I think I have not been invited to the dinner where my 18 year old cousin - a literal teenager - is introducing her 24 year old boyfriend - a man old enough that if he'd gone to college he could have graduated college, could have a master's degree - to our part of the family because I expressed concern at their age difference.
#i just...#i know it's only six years but#she's 18!#she graduated from high school less than a year ago!#she's a teeneager and he's nearly old enough to rent a car!#and my whole family is so excited about their relationship!#maybe because i'm 28 and have no interest in marriage yet and have no interest in having babies for them to fawn over#oh and another thing!#i don't know all the details because i refuse to be in the family chat and now i can't ask for them bc#anyway i'm pretty sure they met in October and things seem to be getting really serious really fast#i don't know if they've actually talked about marriage but my aunt (not her mom) said the word in conjunction with them and i just#i get that people can get from meeting to marriage really fast and it be ok but SHE'S EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD#i can't handle this#chloe gets personal#rant

Countdown for Farah's fundraiser!
Farah (@farahmoo2) recently posted a goal of making it to 10K last week.
We now have less than 4 days to meet the 10K mark, and we're still only at €5,333. The last donation was made 5 hours ago.
So let me give you a little run-down on Farah for those who do not know a lot about her:
Farah is an 18 year-old girl who is the little sister of Nesma (@nesmamomen), who has been vetted by @/el-shab-hussein and shared here by @/nabulsi. While Farah was supposed to have graduated high school this year and gone on to university, her studies were interrupted by occupier bombardment in October 2023. When the biggest problems in Farah's life should be making it to her 8AM class or wondering why her experimental density measurement in chem lab is so different to the theoretical one, she is instead living in constant fear, at risk of being killed everyday when she makes the long trip outside her neighbourhood just to get internet to campaign online. She suffers from a lack of resources such as food, running water, medicine, sanitary supplies, and decent shelter. She suffers alongside her family, having to watch her father be captured and tortured, and her brother being severely injured during bombardment.
I have been chatting with Farah for a few days now and she is a lovely person. While she was in school, she enjoyed biology and physics. She wants to go to university to study medicine, but she hasn't decided whether to go into general or dentistry yet. Her mother wants her to go to Egypt to study, but she wants to go to Europe. She has also been disappointed at the recent stagnation of her fundraiser. She is, and I repeat, 18, and should not have to be worrying about this or putting herself in danger just to get funding! Farah is also uncomfortable because the place she travels so far to get wifi is also full of men. These conditions are not ideal. She deserves to be in school!
Please do whatever it takes to help Farah meet her goal. Do not just share here; share it other social media, too. Share it to your family or friends. Bug them repeatedly if you have too.

i wanna make your heartbeat run like roller coasters
for @subeddieweek day one with the prompts manhandling and accidental subspace

⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕
Eddie gets pushed against a lot of lockers.
It’s rarely accidental.
It’s always painful.
He doesn’t exactly have a lot of meat on his bones. Every hit leaves a bruise.
So when Steve fucking Harrington does his own dirty work for once, even though he graduated the way Eddie was supposed to, it’s just a bit embarrassing that it doesn’t hurt. It feels…kinda like he should be on his knees.
Which is really not something he wanted to think about when Steve’s got a hand on his shoulder, gripping hard enough to bruise, and something like fear in his eyes. Why is he scared?
“Did you sell weed to Robin?” he asked, teeth clenched.
Jesus fucking Christ. Steve’s got himself a band nerd girlfriend. How the hell did that happen?
“No, I sold to her friend. She waited by the treeline talking to herself the entire time.”
Eddie could hear his own voice shaking, but he wouldn’t back down. Black eyes were kinda metal weren’t they?
“Which friend?”
“Dude, I don’t even know. Someone else in band.”
The hand on his shoulder tightened and he barely bit back a whimper.
Steve’s eyes were very pretty this close. They were pretty from far away, too. Honestly, having Steve this close was probably rewiring something already broken in his brain. Having Steve’s hand on him like this was making his brain do somersaults trying to stay focused.
And then his hand was gone.
Eddie breathed in, breathed out.
“Sorry. I-” Steve shook his hands out and backed away. “Sorry.”
Eddie ignored whatever the fuck was happening in his stomach. It shouldn’t be happening so it isn’t, simple as that.
“Maybe you should ask your girlfriend if you’re so worried about her buying drugs.” Eddie should learn to shut his mouth at some point. “I only sell to the people who come to me first.”
“Yeah, yeah. I know. I remember.” Steve wiped his hand down his face. “Sorry again.”
Eddie looked him up and down, taking in the fact that he was genuinely apologizing. No one ever apologized for knocking him around, not even when it was on accident.
“You good?” He eventually asked.
“Yeah. Just, she’s been through a lot. I didn’t really want her to get pressured into buying something,” Steve sighed. “Has she come out of the band room yet? I’m supposed to bring her to work.”
“Uh, yeah man, everyone left an hour ago.”
