off.
“I lifted it off of you” the group turned to Celia, who was holding the golden remote to the barrier “I thought it would be useful and it is” Evie smiled, stepping towards Celia and leaning on a support beam.
“Good job” Celia smiled and Jay took the remote, pressing his lips together in an impressed smirk.
“Sweet” Celia turned to hug her father one last time as everyone grabbed their bags and started to make their way out of the arcade, she kissed him on the cheek and ran after (y/n), meeting (y/n)’s stride as she patted Celia’s back.
“Good job kid” Celia beamed again, happy her thieving skills were being appreciated. “also Mal!” Mal turned her head to show she was listening “After this shit is over, we're coming back here and getting those damn bikes back, that thing is too damn expensive to lose to a fucking isle goon” Mal snorted and nodded.
“Noted” honestly Mal wanted her bike back anyway, Carlos had spent several months making and modifying their bikes to fit them perfectly, she wasn’t about to let them be stripped.
-
The group of vks, and one dimension traveling girl, finally arrived at the bridge, Jay taking out the remote and pressing the bottom button opening the barrier. “Come on” Mal mumbled, nodding her head towards the opening. The others followed her lead and stepped over the barrier line.
Just as the ember crossed over the line, it ignited in a strong flash of light and heat, Mal felt fire shoot up her hand holding the ember and cover her entire body. Mal gasped in slight pain as the flash of energy flooded through her and filled her with a brand-new feeling of power and magic she had never felt before.
Mal let out the shuddering breath she had been holding and shook her head, the fire that had been drained by Audrey had been returned at full force…but it felt…different from her normal fire. Mal opened her eyes and looked down at her hands, gasping as she realized her entire outfit had changed. Gone were the purples and greens of her maleficent-themed outfit, replaced by the cool blues and dark greys of Hades, blue flames licking up her jacket-turned-vest and boots.
…guess Hades wasn’t lying then, Mal frowned, looking at herself a bit more as she realized she had transformed into ‘the daughter of Hades’. She had no other explanation for why the ember had done what it did otherwise.
“Holy shit” Carlos muttered, grabbing Mal's arm to stabilize her as she wobbled on her feet slightly “What happened?”
“I don’t know” Mal muttered slightly grumpy as she twisted the ember in her eyes, it had ignited in a strong blue “It might have to do something with the ‘Hades being my dad’ thing? Hadie?” Mal looked to Hadie, frowning as he looked just as confused as she felt. “shit, okay, um-ya know what? We’re gonna ignore this for now and figure out what the fuck happened when all this shit is over with okay? Okay.” Evie picked up a lock of Mal's hair, bringing it in front of Mal's face “Evie-my hairs blue….my hair is fucking blue it was brown two seconds ago and now it's blue”
“To be fair your hair was purple three hours ago, and it's also purple at the top.” Jay supplied, pulling back a bit as Mal whirled around to glare at him. “uh-yellow eyes too” Mal scrunched her nose at Jay and huffed.
“Not helping Jay” Mal hissed, she turned back towards Auradon and closed her eyes “Okay, we-let’s just go, we’re wasting-HEY!” just as Mal was handing the ember to Hadie, Evie lifted her arm to push a lock of hair behind her ear and bumped Mal's hand, sending the ember flying. “no!” Mal screamed in panic, running towards the edge and about to jump for the ember when a very familiar tentacle sprung from the eater and grabbed the ember “wha-“
Uma rose from the water, looking absolutely ethereal in her golden shell crown and teal dress, her turquoise locs pulled back halfway as the rest framed her shoulders. Uma grinned and raised her arms, the tentacle holding the ember following them “drop something~?”
“It can't get wet!” Mal yelled in a pleading tone, gesturing for Uma to get onto the bridge “give it back before it goes out!” Mal could see the ember sparking and flickering in Uma’s hold. Uma just laughed and her tentacle curled around the ember, sealing it airtight between two suckers. her eyes turned to you, who was grinning down at her from the bridge.
“Uma~!” you yelled in excitement, bouncing on your heels as she gave you a little wave.
“That’s my name~” she purred, giving one last smirk to Mal then she sunk into the water, the ember still tight in her grip.
“Wait!” Mal called desperately, she couldn’t lose the ember, it was their only hope! Mal took a step back in fear as from where Uma had sunk a large tunnel of water began to rise until it burst, soaking everyone but you.
“Ah!” Mal yelled, pausing as she noticed the water starting to evaporate almost immediately, off her body, especially her hair. “I wha-“ nope, nope nope nope, not important right now. She noticed the same was happening to Hadie, and the two were the first dry out of everyone else.
Mal looked back down at the water, searching for Uma “Behind you~” Mal gasped and spun around, seeing Uma in a dark teal button-up, dark blue leather pants, and brown boots, her golden shell necklace sitting proudly on her neck.
Before anyone else could say anything, Mal spoke up, lifting her arms into the air in exasperation “Where the hell have you been?!”
Uma looked genuinely surprised that those were the words that had come out of Mal’s mouth instead of just accusing her of villainy and trying to steal the ember back “We’ve been looking for you for three fucking years!! Do you know how much Harry and Gil bugged Ben and I because you wouldn’t show your damn face?!” Mal screeched, rubbing her face in exhaustion at the reminder of when Harry and Gil had straight up annoyed her and Ben back when the search for Uma was fresh. “Do you even know you were pardoned two years ago? You could've surfaced at any point and you would have been fine!!”
“That’s what I said to-….her” you covered your mouth as Mal slowly turned to look at you with wide eyes, Uma face palming as you winced “uh-“
“…(y/n) did you harbor a criminal?” Mal asked dryly, raising her brow as you shrugged.
“Technically no, I just, brought her food n all that…I honestly have no idea where she stayed, but we had a meeting place?” Mal sighed and shook her head, turning to look back at Uma who stiffened up in a defensive stance. “Also, Ex-criminal” you stated, shrugging as Mal just gave you an exasperated look “jus’ sayin”
“Whatever, Uma, I need that” Mal held her hand out towards Uma, looking at the ember in the sea-witches hand. “to break a spell”
“Cast by maleficent, proxied by Audrey, sleeping beauty’s daughter” Carlos explained, eyes locked onto the ember in Uma’s hand.
“So-the good guys the bad guy-“ Uma furrowed her brows as she tried to figure out how Maleficent cast the spell through Audrey. “well, I might not give it back, see what happens” your smile dropped and you stepped closer to Uma, taking her shoulder.
“Uma no, Harry and Gil are still in Auradon and we need the ember to save them if anything has happened to them, neither of them answered my calls and I don’t want to risk anything” Uma just pursed her lips, looking between you and the pleading Mal, who looked more worried as time went on.
“Guarantee me, that any single villain kid that wants to, can get off the isle” Mal pressed her lips together at Uma’s demand, wanting to agree but the deal she had made with Beast prodded the back of her mind.
“I-I can’t do that” Mal stuttered, clenching her hands by her sides, watching the ember carefully as Uma rolled her eyes and walked to the edge of the bridge. “Can't do that” Uma muttered, turning and holding the ember over the water “Well how bout now?!”
“Deal!” Mal screamed desperately, not bothering to hide the panic on her face as she held her hands out towards Uma “Deal, deal! I promise every kid will come off, but please!...Please.” Uma looked at Mal carefully, looking for any deception before she relented.
“Fine” Uma muttered, sliding the ember into her jacket “but I’m keeping it, because if you think I trust you to save Auradon on your own” she laughed a bit, giving Mal a once over “Think again” Mal closed her eyes and sighed, at least the ember would be on their side.
“Okay fine, this is fine, we need to go now though, Jay!” he nodded and pressed the bridge button, the magic extending from the broken bits they were standing on towards Auradon. “let’s go, we have no time to lose!” Mal jogged forward, Evie, Jay, Carlos, Celia, and Hadie following close behind, leaving you with Uma.
“When we find the boys, I’m blaming the entire ‘hiding you for 3 years and never telling them’ thing on you, since it was your idea and I would like to stay in Harry’s good graces” you joked, booping Uma’s nose and grabbing her hand to drag her along to follow the others down the bridge.
Uma rolled her eyes and hurried her pace, realizing that things were a lot more serious than she had thought, Mal hadn't even tried to start an argument, only focused on saving Auradon.
-end of p5-
part 5 yall!!!! the vks got the ember and mal discovered something new~!!! her dad! yeah in this Mal legit had no idea who her dad was, all she knew was that he was human and he was banished by her mother for his human weaknesses. so Mal thought her dad was a completely different person due to her mothers lies and just now found out it was a lie an all that. yeah bunch of shit XD so Ben is now a beast and Uma is here~!!!! hope yall enjoyed~!!

Top five zero escape character designs go
I completely forgor to post this one! Fuck!! but here you go these were extremely fun to write honestly, these are in order of favorites so most of them are from 999 lol
Santa!! Duh!!! The first thing that stands out to me is how monochrome it is, everyone has a bit of color to them even if muted but he's clad in all this high contrast black and white and it makes him clash a little next to the others which works with how he's supposed to subvert the standoffish and brazen shallow youth kind of character who's just there to cause conflict. Something I always remember too is how some people went all in on analysing the way reds and blues are color coded for transmitters and receivers too pointing out the Field's designs as an example of that color dichotomy and then making a point of how Akane is associated with both at the same time with her purples and how looking at it that way could be a way to communicate that Aoi simply has no access to either ability at this point even if back in their tiny designs he had a blue scarf and her a red tie but Okay that's not even getting into what he's actually wearing I love how no one can quite pin down what style he's going for aside from somewhat punk? Somewhat sporty? I think the closest I've found was techwear? But yeah I like his arm warmers and stupidly thin scarf I like how they're both black in a way that matches with Akane's outfit composition and he has those cool shoes™ which have no shoelaces so it's more practical and a fuck ton of pockets on his bulky ass pants which again very practical given he's got a bunch of stuff to keep track of like he clearly lies about finding the bookmark on the sofa and he keeps a whole gun in them too like yeah I like how the abundance of pockets is pretty purposeful for a change
June!! I probably like it a lot because it looks like such a comfy look for me but also it's so good at what it intends to communicate about her, like, all the multicolor stripes on the long sleeves and socks and the little curls in her hair that are animated when she emotes give her the quirky girl vibe and obviously the whole sweet childhood friend look with the dress and floral patterns make her look sweet which wasn't only the archetype they wanted to subvert but also what turns out to be how the character wants to present herself very purposefully also I like her bun It's such a specific way to decorate her hair and I like how it shows her as having a level of conscientiousness and attention to detail when it comes to her appearance that stays intact during the whole franchise, she never has her hair down completely
999 Junpei, I like his floaty looking jacket :3 No but for real I was shocked that those were actual notes in his character design concepts that the vest makes him fit into the setting because they look like floats like??? I can't believe I picked up on that when I first got into the series like I thought I was joking, but okay, he also has a ton of flannels and layers that give him a back to the future cosplayer look and I love that for him but I think what makes it sell so much of the just a college guy thing he's got going on is the casual and slightly mismatched pants and shoes like what are those shoes colors doesn't matter it's just what he put on that day probably rushing not to be late, his hair I like too it's not very anime it's just a guy with medium length brown hair but in a way that's still a very distinctively him kind of look! Now that I think about it don't his shoes match with the fucking bracelet lol
Luna! I don't know she just looks so nice!! Fighting for her life there as the only girl in the main cast not being needlessly sexualized I guess (I like vlr Alice and Clover in theory just look at their hair and color schemes but we'll y'know,,, And I love love Phi but having both her wear the shortest skirt ever and having her wear an oversized coat to represent her ''immaturity'' from what I've read,,, just. yikes. Also they all seem like they should be uncomfortable, Lotus complained about not being dressed for the situation at least) but yeah I like how she still has maid elements on her design like in her concepts but instead of just giving her a black dress and white apron which is a look that personally really bores me they incorporated the apron into something more full of life! The purplish pink sleeves with fancy cuffs and a dark purple skirt with pretty patterns and ribbons tying it together and a very proper looking braided hair, also of course her pendant is nice and full of importance
ZTD Phi, because I'm a lesbian... I wish I was joking but like what do you want from me it's ztd aksbsk it's a weird choice to decide she's suddenly a red head who dyes her hair but not her eyebrows it's a weird choice to decide she's suddenly wearing glasses when what it implies is that she's wearing them for fashion purposes since she never once complained during vlr hm at best it's a neat idea for her and Sigma to have their color schemes be the inverse of each other? I don't know but I look at it and even if the model is. not the best nonetheless I go omg bless this character designer she's just holy shit those shorts and that blouse with the blue accents so so so pretty hhhhhhhh

someday // l.t.y.
summary: several years after high school, when you and your peers have all established careers, you get invited to your graduating class reunion.
pairing: lee taeyong x gn!reader
word count: 2.4k
genre: exes!au, angst, some closure.
a/n: mentions of alcohol, UNEDITED
You knew this day would come, but not this soon.
It feels like it came fast when in reality it’s been almost seven years since you graduated from high school. It took a handful of odd jobs after receiving your bachelor’s degree, but you were able to land a position as an accountant. With your hard work, you’ve slowly climbed up the ladder to where you now serve as the finance director of the firm you work for. Your salary is handsome, as per your standards, and you were recently able to afford a nice apartment. It was only after your move that you visited your parents on the other side of the city where they handed you the envelope in your hands. It was an invitation to your high school reunion.
That's how, fast forward a week later, you found yourself standing in front of your old high school gymnasium. You see people walking towards the entrance and feel stupid because most of them seem to be going with another person, maybe a friend they would keep in touch with or a significant other. Maybe you should have coaxed one of your co-workers and bribed them with drinks or something afterward. Too late now, you thought, as you sighed and made your way to the entrance. Upon arrival, the first thing you notice is the reasonably large group of people scattered throughout the room. It’s dark and the only light sources are the few disco ball lamps projecting multicolored circles throughout the perimeter of the room. You squint to try to make out people when seconds later, your thoughts are interrupted by a shrill, “Y/N!” You turn your head towards the sound and find an adult Jisoo approaching you. Jisoo was one of your closest friends you kept in touch with for a while but lost contact with a couple of years into college. “Jisoo, is that you? Oh my god, it’s been ages! How are you?” you hugged her, and she began to share how shortly after graduating college, she applied for a job as a photographer at a fashion agency, but she ended up landing a job as a model. Long story short, Jisoo was now a thriving model. “I’m so happy for you!” you gush with sincerity and she gets shy, combing her fingers through her hair. She tells you that she may have just landed her big break, about to fill you in on details when an oh-so-familiar voice cuts her off. “Hey guys,” you turn around and your eyes meet Lee Taeyong.
Taeyong and Y/N: the “dream team” as they used to call you back in high school. You shared a long and valuable relationship with him, dating almost throughout all of high school. That's why when people heard that you split up, they were more shocked than they would have liked to admit. it was a rather nasty breakup that was not mutual at first; he had gotten into his dream university located across the country while you chose to stay in your home city for college. You didn't want to stop him from achieving his dreams of becoming a pediatric dietitian; you would have hated yourself for acting that selfish. Therefore, you thought things could work via long-distance and they did for a while, but the harsh realities like not being able to hold each other in your hard times set in faster than you wanted to admit. Your schedules were becoming increasingly incompatible, and it became difficult for either one of you to grasp onto the relationship. You both watched as it slowly slipped away from your hands. Taeyong was the one to pull the trigger, and with heavy hearts, the two of you officially parted ways.
You have not contacted each other since then. Now, the two of you stand face to face, and you see an emotion in his eyes that you don’t recognize. Perhaps it’s because you successfully managed to forget the negative memories from all the ones you still have of him. Or maybe you just forgot how to read him. “Uh, Y/N, I wasn’t expecting you to show up,” he awkwardly rubs his hands together as he slowly shifts his gaze around the room. “Yeah, I wasn’t going to come, but I decided to come just for the fun of it. Bit of a last-minute decision, actually.” Jisoo could sense the tension in the air and playfully scoffed, “really? Y/N, I thought you weren’t the type of person to make last-minute decisions. You used to grill me for doing that all the time.” You notice the surprise looming on Taeyong's face; he must’ve been taken aback by your statement too. You turn away from his careful gaze before coldly replying, “people change over time, I guess.”
After Jisoo finds someone else to catch up with, you quickly excuse yourself to the bar to grab a glass of punch because there is no way in hell that you want to be left alone with Taeyong right now. The walk over to the bar is a little difficult, mainly due to the lack of light, but you manage to make it without bumping into anyone else. as you pour your punch in a cup, someone clears their throat in front of you. “Johnny Suh!” you gasp, a smile forming on your face. Johnny and you used to be neighbors in high school but right after graduation, he and his family moved to Chicago. You were very sad at the departure of one of your only friends, so you were beyond thrilled to see him again. You shuffle around the table to give him a hug that he gladly reciprocated. “I thought I saw you walk in. how are you, Y/N?”
“I’ve been well. Busy, but well. When did you get back?” He tells you that he recently got a job at an accounting firm, right here in the city. When you ask him where he says the name of your firm. “No way! I work there, too!” Johnny lights up at this, you talk about the work-life, how the people are, and share your experiences.
You fail to notice that across the room, a pair of eyes have been following you ever since you left them alone a few moments ago. Taeyong watches, with a pained gaze, as you reciprocate what is obvious flirtatious behavior from Johnny. Truthfully, when Johnny moved away, Taeyong remembers being a little happy on the inside, because he wouldn’t have to hear you talk about him so much. If he didn’t know better, he’d say that Johnny harbored a small crush on you. When he brought it up, you used to throw your head back in laughter, before pinching his cheeks and calling him cute. That same feeling begs to ignite again, but his head is quicker than his heart, as it forces him to look down at the thin silver band wrapped around the ring finger of his right hand. You’ve moved on, he hears, and he tucks his hand into his pocket. Someone walks over to him and captures his attention, pushing the thoughts of you and what could have been to the back of his head.
Johnny gets a call from someone, so he excuses himself from your company, leaving you standing amidst the terrible background music and a half-full cup of punch in your hand. You figure you can go grab some fresh air right about now, so you meander off to the door, before stepping out onto the concrete outside. The cool summer breeze is comfortable against your arms but out of habit you fold them together, the cup of punch firmly held in your palm. You close your eyes and exhale the breath you didn’t know you were holding. “Care if I join you?” Taeyong’s voice rings, shattering the silence you developed briefly. Opening your eyes, you clear your throat before saying, “be my guest.” Taeyong stands next to you, and once he’s in the light you’re able to get a better look at him. The last time you saw Taeyong, his hair was much shorter and cleanly trimmed. He had innocence in his eyes that twinkled with every step. The version of him standing next to you was definitely more mature; there’s a shadow of smile lines and crow’s feet on the side of his face you see, his hair has grown out quite a bit and you can make out the sharpness of his cheekbone and jaw naturally contouring his face.