Eddie watched Steve’s face fall as he checked his watch and must’ve realized the time.
“Shit. Okay. I must’ve lost track of time.”
Steve looked pitiful. Eddie’s seen dogs in alleys who looked less beaten down and neglected than Steve currently did.
“I can help you find her?” Eddie offered for some unknown reason.
Well, he knew the reason, but he was choosing to ignore it.
“She’s probably already at work. It’s my day off so I ended up getting distracted with something and didn’t realize it was so late,” Steve admitted, rubbing his hand on the back of his neck. “Thanks, though.”
Wayne liked to tell Eddie he was too nice to undeserving people. Lord knows he gave his dad too many chances and got let down every time. He even tried to be friends with Tommy Hagan in middle school because he could sense something was going on with Tommy’s dad much like his own.
But Eddie liked to remind Wayne that Eddie is often considered undeserving and he took him in and gave him multiple chances regardless.
“You wanna smoke?” Eddie asked, despite knowing he barely has anything left after the long week of midterms for students. His busiest times of year were right before school breaks, midterms, finals, and graduation weekend. He usually stocked up, but with Rick being in prison again, he had to try to stretch what he had out.
“Uh…smoke what?”
“Weed.” Then it hit Eddie that maybe Steve was into harder stuff. But he hadn’t ever even bought from him in high school. Tommy had, Carol had, almost everyone at his parties had, but Steve never did. “I have regular old cigs too if you prefer.”
“Yeah, man, cool,” Steve sighed with relief.
“I got a spot behind the cafeteria if you wanna…”
“Sure, yep, let’s go,” Steve nodded, gesturing towards the double doors that led outside to the cafeteria and auditorium buildings.
As they walked, Eddie’s mind raced with thoughts of being alone with Steve, Steve’s arm brushing against his, Steve pushing him against the wall of the cafeteria, of Eddie dropping to his knees and unbuttoning Steve’s pants and-
“I’m really sorry about what happened back there.”
Steve’s voice shook him from his thoughts, but his dick didn’t quite get the memo. When did he even start getting hard?
“No worries, dude.” His face scrunched in disgust at calling Steve dude. What was next, the bro pat on the back? A fist bump? “Kinda jealous of how protective you are of your girlfriend.”
Okay, actually, what the fuck? Eddie needed to shut his fucking face, right the fuck now.
“She’s not my girlfriend, but uh, I don’t think you’re really her type either,” Steve gave him a look, one Eddie knew well and one he couldn’t quite believe he was seeing on Steve’s face right now.
“Right, right.” Eddie wouldn’t make him say it, especially if it was actually the look he thought it was, but maybe he could offer a little something in return. “Yeah, she’s not really my type either.”
Steve stopped just before they reached the hidden area behind the dumpster and picnic table for staff to smoke.
“Really?” Steve’s eyes were wide. “So you’re more into…someone like…me?”
Eddie was actually leaking into his goddamn boxers. Why was he getting turned on just talking to Steve?
“That would be one way of saying it,” Eddie said. Still easy enough to back out of it, at least. Could just say he likes women who wear polos and use more hairspray than Melvald’s has ever carried at any given time.
“Huh,” Steve continued walking to the picnic table, sitting on top of it and kicking some dirt off the bench by his legs for Eddie to sit. “So those rumors were true?”
“That depends on if I’m gonna make it back home to my very loving uncle if I say yes.”
Steve rolled his eyes. “Obviously, I’m not gonna judge you about it when my best friend is-” He cut himself off and Eddie had to give him major credit. The Steve he used to know never would’ve cared if he outed someone, or at least never would have realized that was wrong. He coughed and then looked down at the bench. “You gonna sit?”
Eddie sat down on the bench, extremely close to Steve’s legs. Almost touching. Was that heat coming from his body or was Eddie just extremely warm?
“Did you actually wanna smoke or did you just wanna get out of the hall?” Steve asked after another minute of awkward silence.
“We can smoke.” Eddie reached into his pocket, hating how tight his jeans were in the front, and grabbed his lighter. His pack of cigarettes were usually stored in his van because he rarely smoked them, but luckily he’d brought them with him all week to sneak smokes between classes. He pulled one out and handed it to Steve.
He started to light his own when Steve leaned down, his face right next to Eddie’s, breath hot on his neck.
“You aren’t gonna light it for me?”
Eddie whimpered.
He would deny it a million times over if anyone asked. He almost had himself believing he imagined it.
But Steve laughed and backed away, pulling out his own lighter and giving Eddie a second to catch his breath.
What the fuck was that? Did Steve know he was making Eddie’s brain flatline?
He watched Steve take a long drag out of the corner of his eye, his mind shuffling between ‘what if he fucked me right here?’ and ‘get the hell away before your dick pops a hole in your jeans.’
Steve’s lips were so pink, and looked so soft, and just wet enough from licking his lips before taking the next drag, and Eddie was really going through it right now.
He’d gone through his Steve Harrington phase just like everyone else, thought it was over when he graduated. Had avoided the mall all summer when he heard he was working at Scoops so he didn’t have to see him in those tiny blue shorts. Had even gone so far as to avoid being around when the kids were being picked up from Hellfire because Dustin mentioned Steve was his ride.
Out of sight, out of mind.
Except for Eddie’s imagination was impressive, and his late night thoughts turned into very vivid scenes of Steve working him to the edge and making him beg, or pushing him against a locker and making him take his cock with barely any prep, or-
“Dude, anyone ever tell you you’re kinda space-y?” Steve’s voice once again lifted him from his thoughts, though he felt a bit hazy.
“Think I’m comin’ down with something,” Eddie squeaked out. All he was coming down with was a sickness deep in his chest: Harrington Heart-itis.
“Did you hit your head?” Steve sounded concerned now, setting his cigarette in the ashtray left on the table and moving so he had one leg on either side of Eddie. His fingers landed in Eddie’s hair, pulling his head closer and inspecting it for injury. “I didn’t think anything but your shoulders hit, but maybe-”
“No,” Eddie gulped. He should pull away. “Didn’t hit my head.”
Steve’s fingers tightened, not quite painfully, but enough of a bite to it that Eddie whimpered. Again.
Steve’s grip loosened, but his fingers stayed buried in his curls, and Eddie felt pressure guiding him to rest against Steve’s thigh.
“You eat today?” Steve asked, though his voice sounded kinda far away, like he was above the surface of the water and Eddie was sitting at the bottom of a pool looking up at the sun. “Eddie?”
“Hm?” Eddie blinked up at Steve. “I ate.”
“When?” Steve’s hand was cupping his cheek. “Lunch?”
“Mmm, no,” Eddie shook his head, blinked. “Breakfast? Cereal.”
Steve cursed under his breath.
He was so pretty. Had he been told how pretty he was? Surely when Nancy was with him, she told him.
Even if Robin liked women, she had to at least notice how pretty he was, right?
Steve’s sharp intake of breath somewhat centered Eddie.
“I’m gonna drive you home, okay?” Steve whispered, leaning down so his face was only inches away.
Eddie could kiss him. It would be the easiest thing in the world to lift his head the final two inches to make their lips meet.
“Eddie, eyes open,” Steve’s fingers tightened again, gaining Eddie’s full attention. “Should I call someone? Are you dynamic or something?”
Eddie’s brows furrowed. What did that even mean?
“Like the sugar thing?” Steve continued.
“Diabetic?” Eddie still felt a little hazy, but he was starting to come back to it with Steve’s hand migrating from his hair to his shoulder. “No, my sugar’s fine.”
“I’ve got some soda in my car. I can drive you home and then bring you to school in the morning. You probably shouldn’t drive like…this.”
It all came crashing down when Eddie realized how vulnerable he’d just been, how he’d actually lost track of time, not sure exactly how long he’d been sitting between Steve’s legs with his hands in his hair before he started coming back to earth. He stood up, maybe a bit too quickly, rocking a bit before finding his balance.
“Woah, take it easy.” Steve held his hands out, grasped his biceps to hold him steady. “You were pretty far out of it. Don’t rush it.”
How fucking embarrassing.
Eddie had only gone down that far one time with someone and they got freaked out when he was giggling and couldn’t walk on his own because his legs felt like jelly. But that had been on purpose. This was- Steve didn’t– Jesus Christ.
“I’m fine now.” Eddie was not fine. He knew what would happen if he left right now. Aftercare was a major part of this whether Steve was prepared for it or not. “Just, um, walk me to my van.”
Steve looked like a kicked puppy, but Eddie didn’t have the time to explain all of this to him.
Steve Harrington didn’t know how much of a freak Eddie was even if he did know he was gay. There’s no way Steve participated in any type of BDSM with the many girls he slept with in high school.
There was absolutely no fuckin’ way Nancy Wheeler let herself get tied to a bed and get fucked by Steve.
He shook his head at the thought.
“I’d feel a lot better if you let me drive you. I promise we don’t have to talk about it if you don’t want to.” Steve sighed. “I just don’t know if you should drive when you went down so hard.”
“You have no idea what even happened,” Eddie argued, pacing back and forth. “I can drive. I just need to walk it off.”
“You don’t walk off subspace.”
Eddie froze. Steve was standing right in front of him now, concern in his big, stupid, adorable eyes.
“How do you even know about subspace?” Eddie whispered.
“I slept with half the high school and two guys in Indy. I know what subspace is, Eds.”
Eddie must still be in space. Or maybe another galaxy.
“Sorry, did you just say you slept with two guys in Indy?” Has Steve seriously fucked more guys than Eddie has? Eddie, the resident gay man of Hawkins, has only been with one man in his entire life and Steve has apparently slept with two?
“Well, I wasn’t gonna sleep with two men in Hawkins!” Steve threw his hands up before putting them on his hips. “I hit up a gay bar and didn’t realize it doubled as a BDSM club until I was already in it and then a nice guy showed me the ropes. Literally. There were ropes involved.”