“Some things never change, right?” He says out of the blue and you cough to offset the growing embarrassment you feel. He’s referring to how you used to zone out into your thoughts when you stared at him, usually from the side. He would always be able to pick up on it, teasing you relentlessly. “Have you been well?” “Did you move back here?” The both of you asked at the same time to one another, awkwardly laughing off the collision of your questions before you said, “you first.” Taeyong nodded, “I moved back here almost a year ago actually. I was transferred to a small hospital and they knew I was from here, so they figured it was easier to send someone who had a feel for the demographic.” You bit your lip, and he continued, “I didn’t realize how much I missed this city. It was only after I moved back that I felt like this is where home was all along. How about you, did you ever leave?” You shook your head, “I had all my opportunities here, so I never felt the need to go anywhere. I have been perfectly happy and I never felt better,” and as you speak, you notice Taeyong pull his hand out of his pocket to scratch his ear and light reflects the ring resting nicely on his ring finger. You try not to let your eyes widen too much, but you can’t help it if your heart shatters in your chest. “You’re engaged.” Taeyong winced at the change in your tone; he wanted to avoid this topic. “Uh, yeah. Yes, I am.” You attempt to play it off, looking away from his analyzing gaze. “Who’s the lucky person?” Taeyong looks outward with a certain fondness as he recalls details of his significant other. He says they met in one of his classes, saying they “were the best friend he never had”. You listened on as your walls started to break.
“I proposed shortly after I found out I was transferred here. They moved here with me, actually.” You nodded, recognizing all too well this feeling growing in you. It was reminiscent of how you felt when you broke up with him, but this was much more intense. You painfully exhaled and you knew he could sense it. “Happy for you. I really am,” you managed to say without letting your voice crack. Taeyong was always very straightforward with you, and it didn’t surprise you when he said, “Y/N, I was in the darkest place when we broke up. They helped me get out of that. I know it was not an easy decision to make, which is why I want you to know that you will always have a place in my heart. We spent so many years together, it’s natural that you and I will always be something special.” You turn the other way, and this time, you can’t stop the tears from falling. You couldn’t face him anymore because you don’t want to reveal to him that a big part of you still wanted him. Seeing that ring on his finger and hearing him gush about his partner reaffirmed all that. Now, all you wanted to do was to get out of there. “I’ll be honest, sometimes it still feels like I haven’t gotten over you. Even if I did. Know that I will always love you and that you’ll always have a piece of me.” Taeyong says, and a small whimper leaves you. “I’m a mess, Taeyong,” you croak. “I built this strong wall and convinced myself that I was okay. Tonight you’ve proved me wrong. I tried time and time again to find someone else to introduce into my life but no one comes close.” You finally wipe your eyes and turn back to face Taeyong to find silent tears trailing down his face. “I was hoping you’d be here tonight if I’m being honest. I needed to get this off my chest. I’m sorry for everything, Y/N.”
You breathe, the final bit of teardrops sitting at your waterline. “Thank you, Taeyong. For everything, but especially the memories. I know I can’t fall out of love with you overnight, and I certainly will not ask you to do anything selfish. You know that I just want you to be happy, and if they make you happy, that’s all that matters.” Taeyong wants to reach out to wipe your tears, but he’s afraid he’ll cross a line he set for himself. “Would you still want to be friends? For old times’ sake,” Taeyong asks, hoping you’ll say yes. You feel conflicted but you say, “you’re going to need to give me time, Taeyong. I need to sort things out in terms of relationships, and right now, I don’t think I can take being your friend. That’s going to lead to me wishing terrible things on you two, and I don’t want to jeopardize a relationship that is strong enough as it is. Please, don’t force me to befriend you when I’m broken.” Taeyong is hurt, but the rational voice in his head is telling him that you are doing the right thing. “It’s getting late,” you muster the courage to say, “I should head out but I’m glad you got the closure you needed.” Taeyong offered to walk you to your car, and you don’t know if you can take any more heartbreak, but you let him walk you anyway. The tears are gone for now, but they’ll come back. Taeyong hesitates, “Do you want to meet up for lunch or something anytime soon?” You unlock your door and open it before turning to him. There’s a glint of hope in his eye, and you smile meekly, “maybe but not soon, Taeyong. When I’m ready. I hope you can understand.” He nods almost instantly, and you’re grateful for his reaction. “I’ll see you someday,” you tell him and he nods, waving to you as you start your car and leave, whispering under his breath “someday.”
a/n: AHHH my first ever long scenario. this was much easier to do than a series lol but I’m nervous! I would appreciate any and all feedback you guys have for me, and thank you for reading it!

Tumblr media
Popcorn flew into the air in slow motion and approximately four hundred multicolored skittles scattered the floor like the shattering of glass.
“Yes...yes...FUCK YES!!”
Felix launched his small body into the air with a victorious screech, turning his controller into a projectile. The clump of black plastic thumped into the torn up corduroy couch missing Chan’s arm by millimeters.
“HOW TO YOU LIKE THAT?? WOOOO!!”
Your friend took a victory lap around the tiny living room that was a mess of winter coats and boots with melted snow dripping to the hardwood floor.
“Felixxxxx, you made a mess!” Chan sighed out deeply and solemnly at the array of rainbow colored candies on the floor.
“I never win. You gotta admit the way that I finished that off was extra disrespectful. DID YOU SEE the way that I down-B’d you to pieces??? That was fuckin’ awesome.”
“Good job ‘lix.” You pulled a Twizzler by your teeth and dished out a little wink for him.
“Hey! I haven’t been playing for nearly as long as you two have. I see this as a complete win.”
“Well, Chan and I were at each others throats the whole time, so, we kinda killed ourselves off for you.”
“I still won!!”
“Alright, alright, good job.” Both you and Chan took turns patting his poofy blond hair.
“Ahhh our Lix’ is finally growing up.” Chan sighed, mockingly looking out in the distance to some far away place. “But...now you’ve gotta clean this up. Lucky you’re the one that paid for the Skittles, not me.”
In his fit of happiness Felix didn’t even care about getting down on his hands and knees to pick up the pieces like Cinderella.
Chan took a gulp of his electric green Monster. “Feels nice to have you back around here Y/n. It feels like it’s kind of been a while.”
“Mm, it has. You know how it goes, stuff gets busy and all that.”
“~And she’s been hanging out with someone else~” Felix’s words came out in a cutesy little song.
“You have?”
You slapped Felix right upside the head to which he whimpered out with a much more dramatic “owww” than was warranted.
It was likely a mistake that the two of you had kept Changbin a secret from Chan. Chan basically idolized him, and you felt that it was best not to...complicate things. Every other hour Chan would bring up one of Changbin’s songs, talking about him as if he was some kind of lyrical genius. He had half a plan to meet him at the last show, but had gotten too shy and pulled you both before he could get second thoughts.
For it to be so easy for you...it felt somehow unfair.
It was definitely a mistake.
“Who? Jisung?” Chan rolled his eyes a bit like he always would when spoke of that boy.
“No...” Your voice became small, then you shot deathly glares at Felix who tucked his tail in between his legs.
“Chan...”
Felix’s eyes widened to full moons once he had realized what you were about to do. You curled yourself up into a ball slightly, sweaty hands grasping at your controller.
“Its...Changbin.”
“CHANGBIN?” Chan shot upright from his seat. “Changbin?? Are we talking about the same Changbin?? Changbin-from-the-show-Changbin??”
“Yes.” You steadied your thumping chest.
“When did that happen??” Chan turned his body towards Felix who cowered into the mess of Skittles. “Did you know about this?”
Felix made a little grunt that could have sounded like either a “yes” or a “no”-- it was likely his safest bet.
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“Because I knew it would be kinda...like this...”
Your eldest friend sat back down his his palm firmly slapped against his forehead. “Sorry, I’m just having a hard time piecing this all together.”
“It happened after the show that one day. I was walking home and I fell and got kind of scraped up, then he took me back to his place...”
Simply bringing that night back up again sent you spinning into your pool of memories: and they had a particular tendency to make you just as flustered as the night when they had first occurred. There were dozens of little things about him that had stuck with you, even if you wouldn’t admit it out loud.
There was that stupidly confident smirk of his, that little scar on his chin, how his fingers looked in those silver rings, his hooded grey-black eyes, those faint little stretch marks on the backs of his arms, and the way that his Adam’s apple would bounce when you kissed into his neck.
“Well? Chan’s voice snapped you back. “Does that mean...you aren’t seeing Jisung anymore?”
“...Jisung?”
His name hadn’t occupied your thoughts for weeks, and you hadn’t taken much notice of it. There were unread text messages from him that had fallen to the bottom of you message list, and missed calls that you hadn’t returned. Creeping inside of you was a sick and sticky feeling: the kind that you pushed deep down inside yourself to the place where things would get forgotten.
You didn’t know what you wanted from Jisung.
It wasn’t the way that he would kiss you roughly and needily, or how he would take greedy hands to every inch of your body. It wasn’t how he would fill praises into your ears or shake a little when he would finish himself off on your belly.  Months ago, it would be all you could think of, then immediately forget after it had happened. That was what made it easy.
Changbin wasn’t easy. He wouldn’t give himself up entirely to you just because he could. He made you earn him, and he made you seek him.
You belonged to neither of them.
In your lap, your hands trembled with a memory of long ago: snowflakes in your hands burning with the cold and your throat scratched from all the yelling.
“Y/n?” Chan softened.
A sob had caught in your throat which you swallowed down with effort. “I-I’m still seeing Jisung.”
“Wait, you’re seeing both of them?” Felix popped up from the floor. “You didn’t tell either of them?”
“I don’t need to. I’m not tied down to either of them.” You had said it as confidently as you could, almost like you needed to convince yourself.
Both of your best friends eyes carefully held yours.
“Doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t tell them.” Felix nodded.
Chan nodded too in agreeance.
“But we’re just fucking around?? Its not like I’m cheating on anyone.”
“Y/n, you’re missing the point.”
“What? Don’t I have the right to sleep with whoever the hell I want to? Don’t you think that it’s kind of backwards that I should keep everyone in the loop when I’m just--why would I--”
Chan’s hand snuck over to yours which had started shaking even more violently on your leg; you hadn’t even noticed. The sobs that you had held in your chest started to overflow, bubbling and spewing from your surface. They felt choked in your throat, and then burned hot tears in your eyes. Both of your friends got to work, scooting in right next to you and sandwiching you between their arms.
“You don't have to be afraid.” Felix whispered softly. He smoothed his hand down your back.
“I-I’m not.” You clenched the words between your teeth. “Why-why are you guys drilling me like this??” You squirmed a bit between them.
Chan hushed, “We’re not.”
“Then why does it feel--”
“--You're doing it again.” Felix simply sighed, and rocked the three of your bodies to the tune of your messy sobs.
Chan let out little “shhh” sounds. “Stop digging yourself in that hole Y/n. You know that you’re doing it. Its more than just messing around.”
A tangible and thick silence held the air where your two closest friends held onto you tightly, almost like you would slip away. You fucking hated them for reading you as well as they did, but you also fucking loved them for being as good at it as they were. Being sandwiched like this with them was all too familiar. They had also done it on that same night: the night when your world had collapsed. That night you had been so weak you could barely hold back.
“It’s not gonna happen again.” Chan said at last. “I know that you must think about it all the time, and I’m so sorry that you do. You’re never gonna be stuck in that alley alone again.”
Felix quickly added, “We’ll be there--even if it does--which it won’t.”
“Stop dragging yourself through it okay? I know it’s easier said than done.” Chan took his black sweater sleeve to dab at your tears.
You were completely engulfed in your friends love, the unconditional kind: the kind that would part the seas and walk through flames for you. You don’t know how you could have forgotten how it had been there.
“Maybe its one of them or the other, but, I think you should tell them. You don’t deserve to tear yourself up like this over it all. It’s not good for you, or for them.” Felix laughed a little. “We’re not blind you know.”
Fat, thick sniffles clogged up your nose. Your subconscious and consciousness mudded behind your eyes and those memories of both boys: Changbin and Jisung became indistinguishable. You had sought them out for different reasons, but you hadn’t known why. Now, it was all becoming clearer.
“You like him don’t you?” Felix took his turn dabbing at your eyes too. “I can tell.”
“N-no...”
Felix didn’t even need to say who “he” was for you to understand.
“No?”
“I just...go see him sometimes.”
You would. You would see him, think of him, call all the little things about him to your memory: that scar on his chin and the faint stretch marks on his arms.
Snot dripped down your nose and over your quivering lips and you didn’t even care.
That voice rang in your ears just as you had remembered it on that night when he had dragged you out there, alone, furious. You didn’t even know what you had done wrong.
"I don’t want it to happen again.”
The words tore from your lips freely, finally. The fear that you had held so deep inside, the fear that would plague your every other thought. The fear that kept you from answering questions or giving answers. The fear that brought your feet to Jisung’s doorstep and the fear that kissed away words on Changbin’s lips. A massive weight like heavy metal chains that had wrapped around your body started to loosen.
“How are you going to let yourself have a chance at something good if you don’t try, right?” Chan and Felix exchanged hopeful little smiles.
Felix patted your hair to fix where you had frizzed it between them. “You know what you need to do.”

...
fuck
you’ve got me thinking of you all the time
╚ ——————————————— ╝
Snow fell on your walk to class. It was the same early morning one that you shared with Minho. These days, the two of you had seemed to have gotten much closer. Even though you hadn’t been over in nearly a week, Minho still talked to you as if he saw you there every day. He would complain about little things such as how the rest of his roommates would leave dishes in the sink or socks randomly on the floor.
What the two of you didn’t talk about much was Changbin. There was some unspoken understanding now that the two of you had promised. He didn’t want to know much and you didn’t want to tell him; and it stayed that way. It was odd now considering that you had been quiet before so he couldn’t hear.
Admittedly, that did give you a chuckle or two from time to time.
Today, the snowflakes gathered in clumps and hugged each other while they floated down the the ground where they would melt instantly. This was the kind of snow that wouldn’t stick around. For this, you were grateful. In the first week of February, you had just enough of winter and longed for the green grasses that would peek from the melting white.
The tip of your nose and ears were warm as you marched onward with eyes squinted from the flakes that would get caught in them. In some ways, you were thankful. During the lectures, you would often prefer watching the blanket of white dancing in the windows behind the professors head.
Something you still had to learn however, was picking the right shoes. Your toes were frozen in the same canvas shoes that Changbin had scolded you for wearing. You pulled out your phone the check the time: eleven minutes early. It was somewhat of a personal best.
You smiled with a little pride, missing the body mass that was walking right past you and collided with your shoulder.
“Oh! Sorry, I’m so sorry, I was--Jisung?”
“Y/n?? Holy shit--”
Heartbeats rang in your ears and you felt as if you could hear the very blood pumping in your veins.
“I-I’m late for class, I gotta--”
“--No wait!” Rather than looking angry as you expected, that wide smile of his spread across his rosy cheeks. “I’m just glad that I ran into you.”
“Jisung, really, I need to go--”
His gloved hand reached out for your arm. “I’ve been trying to reach you but I think something must’ve gone wrong with your phone. How are you doing?”
“How am I doing?”
“Yeah, I was kinda worried, it was like you dropped off the face of the earth.”
You clawed your arm away. “I’ve been fine.”
Jisung sucked at his teeth, “Listen, after your class, can we talk? I borrowed my roommates car--I can drive us back to my place--”
“--That’s what you want to do? Talk?” The simmering anxiety that washed over you turned into irate heat.
“Yeah?”
“No its not.”
You slung your shoulder bag high up your arm, and walked on.
“Stop stop stop.” Jisung threw his body in front of your path. “What’s been going on with you? Hm? Did something happen? What is it? Your-uh art or something? You still do that right?”
Jisung had seen your paintings decorating the walls of your bedroom and the sketches that piled up on your desk next to colored pencils tied up together by rubber bands. He had seen them, but he had never looked.
“Why the hell do you care so much?”
“Baby--” He scuffed after your determined steps towards the business building. “Listen, I-I missed you okay?” Jisung yelled into the winter air: “I missed you. Alright?”
“Jisung, it wasn’t me that you missed.”
He stammered, and huffed up those puffy cheeks of his. In one final attempt, he approached you carefully with those cute brown eyes that you would often let slip into your daydreams. He reached out for your cold hand and took it in his. Had it been several months ago, you would have killed for him to hold your hand like that.
“I’ve been doing some thinking lately, especially when I hadn’t heard from you. I just...got this feeling like had done something wrong and I couldn’t figure out what the hell it was. Now, I know that I did. I...don’t like seeing you mad like this. Tell me what it is? I wanna see you at my show next week. I just want things to go back to the way that they were.”
The way that things were.
The way that things were was simplier. Easier. Just like he was. Jisung didn’t ask questions and Jisung didn’t take you out to noodle places just because he he felt like it.
The way that things were would have been easier and his hand did feel pleasantly warm in yours like you had imagined.
“I have to get to class Jisung.”
╚ ——————————————— ╝
On that Friday evening when you marched up to the front door of Changbin’s apartment building, he stood hooded under the tin awning turned to rust brown with age. He huffed out a little under the dinky light of the old building, but as far as you could see, his cheeks and nose had blushed with pink. You wouldn’t have pegged him it for it, but he had draped a thick black scarf around his neck in the same place where he would usually display that thick silver chain. As soon as you locked eyes, he gave you a little wave with knees bouncing.
“Shouldn’t you be inside?” Your breath vaporized into thin, white, visible droplets in the air.
“I thought that I could meet you out here rather than have you wait in the cold. I realized I did that last time.”
“Oh. Uh-thank you...I guess.”
Changbin cracked out a little smile, then announced, “Come on, let’s get going.”
“Get going? Get going where? Did you want to get noodles again?”
He chuckled, then stepped out into the lightly falling snow. It tangled up in his curling locks and got caught in the fabric of his scarf. “Hm-no. Not this time.”
Changbin looked over at you with his stormy grey eyes, something that hadn’t come to you as easily as before. Something in him had changed since you had first met him when he was standing on that stage as if it was the edge of the world. Before, you had felt as if you were drowning in the way that he carried himself, or the way that his gaze would bear down at you as if to test your strength. The aura that you once thought to be crushing had now turned into something much softer.
“You coming or are you just gonna stand there?”
One of his hands which he had tucked into his parka coat wiggled out to beckon you behind him.
“Come on. Take it.”
“Wh--”
Changbin made the choice for you then shoved both of your hands into his pocket. “It’ll be warmer this way.”
You scoffed at the gesture: it was the oldest trick in the book. “Really? Is it?”
In the cramped pocket filled with lint, his thumb rubbed up against yours. You obliged, and he tugged you close to him with each and every finger interlaced between yours.
“See? Feels better now doesn’t it?”
Flecks of salt crunched under both of your shoes when you turned the corner lit by a single streetlight. Both of the fabric of your coats squeaked standing this close to eachother. His scarf was pulled up all the way to his chin, and his hair bopped with each and every step that he took.
“You’re not going to tell me at all?”
“Can’t you just let this happen? I’m trying to surprise you, damn...”
“...Surprise? What...?”
Changbin lead the two of you past another corner to a much busier street in the nighttime: it was bustling with cars and taxi’s and it was lined with little shops on each side that leaked out tantalizing smells.
“Are we getting food here?”
“Quit asking questions.”
Two more blocks, and Changbin’s hand tugged at you all the way down the stairs to the subway where he used his own card to swipe you both in. Down there the sides of the walls were dirtied with old newspapers and cigarette butts, and the walls were of an aquamarine blue hue.
“The subway? We can’t be going too far...right?”