Eddie snorted. Steve was pretty and funny. Great. Just what he needed.
“I have a quick recovery, so I’ll be fine to drive home,” Eddie tried, though even he could hear his voice still shaking.
“No one is that quick,” Steve wrapped an arm around his shoulders, tugging him into a hug. “Has that ever happened before?”
“Not like that.”
“We should probably talk about it.”
The last thing Eddie wanted to do was talk about how someone playing with his hair and moving his head around while showing the bare minimum of care was enough to send him into subspace, but he had a feeling Steve wasn’t gonna give up easily.
“Fine. What should we talk about? How no one ever touches me gently so the moment someone did, I slipped? How I’ve been avoiding seeing you anywhere in public because I knew it would make my crush come back full force? Oh, I know!” Eddie laughed hysterically as he pulled away. “Let’s talk about how I still think about you in your stupid basketball shorts when I’m fucking myself on four fingers, which is never enough because I can never reach the spot I need to. Or how I once cut out your yearbook photo to keep for jerking off material because my mags weren’t enough. Could even talk about how earlier I wanted you to put your leg between mine so I could rub off on you. Or maybe the weather if you’d prefer that.”
Eddie was panting, could feel the heat on his face rising as he realized everything he’d just said, admitted, to Steve.
He’d never said any of that out loud. Shit, he’d barely said most of it in his own head.
Steve’s arms were pulling him in and Eddie let himself have it, let himself feel small for just a moment. If Steve wasn’t completely disgusted by what he said, then he would at least accept this offering of kindness for now.
They stayed like that for a while, long enough that Eddie started to wonder if he could just live here, right in Steve’s arms.
“It’s looking a little cloudy,” Steve said quietly, hands still rubbing Eddie’s back slowly.
“What?” Eddie still felt a little out of it, but that was entirely out of left field.
“You said we could talk about the weather.”
Eddie snorted. “Oh my God, you’re so-” Eddie looked up at Steve, who was smiling down at him. He felt off-kilter, being the object of that particular Steve look. “Stupid.”
It was fond, probably too fond for someone who needed to protect himself from whatever the hell was happening. He needed to shut this down.
“It’s been mentioned,” Steve’s eyes flickered down to Eddie’s lips, then back up to his eyes. “You good to head out?”
Eddie started to nod, but stopped.
This was his only chance. He wasn’t dumb enough to think he’d ever be alone with Steve again. If he was gonna kick start a spiral over feelings, he might as well go all out.
He stood at his full height, almost eye level with Steve, and leaned in.
The kiss was not even close to perfect. In fact, as far as kisses go, it was probably in the bottom three for Steve. Eddie chose not to think about how he screwed it all up.
But once the initial shock wore off, and Eddie put his teeth away, Steve’s hand cupped Eddie’s cheek and he licked past his lips.
Leave it to Steve to turn this around, make it something worth the risk.
Their lips moved in sync, both of them deepening the kiss without making it too wet, too filthy for a public space.
It was, dare he say, romantic.
Most kisses Eddie had managed to have were dirty and rough, hidden away in dark bars and alleyways, not exactly prime teen romance.
Of course Steve was good at this, of course he made Eddie melt against him, and of course Eddie was going to start writing hearts around Steve’s name in his notebook as if they were high school sweethearts.
When they pulled apart, it took him a minute to open his eyes. How stereotypical.
Steve was already looking at him, softer than he probably deserved.
“You’re pretty good at that,” Eddie breathed out.
“It’s been mentioned.” Steve’s lips turned up in a smirk before he pulled away completely. “Let’s go.”
They walked back through the school, stopping at Eddie’s locker to grab one of his textbooks as if he actually would use it. By now, he didn’t really need the textbooks to get his work done. And he was actually committed to getting it done this time around.
They were quiet as they continued out to the parking lot, only a few cars belonging to teachers left, maybe a few students stuck here for football or basketball practice. Steve’s car was towards the back, but Eddie’s was almost all the way in the grass field by the main road. It was less risky leaving it further away, less likely that anyone would slash the tires or key the side.
“You’re sure you can drive?” Steve asked as they stood outside his car.
“Yeah. Only five minutes to the trailer. It’ll be fine.” Eddie shrugged like it was nothing, but he was actually a little worried the kiss set him too off balance to focus on the road. Fuck the subspace, Steve’s lips were like discovering a new galaxy.
“Can I call you later? To check on you?” Steve seemed hesitant to ask.
“Uh, yeah? Do you…have my number?”
Steve shook his head, opening the door to his car and reaching into the glovebox to find a pen and an old receipt. As Eddie wrote down the number to the trailer, he thought about how much worse this would be tomorrow, how shitty it would be to have had this absolutely out of this world experience with the one person he never thought he could and then be left with scraps for the rest of his life.
“You uh, you don’t have to call, man. Don’t feel pressured. My uncle will be home so it’s not like I’ll be alone.”