Still, he said nothing while he brought you right over the the waiting area, and the two of you stood amongst the businessmen in their best shirts stained with food smears and beer splatters as well as the nurses still in their scrubs after a long day.
“I said stop to asking questions.” His sentence trailed with a bit of an edge. “Here, stay close.”
A group of particularly raucous businessmen fell all over each other in a little pod closest to you and Changbin. It was as if it was instinctual for him the way that he wrapped his arm around your shoulder to pull you in to his chest where you stood on the subway deck. A dank smell of wet coats and the sweating bodies under them wove to the air once you had entered and mingled with the rest of the passengers. It was rush hour, and the capacity of the subway was near limit, so no seats could be found. You had to bury your face partially into that scarf of his as he held onto one of the straps dangling from the ceiling of the car. Both of your arms wrapped around him in a type of hug as you clung to his frame to keep your balance.
“Only a few more stops,” He assured you.
The lull of the car drew a heavy and sleepy film over your eyes, and you found yourself nuzzling into his warmth and clinging to the fabric of his coat just a bit tighter. You had never guessed, but there was an odd sense of intimacy about holding on to one person on a speeding train in a crowd of people.
“This one.” Changbin nudged you lightly, then pushed a few bodies out of your way bodyguard-style at the stop. “Watch your step.”
He swept your hand back up into his, then he led the both of you to the staircase and the sound of the city that was much louder and obvious than it was at the stop by his home. His smug smirk only grew the higher and higher that you ascended.
“Now are you going to tell me?”
“You’re horrible with surprises. Changbin nudged you with his elbow. “I’m never surprising you again.”
The skin of your cheeks were once more assaulted with the bite of the winter, and it took you several moments to figure out where he had taken you.
“Look over to your left.”
Just past a hectic intersection, there was the soft glow of lights: the first ones that you could see were yellow-white, and they were all tangled up in the branches of tree branches: making them appear as if the leaves had never fallen, but were instead replaced by these luminescent ones. You looked further past them to the entire park which was illuminated by similar string lights of all kinds of different colors: green and red, blue, pink and orange. Every single tree in the park was decorated with them, and they shone upon the area in a rainbow of colors.
“Christmas lights?”
“The last ones that they take down I think.”
“I mean...I wasn’t expecting...this” You gestured to the sea of lights before you.
The stoplight across the street blinked on to the little “walk” symbol.
Confident as ever, Changbin didn’t falter. “Let’s go.”
╚ ——————————————— ╝
You followed after Changbin under the canopy of spiny winter fingers and the lights that were spotted in between them. The passageway of the park was lined with benches on the side of the path and little groups of families, friends and couples each passed pointing out at the whole display. Christmas had been long gone, but somehow it still existed here in this little corner and the joviality it held with it.
He motioned for you to sit and brushed off the remnants of snow caked on the wood.
“I’ve got one more surprise for you.”
“I thought you said that you weren’t going to surprise me anymore?”
“Well, you’re in luck because I planned this one already.”
From his pocket he took out what looked like a thin aluminum container with hinges on the side. The metal was cold in your hands when you popped it open and inside was a small sketchbook with dotted paper and a set of double-sided colored pencils.
“I thought...you said something about colors the other day and how you liked them so I thought you would like it here with all the lights and maybe you could draw it? If you want?”
“Changbin...”
The wooden pencils were of a waxy quality; likely the kind that you could get at a corner store but that wasn’t nearly what mattered the most.
“Thank you. I mean it. I’ll draw something.”
Your heart always skipped a beat the second that you brought your pencil to the paper, and this was no exception. Across from you, there was another bench, identical to the one you sat on, and behind it, was a tree wrapped in pink lights. You set to work quickly, copying the picture as best as you could, not even caring for the little mistakes you could make. Changbin watched you from your shoulder, but you had barely taken notice. Once you had finished, you scribbled your signature at the bottom habitually.
“Here, I want you to have it.” You tore out the page. “It’s a thank you.”
He turned it over in his hand, then lightly brushed his fingertips over the way that you and woven the tree branches together and how it looked like the bench was dipped in the symphony of multi-colored lights. Beyond the tree line, you had drawn a few of the skyscrapers crowning the scene which he traced over too.
“Wow...um, thank you.” He hid his tiny grin after shoving it in his pocket.
Together you both sat, saying nothing, but rather taking in the scene together just as you had done at the noodle shop. It was peaceful simply existing next to another human being like this.
Your knuckles cracked in your lap while you recalled Chan and Felix’s urgings looking over at Changbin while he too wondered around himself.
Its not good for you. Or for them.
The man next to you rose, “Do you want to walk around a bit more? Or--”
“--Changbin...I need to tell you something.”
“What is it?” Under the pink glow of the string lights, his skin appeared softer.
“There’s something--I haven’t told you something and...you deserve to know.”
“Know...what?”
His head titled, examining the way that your face had fallen and became twisted up in the words on your tongue. He reached out to hold both of your cold-bitten cheeks in his hands, rubbing his thumbs to soothe you. You thought to yourself, there was something oddly intimate about standing out in the open with him like this: bearing yourself as such for the whole world to see, and how the tip of your nose rubbed up against his.
The words stung in your throat with a pain like acid.
“During this time when we were...there was also-I was also--”
“--I know what you’re going to stay and I want you to stop.”
“What?”
Changbin scoffed. "I should have guessed anyway but, it’s not my place either since we never really said exactly what this is.”
Your voice wavered, “I’m sorry. I’ll understand--” your arms fell to your sides. “--if you don’t want to--”
“--I said stop. Do you need me to say it again? I don’t own you or any dumb shit like that, and you don’t owe me anything either. But, I appreciate the honesty though.” Changbin pulled your forehead to rest against his, exhaling out visible breaths. “What are you going to do now?”
Just as he had done before, he reached down, all the way down your arms to wrap them around his waist.
“I-I don’t know. But--I do know that, being around you is...different and--” You sniffled, “--I don’t want to give that up yet.”
“Okay then.
You held your eyes closed, but you could hear his one and only smirk in his words.
“I wouldn’t mind sticking around either--but--you know what this means then?”
“What’s that?”
“You’re coming to my show next week.”
“Ugh, fine. I’ll go.”
Both of your breathless giggles filled the space between you both.
Your chest shook with a sigh, the kind that had been trapped, or maybe just held in for too long.
His lips were cold under the array of twinkling lights, and he delved himself into you carefully with his focus on nothing other than you. The way that he kissed you was terrifyingly beautiful: as if you were the way that each of the colors from the lines you sketched intersected and became one with the other. The heat of skin and the tip of his tongue filled your mouth with his promises that he had been composing for you since he had met you, and you could finally hear it for the first time. He had never changed the way in which he had done it from that first night.
He kissed you like he loved you, and maybe he really did.

doubles
pairing: levi x reader, ft baby kaiya (moon/stars universe) summary: it’s kaiya and levi’s birthday. and you have a proposition for levi. warnings: some suggestive themes (kissing, nudity, the use of the word daddy) but it’s very brief a/n: i struggle with writing holiday themed things so this is the closest i could come up with. enjoy and happy holidays :))
Tumblr media
Kaiya’s birthday being two days before Levi’s birthday was both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because she loved sharing her special day with Levi, and a curse because it hardly gave you time to think about what to get Levi for his own birthday. And not to mention that their birthdays were both right in the middle of the holidays.
Every year since Kaiya was born, you and Levi at least put some multicolored lights around the house, spent a weekend decorating stockings to put over the mantle of the fireplace, and spent another weekend stringing lights up outside. You had even bought a five foot tall light up snowman for the front yard, which Kaiya had loved. She had nearly fallen over when she had seen it for the first time, and then immediately tried to hug it.
And Levi glared at it whenever he pulled out of the driveway.
Even when it was just you and Levi, you’d both put some lights up around your previous apartment. That didn’t mean that Levi didn’t grumble about it the whole time.
For Kaiya’s third birthday this year, you had decided to combine her birthday party with a dinner for Levi over the weekend. And it worked out- Kaiya adores her father, and she had squealed when you asked if she would be okay with it. Levi had protested, not wanting to do anything for his birthday and wanted to give his baby the spotlight. It’s her third birthday, after all. His baby girl’s third birthday. But he had relented when Kaiya looked at him with tear filled eyes and her hands clasped together in pleading-
“Pwease, daddy! I wanna hab birfday wif daddy!”
And really, how could he ever say no to that? So you put Levi to work, asking him to pick up some gold and green glittery streamers the week before and some helium balloons the day of. Kaiya is with Erwin while you run around to pick up a cake and other last minute things.
Kaiya had wanted a tea party with some of her toddler friends from the neighborhood park for her third birthday and if that doesn’t solidify that she’s Levi’s daughter, you don’t know what does. Her favorite colors right now were greens and yellows, and so that’s how the color scheme of the party goes. But you subtly include bits and pieces of Levi’s personality in there as well- with a silver birthday hat that you had bought specially for him and with his matte black teacup with his name engraved in gold lettering.
She’s wearing a cute green glittery headband in her dark hair, black pants and a yellow long sleeve shirt with a big, glittery sunflower on it.
She’s sunshine personified, Levi thinks. He matches her, with a dark green shirt and Kaiya gasps when you whisper to her that her daddy matched her-
“We gween!” Kaiya exclaims happily.
“We have the same birthdays, princess. Of course daddy will match you,” Levi murmurs, taking her in his arms and kissing her cheek.
It’s funny- Levi hardly ever graced you with public displays of affection and vice versa. But when Kaiya came along, he’s become a little more fond of little pecks and soft displays of affection. Kaiya eats it up, with big eyes.
His eyes. Her eyes are so inexplicably a reflection of his.
“Gween nice, daddy,” Kaiya says, squeezing her Totoro stuffed toy close to her chest.
“It is nice,” Levi agrees, “What else is green the color of?”
“Umm… sky!” Kaiya shouts confidently.
“Good job, princess,” Levi murmurs, gracing her with another kiss to the cheek.
It makes you soft. Watching him carry her to her tea party with her party of three. Her two friends are seated in plastic blue chairs around the play table, while their parents linger with snacks in their hands.
You could combust, watching Levi take a seat on the small plastic chair and tipping his head so Kaiya can place a tiara on his hair. He only gives the kids a soft look, letting them fawn over him. Kaiya’s friends each pour Levi some imaginary tea from the teapot and with soft, toothy grins, “Happy birfday Uncle Levi.”
You take a video and pictures of him to save for later.
Tumblr media
Some snow still remains on the grass from a previous snowfall, covering your front and backyard in a pretty coat of paper white magic. Of course, by the time Kaiya’s friends leave and your friends arrive for dinner, Kaiya is asking to build a snowman and make snow angels.
Levi bribes her with cookies to get her to stay inside with him. She had only just gotten over a terrible cold last week and the last thing anyone needed was for her to get sick. Kaiya sits on Erwin’s lap, listening intently to a story he’s telling her about a space princess. Erwin feeds her half of a cookie and she wordlessly chews on it with wide, curious eyes.
You had cut a small cake for Kaiya with her friends and had gotten a bigger cake for both Levi and Kaiya to cut together. It’s a lemon cheesecake and you know both father and daughter will love it. Neither of them have a terribly fond sweet tooth, but this cake is just the right amount of sweet.
After all, you had baked it.
When dinner is over and you’ve refilled glasses of spiced wine for everyone, you bring out the cake with a hearty start of singing ‘Happy Birthday’. Everyone chimes in, Hange with her arms around your shoulders and Kaiya beaming happily. She reaches for Levi and pats his cheek, as if to say ‘pay attention’.
“Hap birfday, daddy,” Kaiya whispers shyly.
“Happy birthday, Kai,” Levi murmurs and pats her forehead fondly. Levi moves to stand next to you and lets Kaiya blow out the candles for him. Levi holds his hand above yours as you cut a slice of cake into sections to feed to both him and Kaiya.
“When did you make this?” Levi asks.
“Wouldn’t you like to know, birthday boy,” You tease and feed Kaiya the first piece of cake. She gasps and claps her hands enthusiastically.
“Mommy, it yum,” Kaiya giggles. You kiss her cheek and wipe away some stray cream.
“Wanna feed daddy, Kiki?”
Kaiya nods and you help guide the fork to Levi’s mouth. “Thanks, Kai,” Levi says, “Can I feed you?” With another nod, Levi gives Kaiya a small bite. Not wanting to have a sugar rush later in the evening. And finally, you feed Levi a piece of cake, smiling at Erwin when he tells you all to look at him for a photo.
You’re tempted to smear some cake on Levi’s cheek, just to irritate him but you ultimately decide against it. After all, you have something you want to say to him later.
“Hey,” You murmur with a grin, “Happy birthday, my love.”
The tips of his ears tint pink and you pat his cheek before cutting more slices for everyone to have. Mike helps you pass out slices to everyone and you smile at him in thanks.
Tumblr media
After everyone has had their fill of wine and cake, everyone begins to yawn and Kaiya even falls asleep in Erwin’s arms. It starts to flurry as well, light specks of white dotting the still air.
Your guests begin to leave after helping you clean up and after you give them leftovers to take home. After the hugs, happy birthdays, and promises that they’ll text you when they get home, Levi swiftly pulls you into his arms for a deep kiss, your knees buckling immediately.
“Is it my birthday?” You ask slyly, “You only kiss me like that when it’s my birthday.”
“That’s a fuckin’ lie,” Levi rolls his eyes.
“Yeah,” You say dreamily, “It is. You wanna go to bed or have another glass of wine?”
Levi wordlessly pulls you into the bedroom after making sure Kaiya is asleep, dropping kisses up and down your neck. His lips muffle your soft sounds, his hands gripping the curve of your hips and sliding down to your ass. He undresses you easily, peeling you out of your blouse and unbuttons your jeans.
You’re in no rush. You only press against him, hands traveling the expanse of his broad chest and squeezing lightly.
“I wanna tell you something,” You mumble weakly, lips deliciously close to his ear.
He hums in response, pulling away to look you in the eyes. A hand comes to rest against your cheek, thumb caressing your cheekbone.
“I love you,” You say earnestly, “But also. I want another kid. I wanna give Kai a sibling. I wanna make you a daddy again. Wanna give me a baby, daddy?”
Levi rolls his eyes at your use of the word, swatting your ass lightly. “Kaiya would be a good big sister. And… I’ve been thinking about it, too.”
“Why didn’t either of us say anything then?”
“The idea was marinating-”
“Marinating? Don’t say that the idea of a second baby was marinating like meat in the fridge,” You joke, swatting his chest, “I was trying to be cute, by telling you on your birthday celebration. And you just compared our second baby to marinade-”
“I wanna make us parents again,” Levi whispers, cutting you off, “Want some of my marinade?”
“Do I ever,” You grin, licking a stripe up his neck, “So a second kid? You ready for it?”
“Are you ready for it? Are we ready for it?”
“I’m ready if it’s with you, my love,” You say softly, with a smile, “I’m ready for anything if it’s with you.”

A Love Like War
This was a Bakudeku smut from my old blog and it’s finally made its way here! Scheming heroes push Bakugou to make a move on Deku!
Word Count: 6969
Warnings: anal sex, mxm, choking, Daddy! kink, Bunny! kink (both of those are kinda brief) biting, marking, semi public making out, unsafe sex (wrap it before you tap it), Izuku is a virgin but Bakugou def changes that, anal fingering.  THEY ARE PRO HEROES IN THIS STORY, WHOLE ASS ADULTS
Tumblr media
It was no secret to anyone in the agency that Bakugou Katsuki doesn’t admit his feelings for anyone. He refuses to come to terms with his emotions. But one emotion that he couldn’t hide from his colleagues was how he felt about a particular Pro-Hero, a long time friend of his, the one and only Midoriya Izuku.
Some were brave (or stupid, depending on who you asked) enough to try and confront the blond hero with how he truly feels about Midoriya, but red eyes filled with malice would greet them, causing them to retreat almost immediately after. Eventually the heroes quit trying to have Bakugou admit his true feelings outright, but one day, Uraraka decided to come up with another way of approaching things.
She knocked softly on the conference room door then entered when Iida granted her permission, a mischievous smile stretched across her face. There, standing with Iida, was Todoroki, Kirishima, Tsu, and Momo, the five almost immediately realizing that the young woman had something mischievous brewing in her mind.
It was a scheduled meeting that all heroes in the company was supposed to attend but Izuku and Bakugou was called away to deal with a villain, which had pushed the meeting back a bit further into the day, something that was common at their company.
“Uraraka, I’m not sure I like the way you’re grinning. What are you thinking about?” Iida asked, settling in his chair. She claimed an empty chair at the conference table then rushed out, “Okay so we all know how Bakugou is head over heels for Deku but we keep running into the same problem over and over again. That problem?  Getting him to admit it, not only to himself, but also to Deku.”
“Actually there’s another problem. Do we even know if Midoriya likes him? There’s really no point in trying to get Bakugou to admit his feelings if Izuku doesn’t like him back.” Kirishima pointed out, leaning forward. Katsuki was one of his closest friends and he knew how much Deku meant to the blond man, no matter how much he tried to deny it. Letting his friend get his heart broken was not something that he wanted to happen.
Uraraka clicked her fingers at the red haired man then replied, “And that’s why I took Deku out a couple days ago and let him get wasted. I kept pouring the drinks in and the secrets just kept pouring out. Turns out, our favorite young hero is head over heels for our hothead.”
“Okay, so we know that they’re hot for each other but how are we going to get Bakugou to admit it? He’s one of the most stubborn people that I’ve ever met, including Todoroki.” Tsu commented, tapping her fingers on the table. The taller man turned to face her then remarked, “I’m not sure how I’m supposed to take that comment.”
“You’re stubborn. It’s a good and bad trait, take it as you will.” she replied, turning back to Uraraka who went on to explain the rest of the plan she had come up with, “Okay so we can all flirt with Deku when Bakugou is around and he’ll get really jealous, which would lead to him admitting that he has feelings for Izuku!” The five heroes stared at their friend, unsure on how to reply then Momo chirped, “It could work. Katsuki is an extremely jealous person, so it wouldn’t surprise me if this would make him cave.”
Ochako turned to face Iida who gave a deep sigh then replied, “If this goes bad, Uraraka, this will land on your head.” She nodded enthusiastically in understanding then Kirishima agreed, “Hell yeah, anything to get those two in motion!” Tsu glanced up and muttered, “I might as well do my best, but I have to say, I’m not sure if I’ll be clear enough that I’m flirting.”
The rest of the heroes turned to Todoroki, who was currently studying out the window, multicolored leaves falling from the large trees that stood tall against the building then he turned his attention back to the conversation, answering, “No. I will not manipulate either of my friends, no matter how well of a couple they would make. They should come to this decision without us pushing them together.”
Uraraka stared at him for a moment then said, “With or without you, this plan is going through, Shouto. Should we start today?”  Nods and agreements sounded throughout the room then the door to the conference room opened, revealing a freshly showered Izuku and Katsuki, the two clearly satisfied with the work they put in today. The six stared at the newly returned heroes then Iida chimed, “Today works fine. Midoriya, I just got the video from the police! Well done apprehending that villain! It seems you’re getting better at wielding your quirk everyday that you’re in the field.”
Izuku’s eyebrows furrowed together then he gave a glance over to Bakugou, who had claimed one of the chairs at the far end of the table, and replied, “Iida, it was Kacchan who caught the villain, not me. I just led him into the alley, that’s all.” Uraraka jumped to her feet and chirped, “Yeah but that’s an amazing strategy, Deku! The villain didn’t have anywhere to run. You’re so smart.”
“Except that the villain nearly did get away because this nerd backed him into an alleyway without having a fucking backup plan. Lucky for him, I was waiting behind them to blast that piece of shit into the wall.” Bakugou commented, turning in his chair to look at Deku, who flushed at his statement, his head hanging low.
The meeting went on and the moment that it ended, Momo took her chance to flirt with Izuku. She stepped in stride with both Bakugou and Deku then chirped, “Hey Midoriya, I just wanted to tell you that you look gorgeous today. And that shirt? White was always such a great color on you.”
Midoriya met her flirting with a sheepish smile as he replied, “Thanks Momo, I was really unsure on if it looked good, so I appreciate you telling me that.” She stared at him for a moment then nodded as she murmured, “Uh, yeah, not a problem. I hope you have a great day.”then walked away.
“Hmm, that was weird, don’t you think, Kacchan?” Izuku asked, turning to glance up at the blond man who was now glaring at the back of Momo’s head as she retreated from her first attempt. Slowly, Katsuki nodded then walked to his desk, prepared to finish typing up his official report. With a shrug, Midoriya followed behind his partner, eager to finish the report they had to type up.
Tenya turned to Ochaka then admitted, “This might be harder than we thought it would be. Midoriya is much more oblivious than we considered.” She squared her shoulders then held her head high as she replied, “We’re not done yet. We’re just going to have to be more straightforward with him.”
“God this is going to end so bad.” Todoroki groaned, allowing his head to hit the table.
And so the day went on with the heroes trying their best to flirt with Izuku every chance that they got when Katsuki was near, which was every time they passed Deku and Bakugou’s desks, their flirtations growing more and more bold as they tried to push Bakugou in the right direction of admitting his feelings.
“Izuku, you look amazing today, man! Did you do something new with your hair?” Kirishima asked, ruffling the shorter man’s curls as he passed their desks. Slowly Bakugou’s head lifted from where he was staring at his computer screen then his eyes narrowed at his close friend as Izuku replied, “Nope just my normal ‘run my hands through my hair and hope it doesn’t poof up.’ But thank you! You’re the second person to compliment me today!”
“Sorry we don’t compliment you more. You’re amazing, Midoriya. So manly.” Kirishima stated, a smile stretching across his face. Izuku’s smile turned a bit confused then Katsuki spat, “Hey you damn nerd, aren’t you supposed to be finishing that report for Iida?” Midoriya’s eyes widened then he rushed out, “O-oh, yeah, right, sorry Kacchan. I’ll finish it and bring it to him in person.” At Izuku’s apologetic tone, Bakugou’s face softened a bit and he muttered, “Yeah, whatever, let’s just finish this fucking thing.”
The pro heroes fell back into silence, the soft taps of their keyboards echoing throughout their shared office, then glanced upwards at his partner, a small smile stretched across the younger man’s face as he finished typing up his report from this morning, then the blond allowed his glare to fall.
Only ten minutes later, Ochako approached the two, tapping the green haired man on the shoulder. He turned and flashed his signature smile at one of his oldest friends but before he got the chance to greet her, she stated, “I may not be a photographer, but I can picture us together.”
Someone in passing snorted at her pick up line but it was enough to make Bakugou spit out the drink of his coffee, the hot liquid thankfully missing his monitor. She stared at Midoriya, waiting for a reaction then he asked, “Are you trying out pick up lines on me to see if you should use them on Tsu? Because I already know that she would love that one.”
“Ugh!” Ochaka cried out, storming away from the two pro heroes. Midoriya turned to face Katsuki, whose hands were now smoking, trembling as he glared at the young brunette who just exited their office. Izuku placed a soft hand on Katsuki’s shoulder then asked quietly, “Uh, Kacchan, are you okay? Your hands… they’re smoking.”
The blond’s head snapped up and he wiped the sweat from his palms, smothering the incoming explosions then he muttered, “Just turn in the fuckin’ reports, you damn nerd.” Izuku’s face flooded with his blush and he rushed out, “You got it, Kacchan!”
It took about three more hours into the day for it to finally dawn on poor Midoriya that everyone was purposely flirting with him but he wouldn’t have noticed it if Katsuki hadn’t pointed it out to him.
Tenya had stopped by to announce that they would be on patrol the next afternoon then Iida turned to his shorter friend and chirped, “Of course, you won’t have a problem with that, right, Izuku? No villain is dumb enough to mess with your quirk on a Saturday! You’re far too powerful.”
And with that, Iida took his leave, heading out of their office to catch Momo who just so happened to be walking by as well. Midoriya walked back to his desk but before he claimed his seat, he stated, “I don’t get it. People are trying out pick up lines and saying all kinds of nice things about me. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I like it, but why today?” Bakugou’s head barely lifted from his desk as he grumbled, “They’re not just being nice, you fuckin’ nerd, they’re flirting with you.”
“Flirting with me? Why is everyone flirting with me today?” Izuku asked, settling at his desk across from Bakugou, who was now glaring at his screen. Red eyes flickered up to watch the green haired man began to mutter to himself, trying to comprehend what had gotten into his friends then Bakugou huffed, muttering, “Maybe it’s the fall weather. Always put you in a good fucking mood, maybe you’ve infected them with the cheerful bullshit.”
“Yeah, maybe you’re right, Kacchan!” Izuku chirped, his grin widening. The blond rolled his eyes then muttered, “It was a fucking joke, you nerd.” Deku’s face fell at his friend’s harsh words then the taller man sighed, stating, “Relax. Maybe they just feel like flirting with you today, I don’t know. Just get back to work.”
While the two heroes returned to their research on the most recent villains that had emerged from the pits of wherever the hell they crawled out of, the five heroes in on Uraraka’s plan snuck back into the conference room that they began in, obviously annoyed that Bakugou wasn’t making a move to admitting his feelings for Deku. Kirishima unfortunately had been sent home for bed rest after he encountered a villain earlier in the day, so it was up to the rest of them to carry out the plan.
“This isn’t working! He’s obviously jealous that we’re flirting with Deku but it’s not enough! We need something more to push him! Someone he can’t stand. That would definitely drive him to tell Deku how he really feels.” Uraraka stated, after the heroes settled into the small conference room once again. They began thinking of who could possibly set Bakugou off enough to put him into motion when everyone began to turn towards Todoroki, who was staring out the window once again.
He glanced back at his friends then his face fell, beginning to shake his head as he protested, “Our friends are grown men, logical people who knows how to express proper emotions to the ones they love.”  The other four stared at the dual haired man and Uraraka said, “It’s like you don’t even know Bakugou. He couldn’t even admit that he liked the gifts we got him for his birthday last year. He’s too prideful to admit when he likes someone.”
Agreements went around then Iida pointed out, “You care for Midoriya. You care for Bakugou. You want them to be happy, just like the rest of us do, so nudge Bakugou in the right direction.” The dual quirk user gave a sigh then muttered, “I hate the fact that you people actually make sense. Fine, but if this doesn’t work, why don’t we just-“
“Great, go get ‘im, tiger!” Uraraka chirped, shoving him out of the conference room, slamming the door in his face. He stared at the now closed room then sighed before he muttered, “Why don’t we just tell Midoriya that we know Bakugou likes him and have them talk it through like adults instead of treating them like middle schoolers?”
Silence met his question, but it wasn’t like he was anticipating an actual answer. With a groan, he went in search of Midoriya. When he couldn’t find the young quirk user, he realized that the best way to catch Bakugou’s attention was to ask the blond where he had run off to.
“Hey, Bakugou, you seen Midoriya lately?” Copper eyes lifted to glare the younger man then demanded, “What’s it to you, Half and Half?” A lazy smirk stretched across Shoto’s face then he replied, “No real reason, just wanted to ask him something.” Katsuki glared at him in return then snapped, “Damn nerd left for his lunch break about an hour ago if you’re so damn insistent.”
“Todoroki! Hey, what’s up?” Izuku chirped, setting his lunch bag down. Todoroki shared a glance with Bakugou for a few more seconds then turned to Midoriya, saying, “I was actually looking for you. Would you mind taking a small walk with me?” And it was a small walk indeed. Izuku and Shoto walked a meer ten feet then stopped at the window, the two beginning to chat.
“God the leaves are beautiful this time of year.” Izuku said, awe oozing from his voice as he stared out the window. Todoroki took a deep breath then made sure that Bakugou was paying attention to how close they were and said, “Not as beautiful as you are.” Midoriya turned to look at the taller man who added, “You’re a beautiful person, Izuku, and you deserve someone who is always going to have your back. There’s so many people out there who could be right for you… Ochako, Iida, Kirishima, maybe even Tsu, hell, you could have Momo. But…”
He paused, glancing over Midoriya’s shoulder to lock his gaze with a now fuming Bakugou, his eyes darkening with his anger. Todoroki turned back to Izuku, who was staring up at the dual quirk user, before he cupped the shorter man’s cheeks, Deku beginning to tremble in Shoto’s grasp as he leaned closer.
But their lips never touched, oh no. An explosion sounded behind them, Bakugou’s computer now on fire, and the blond was now just a few feet away from them. The four heroes from the conference room emerged from where they were watching the entire scene and the blond hero shouted at him, “You sons of bitches wanted me to fuckin’ admit my feelings right?! So you got Half and Half to push me over the edge, well here we fuckin’ go!” He turned to Deku who’s eyes were wide, brimming with tears, then tangled his fist in the shorter man’s shirt, dragging Izuku into a filthy kiss.
Gasps surrounded them and a soft whine escaped Izuku as Bakugou pulled him closer to prevent the green haired man from hitting the floor. The blond nipped at his bottom lip and he pulled away, still gripping Midoriya tightly. The explosive hero turned to his colleagues and hissed, “Now if you’re happy, Deku and I are clocking out and I’m gonna bang his brains out.” And with that, the two heroes left the office, Izuku stumbling after Katsuki as he rushed out, “K-Kacchan, please, slow down, don’t you think we should at least talk before you-you, ya know?!”
For a second, Izuku was afraid that Bakugou wasn’t going to answer him, only for the blond to turn, pushing the green haired man against the waII,stating in a low tone,"Ever since we were younger, you had always been there for me, no matter what. I'm not sure when it dawned on me, but when it did, it wouldn't go away. Every time I saw you, my heart would fucking beat out of my chest and it pissed me off to no end. It finally got me when we got to UA, and you helped Half and Half. All you did was focus on him and not me.”
Deku stared at his life long friend then he began to laugh, shaking his head at Bakugou's ridiculous jealousy then he replied, "I wish you would've told me the truth instead of acting like you hated me all this time. At times, I really felt like you wanted to kill me!" The blond sighed and tugged Izuku to his car, the two claiming their respective seats, and Katsuki admitted, "I wanted to kill those idiots when I realized what they were doing but it was fuckin’ weird when you didn't seem into Pink Cheeks and when IcyHot pulled you in for a kiss, he winked at me and it hit me."
"You always were the jealous one out of us. I'm sorry that I never told you how I feel. I was just so scared that you would reject me and I don't know if I could handle that." Izuku rushed out, beginning to fidget with his hands, only for Katsuki to lay a hand over his partner's fingers.
"Get out of your head,Deku. I wouldn't have kissed you if I didn't want you. And when we get back to my apartment, I'm going to fuck you so hard, no one is going to flirt with you ever again. Especially that bastard, Half and Half." The two fell into silence, Bakugou still holding Deku's hand as he drove back to his home. They got halfway to Katsuki’s apartment when Izuku asked in a quiet voice, “What if Kirishima is there?”
A smirk stretched lazily across the blond’s face as he replied, “Trust me, I’ve already taken care of that.” Kirishima and Bakugou had been roommates for years now and part of Midoriya wondered what Bakugou meant by he had already taken care of his redhead roommate but being drug into a kiss as they pulled into a red light stopped Deku’s mind from running rampant.
Slowly, the blond pulled away, a satisfied grin stretched across his face, only growing larger when Midoriya whined in protest, his fingers tangling in Bakugou’s shirt to drag him closer for another kiss.
“God, you were always fucking greedy. Can’t wait to have you whining for me to fuck you. Hear you beg for my cock.” Katsuki admitted, granting the green haired man another kiss that made him melt in his seat. A bright blush claimed the majority of Midoriya’s face then he whimpered, “K-Kacchan…”
“Fuck, you’re so damn pretty, Deku. So goddamn gorgeous. If you’re whining like this just for a kiss, I can’t wait to see what you’re like when you’re begging for my cock.” A honk from the car behind him pushed Bakugou back into reality, pressing on the gas to drive the rest of the way back to his apartment. Deku squirmed in his seat then an idea bloomed in his mind, his hands slipping down to unbuckle his pants.
The sound of his zipper being undone filled the empty air and Bakugou’s head turned briefly from where he was watching the road, a groan escaping the blond when he noticed that the green haired man had his hand down the front of his jeans, a soft whine escaping the younger hero.
“Deku, please fucking tell me you’re not jerking off right now.”
“‘Course not, Kacchan.” Deku answered, a smile stretched across his face. The blond groaned when he realized that the green haired man was fucking touching himself in his passenger seat then pressed a bit harder on the gas, eager to cut their drive time down. Deku turned his head and began to study Katsuki’s profile, fondness filling his chest. Kacchan was a pain in Izuku’s ass but he always pushed him to do better, whether it was on tests, in training, or even a fight.
Midoriya pulled his hand out of his pants then grabbed a napkin out of Bakugou’s glovebox, wiping his fingers off. He glanced out the window and his heart began to race when he realized that they had arrived at Katsuki’s apartment, excitement bubbling over. Kacchan pulled into his designated parking spot then killed the car engine, opening his door. Izuku slid out of the car and began walking behind Katsuki, his nerves finally hitting him.
He began to mutter to himself, his fingers twisting in the nape of his hair as he began to allow his insecurities to creep in on his mind. The blond man paused in his stride then allowed the green haired man to bump into his back. Bakugou turned to face his partner and tilted his head down at his counterpart, stating, “God, even when you’re about to be fucked, you’re still in your head. Do you really need me drag you out of there, you damn nerd?”
Midoriya licked his lips at Bakugou’s question and murmured, “Maybe you do.” The blond tangled his fist in the front of Izuku’s shirt, dragging him forward, before he growled, “God, you’re gonna be the death of me. You want me to bring your nerdy ass out of your head, fine. Let’s fucking go.” Katsuki began dragging Izuku in front of him then pushed him forward, snapping, “Go on, walk. I’ll tell you where to go since you’re so fucking busy muttering to yourself that you need me to drag you along to my apartment.”
“Yes, Kacchan, anything for you.” Midoriya murmured, batting his eyes up at Katsuki. The older hero shook his head then muttered, “You’re fucking ridiculous, you know that? Come on, Deku, let’s go.”
They entered the apartment building and Bakugou nodded at the person running the front desk then pressed the up button, his foot tapping impatiently as the elevator slid downwards multiple floors. With every time that the number changes, Izuku got a bit more antsy. Katsuki glanced around and wrapped his arms around Deku’s waist, pulling him into his chest, then nuzzled into the crook of his neck.
“Kacchan, can’t you wait? Everyone can see us…” Midoriya whined, gasping when Bakugou slid his hand up his shirt, nails scraping against his torso. The blond chuckled in his ear and replied, “Isn’t that the thrill of it? Everyone could see your pretty damn face as I push and pull at you until you fucking cry for me to let you come. Wouldn’t that be fucking fun?” The younger man trembled in his grasp and whimpered, “Kacchan, please.” Katsuki scraped his teeth against his neck then backed away as Deku leaned backwards for more, a smirk stretched across his face.
The elevator doors slid open and they stepped inside, Midoriya immediately going to the far left corner then Bakugou hit the button for his floor. He settled against the side of the elevator then flickered his gaze over to the green haired man who was playing with his fingers.
This was going to be so much fucking fun. Deku was always so easy to fluster and Bakugou always took advantage of that. Soft chimes alerted the two as they hit another floor and Katsuki usually found the sound annoying, too high pitched for his liking, but today, it was even worse.
Every chime caused him to tap his foot even faster, Izuku glancing over at him. They were only on the sixth floor, fourteen more to go until they reached their destination. Midoriya licked his lips then inched closer to him before grabbing his hand. Katsuki boxed him in and asked, “Thought you said you wanted to wait til we got up to my fuckin’ place, Deku?”
“No, I said not in front of everyone. There’s a difference when there’s a door between us and whoever might get on the elevator. And considering that there’s two elevators and we’re going up, the chances of us stopping and letting someone on who’s going up is slim to none. So are you going to kiss me or not?” Bakugou growled at his response then tangled his fingers through the green curls, tugging him into a kiss. Izuku moaned into his mouth then Katsuki gripped the inside of his knee, wrapping his leg around his waist as he grinded against Deku.
The elevator let out a loud chime and Izuku shoved the blond away, a small smile stretched across his face as he walked out of the small space towards Katsuki’s apartment. The older man stared at the green haired man then raced after him, snarling, “Deku, get back here.” The shorter hero let a gleeful laugh and continued his running, eager to urge Kacchan on. The blond skid into the hallway that held his apartment and a wolfish grin overtook his lips as realization hit Izuku: the corridor was a dead end and Kacchan knew it too.
“Would you look at that: Deku got fucking caught again. You really need to work on having better plans.” Bright green eyes flashed in excitement then the shorter hero chirped, “You ever think about how maybe I want to be caught by you, Kacchan?” The blond clenched his jaw then began stalking towards the green haired man as he snapped, “Come on then, Deku. Get your ass over here.” The younger hero crooked his fingers at his childhood friend and stated, “Come get me.” Bakugou let off a small explosion and had Deku in his grasp seconds later, pressing him tightly against the door as he snarled, “You’re hit now.”
“Oh fuck, please spank me.” Midoriya gasped, leaning up on his tiptoes in an attempt to kiss the taller hero. The blond laughed and shook his head, stating, “Let’s get in my bedroom before I get you begging for me.” Izuku pouted at the reply then Katsuki pushed his chin upwards with a finger, murmuring, “Don’t fucking pout at me, I haven’t even given you anything to pout about yet, you damn nerd.” Green eyes widened at the underlying promise then Bakugou unlocked the front door to his apartment, leading his partner inside to his bedroom.
Midoriya glanced over his shoulder to catch Katsuki’s eye then flashed a small grin as he turned on his heel. Tangling his fingers in the hem of his shirt, the shorter man pulled the blond into a kiss, their teeth clashing a bit awkwardly then Bakugou tilted his head to lick into his mouth eagerly. He tangled his fingers tightly in Izuku’s curls and jerked harshly to break the kiss as the younger hero moaned. Red eyes fluttered open then a small smirk stretched across Bakugou’s face and he pulled Izuku’s shirt over his head before he shoved him backwards to the bed.