Steve took the paper and pen back, folding the paper and putting it in his pocket and throwing the pen back into the car.
“I’m gonna call.” Steve moved a piece of Eddie’s hair from in front of his face. “You got a phone in your room?”
“No, but the one we have reaches to the bathroom?” Why the hell did he need one in his room?
“Good. Need you to be alone.”
“Steve, what the hell does that mean?”
“How else am I supposed to tell you what I wanna do to you?”
Well, fuck.

golden
heeseung x f!reader g: fluff, angst ⚠️ : cursing, kissing wc: 1.8k
—————————————————————————
Growing up wasn’t easy for you.
Your sister was the golden child, loved by all, hated by none.
You on the other hand were the “other” child in your parents lives.
The one who didn’t get as much attention no matter what you did.
You yearned for the affection and praise from your parents that your sister got daily.
Even in school, your sister was popular with many friends while you had a small few.
You knew your sister truly hated you when you confided in her about a crush you had sophomore year, and she began dating him a week later.
Everything you wanted, your sister got.
Every birthday she was showered with love and lavish gifts, while yours were days mostly spent with friends as less effort was given by your family.
Family…can you even call them that?
It was at 18 when you decided to go low contact with your family, your sister included.
You vowed not to let them hurt you anything with their lack of care for you.
You’re now in your senior year of college, and living without being in your sister's shadow has brought more happiness to you than you could have ever imagined.
She decided to pursue school out of state, while you stayed.
You’re going to be graduating top of your class, but of course your sister’s graduation is overshadowing that.
Which is why when you get the text from your parents inviting you home to celebrate your sister, you want nothing more than to say no.
But you know if you do, they’ll raise questions and it’ll be a whole repeat of the conversation you tried having years ago.
Before you left, you tried talking to your parents about your feelings. How you felt inferior to your sister in their eyes.
They, of course, vehemently denied any accusation of favoritism, claiming you were overreacting.
That was the end of that.
So, you suck it up, telling them you’ll be there.
Your apartment and school are a good hour and a half away from your hometown.
You make the drive the next day, dreading being in the same room as your family for the next 2-3 hours.
When you arrive, the house is already crowded.
You pass uncles, aunts, cousins.
None of them bother to greet you, making you regret coming already.
When you find your parents and sister, they make half an effort to greet you.
“Sis, I’m so glad you could make it,” your sister says.
“Congratulations.” You smile, albeit awkwardly.
Without even saying thank you, she rushes off to greet one of her friends.
You saunter away from your parents, finding a somewhat quiet corner to bury yourself in.
You’re scrolling through your phone when someone sits next to you.
You’re surprised to see Lee Heeseung, one of your sister's friends since high school.
You think he’s just sitting down to relax, but then he’s talking to you.
“Hey, Y/N.”
You look up, “…Hi?”
You remember whenever your sister had friends over, you weren’t allowed to talk to them because it upset her.
“It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you,” Heeseung says.
“Yeah, I moved a couple towns away for college.”
“How have you been?”
“Great! I’m graduating this year.”
Heeseung, who's the same age as your sister, graduated before you.
“Congrats, that’s a big deal. Are your parents gonna arrange a party for you too?”
Your smile slowly fades, “Probably not.”
His brows furrowed in confusion, “Why not?”
You want to tell the truth, the fact that your parents have never cared for you the way they do your sister.
The neglect, the lack of affection, you want to spill everything.
But, he probably won’t believe you, so you wave it off, “I’m just not really a party type.”
He looks like he’s about to say more when you hear your sister squeal his name from across the yard.
Before you know it, she’s rushed over, grabbing Heeseung by the sleeve and dragging him toward their friend group.
You sigh, it’s probably better you don’t talk to him anyway.
The hours drag on and your parents gather everyone’s attention, clanking a fork on a wine glass.
“We’re so happy to have everyone important to S/N here to celebrate her special day. 23 years ago we gave birth to the light of our life and everyday has been a blessing. Our daughter is smart, hardworking, kind and so much more. We can’t think of anyone more deserving. Please, a toast, to S/N.”
Everyone raises their glasses, toasting to her.
You know you shouldn’t, but you can’t help the tears that begin to form.
Getting up, you quietly leave the backyard, heading upstairs to your old room.
It’s empty, with nothing but a bed and dresser, no essence of you anywhere.
When you moved out, you made sure to take everything with you.
Now, as you sit on the bed, you let the tears fall.
You knew your parents didn’t care for you the way they did your sister. Yet, some part of you still hoped you had a place in their hearts, but clearly that was not the case.
This feels like a knife was twisted in your heart.
“Y/N?”
Heeseung’s voice interrupts your thoughts as he enters the room.
“What’s wrong?” He asks, coming to sit beside you on the bed.
“It’s nothing,” you say, wiping your tears frantically.
“You’re crying, Y/N, that’s not nothing.”
“Why are you here, Heeseung? Why are you talking to me?