Deku scrambled onto his back as his partner crawled over him, long fingers finding the button and zipper of his pants, eager to get him undressed all the way. Izuku slid his hands underneath Katsuki’s shirt and yanked it over his head before pulling him into a kiss, a groan escaping the blond as the younger man tugged at his hair. The two separated and the green haired man began tugging Kacchan’s pants down his thighs, a devilish smile stretching across his face as he shoved his partner onto his pack, crawling into his lap after he finished undressing him.
“What the hell do you think you’re doing, you damn nerd?”
“Sitting in Kacchan’s lap. Is that okay?” Izuku asked, batting his eyes. The blond raised an eyebrow at him then opened his bedside drawer to pull the lube out, waving it in front of Deku’s face before he answered, “As long as you ride me, hell yeah that’s okay with me.” Green eyes widened at his offer then Izuku asked, “Wait, are you sure, Kacchan? I-I’ve never done this before.” Bakugou paused where he was putting lube on his fingers then he asked, “Wait, what? Are you serious, Deku? You’re a virgin?” The younger man ducked his head to press his face into Bakugou’s chest as he mumbled, “Look, I never met anyone besides you that I wanted. So yeah, I’ve never had sex before.”
Katsuki tangled his fingers through the green curls and yanked, forcing the man in his lap to meet his eyes before he murmured, “Shit, now I really want to fuck you. The fact that no one else has fucked you before. God.” He crushed Deku into a kiss and he gripped his ass with his clean hand, grinding upwards. The green haired hero moaned as their cocks rubbed together then the blond pulled away, panting. Bakugou licked his lips then urged, “Spread yourself for me. Go on, Deku, you can do it.” He nodded in understanding and did as the older man asked, lifting onto his knees to give him more room to work .
Bakugou slid a finger inside and Izuku’s head tipped forward, gasping as the blond crooked the digit upwards, muttering, “You’re so fucking tight, nerd. God, can’t wait to fuck you.” Midoriya nodded wordlessly then leaned back for more, waiting for a second finger. A small chuckle filled his ears then Katsuki stated, “Greedy fucking nerd. Shoulda known, though. You’re always pushing for more, no matter what it is.” Deku pouted at his statement but the man stated, “Don’t fucking whine at me, you brat. ” He pumped the digit for a minute then pressed a second one inside, Izuku moaning at the stretch that his partner’s fingers offered.
“Kacchan, please… I need more!” Midoriya mumbled, rocking back as he gripped the sheets below them. Bakugou flashed a grin then asked, “Is that so? Go on then, take it, nerd, you can do it.” The blond began to finger him faster, crooking the digits in search of the spot that was sure to have the green haired man arching into his touch. Izuku cried out as the fingers rubbed against his prostate then a wolfish grin stretched across Katsuki’s face and he pressed harder, eager to hear Deku cry for him.
“Kacchan, I need you, please! Please fuck me!” Bakugou met the emerald gaze that was glued to his face then replied, “Oh no, not yet, nerd. You’ve gotta take a third finger before I’m fucking you, understand?” Curls bounced as Midoriya nodded eagerly, prepared to take whatever Katsuki was willing to give him. Another finger slid in beside the other two then Bakugou increased his speed, biting his lip in concentration before he paused, glancing up at Izuku as he cried out in protest. His hips began to raise then he sank back down, huffing. If Kacchan wasn’t going to finger him, he’d do it himself.
“Looks like Deku finally got fed up with me teasing him. You gonna ride my cock too? Make me fuck you, let you do all the work?” Bakugou asked, nipping Midoriya’s jawline. He shook his head and pleaded, “Kacchan, please, it’s not the same! Please… please fuck me right, please, I’m ready, I promise. I just, I need your cock! God, give me your cock already!” Emerald eyes flashed in the moonlight and Katsuki nearly gasped at the hunger, the lust that the irisies held. He pulled the fingers from his ass then reached for a condom, only for Deku to slap it out of his hand. Katsuki frowned at him and Izuku provided his explanation for why he knocked the condom away, “You know I’m clean and I’m pretty sure you’re clean. Aren’t you?”
“So.. you want me to raw you for your first time?” Midoriya pulled the blond into a kiss, moaning into his mouth, then pulled away, tongue swiping out to catch the spit that threatened to drip from his lips before he murmured, “Fuck me, Kacchan. No condom, just lube.” Bakugou grabbed the lube hurriedly then slicked up his cock before pressing the head to Midoriya’s opening. Ruby eyes watched every muscle tick and spasm as he inched his dick in further, eager to press deeper.
“Fuck me, you’re so fucking tight, Deku… Just relax, I got you. Okay?” Katsuki asked, pausing enough to get an actual answer from his lover. Izuku’s eyes fluttered open then he whined, pressing his ass down as much as Bakugou would allow, and he asked, “Why’d you stop? Please, I… I need it, please, I can take it!” The blond laced his fingers through his curls and gave a yank, forcing the younger hero to pause then he answered, “Oh, I know you can take my cock, baby, you just gotta fucking relax some so I can get in there without coming the second that I’m in your ass.”
Izuku nodded in understanding and began to relax, leaning forward to kiss him before Kacchan pushed in more, groaning into the kiss as he did so. His hips jerked when he felt the green haired man rut downwards and he gripped his hips, growling as Midoriya grinded down, pushing for more. He licked his lips, red eyes gleaming, before he snapped his hips against Deku’s, forcing a choked moan out of him, then snapped his teeth, eager to bite, only to hold back. He couldn’t bite him, not Deku, no matter how tempting the freckled skin was to him.
“Kacchan, please! O-Oh, fuck, please!” Izuku arched his back as he sucked a string of hickeys down his throat and it was almost like he was both chasing and running away from the pleasure beginning to race through his system. He snapped his hips upwards and Midoriya cried out, head flung back then pressed his hands to Katsuki’s chest, nails digging sharply into his chest then tried to lift onto his knees. The blond gripped his hips and pulled him back down, a wolfish grin taking over his expression.
“What’s the matter, Bunny? Why the fuck are you running away, thought you wanted me to fuck you?” Bakugou cooed, cupping his partner’s face. Deku whimpered at the nickname then the blond grinned, chiming, “Oh, I see how fucking it is. Little Bunny can’t take my fat dick even though he’s been thirsting after it for fucking years now. Go on, you damn brat, tell me.”
“Please Daddy, I need it, need your cock. Need it so bad, please!” Izuku cried out, hips rocking downwards to make Bakugou move, only for the blond to slam him on his back. Katsuki cupped the back of Deku’s knees and bent him in half, then slammed forward, a growl bubbling in his chest as he snarled, “Fuck, I knew you’d be a slut for the whole Daddy shit. You act way too fucking innocent not to.  Come on, you’re always running that damn mouth of yours, so talk!”
“Daddy! Oh god, please, fuck, I need you to fuck me, fuck me please! I want you to come in me and fuck me until I can’t feel my legs, god, Daddy, please!” he begged, fingers tangling desperately in the sheets below him. Katsuki began to pull out slowly, only to plunge back in mercilessly, forcing Midoriya to whine out, “Kacchan! Oh fuck, Kacchan, please!” Bakugou wrapped his hand around Izuku’s throat and pressed him further into the sheets, choking him as he spat, “Kacchan? What the fuck happened to ‘Daddy’, Bunny? Do you need me to spank you to remind you who I am?”
“N-No, I’m sorry, Daddy, please! Please Daddy, I’ll be good, please don’t spank me!” Midoriya pleaded, fingers reaching forward to claw at Katsuki’s side to draw him back. A laugh rumbled through the blond’s chest as he sunk into Izuku’s opening, snapping his teeth at the tightness. The green haired man turned his head then mumbled, “Bite me, please, Daddy! Need it, need your mark.”
Bakugou was tempted to remark that he had marked Izuku already, thanks to the necklace made from hickeys now around his throat, but the hunger to bite him was far too great. He yanked his hand away, allowing Midoriya to take a deep breath, then Katsuki bit his shoulder, hard enough to draw blood. The younger hero jerked in his hold with a shout and the blond pulled away, licking his lips clean. Bakuogu glanced down then groaned when he realized what made Deku scream. His freckled chest and torso was now painted in white, ribs rising and falling rapidly as Izuku gasped for air.
“Holy shit, you fucking came untouched. Fuck, that’s so damn hot, Bunny. Dammit, now I really want to come.” Emerald eyes flickered open then Midoriya murmured, “Do it, Kacchan. Come in me, want it so bad.” Bakugou began rutting his hips faster, eager to do as his partner wanted, and bit the area where Izuku’s shoulder met his neck, as he came. The two laid there for a few seconds then Katsuki pulled out slowly, easing Deku’s legs to the bed, before he kissed his partner, stating, “Just lay there, I’m gonna go grab a towel and a washcloth. You want some water?”
The green haired man nodded in agreement then mumbled, “Yes please. Thank you, Kacchan.” Bakugou paused at what Deku stated and raised an eyebrow at the man on his bed before he asked, “Did you seriously just thank me for fucking you stupid?” His freckled nose crinkled at his crude statement then he replied, “No, I thanked you for taking my virginity and not kicking me out of your bed directly after.” Katsuki walked back to his bed and brushed the curls out of his face before he said, “I’m not kicking you out at all, Deku. You’re my boyfriend, not fucking IcyHot or Pink Cheeks or Four Eyes. Mine. So just go to fucking sleep or get comfortable before I decide that you need to be fucked a second time tonight.”
“Mm, I’m all for a second round.” the green haired man admitted, cuddling closer to the older hero. Bakugou scoffed and pushed off the bed, going to retrieve the items that he needed. When he returned to the bedroom, the shorter man was now asleep and he couldn’t help but laugh. 20 years later and they had gone from childhood friends, to bully and victim, rivals, friends, partners, then finally boyfriends. He could practically hear their families and friends cheering when they would make it official and it made him roll his eyes.
He cleaned Deku up the best he could since the man had fallen asleep then pulled the covers over the two, tugging his partner into his side. He glanced down at the freckled face that he had become so familiar with then mumbled, “Love you, damn Deku.”
“Love you too, Kacchan.” Izuku murmured, shifting in his arms to get comfortable.
-
“Holy shit, Izubro, you look like you had a hell of a run in with a vampire!” Kirishima laughed as Midoriya tugged off his shirt. The green haired man flushed at the attention that the
redhead had drug onto him, his fellow heroes and friends turning to examine the bites and hickeys that Katsuki had left last night, then Bakugou turned the corner, snapping, “You better watch your fucking mouth, Shitty Hair, you’ll never know if that damn vampire is lurking.”
Kirishima jumped away from the blond then continued preparing himself for the day, silence taking over the locker room again. Katsuki walked over to Midoriya and ran a thumb over one of the bites he left then mumbled, “You need to clean those tonight. Don’t want them infected.” Izuku nodded in understanding and the taller hero kissed him before turning to Todoroki.
“I didn’t fucking leave those just because I wanted to. I did it to warn anyone who decided to try their damn luck with Deku. You try and fucking kiss him again, I’ll fucking kill you, got it, Half and Half? Bakugou asked, narrowing his eyes at the duel quirk user. Shouto only smiled at his threat.

"Dude, I don't know if she actually wants to celebrate her birthday this year. She hasn't really said anything about it." Scott said in a whisper as him and Stiles stood in front of your locker armed with wrapping paper, confetti and what looked like an accordion spring.
"Who doesn't want to celebrate their birthday? Girls are different Scottie, they'll say they don't want to do something but really they do. They just want the guys to do the work." Stiles said as he dropped his backpack and began pulling out the tape and scissors.
"Like they're testing us?" Scott asked confused and Stiles nodded his head before gesturing violently to the locked locker. Scott jumped into action and began quickly spinning your lock.
"She said she doesn't want the attention but when has she ever said no to us? I mean we're her best friends she's gonna love this." Stiles said confidently as they began their work for your birthday tomorrow.
"Oh my god Lydia, I hate this." You hissed when you walked down the hallway and spotted your locker. It was wrapped in birthday wrapping paper that was black with multicolored balloons. Lydia snickered softly next to you as the two of you came to stand in front of your locker. "I'm going to kill them. I told Scott I didn't want all of this. I had hoped he'd be able to curb Stiles." You said with a loud groan.
"They love you and birthdays are a big deal. Especially to Stiles. You know that boy is head over heels for you. Plus I think it's sweet." She said with a head tilt.
"No he's not, don't say that." You chastised quickly. Lydia knew about your crush on your best friend and had been constantly been bringing up that he was in love with you. You didnt believe her even though you desperately wished she was right. "Well if you think it's so sweet I'm gonna sick them on you when it's your birthday." You threatened and smirked when you saw her eyes widen.
"Don't you dare." She gasped out. Laughing you turned from her to begin opening your locker. When you had gotten the lock undone you easily opened your locker only to be surprised as something sprung out at you and confetti seemed to explode into the air around you raining down all over. You heard a soft snicker next to you and whipped your head to glare at Lydia before turning back to the contraption in front of you. There was brightly colored birthday card attached to a spring and what looked like a little container that had probably held the confetti. "It's a cute look on you." Lydia said trying to hold in her laughter as she began picking some of the confetti out your hair.
"You were supposed to wait!" Shouted a familiar voice that had you turning while you were still in your daze. Long arms wrapped around you and crushed your body to a taller one in a tight hug. "Happy Birthday! I'm sorry we weren't here to see you open your locker. We overslept."
"Gee, I wonder why." You quipped out sarcastically and Lydia laughed softly behind you as you looked up at Stiles. He looked down at you with a bright happy smile that melted away your annoyance at your two best friends. Lydia was right, it was sweet that they went through all this trouble just for you. Your eyes looked to the side and saw a sheepish looking Scott and you grinned before stepping towards him and pulling him into a hug.
"You're not upset?" He asked softly in your ear as he returned your hug.
"A little but I'll get over it. Thank you." You said with a shrug.
"Happy Birthday." He said warmly and tightened his hold on you.
"Alright, alright break it up it's present time." Stiles said quickly and you turned to him shaking your head.
"Stiles I thought we said no gifts this year." You complained and watched as he shook his head.
"They're little things and under twenty bucks. Stop bitching." He responded quickly before shoving a gift bag at you. "Open mine first."
You began to look down at his bag but was quickly distracted by a length of braid black leather coming over your head. Your eyes immediately focused on the silver charm that was the symbol of your pack and you gasped softly.
"No, she'll get mine first." Scott said from behind you and Stiles huffed loudly. "It's only fair I gotta work tonight so you two are on your own for celebrating." You nodded your head at Stiles and he grinned over at you excitedly. "I made this myself. You're part of the original trio and since I can't convince you or Stiles to get a tattoo I had to find other ways to have the symbol in your life."
“I love it.” you say softly as you hold the pendant in your palm to examine it a little closely. “Thank you so much Scott!” you say happily and turn around to hug him once more.
“Alright now it’s my turn. Since Scottie jumped the line.” Stiles said from behind you and you smiled turning to him. He handed you the gift bag, you smiled when you noticed that it was your favorite color teal with gold tissue paper sticking out of it. You opened the bag and moved the tissue paper to the side to see inside. Gasping softly you pulled out a small wolf stuffed animal and a new notebook that had a manatee design on the front of it.
You looked up at Stiles and saw he was looking down at the floor uncertainty. You stepped forward and hugged him tightly around his waist, your new gifts were squished in between the two of you but you didn’t mind. They were thoughtful gifts and you loved them.
“I love them Stiles.” you said softly into his flannel.
“I got you the wolf because of Scott but the notebook is because you’re my detective partner and I know your last notebook is almost full and you’re gonna need a new one if we’ve got more supernatural trouble coming.” he explained to you as he held you tightly.
“I love them.” you repeated and hugged him tighter. Since your head was buried in his chest you didn’t see the knowing looks from Scott and Lydia directed as Stiles who shook his head at them. When you pulled away you laughed softly when you spotted some of the confetti had transferred onto Stiles’ shirt. “You look good in confetti.” you said and everyone laughed around you.
“You do too.” Stiles responded with a soft smirk. He then gestured for Scott to lock your locker and led you down the hallway to your first class.
It was the end of the day finally and as you stood at your locker collecting your books for homework and the gifts that Stiles had given you, you felt a presence next to you making you turn your head to see Scott and Stiles standign there with wide smiles on their faces.
“Happy Birthday again! I’m sorry I can’t celebrate with you tonight but we’ll celebrate tomorrow when I don’t have work.” Scott said as he hugged you and nodded.
“It’s no big deal Scottie. We’ve got tomorrow to hang out and celebrate. I just like hanging out with the two of you for my birthday.” you said kindly and he smiled and nodded his head once he had pulled away. Scott patted Stiles on the shoulder as he passed the taller teen and you looked over at him with a smile.
“You ready birthday girl? I got some plans for us.” he said excitedly and you laughed softly at him nodding your head.
“Lead the way!” you cheered and Stiles fist pumped in the air and grabbed your hand tugging you out of the school to the parking lot.
It was hours later and the sun had finally set to reveal the dark night sky dotted with stars. Stiles has taken you to your favorite fast food place and the two of you had sat in the restaurant eating and talking. Your conversation had flowed easily and uninterrupted as you talked about the supernatural, school, life and anything else the two of you could think of to talk about.
It had always been this easy between you and Stiles, the friendship and companionship was something that you cherished greatly. And while you held romantic feelings for him you knew you would never have the guts to act on them because you were too afraid of losing the bond you had with him. So as the two of you sat in his trusty jeep and he drove out to the preserve you idly chatted about things.
“So now that you’re technically an adult, what should be the first thing you do as an adult?” Stiles asked as he tapped the digital clock display on his dash. You looked over to him surprised.
“You remember what time I was born?” you asked in shock as your eyebrows furrowed softly. He smiled sheepishly and ducked his head as he turned into the preserve and steered the jeep to your favorite outlook point.
“Well yeah, I mean, I remember yours and Scott’s birthday down to the time because you two are my best friends. And it’s always nice to remember when the two most important people in my life came into this life.” he said a little embarrassed.
“Wow.” you said softly and then a wide grin spread across your face. “Didn’t know you were that sentimental Stilinski.” you teased softly before grabbing onto his hand closest to you and linking your fingers together. “You certainly know how to make a girl feel special.” you said softly and smiled warmly over to him. You tilted your head slightly when your eyes caught onto the soft blush that graced his cheeks. He shrugged his shoulders and kept your hands interlocked while he continued driving.
When he came up to the outlook point he parked the jeep and you unwound your hands so that you could exit the jeep. You were still thinking about the question he had asked you before and as you came to stand in front of the jeep and lean back on the hood your eyes darted up to the sky to see all the stars above you. Suddenly you knew what your first adult action would be.
Stiles came to stand next to you and you could see he was putting something in his pants pocket before he smiled widely at you and wrapped his arms around you in a loose hug. Smiling warmly you snuggled into his embrace. It was moments like these that you had continuously remind yourself that Stiles was just your best friend and nothing more even though you wanted him to be.
“So I’ve decided what my first adult action is going to be.” you said softly and Stiles pulled away a little to be able to look down at you expectantly. “I wanna wish on a shooting star.” The grin that overtook his face was contagious and he nodded his head at you before looking up at the sky with you.
“Alright so game plan is to find you a shooting star to wish on. I think we can manage that.” he said confidently and you laughed softly. The two of you fell silent as you stood in his arms, both of you staring up at the sky watching for shooting stars. Just then his hand gripped your hip and your eyes darted over to the shooting star that was streaking across the sky. Your eyes shut quickly and you made a wish. I want to always be this happy with him for the rest of our days. The wish came to you easily and as you thought it you knew that it would always come true.
Opening your eyes you turned your head and saw Stiles was staring down at you with a warm smile on his face. He grinned when your eyes connected and he pulled away slightly to reach into his jeans pocket. “Did you make a wish?” he asked softly and you nodded with your own grin on your face.
“Yup. Can’t tell you though, just in case it won’t come true. Though I don’t see that being a problem.” you said teasingly.
“Well now I wanna know what the wish was since you’re so confident it’ll come true.” he said questioningly. You tilted your head again to him and then smiled before deciding to go out on a limb and tell.
“I wished that I’d always be this happy with you for the rest of our days.” you said softly to him and watched his eyes widen and his breath get stuck in his throat.
“Well, that’s definitely better than the wish I made on my birthday last month when I blew out my candles.” he said with a self deprecating laugh.
“And what did you wish for?” you asked softly frowning at his low self-esteem.
“That I would have the guts to finally tell you how I felt about you.” he answered in a whisper. You felt your eyes widen and looked at him expectantly.
“A-and how do you feel about me?” you stuttered out to him watching as he moved closer and held up his left hand to you. In his palm was a small white box with a tiny top. You furrowed your eyebrows again and took the box from him once he’d nodded his head at it. You lifted the lid and gasped softly when you looked inside. A simple sterling silver band laid inside the box with your nickname engraved on the outside of it.
“I’ve been in love with you since middle school when the three of us all went to the spring dance together and you got all dressed up in that pretty teal dress. You went all out even when it was just me and Scott.” he explained softly to you. You laughed softly and shook your head slightly.
“I went all out because of you, Stiles.” you said in a whisper and darted your eyes up to see his had widened with an adoring soft look in them.
“I wish I’d known that a long time ago.” he murmured and you grinned softly. “On the inside of the ring,” he began to explain as you pulled it from the box and set the box on the hood of the jeep. “Is the date that I fell in love with you.” he said softly. Gasping you turned the ring so that you could see the date of the spring dance and you smiled at the ring.
Stiles hands came up shakily to take the ring from you and slipped it onto your thumb finger. You grinned knowing he had done it specifically this way because you had once mentioned to him that you wanted to have a thumb ring eventually. You just hadn’t ever figured out what ring you wanted on your thumb. Tilting your head upwards to him you saw he was already watching you.
“I’m in love with you too Stiles. Have been since the year before the spring dance.” you explained with a warm smile on your face. Stiles rested his forehead on yours and you both let out soft chuckles. “I love you Stiles.”
“I love you too.” he answered and ducked his head to press his lips to yours softly in a loving chaste kiss that lasted for a few moments. When he pulled away the two of you were panting and your hands were gripping his sides as his arms were still wrapped around you. “Whoa.” he said softly and you laughed brightly making him laugh along with you.
“I’ll say.” you quipped and he grinned before dipping his head again to steal another shorter kiss.
“I’m not going to be able to stop doing this now that I’ve done it.” he warned you when he pulled away.
“I don’t want you to stop. Ever. Kiss me.” you demanded and he was suddenly kissing you passionately as he pressed you up against the hood of the jeep. His hands came to cup your face and he tilted his head to the side to deepen the kiss further.
“You know this makes you my girlfriend now, right?” he asked once he pulled away still cupping your face lovingly.
“You never asked.” you gasped out softly and he groaned loudly making you chuckle.
“Will you be my girlfriend?” he asked begrudgingly and you smiled nodding your head.
“Of course I will Stilinski.” you responded and he grinned ducking his head down again so he was so close to your face that your noses brushed together.
“Good.” he answered and kissed you again. Your heart was soaring as the kiss went on and you wrapped your arms around his waist tugging him closer to you. Smiling through the kiss a thought fluttered through your mind, this had to be the best birthday ever.

Part of the DontNeedADiscord Pride Week, Day 1: Flag
“And what is the meaning of these?”
It was a good idea not to make Miss Helen pissy. She was the Boss around here, and not in the way Miss Pauling was the boss, but like the Boss with a capital B. I wasn’t exactly sure if she owned the building, or maybe the company, or maybe she was just our lawyer so we shouldn’t tee her off because of that, but the way Dell had explained it making her mad was a good way to have your desk packed by the end of the day.
So, I’d have to be very delicate about this. “They’re pins, Miss Helen,” I explained extremely politely. “It’s the first day of Pride Month; I thought everyone could do with a little company spirit!”
“Spirit?” The T on the end of the word popped like a firecracker. Miss Helen could make nice words like spirit or rainbows sound like she was actually saying dog doody. “And how exactly do these pins make you…prideful?”
“They’re fun!”
When she didn’t react, I at first assumed it was because she couldn’t hear me so well through my respirator, but then I considered what I knew about her and wondered maybe she simply didn’t know what fun was.
“Look,” I said, placing one in the palm of her hand. “It has a flag on it! I was thinking as people are coming in during the day, they can pick them out and wear them if they want to, just to show off a little color. See? This one is the bigender flag.”
She held it up and examined it like a jeweler inspecting a diamond. “And you find this…fun?
“Yeah!”
She waited, as though expecting the fun to start radiating out of the pin like a hand warmer. “…You certainly have quite a few of these.”
It was true. Along with the usual lollipops and stickers I kept at the front desk (the former being exclusively for clients and never-ever for sneaking myself one, no siree), the scattering of buttons took up a good chunk of counter space, with as many varieties as I could find. I didn’t want anyone to feel left out, so I’d just kept on printing until I had over three dozen.
“Very well,” Miss Helen said finally. “If it is good for company spirit.”
I clapped my hands in delight, glad the party wasn’t going to get shut down before it even started. So palpable was my relief, I didn’t even notice that Miss Helen hadn’t given the button back.
I didn’t have time to worry about it though, since just then Dr. Ludwig came in through the glass doors. He was normally the first one after me, as he always liked to get an early start down in the lab, and we’d developed a morning routine as fellow early birds.
“Dr. Ludwig!” I said, waving my hand, partly to get his attention and partly to show off the new gloves Dell had gotten me. The rubber ones had been so hard to type in, but these were nice and concealing as well as colorful. “Happy Pride Month! Do you want a pin?”
“Guten Morgen,” he greeted warmly. “Ah, buttons?” He picked up the closest one. “Pride buttons, I see.”
“Here you go!” I said, shoving a bi pin in his general direction since he’d shown interest.
But, to my surprise, he didn’t take it immediately. “Ehrm…” he said, staring down at the circle of metal.
“…Is this not the right one?” I withdrew my hand. Was I misremembering? “I’m so sorry, I guess I forgot…”
“No, no I did say that, didn’t I.” He ran a hand through his hair, sending its usual prim style haywire. “It is just…” He coughed lightly into his fist. “…Would you allow me to confide with you for a moment?”
Immediately, I pulled out the spare footstool I kept behind the counter, patting it as Dr. Ludwig came through the counter doors and took a seat. Our early morning chats were normally something to look forward to, shared over a donut or coffee he’d brought into the office, but today he just seemed run down. As he tucked his heels onto the stool’s crossbar, he rubbed his face.
“You know I am not as…up on all of this as some of your generation, ja?” he began.
“Millennials scare you,” I nodded, pulling my legs into my swivel chair.
“I wouldn’t go so far as to say that,” he huffed. “It is…well when we had our first conversations, and it was explained to me, it seemed to fit. At the time. Having to reconcile beginning a relationship with Mikhail when I still was not quite over Frida, nor really sure why things had fallen apart with us there.”
I remembered. “At the time? But not anymore?”
He sighed, ruffling his hair even more. “Now…now I am not so sure. Being with Mikhail is…quite different than any of the thirty years Frida and I spent together. I am starting to wonder if it was more just that I held extreme affection for her, and I was inexperienced enough that I was able to mistake it for attraction.” He chuckled humorlessly. “I thought I was so in love with her, and that’s why I never even looked at another woman. Töricht.”
“I don’t think that’s dumb,” I shook my head. “Everybody’s learning new things all the time. You can’t be expected to have everything sorted right after coming out.”
“Yes, I suppose,” he said. “But I still feel…guilty I think. Several of our coworkers are proudly attracted to both men and women, and I am aware that treating such a label as a ‘phase’ is a crude stereotype they have to deal with. I’d rather not have anyone think I was making a mockery of them.”
“It’s not a stereotype if that’s what’s really happening.” I patted him on the shoulder. “No one’s going to see it like that. If you think that’s where your journey is taking you, then there’s no shame coming out a second time.”
Dr. Ludwig responded to my words with a hopeful, if not entirely convinced, look behind his spectacles.
“Here,” I said, handing him both a bi and a gay pin. “You don’t have to wear either of them, this is just for fun after all! But if you change your mind…”
He looked at the two pins in his hand, then smiled tiredly up at me. “…Thank you mein friend. You are always helpful to talk to.”
“I try to be!”
After a few more assurances, the Doctor did eventually leave for the lab. Right on his coattails, Dell and Marcel came through the front door.
“Hey there, firebug,” Dell greeted. “What are you gettin’ up to here?”
I gave the quick rundown, pulling my shirt to highlight my own pin since I’d forgotten to show it off to my first two customers. “Pick any one you like!”
“Bear in mind I am saying this as a queer person,” Marcel said, sniffing down at the massive mound of multicolored circles, “this is all quite tacky.”
“Aw, learn how to have some fun, Spook,” Dell said, elbowing him in the side. To show him up, he claimed a pansexual pin for himself, and shot me a wink.
Marcel did nothing but sniff; but, when he thought no one was looking, I saw him discreetly sneak one of the pins off the counter as he left.
After that, the morning’s influx picked up too much to greet every person individually, but during lunch people saw fit to swing by and check things out again.
“Hi buddy!” Miss Pauling greeted. “I heard you were giving out Pride pins and wanted to see if- why are there so many lesbian ones?”
“Well!” I said, ecstatic to launch into an information dump. “The oldest of these is actually the ‘lipstick lesbian’ flag which, in absence of a more generic one, was used without the kiss mark in the corner. The one with the orange stripes wasn’t created until 2018, to be more inclusive all different lesbian groups.”
“Okay, but why does this one have an axe on it?”
“That’s the labrys!” I took the purple and black pin from her hand, pointing as I described, “the double bearded axe was used by the Amazons in Greek myth, and reappropriated in 1999 for its symbolism in female empowerment.”
“Wow,” she blinked down at the five different designs. “That’s really cool, except for the fact I have no idea how to use an axe.”
“I bet Tavish could teach you, he loves his Skullcutter.”
“…I’ll think about it. I’ll just take this one for now.” She picked up the orange five-stripe variation and pinned it to her purple shirt.
“Looks good!”
“Thanks!” she grinned. “And it was really nice of you to do this.”
“Honestly, the pleasure’s all mine. I just like seeing everyone happy.”
And everyone was! At least it sure seemed that way, even if it was kind of hard to tell with Mikhail. After lunch, he lumbered past my desk, picked out a gay pin, and put it on without so much as a smile. I took the muted grunt to be that of satisfaction
Tavish was next, dropping off half a roast beef sandwich since I’d forgotten to eat today, and instantly becoming my favorite person. While I was chowing down, he swiped two trans and two bi pins from my collection.
“Wadda you need two of each for?” I asked, quite a feat with my mouth full of roast beef and my respirator hanging halfway around my chin.
“Haven’t you heard?” Tavish asked with a raise of his eyebrow. “They just dropped a new identity: double bi. It’s twice as potent as regular bisexuality.”
I tilted my head, blinking perplexedly from behind my lenses.
“Ah, just a joke duck,” he assured. “The spares are for the husband.”
“Oh, right.” I swallowed down my mouthful. “I actually haven’t seen Jane at all today?”
“Ach, he came in earlier than you. Left at five this morning.”
“What? How?” I shook my head. “I’m the one who unlocks the doors.”
“Said he was tired of waiting for your ‘lazy, unpatriotic behind’ to start the day at seven. His words, not mine.” Tavish smiled apologetically. “He broke into one of the lab side doors.”
“…I bet Mikhail had something to say about that.”
He sighed. “That he did. They’ve been at it for hours. If there’s another office-wide prank war tomorrow, you’ll know why.”
Oh no. That’s how we lost our last two coffee makers, and our last seven office hamsters. Tavish assured me that it wouldn’t get out of hand, but by the time Mick showed up near the end of the day, my mood was somewhat dampened.
“Everything alroight, Campfire?” he asked me. “Ya look glum.”
“Just thinking about the impending damage to all those nice posters I put up in the breakroom,” I said sadly. “But! If you’ve come here to pick out a pin, that might cheer me up a bit.”
Mick chuckled in that cute little way of his, and already I was smiling. “Might have.”
We were close enough that I was ninety-five percent certain which one he wanted, but I’d learned my lesson with Dr. Ludwig and didn’t try to pick it out for him. Still, I let myself entertain a self-satisfied grin as he picked up the aroace flag.
“Hey uh,” I said. “If that’s the one you like, and uh…since I know you’re into archery…”
Carefully, I opened one of my drawers and extracted the special pin I’d made earlier, Mick watching me curiously all the while.
“Someone on the internet made this design,” I explained. “It’s for an aroace, arrow-ace!”
The flag was blacked out in several places to make a bow and arrow shape, and Mick grinned as he took it from my glove. “Clever.”
“Do you like it?” I asked hesitantly.
“Well, let’s see.” He pinned it to his vest. “Looks pretty good ta me.”
I couldn’t keep my stomach from doing a little flip at that. When Dell showed up, the last to leave the office for the day, he could tell I was smiling even through the mask.
“Everything go well, partner?” he chuckled. “You look pleased as punch.”
“Everything went great! Even Scout came by, although all he did was say ‘hey, free crap!’ and dumped a bunch of pins into his pocket.”
“I’m glad to hear the attempt at company spirit was a success,” a voice from behind Dell said, making us both jump. Miss Helen emerged from the shadows, her purple jacket an entire mass of pride pins, nearly one of every kind. When had she gotten all those? Had she been paying Marcel to sneak them out while I wasn’t looking? “A happy work environment is a productive work environment, as I always say. Well done, secretary.”
“Can’t remember you ever saying that, ma’am,” Dell admitted blandly.
“…Why do you have so many?” I asked.
“These are…fun…are they not?” she sniffed. “I am having…fun.”
Huh. Maybe this is just what she looked like when she was having a good time. I shrugged. “Glad you enjoyed yourself Miss Helen! Does that mean it’s okay to do it again next year?”
“…You have my permission.”
With that, she strutted out, and Dell shot me a grin. I scooped the remaining pins into my bag and closed up the front office, chatting with him on the way to the parking lot about how we could mix things up next year.

Outside the Window
Lily Evans was never one to settle for the ordinary. Every morning, she’d jump up out of bed and peer out her window to find the most beautiful bird. Her ears strained to hear it’s song and when she finally did, a small smile always crossed her lips. For her entire childhood, Lily had been looking for the magic of the world. The beautiful bird songs, the sheen of the sun against a still lake, the rustling leaves on trees, the glowing fireflies at night. She looked for the magic in it all.
When Lily was 11, she woke up and looked out her window to see an owl perched on the bird feeder. Awe overtook her and she stared glassy-eyed at the beautiful creature until her sister came running up behind her and screamed, “BOO!”
The bird flew off with a small hoot and Lily rounded on her sister. “Petunia! You scared it off!”
“I know.” The other girl crossed her arms over her chest with a smug smile on her face.
Lily huffed and stomped off. Petunia was always ruining her fun. She was about to sit down on the couch to watch a morning cartoon when she heard a knock at the door. “Mum! Dad! There’s someone at the door!” called Lily as she ran off to find her parents. 5 minutes later, Lily and her family found themselves sitting across from an odd looking lady.
“Hello Mr. and Mrs. Evans,” the woman said with a tight smile. “What I’m about to say may sound crazy but please allow me to explain.” After a curt nod from Lily’s father, the woman continued, “I teach at a boarding school called Hogwarts. Hogwarts is a different kind of school; it’s a school of magic.” Petunia scoffed which was met with a fierce glare from the woman. That shut Petunia up real quick. “Your daughter Lily has been accepted into our school should she choose to attend. She’s shown signs of accidental magic which is the very first step to becoming a great witch.”
Petunia burst out laughing. “A witch?! That’s absolutely ridiculous! What a load of shi-”
“Petunia!” Their mother said loudly. Petunia ducked her head and fell silent. “Please continue Ms…”
“McGonagall,” the other woman supplied. “Thank you, I know it sounds crazy but if you require proof…” She trailed off and pulled out what appeared to be a wand. She waved it in the general direction of the fireplace and multicolored bubbles floated out of the hearth lazily. Lily gasped and the woman called Mcgonagall laughed. “Impressive, isn’t it? You can learn all that and more at Hogwarts. What do you say?”
Lily looked to her parents, the smile on her face impossibly wide. They nodded and she turned back to the woman. “I’d love to come!”
McGonagall smiled and withdrew a small letter from her cloak. “This has all the information you’ll need. Since it’s your first year, someone will be by next week to show you and your family how to get to Diagon Alley and onto the Platform. Your ticket is inside too; Be sure to stick to it. You won’t be able to just buy another one. I look forward to seeing you at the start of term Miss Evans.”
Lily took the letter and examined it with eager eyes. Petunia cleared her throat. “And where exactly is my letter?” She asked in a harsh tone.
“I’m very sorry dear, you haven’t shown signs of accidental magic. Only some children who are born to non-magical folks have magic within them. It occurs at random.”
Petunia tutted and stood quickly before stalking out of the room. Lily could see her face reddening as she stomped away, but couldn’t bring herself to care in that very moment. She had too many questions for the woman who just changed her life.
“You said someone will come by next week. How will we know when? Will we receive our letter by mail next year? How long is the train ride?” She rushed all at once.
“One question at a time, Miss Evans,” She said with a small chuckle.
“Sorry,” Lily said quietly.
“Oh no worries, my dear. It’s only natural to be curious. Mail will arrive via owl which is also how you’ll know when someone is coming by. The train ride will last about one day’s time.”
Lily bobbed her head. “Thank you thank you thank you!”
She waved her hand. “No need to thank me. See you soon!” She stood and walked to the fireplace. The witch withdrew some powder from her pocket, threw it in, and stepped into the flames. “McGonagall’s Office,” She spoke clearly, and was gone. Lily and her parents stared after her in awe.
**
When Lily was 15, she realized her crush on James Potter had grown. He was always trying to flatter her and get her attention and she’d always brushed him aside. How humiliating would it be if she said yes now? But she couldn't help the flutter in her chest every time he walked past and the jittery feeling she got when she talked to him.
How am I gonna get over this? She thought to herself after rejecting him yet again at breakfast. Everything inside her wanted to scream yes; She actually thought she was going to say it for a moment. Thankfully, her constant repetition of the words, ‘you wish, Potter’ stepped in to save the day.
**
When Lily Evans was 16, she finally gave in and said yes. James came up to her on Valentine’s day looking more attractive than ever in his Gryffindor jumper. In his hands he held a bouquet of lilies and a box of her favorite chocolates.