“Because you’re sad, and I hate to see you sad.” His eyes are soft, looking at you like you’re fragile.
“You don’t even know me Heeseung, why do you care if I’m sad or not?”
Without warning he cups your face, pulling you forward into a kiss.
Your eyes are wide open in shock, before you relax in his hold, closing your eyes and enjoying the kiss.
Your lips move desperately, as he scoots impossibly closer.
You’re so drawn into the kiss, you don’t hear the footsteps making their way upstairs.
“What the fuck!”
You hear your sister’s voice and immediately break away.
“S/N-” You try to speak but she cuts you off.
“Who the fuck do you think you are? I’ve always told you to stay away from my friends and this is what you do in return. You know he’s mine.”
You look between her and Heeseung, stuttering out an apology before you rush out of the room.
Running downstairs, you hear footsteps behind you and you run into the living room.
“What happened?” Your father asks as S/N and Heeseung follow closely behind you.
“Y/N apparently thinks it’s okay to kiss another girl's man,” S/N says, huffing.
Your parents turn to you, disgust evident on their faces.
You know it shouldn’t hurt, but it does.
“Is this true?” Your mother asks.
“I…I didn’t know—” You’re grasping at straws, trying to defend yourself.
Everyone is staring at you, looks of disappointment on everyone’s faces.
You feel a new onset of tears coming down and without another word you rush out of the house.
S/N watches you go, then turns her attention to Heeseung.
“Are you okay?” She asks, “Did she force herself on you? I swear I’m gonna—”
“Stop!” Heeseung shouts, silencing everyone’s whispers.
“She didn’t force herself on me S/N are you fucking crazy? I kissed her!”
S/N has the audacity to look confused. “Why would you do that? You know you and I are—”
“We’re nothing!” Heeseung shouts. “We have never been anything more than friends and we never will be.”
“What are you talking about? Don’t tell me you actually like her? She’s a loser, why would you like someone like her?” S/N is blabbering at this point, saying whatever is in her mind.
Heeseung looks at her in utter shock, terrified that someone could talk about their own sister like that.
“You know what I think S/N? I think you’re a spoiled, bratty, insignificant human being. The fact that you could talk about your sister like that, your own family, is appalling. I don’t know what planet you’re living on, but this one doesn’t revolve around you.”
S/N is shocked, “What do you mean? I’m insignificant? She’s the one who’s insignificant!”
Heeseung smirks, “I get it now. You’re jealous. Jealous that she’s pretty, that she’s smart, kind, successful… everything you’re not. And it seems you’ve been nothing but enabled your whole life,” he says with his gaze on your parents.
With that, he heads out the door in your direction.
He gazes down both sides of the street, looking for your figure.
Heeseung finally spots you, on the other side of the road, down a hill that leads to a park.
He jogs, nearly tripping on his way down.
He approaches you cautiously, hearing your small sniffles.
You’re sitting on a bench, criss-crossed, head buried in your hands.
He sits next to you, “Y/N.”
You glance at him, “What are you doing here?”
“I came to talk to you. What S/N said isn’t true. We’re not together, in any way.”
You sit up, “Even so, we shouldn’t have been talking to each other in the first place.”
“Why? Because S/N doesn’t like it? Who cares what she thinks!”
“S/N has always been the favorite. Everything she wanted, she got. I.. I never meant anything to my parents, no matter what I did.”
“They’ve enabled her behavior, haven’t they?”
You nod, “For years, I just wanted some kind of acknowledgment from them. But I know I’ll never get it, especially not now.”
“You don’t need people like that in your life. You deserve to be surrounded by people who appreciate you and give you what you deserve,” Heeseung says, pouring his heart out in hopes you’ll understand.
“Like who?”
“Like me.” He smiles. “I didn’t kiss you for no reason. I like you, Y/N.”
Your beautiful eyes blink up at him, “Me? Why? We’ve barely interacted in the past.”
Heeseung leans back against the bench, looking up at the sky like he’s thinking.
“Well, it all started when I came to your house for the first time. I came into your kitchen for water and you were just standing there, looking beautiful as ever. We didn’t talk other than you saying ‘excuse me’ but I knew then that I liked you.”
For the first time today, you smile, a genuine smile.
“That was my first kiss.”
Heeseung’s eyes widened in surprise, “I’m so sorry, I shouldn’t have.”
“It’s okay. I liked it,” you say, reassuring him.
He smiles back at you, “Then, can I do it again?”
You don’t answer with words, instead leaning forward to peck his lips.
He chases your lips, pressing them together again, longer this time.
When you part, he looks blissful. “Y/N, would you give me the honor of taking you on a date?”
You lean into his side, snuggling into it as he wraps his arm around you.
“I’d like that.”
For once, you have something your sister doesn’t, and damn does it feel good.

Tommy POV, wc: 2890, full version on ao3
Tommy Hagan is not jealous of Eddie Munson.
He’s not.