“Hiya, Evans. I figured I’d stop going so big and trying to impress you… I don’t want you to think I’ve given up on you though,” He said with a wink. Lily could feel a blush creeping up her neck. “Happy Valentine’s Day.”
“Yes,” She blurted.
James stopped mid-handing her the gift and raised an eyebrow. “Yes?”
“Yes.”
“What d’you mean ‘yes’?”
“I mean yes, Potter. Yes I will go out with you, yes your hair looks great every time you ask, yes I do actually like you, just- yes.”
All thoughts of the gift were forgotten. The flowers and chocolates clattered to the floor as he launched himself into her arms. “Knew you’d come around, Evans,” He mumbled into her hair.
**
When Lily was 18, she knew the war was getting really bad. More and more people disappeared every day, the news was littered with the names of the dead, and she and her friends prepared to fight. They felt a sense of pride, standing up against the dark forces. Almost like an obligation to protect what they loved.
**
When Lily was 19, She married the love of her life. Set up in the Potters’ backyard, Lily walked down the aisle to meet James at the altar. She looked up into his shining face and smiled brightly. “Hey dork. Ready to get married?”
He smiled even wider if that was possible. “I’ve been ready since 2nd year.”
At the reception, Lily shared a dance with each of her closest friends. A slow dance with Remus spent laughing and spinning slowly, a ballroom dance with Sirius spent laughing at Sirius’ near impeccable dancing skills, a bouncy dance with Peter spent laughing and stepping on each others’ toes, an upbeat dance with Mary spent jumping and singing loudly, a line dance with Marlene spent giggling and bumping into one another, and of course every dance with James spent loving him so much it felt impossible.
**
When Lily was 21, she held her baby close in her arms cooing softly. She gazed into his little face and saw her husband reflected there. Except for his eyes. Those reflected her own. She wondered if it was possible to love someone as much as she loved Harry. She watched the marauders take turns holding him and giggled at Remus’ fear of breaking him.
When Sirius held him, she saw her love reflected on his face. In that moment, Lily knew who to make Harry’s godfather. Someone who would love Harry as much as she did if she and James were ever gone.
**
On October 31, 1981 Lily found herself running up the steps with Harry in her arms. Voldemort had found them and James was down there holding him off. She raced down the hallway and into the nursery shushing Harry as she went. It hit her that James didn’t have his wand and her heart broke.
She heard the thump of his body hitting the floor.
The door blasted open and she leaped in front of her child. Time felt like it slowed as she took her final stand. In that moment she wasn't thinking of dying.
She was thinking of James, and Harry, and the fact that all this started one morning when she looked outside her window.

The Long Way Home
Yet another side fic for ERHIT.
I'm so sorry all I know how to do is angst.
SUMMARY: Tabby and her mom drive home the long way around after a day out. Tabby tries to have a heart-to-heart with her mom but it doesn't go as planned. Leaving Tabby more alone than she could ever imagine
The way home seemed much longer to Tabby than what she remembered—passing through trees that all looked the same with few houses in between. They were driving through the town of Applewood Creek. After this, they would be entering the town of Maplehood Creek and then...home.
Tabby scoffed at that notion. Home? Home is where your real family is. The people who loved and cared and taught and accepted you for you. The people she lives with don't do that, and they're just going back to where they live. The closest thing she had to a home and family was with her friends. But now, she doesn't even have that anymore.
She rested her head on the cool glass window with her knees pulled up to her chest, facing away from her mother, who was driving the car. The miserable child had a dull look in her once wide eyes filled with hope. The only things that brought her brief solace were the rustling of the bags of groceries in the back and the low rumble of the engine that lulled her to the long-awaited sleep.
The older woman at the wheel kept casting pitying glances at her child mixed with concern that only a mother has. She looked to be in her early 30s and looked like a much older version of Tabby. Only she was slightly on the big side and had worse bags under her eyes than Tabby does from working long hours. She wore a lime green tee shirt and ripped faded light blue jeans from years of wear and tear. She had her red-brown hair that was littered with gray strands from stress. Same wide eyes that Tabby does, only hers was green.
Her mother often liked to bring Tabby along for grocery shopping since her "loving boyfriend" repeatedly refused to let Tabby out of the house. So to attempt to make up for the lack of...everything, she tries to take her out for errands, and they go out to eat and talk. It was their weird form of bonding during her mom's limited days off and away from the house, where Tabby was slightly more relaxed. She knew that Tabby hated going home, so they took the most extended way possible back. It was the least she could do.
But that's not enough.
Tabby could feel her mother's periodic gazes on her. She knew something was wrong with Tabby. Tabby grew irritated of her mother's pity constantly on her.
"If you have something to say to me, say it," said Tabby bluntly through closed eyes.
Her mother sighed. She knew she would have this confrontation sooner or later.
"It's just that...Are you okay? I haven't seen you happy in a while. You used to smile so much and had that lightning in your eyes. I'm just worried for you," she stated slowly and awkwardly.
Tabby snorted," You haven't seen me at all in a while."
She turned to face her mother.
"And for your information, no, I'm not okay. I haven't been okay in a long, long time. Why are you asking now?"
She sighed at Tabby's bitter attitude towards her.
"Look, I know I'm not there much. I just thought that for right now, while I'm here, I could help you with what I can."
"Well, for starters, you can find someone else who is more willing to play the part of the parent who doesn't make the 12-year-old do all of the work. What? Do you think he does any of the work? No, I do the cooking, cleaning, and taking care of Adam,"
Her mother went quiet for a minute. She knew who she was referring to.
"I know that your father can be a...difficult person to live with, but he does love you. You know. He... doesn't know how to show it. He's never had a daughter before, so he doesn't know what to do. He has high expectations of you, and that's why he's so hard on you. He sees himself as a failure, and he doesn't want you to end up like him," she explained while beating around the bush.
"Love me?! LOVE ME?! HE DID THIS TO ME! HE DID ALL OF THIS TO ME!" Tabby yelled as she showed as much of the multicolored bruises and scars that she could.
" I promise you it's not just from fights at school. Now I don't know much about love, but I know you don't beat your loved ones nor don't do anything to protect them."
"It will be over with soon. Things will get better. Tomorrow is a new day-," she started.
Those phrases made Tabby snap.
"WHEN WILL IT END?! HUH?! WHAT?! YOU THINK THAT THE MOMENT I TURN 18, YOU THINK I'LL BE ABLE TO UP AND LEAVE?! DO YOU THINK THAT HE WOULD LET ME GO THAT EASILY?! IF HE'LL HAVE HIS WAY, HE'LL KEEP ME LOCKED UP IN THE APARTMENT UNTIL HE DIES! TOMORROW IS NOT A NEW DAY; IT'S THE SAME BULLSHIT DAY IN AND DAY OUT! THINGS AREN'T GETTING BETTER; IT'S GETTING WORSE! YALL ARGUE ALL THE TIME, ADAM IS STARTING TO ACT OUT NOW, AND I HAVE NO FRIENDS LEFT! I'M AT MY WITS END HERE! I CAN'T KEEP ACTING LIKE YOUR HUSBAND, HIS WIFE, ADAM'S MOTHER, STUDENT, SOLDIER, SISTER, DAUGHTER, LIVED IN CINDERELLA, LEADER, AND FRIEND! I NEED HELP!"
She was breathing heavily at her outburst, with her eyes flaming with hatred but slowly softened when she saw her mother cower and flinch a little at her yelling. Tabby realized that she was almost afraid of her and what she's capable of. Tabby knew exactly what given the events that happened towards the end of August. But the thought of her mother being afraid of her and loving her less? It was enough to make Tabby cry. She doesn't want to be seen as a monster.
Her mother sat up straight a little bit and sighed, annoyed and tiredly.
"I'm trying here. I'm trying to be a good mother. I'm sorry I'm not there often. I have to be the one to provide and put food on the table! Most of our arguments involve you; I'm trying to fight for your freedom! But I also have to do what's best for your brother, too!" she explained exasperatedly.
"Then try harder!" Tabby snapped back
"WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME TABBY?!," she yelled.
"EITHER MAKE HIM TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND DO HIS FUCKING JOB AS A PARENT OR DROP-KICK HIS ASS TO THE CURB. OR HAVE SOME BACKBONE AND STAND UP FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR KIDS!" yelled Tabby in disbelief that her mom would ask a stupid question like that.
"YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHY WE CAN'T DO THAT!"
They both looked at each other for a moment before sighing in defeat and saying the answer at the same time.
"Adam"
Even though the abuse wasn't good for Adam to be around, it was still stability, even if it was a nasty form of stability. Tabby would rather have Adam around what he's used to instead of getting rid of his dad, which isn't fair to him and having her mom bring in another man who could be just as worse as her stepdad. She was willing to do anything to keep Adam on a good path and provide some stability for him. So he doesn't end up like her. They both don't have the luxury to be selfish.
"You're so selfish; you know that? And you should at least hold some gratitude towards your dad. He saved you and us, and he made us better. We have a better lifestyle now," she scolded her.
Tabby fucking lost it.
"I'M SELFISH?! I'M SELFISH?! I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE, ADAM, HIM, AND YOU! I ALSO MANAGE AND TAKE CARE OF THE WELL-BEING OF MY FRIENDS WHILE I HAD THEM! I KEPT THEM ALIVE! AND I ALSO HELP OUT THE OTHER KIDS AT ROSEWOOD WHEN I CAN AFFORD IT! I AM NEGLECTING MYSELF SAVE FOR MY GRADES TO MEET MY RESPONSIBILITIES THAT YOU BOTH REFUSE TO TAKE! BUT SURE, CALL ME SELFISH BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO GET BEAT FOR EVERY LITTLE THING I DO, AND I WANT MORE FREEDOM INSTEAD OF BEING TREATED AS A SLAVE IN THE APARTMENT AND WANTING WHAT'S BEST FOR ADAM! YOU'RE THE SELFISH ONE! YOU NEVER DO ANYTHING TO STAND UP FOR YOUR KIDS. I HAVE TO DO THAT FOR ADAM AND MYSELF! THERE IS SO MUCH MORE THAT GOES ON AT HOME, BUT YOU EITHER IGNORE IT OR YOU'RE NEVER HERE BECAUSE YOU'RE TOO BUSY HIDING AT WORK FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN LIKE THE BITCH ASS COWARD THAT YOU ARE-," Tabby felt as a sharp crack against her cheek. She looked at her mom with disbelief that she hit her.
The woman was crying as they pulled into the driveway and parked.
"Tabby, I'm- I'm sorry...I-I just wanted you to stop…."
Tabby began to unbuckle and opened the car door hurriedly.
"No. Great talk, mom. I can always count on you for anything now, can I?" Tabby said sarcastically as she slammed the car door and opened the other one, and slamming it before carrying the groceries up the stairs. The older woman just cried at the steering wheel.
Tabby entered the apartment. Her stepdad got out of his chair to see what was up. He just stopped in his tracks to analyze Tabby. Her eyes were red and puffy, and she had a red blotch on her cheek. He could feel the anger radiating off of her; He just raised an eyebrow at her expecting an explanation. Tabby paid him no mind and began to busy herself with putting away the food. She didn't owe him an answer. Not yet anyway.
Tabby's mother came through the door a few minutes later. She looked distraught, and her eyes were red and puffy as well. She hugged her boyfriend for comfort, and he led her into their room to talk about what happened. That's just great. Tabby sighed. Already she knew that this was going to be a long night with more fights and beatings while she struggles to explain why she acted out the way she did. And then they would both demand an apology from her which she'll have no choice but to give if she wants to go to bed at a reasonable time. Nothing ever changes. Her mother yet again chose him and Adam over her, and she was left to fend for herself.
That left Tabby more alone than ever before.

Me 0.1 seconds after reading your post about Will being Mothman simp: omg solangelo west virginia interstate dates 🖤 💛
Hey, it’s me again, the napping Nico person. Idk if you’re planning on writing 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙝 a story but if you did so, I’d love to read it, just wanted to tell you that. Hope you have a great day :)
@napping-nico I hope you have a great day as well! ;)
My apologies for the wait, as always I’ll reblog with the link to the Ao3 version!
Nico and Will go camping, something about tents and stars, Nico talks about military school and how camping was their idea of fun, in the morning they go along the river front and visit the mothman statue and maybe go on the river boat... Theme is it should be written like Ari + Dante staying in the desert overnight in the truck
Nature was something Nico loved, something he respected.
Growing up as a child hunting excursions had been a commonality in his home, they didn’t really need to go hunting; if they wanted fresh game there would have been a hundred men at their door asking for the chance to shoot for the di Angelo’s.
His Nonno had always liked it, to Nonno hunting had never been about hunting and it had never been about the camping that came with the trips either. Hunting, as Nico had known it as a child, had always been about politics; the excursions a place, a way, and an excuse to make deals.
In Military academies, camping trips were their idea of a good fun time.
A couple hundred boys and girls hiking out into the middle of Nowhere Forest loaded up with camping gear and taught how to cook food over open flame, and how to assemble tents in just a minute or two. The humdrum of set up, sleep, and take down with interjections and complaints sporadic throughout.
Nico had never minded camping, he found it some sort of calm. He liked the quiet, divine sort of life that nature provided. Nico had stood in front of gods and never felt power quite like that of a large old forest.
(Gods were bright and burning in their divinity, the air around them crackled and your throat was always tight and dry... Forests weren’t like that).
There was something about sleeping on the ground among all the living things, some sort of serene quality to it. He’d lay there among the sounds of his grandfathers disgruntled tossing and turning, and the annoyed complaints of other boys longing for their real beds, and Nico would breathe in the cold air of the natural world and feel something akin to home.
His chest would expand and he’d feel some kind of emotion in his sternum, like the plants and branches themselves were growing forth from his lungs with each chilling breath in, and they were expanding in the depths of his lungs and heart in a silent agreement of mutual affection and love.
To say the least Nico had always slept his absolute best outside.
Will on the other hand was a country boy at heart, he’d grown up in the middle of I Live 500+ Miles From Civilization Texas and backyards became camp grounds every spring and summer.
For Nico camping had always been treated like a fun little activity and Nico had taken it upon himself to find the divinity in each excursion. As for Will, camping was just something you did sometimes. He didn’t have some complex connection to the act of setting up a tent and sleeping inside of it, the closest Will came to anything intensely memorable about camping was bonfires.. But his family was large and they all lived near one another, bonfires were a nightly thing not necessarily a camping thing within his family.
To say the least, when Will asked him if he’d like to go camping in the middle of Fuck-All West Virginia Nico was absolutely in agreement. Sure he was a little confused as to why exactly they had to go all the way to West Virginia when they already lived in the middle of nowhere Texas, but he was sure there was a decent reason, as a demigod you learned to go with the flow sometimes.
What Nico hadn’t expected was that they would be heading to a quaint little West Virginian campground because his fiancé was a slut for Mothman.
Nico looked over to Will as he climbed out of the drivers seat of the truck, “Cyrtids aren’t going to fuck you if you manage to find them.”
Will looks at him from outside the car, “I’d be just as happy to let them kill me slowly.”
“That’s my job!” Nico glares at him for a second and sees Will smiling at him happily.
“Well then, you’ll have to protect me won’t you, darlin’?”
“Hmph,” Nico climbed out of the passenger seat and walked around to the bed of the truck to help Will unload the truck and set up camp for later that evening.
They pulled out all their equipment so they could set up their trunk tent; listen, sleeping on the ground in a tent was one thing, sleeping in the open air of the truck bed was another, but figuring out you could combine both of them? Nico had been in heaven.
They spend the time they work bickering, back and forth with light quips about the things each other had packed and how they packed them. They both had self-satisfied smirks on their faces the whole time, and they unapologetically threw pillows at one another while they were supposed to be readying their bed.
Some older lady had walked by at some point and with a gasp of shock she’d looked at both of them sadly, “What are your names? I want to pray for you.”
Nico, ever the expert with old people and children looked to her kindly, “Forgive me, why are you interested in praying for us?”
The woman goes on a long spiel about how young relationships are hard work, she starts talking about how from the sound of all their fighting they sure needed a lot of work if they were ever going to love each other properly. She tells them about how she wants to pray for them so that they won’t fight anymore and they’ll be happy.
When she finishes Nico is trying his hardest not to laugh so Will handles her, “Thank you ma’am, but I assure you we’re just happy to entertain the public.”
The lady has the most offended look on her face when Will tells her that, she picks up her woven bag from the ground and storms off to the sound of Nico’s poorly contained laughter.
They finish setting up the inside of their tent and locking their food and valuables up in the truck all while still cracking jokes and making quips, “I just want to pray for you and your relationship” Nico says with a mock praying gesture towards Will.
The blonde laughs back at him, “at least she didn’t assume we were brothers.”
Will locks the truck to the sound of his own quiet laugh Nico’s annoyed groan that borderlines on disgust.
"You'll pay for that comment!"
"Promise?"
They end up on the Riverwalk around dinner time, they took a break from normal camping adventures like public bathrooms and trying to start a fire so they could instead go look at a statue of Will's oldest crytid-crush.
Somehow the thing was taller than 6"2 Will, almost doubling him in height with its polished glory. It had dark red ruby eyes on either side of its face, and the coloration of the creature had been handled by carving and removing parts of it until it resembled some sort of 6 packed moth.
Nico didn't really see the appeal, but Will found sharp teeth "simp worthy" so Nico supposed if he was happy that was enough.
He seemed in awe of the beast, staring up at it in wonder and awe- maybe a bit aroused too... This was Will after all, the dude was obsessed with that one demon character from the Blue Butler show? Black Butler?
Maybe Austin was right, maybe Will really did have a type.
Will gets bored after a while, and fifty or so pictures later, they decide to head back to the truck, Will blabbering the whole walk back about star gazing and maybe seeing the real Mothman fly by overhead while they do so.
They head back to the truck where there's food to be cooked over the fire, and they eat in their little bed-of-the-trunk-tent that amazes Nico everytime he sees it. The modern world has some crazy inventions sometimes, Nico spent a solid week on their living room floor obsessed with Will's Xbox and how it worked.
The tent was a light orange color with cream accents on it, inside it was gray, and they'd laid a spread of multicolored blankets and pillows out to sleep on. The top part of it opened with a little screened window piece, and up above them there were stars in the sky.
Nico crawled in to lay on his back so he could look out their little unzipped window, and he could hear Will doing something outside before he climbed in behind Nico.
"Alright?"
"Hmph."
"Good."
They lay in silence for a few minutes, both of them just lost in the sight of the stars and thoughts of the person breathing next to them. Will turns over first, just to look at Nico, so Nico gives him a taste of his own medicine and does the same.
Nico decides then to take a pillow and hit Will's shoulder with it, "Sap."
He's not angry, it's not an accusation, it's just a fact; Will's a romantic and especially so for Nico.
"Maybe so," He's smiling at Nico, "I got you something if you'd like to see it?"
"Oh?" Nico fakes coy in response and earns an exasperated look from Will.
"Here."
He hands him something small, places the little trinket in Nico's hands. Nico opens his hands to see little earrings of a dark moth with red eyes, they're silver on the backs and Mothman is painted on the front of them. This version is much cuter than the statue version.
"Thank you," Nico places a kiss to Will's lips.