There’s nothing to be jealous of, in his opinion, and Tommy probably wouldn’t be thinking about him at all if Eddie wasn’t the most publicly well known member of his graduating class – well, he hadn’t actually been in his graduating class, Tommy supposes.
They had been seniors at the same time, though.
If Tommy happened to be jealous of anything – and that’s a big if – it would probably have something to do with the famous thing. Everyone has a small part of them that wants to be famous at least in some capacity, he’s pretty sure, even if Eddie isn’t really, truly famous – not like the red carpet celebrities. He’s a writer. Even the most well known writers never get all that much attention, but Munson has his own Wikipedia page, and that’s more than anybody else from Hawkins, Indiana can say. Hawkins itself barely even has a Wikipedia page, and it’s only because of all the atrocities that happened in town in the mid-eighties.
Tommy hadn’t been around for the end of it all – the earthquake-slash-serial killer situation that never made any sense to him. He remembers his mom calling him at his college dorm when the deaths first started. He remembers her asking, “You went to school with that Munson boy, right? Do you think he could do something like this?”
And Tommy had been twenty and a total moron, so he’d said some dumb shit like, “Yeah, he’s into freaky stuff like that. Somebody should’ve put him on a list ages ago,” even though four years of experience told him that Eddie was all bark, no bite. Tommy hadn’t been surprised at all by the statements that later came out clearing Eddie's name, and by then his parents had already high-tailed it out of Hawkins so it all sort of became irrelevant to him.
Tommy never even returned to Hawkins one single time after he left for college (barring his high school reunion, obviously), and twenty years after graduation, he doesn’t really think about those years all that much.
He doesn’t love the person he’d been in high school. He was whiny and immature and had his priorities all messed up. Most of the memories he has of his teenage years, he looks back at and cringes, feels a whole lot of shame and embarrassment, but also some pride at how much he’s grown over the last twenty years. He also knows he’d been kind of a dick in high school, but that he’s less ashamed of. It’s normal, he knows, for kids to be mean, that it’s a standard response to being untreated kindly in other ways. Like, his dad had been an asshole to him as a kid, always on him about his grades and his smart mouth and how he’d no longer been a standout on any of his sports teams after starting high school, and Tommy had coped with that by poking kids beneath him at school.
It’s just the pecking order of high school. It’s normal.
Even now, when Tommy’s son had dealt with some pricks in the year above him shoving him around, he had come home from school and tormented his little sister for a while – it’s normal, no matter how much his wife had tried to convince him it was something that needed addressing. It’s just kids being kids. They grow out of it eventually, just like Tommy had.
Occasionally he wonders where the kids he’d spent all those years with in the Hawkins public school system had ended up, but these days the internet makes that pretty damn easy to figure out.
He’s learned Tina got married and had kids real young. She still lives in Indiana. Carol, who he’d split up with before heading off to college, lives in Alabama now and she’s got kids and a husband too. Jonathan Byers is a photographer in California – Tommy isn’t into all that art-y crap, so he has no clue if he’s any good, but he definitely recognizes some of the organizations he’s worked for and if that’s any indication, Tommy would wager he’s not too shabby. No wife, though, he noted, so he’d either been right about Byer’s being a queer, or women just found him repulsive (admittedly, Tommy leans more towards the former – he’s a photographer). Tammy Thompson still lives in Tennessee, though it doesn’t seem like she does music anymore (husband, kids, blah blah blah).
If he’s honest, the only person Tommy is actually interested in tracking down is Steve Harrington, and he’s the one person Tommy can’t find a single trace of online. No MySpace, no Facebook, no weird blog thing, nothing.
Vaguely, he wonders if Steve might be dead. A truly massive proportion of Hawkins had died over just a few short years in the mid-eighties. Maybe Harrington was one of them.
Tommy doubts it.
He would have known.
Steve’s parents would have made sure everyone knew if their son had died. Funnily enough, Steve’s mom is actually on Facebook, and pretty actively too, but there’s no sign of Steve anywhere on her page.
He hadn’t even shown up for their high school reunion in the winter of ‘04, which is odd because Tommy had been certain he would.
He doesn’t obsess over it – he really doesn’t. It’s just a thought that pops into his mind every now and then – where the hell is Steve Harrington?
In the late spring of 2007, he gets his answer.
“Tom,” his wife says, “That guy from your high school is on the cover of this magazine.”
He knows without asking for clarity that it’s Munson – no other person makes sense – and when he eventually gets his hands on the magazine, he finds that he’s correct.
Eddie Munson is on the cover of a magazine because, apparently, he published another book.
Truthfully, Tommy already knew that.
It’s his fourth book (which, for the record, Tommy hadn’t known until he knew it because it’s not like he’s keeping tabs on this guy or whatever), and it’s been getting a whole bunch of mainstream attention after a controversial landing on the top of all those book charts Tommy doesn’t follow despite featuring a gay love store amidst all his normal fantasy crap. It sparked a whole debate about banning books and everything (dumb, Tommy knows, because if he learned anything in business school it’s that if you really don’t want something to exist, the best thing you can do is not funnel money and attention into it).