"I know you don't really like Mothman as much as me," there's a slight pause where they both chuckle, "but I don't know, I thought maybe you would like them because they would remind you of this? I don't know, I sorry, it's just-"
Nico pets a hand through Will's hair, "I love you, and I love them, don't apologize for buying me things."
Will gets a little stressed sometimes to say the least, he had managed to get off his anxiety meds back when they were still at camp, but he sometimes still found himself in spirals. Nico didn't entirely understand anxiety, but he did know what it felt like to feel constantly inadequate, and he knew what depression felt like, and he'd like to think he can help a little.
It took both of them some time together to realize that they couldn't love each other's problems away. Even though they both had been told it didn't work like that, they were hopeful and in love and thought that maybe they could create something different. Eventually they both did come to realize that they just had to hold the other persons hand, and sometimes one of them stepped up when the other couldn't keep up the pace, but it was better that way.
You can't love someone through anything, love isn't a cure, but you can hold their hand through it and remind them that you love them.
Nico pulls Will closer, lets him lay his head on his shoulder, and they stare up into the night sky together. Nico whispers into his ear his own thanks for the gift, and let's his words change into sweet nothings. Talking about how much he loved Will, and when they head back down South how his Mom would be home from her latest tour, and he listens closely when Will tells him about some Mothman documentary that he watched.
And Nico falls asleep some point shortly after Will, he can fill his lovers heartbeat if he reaches out for him, he can feel his life force strong and present. Nico can feel the life ebbing out of the field that surrounds them, he can feel the life that makes the trees grow.
Nico falls asleep, warm, comfortable, and basking in the life around him.
Everything will be just fine.

Between the Pages Chapter One
Hello, Luka here! I’m popping in to say that Between the Pages no longer has the same plot the wip intro says it does. oopsies! Between the Pages is still a mlm romance, but instead of taking place through annotations of a book, it is a Christmas romance! I am working on a new introduction for the wip, so it should be up in a day or two. Anyway, enjoy chapter one of Between the Pages!
Length: ~ 1900 words
Warnings: none
Tumblr media
The quaint bookshop twinkled with the sweet, candy glow of multicolored lights strung up along the bookshelves. The overhead lights were dimmed, creating an unusually intimate atmosphere that wrapped Alexander up like a security blanket. Terri had always made Between the Pages feel like home, but it was especially true once the weather began to cool down and Halloween had passed. He knocked the snow off his boots before stepping inside, greeted by wordless jazz crackling overhead, the smell of spice cookies, and the prickling of heat returning to his half-frozen face. In the corner, Terri had set up a tree and a little sign asking for book donations to keep the shop running. It was just after Thanksgiving and she was already on top of the décor.
Alexander shrugged his jacket off and cradled it in the crook of his arm. “Terri?” He started to make his way to the small coffee bar on the other side of the tree, already finding a natural sway in his step in time with the quiet saxophone. Normally he would have a chat with her about her newest selection, but he was too impatient to wait for her to return to the counter. The small table was loaded to the brim with hot chocolate packets, pods for the Keurig, and fixings sure not to spoil an hour after being set out. He selected a mug off the display mounted above the table. It was especially cool in his hands, and the red, glossy ceramic reflected soft greens and blues from the tree, dazzling Alexander for the briefest moment.
One pod of coffee, enough creamer to turn the coffee to milk chocolate, two packets of sweetener, and one packet of hot chocolate. The sweet aromas were a much-welcomed sensation after the brisk journey in the elements of Heartview. Alexander took his finished drink and carefully wrapped one hand around the mug, careful not to burn himself as he thawed out. The first sip filled the deepest pits of his body and gave him the comfort of home. He made his way to the shelves, taking small sips of his drink. Every moment he took for himself within the shop was a moment he savored.
Bookshelves towered over him, each one lined neatly lined with books. Alexander basked in the sweet vanilla-and-almond aroma and took a second to enjoy it before he even began to search the titles. Every book in this shop had been pre-owned. The idea of sharing the same experience with people that came before him thrilled Alexander. He loved imagining the thoughts they were having as they read- if they had loved the same moments he did or drew the same conclusions about the story in advance. His eyes traveled along the spines, waiting for one to stand out among the rest. The books on the other side tempted him as well. What mysteries were bound in there?
He reached out and touched the books, letting his fingers linger along the rough edges of the particularly well-loved editions. Alexander walked along the row, stopping somewhere in the middle. He was in a daydream now, his mind lost in the gentle music and habit of what he was doing. This book seemed right. He pulled it off the shelf, turning it and feeling the weight in his hand shift as he inspected it.
The quiet click of a camera shutter pulled him out of his daydream. Alexander looked over toward the sound and saw a man kneeling a few feet away from him, camera lens angled up toward him. He felt a warm rush flood his face, different than the warmth that greeted him when he first entered the shop.
The man stood up and stared at the screen, inspecting the picture he just took. To Alexander, the silence between them grew more and more awkward with the lingering lack of acknowledgement. After another agonizing second, the photographer looked up.
“So sorry about that. Mrs. Mulligan hired me to take photos of the bookshop for Heartview’s town website. Not many people have come in, so I just had to seize the opportunity of a customer browsing without any of the awful stiffness people get around cameras.” He let go of the camera, letting it hang by the strap around his neck.
Alexander nodded slowly, still a bit stunned by the shutter to be anything but flustered. “Could I see the picture?”
The man stepped next to him, much closer than Alexander would have expected. As he was pulling the image up, he nearly forgot to breathe. The photographer was a little taller than he initially took him to be. When he finally remembered to take in a breath, he was greeted with another wonderfully cozy blend of peppermint, coffee, and chocolate. “Here you go.”
It was surreal to Alexander. The image captured him in his own little world of wonder, framed by loose lights strung up along the shelves. They were in a hazy focus, leading the eyes to his fascination with the book’s cover. Never in a million years would he perceive himself as the photo portrayed him. “It’s really...,” he paused for a moment, trying to think of what it was he could say about it, “really good.” Nothing particularly insightful, obviously.
Alexander looked up, unintentionally meeting his eyes. “I haven’t seen you around Heartview before. Have you moved in recently?”
“No, I’m just here for a while to take up-to-date pictures of the town. All the festivities that are offered and the like.”
He offered a smile, taking a small step to the side to give this stranger some much-deserved personal space. “Well, it’s nice to meet you. I’m Alexander, by the way. O’Callaghan.” He sat his book down haphazardly on the closest shelf and extended his hand.
“Chet.” He shook his hand. “Jiang.” A smile flitted across his lips as he introduced himself. Alexander let himself have a moment to assess him. Chet was definitely from out of town, lacking the quaintness every Heartview resident seemed to take ownership of the moment they put down roots. The black stud earrings were a dead giveaway, but so was the way he carried himself. He could do anything he strived for, and he knew it. The ambition was sorely lacking in many throughout the town, those who were fully satisfied doing the same thing every day without end. Alexander was almost ashamed to admit that he too was comfortable in the tracks he wore himself down into.
Alexander picked up the book again, but he was much more interested in Chet than anything else he could possibly be focusing on in the moment. “Where are you staying?” With a town as small as Heartview, there were limited options, unless he had decided to stay in the town a few miles away that had the usual smattering of hotels and fast food joints most touristy areas tended to have.
“The Starlight Inn.”
That was probably the best inn Heartview had to offer, if Alexander had to play favorites. Part of that was because it was owned by Terri’s wife, Lorraine. Just like Between the Pages, the day after Thanksgiving, the inn was decked from ceiling to floorboard in festive and undeniably cozy décor. He smiled, recalling the evening he spent with the couple decorating the lobby. “Good choice.”
Before their conversation proceeded any further, a rather petite woman emerged from the back room, wild ginger hair pulled up off her neck with a red-and-green tinsel scrunchie. For as long as he could remember, Terri took Christmas to 110%. From the day after Thanksgiving to the day after Christmas, she exclusively wore tacky sweaters, blasted seasonal music, and partook in as many of the town’s events as her work schedule would allow.
“Alex! I didn’t hear you come in, sorry. I was just finishing up my lunch.” Terri propped her arm on his shoulder, treating him as the arm rest she used him as during high school though he had since shot up to be quite a few inches taller than her since then. “I see you’ve met Mr. Jiang. His work is fantastic, captures the heart of his subject.”
“Mrs. Mulligan, please, you’re too kind.” Chet placed a hand over his chest, the quick, subtle smile coming back just long enough for Alexander to catch it.
“It’s like magic… I think you’re going to show what Heartview truly is.” It was more open than Alexander was accustomed to being, but it was true. He had never seen so much life in a still image before.
Terri clapped her hands together, her face lighting up. “Alex, you should show Chet around Heartview. You know the season just as well as I do, and he needs somebody to show him what we’re all about. So he can ‘show what Heartview truly is.’”
Alexander felt his cheeks begin to burn as the spotlight of attention spun right onto him. “Well, I don’t know about that…”
“Oh, come on, you’d be great at it.” Terri took his arm and shook him back and forth. “No one else is more qualified than my best friend.”
“I would have thought Lorraine was your best friend,” he smiled, feeling himself giving in to her suggestion already.
“Well of course she’s my best friend. But firstly, she’s my wife. And secondly, she has to work. You, on the other hand, are available all the time, so you can go to all the good events during the day that Lorraine and I can’t take Mr. Jiang to.”
“I’d really appreciate someone showing me around.” Chet crossed his arms over his chest and leaned against the corner of the shelf behind him.
Alexander let out a half-defeated sigh. It wasn’t as if he had any plans for the next couple weeks, anyway. What was the harm in showing him around, especially if he was doing this for the town? “Alright, I’ll do it.” He smiled and nodded, mostly hoping to reassure himself that this was a good idea.
Chet smiled again, this time letting it make a more permanent home on his face. “Fantastic! Do you want my number? We can talk more about events and locations later.” He was already pulling out his phone.
Alexander nodded and stumbled over himself, sitting his book back down and digging through the pockets on his coat to find his phone. He unlocked it and exchanged contact information with him as quickly as possible. Once again, he was surprised by a camera shutter, this time coming from Chet’s phone instead of the camera around his neck.
He smiled at the screen. “You’re a pretty good model.” Alexander didn’t know what to say, other than an awkwardly formed thank you paired with a weird fluttering in his chest.
“I, um… I’ll let you get back to work.”
Alexander pressed his lips together. His heart was beating much, much faster than it was just ten minutes ago. He slid his phone into his pocket, finished his drink, shrugged his coat back on, and left. Snow began to fall, adding another sheet to the blankets already covering the curb. Streetlights were decked with thick, ruby red ribbons and an evergreen garland twisted along the black poles. Couples and families dotted the sidewalks and an odd car passed by on the salted roads. Tinny carols backed the laughter that echoed against festive store fronts. Alexander pulled his coat a little closer to himself, making his way back home.
As close as he lived to Main Street, he’d miss the pleasant comfort being around others brought. Maybe helping Chet would make this Christmas feel a little more like home.
Thank you for reading! Any attention this gets is greatly appreciated. If you’d like to be added to the taglist, comment or send me a message!

Plastic and Glass: Rocker Axel ch 3
Ch 1  ch 2   ch 4  ch 5  ch 6  ch 7
Warnings: fluff, angst, smut
Songs:  Take Me with U by Prince
Painting of Axel by @hiddlelecki
Tumblr media
Axel and Stephanie put their socks and boots back on and Axel pulls his shirt over his head as a slight chill fills the air. He grabs them the bottle waters from the small cooler he brought. He downs his quickly as Stephanie sips hers until it is gone. She lays back on him as he wraps his arms around her. Her Mother watches with a disapproving smirk. Her brother and sister in-law cuddle.
“Where did you and Axel go?” Her Mother prodded.
“Just along the lake,” Stephanie answered.
“I didn’t see you,” Her Mother cackled.
“I didn’t know you were looking for us,” Stephanie counter. “We talked to some friends we ran into.”
Axel whispered, “You better not have been behind the changing room making out with that hoodlum.”
Stephanie giggled.
The DJ announced, “I’ll be playing some of your favorite tunes that people came up her to suggest while I was setting up. Enjoy the fireworks.”
The song Take Me with U by Prince starts to play. The sky lights up. Stephanie jumps at the first big bang. Axel holds her tighter and laughs. Axel starts singing not real loud but loud enough for Stephanie to hear over the fireworks. “I can’t disguise the pounding of my heart, it feels so strong.” Stephanie joins in, “It’s in your eyes, what can I say, they turn me on. I don’t care where we go, I don’t care pretty baby, just take me with you…”
Another firework crashes as beautiful multicolors light up the sky. Stephanie’s body shakes again. Axel keeps singing to calm her which helps. “Come on and touch the place in me that’s calling out your name… We want each other oh so much why must we play this game...”
Stephanie joins in on the chorus again. Voice a little shaky but perfectly in key complementing Axel’s. “I don’t care where we go, I don’t care pretty baby just take me with you…”
“Hey sis,” Mark leaned to see her. “Who sings this?”
“Prince and Apollonia,” She said proudly.
“Let them,” Mark laughed.
Stephanie smirked singing louder, “All I want is to spend the night together. All I want is to spend the night in your arms...”
Axel laughed, “Funny, but I think you sound great babe.” He kissed her cheek and sang with her a little quieter. Snuggled her tightly whenever another extra loud firework went off.
“I’ve always loved the colors, but the sound of fireworks is a little jarring sometimes.” She nuzzled into Axel.
There were other songs Axel sang into her ear to try to relax her during the barrage of huge bangs in the sky that lit up in magnificent colors. When the finale started she buried her head into his chest. He stroked her hair softly until that was all over. Everyone got up. Some were clapping, hooting, and hollering for the grandeur of the event. Axel scooped up the blanket folding it under his arm, puts the cooler over his shoulder.
“Say goodbye to your friend Stephanie,” Her mother remarks. “I’m sure he wants to get home to bed.”
“Actually, I will be riding home with Axel,” She was matter of fact. “I need to pack up some cloths. Then follow him home. Might be back Sunday.”
Her mother’s jaw drops as Stephanie walks away with Axel.
Stephanie giggles and kicks her feet as Axel grabs her up in a bridle hold, “We better get there before her, I really don’t want a confrontation.”
“No problem.” Axel grins. “Just want to get you back to my place to wreck that pussy. All your defiant behavior has me hard already.”
She laughs more, “I think anything I do makes you hard.”
“Maybe,” he put her down. Grabbed the helmets.
As Axel was putting the helmet on Stephanie, Mark walked over, “You two have a half hour to get her things and go. Mom is pretty fuming. I’ll do my best to calm her down before dropping her at home. Have fun sis. Axel, just be gentle and wear protection.”
Stephanie holds in a laugh.
“Always,” He got on the motorcycle and Stephanie got on the back.
They were zooming off as Mark walked back to the van thinking about what to tell his Mom. He was supposed to discourage Stephanie from leaving with Axel. He didn’t do that and eventually his Mother would be reaming him out for it.
As soon as Axel stopped the motorcycle, Stephanie jumped off to run in the house to pack up some cloths frantically. Axel put the kick stand down and followed her.
“Calm down Babe,” Axel suggested. “It only took us ten minutes to get here. We have twenty more minutes.”
Stephanie stuffs cloths in her backpack, “I just really don’t want to deal with her tonight.”
“I don’t want you driving all frazzled like this.” Axel said calmly. “Come here.” He pulled her away from pushing on her bag to zip it.
“We don’t have time Axel,” She squirmed.
He took her face in his hands, “Just two minutes to focus on something else.” He leaned down to kiss her. To take her breath away. To take her mind off the current dilemma. “Better?”
She nods. Softly said, “We should go.”
“I’m going to pull in the Walmart I saw a few miles away. I need to buy some more magnums.” He winks.
Stephanie grins as she grabs her bag and heads upstairs. Axel follows. Slaps her ass as she get to the top.
“Enough of that for now young man,” She runs though the upstairs out the door.
Axel follows with his large strides catching up easily. Stephanie jumped in her car. Axel swung his leg over his cycle. As they pull off turning left out of the driveway her brother came in the other way dropping her Mother off.
At almost midnight on July fourth the Walmart parking lot was mostly empty when they pulled in.  Stephanie pulled where a truck was on one side of her and an empty space for Axel on the other side. On the other side of that was a van. They went inside straight to the area he knew he could find what he was looking for. He bought two boxes which made the young cashier look at him and Stephanie with wide eyes. She looked at the Magnums and back at Axel again.
He grinned, “Holiday weekend.”
The cashier turned beat red and hurriedly scanned the items and took Axel’s cash. As soon as Axel walk out he busted out laughing.
“Poor girl didn’t know what to think.” He laughed harder.
“I think it tipped her over the edge when you said, ‘holiday weekend.’ Like we are going to use two boxes in two days.” Stephanie giggles.
He grins, “I usually order the 100 pack to last longer but since twelve packs is all they had I got two. I’ll order more soon.”
Stephanie goes to get in her car.
“Let me in the passenger side.” Axel was giving her that look of hedonistic need.
As soon as she got in, she unlocked the door. Axel reached down and found the lever to push the seat all the way back. Then the button that lays it back. He got one of the condoms out while he looked round searching for any spectators or cameras. The truck blocked the closest camera. He took his pants and shorts down.
“What are you doing?” Stephanie looked around nervously.
“I told you, you gave me a hardon and riding my motorcycle is a little difficult in this position so what do you think we are doing.” He got situated in the seat all on display. “We are going to fuck right here. Take your panties off and jump on pretty girl. It is all for you.”
She hurries out of her panties as she giggles, “You are so bad Axel.” She holds his shoulds as she attempted to ease his cock inside, lowering herself as she whimpered.
“Been good all day,” he hissed. “Its time we let go and be bad.”
He grabbed her hips forcing her down quickly. She gasped. Tears welling in her eyes from the shock. He pulled her down again a little less forcefully.
“You got this Stephanie,” Axel gritted his teeth. “move those hips how I like. Take my cock deep.
“Yes Axel,” she muttered as she found her comfort.
She felt him thrust as she rolled her hips keeping up with him. Her hands gripping his shirt as her hair fell around his face. She moaned out as he hit her exactly right. He began to rub her clit so she would come with him soon.
“Fuck you are so good Stephanie.” he grunted. “Are you alright?”
“Yes, sooo… Oh fuck Axel,” She threw her head back losing her speech as she came.
He came with a growl hold her hips as she road out her orgasm.  She fell over him minutes later. He held her.
“That was fucking great for being in a car, babe,” He kissed her. “I have a cramp in my foot, but it was worth it.” Axel takes a deep breath. “You alright? Will you be able to drive to my place?”
“As soon as I can feel my legs, I’ll be fine,” Stephanie giggles as she moves back over to the driver’s side and puts her panties on.
Axel opens the door and tosses the condom in the parking lot. He gets his pants back on with some struggle. He sits there a minute more before looking over at Stephanie who is looking at him eyes droopy. “I guess I’m ready to ride easier now if you can drive.”
Stephanie starts her car, ‘I’m good.”
He reaches and leans over to kiss her, “That’s my dirty bad girl.” He gets out and straddles his motorcycle. Pulling out.
The own over the truck is just stepping around to get in as they pull away. He see’s the newly used condom laying there, “Damn horny kids. I miss that time.” He grumbles before getting into his truck.