Tommy does, in fact, watch the news so he’d already caught wind of all this – it’s part of the reason he can’t shake the guy – and it’s why Eddie Munson is on the cover of this magazine (because, seriously, nobody gives a shit about writers until it hits the news).
He allows himself a moment to look at the cover, to look at Eddie, who apparently goes by Ed now. Tommy is loath to admit it, but he looks good. His hair is normal and he’s grown into his frame, not all long and lanky and gangly limbs like Tommy remembers from school. He looks well-fed, confident, happy.
He looks good.
Tommy thumbs through the first few pages of the magazine until he reaches Eddie’s interview, and, again, he allows himself to look over the photo of him that takes up nearly three-quarters of the first page even if he has no intention of actually reading the article itself because, again, Eddie looks good (and maybe there’s something about the scruff of facial hair along his jaw that Tommy's eye gets stuck on). Tommy’s allowed to say that men look good when it’s true – it’s 2007, as his wife likes to remind him whenever it’s convenient for her, and if she’s allowed to say that Angelina Jolie looked good in that CIA movie, then Tommy is allowed to say that Eddie Munson looks good here.
When Tommy flips to the next page, he’s met with a photo that stops him in his tracks, has his feet frozen to the floor because –
Jesus Christ, that’s Steve Harrington.
Fuck, okay, so he’s reading this fucking article.
It takes Tommy a long time to get through it, honestly. Eddie comes out in the article, which might be a big deal, might not (and he doesn't care to be enlightened, thanks). He keeps getting distracted by the pictures scattered throughout it.
The pictures of Steve, mostly.
Because, well, if Eddie Munson looks good, Steve…
Steve looks alive.
Tommy didn’t realize it until this exact moment, but Steve had existed in his head for the last two decades as the eighteen-year-old he’d been the last time they were in the same room together. It hadn’t exactly occurred to him that Steve’s been aging this whole time too, just like Tommy has.
It’s undeniable that Steve is older.
His hair is starting to go gray at his temples (it’s the only thing that’s changed about his hair since he’s still styling it the same as he did in high school – because why mess with a good thing, Tommy supposes) and he’s got just the hint of crow's feet around his eyes when he smiles. He’s smiling in all the photos – every damn one – and it has Tommy struck by how unbelievably happy Steve seems. It’s an effect that somehow both takes years off the age Tommy knows he is and shines a light on just how good those years must have been for him.
There’s no solo shots of him like there are for Munson – though according to the article, it's actually Harrington now – and only half the photos are in color. The rest of them – the more candid ones – are smaller and left in black-and-white.
The one that caught Tommy’s eye first – because it was meant to, he’s pretty sure; it takes up half the page – is right in that sweet spot between staged and candid where Steve and Eddie both know that they’re being photographed even though neither of them are actually posing. Eddie is grinning at Steve in a wicked way that still feels familiar to Tommy even two decades since he’d last seen it on him (probably swaggering around the cafeteria like a total jackass – not that Tommy would know anything about that). Steve is grinning right back at him with a smile Tommy doesn’t think he’s ever seen before.
Or maybe he has, but not on this version of his face, not since Steve was as young as his oldest daughter.
Just as the author of the article said, the photos don’t show the faces of Steve’s children, either leaving them artfully out-of-focus or choosing shots where they’re turned away from the camera, but they’re still present, and it makes the whole spread almost feel like a photo album in a way, like it should be private but instead was published for the whole world to see.
Steve has three of them – kids, Tommy means. He didn’t know that Steve was a family kind of guy. It makes sense though, when he thinks about it. Steve’s parents were kind of a nightmare — present in the worst ways, and absent in the worst ways too (though it hadn’t seemed that way when Tommy was a teenager looking for a failsafe party house). He'd always felt kind of bad for the guy. Like, Tommy's dad had been a total piece of work, but they'd at least been around, and he'd stuck around long enough for them to sort out their issues at least most of the way, and these days he's a pretty kickass grandpa to Tommy's children.
Tommy wonders about Steve's parents now, wonders if they maybe came around like his own parents had, but then he remembers Mrs. Harrington's Facebook page and how there's not a damn trace of her son on there, never mind three grandchildren.
Tommy isn't sure he wants to touch that.
Steve is probably a really good dad, Tommy decides. He’d been kind of that way when they were friends — Steve used to say he wasn’t all that bright, but he always had a freaky sixth sense for reading people, for caring about them in exactly the way they needed.
There's one photo where Steve is managing to holding his youngest daughter — a tiny little baby still — and her bottle in one arm (that's a level-three dad hold, Tommy knows). The bottle is angled in a way that obscures her face, and Steve's other hand is being tugged on by another daughter, this one with a mop of curly brown hair remarkably similar to Eddie's when it was still long.
That's another thing Tommy won't let himself think about, (because he knows if did he'd start wondering if any of those kids were half-Steve).
Anyways, Tommy doesn't need glance to see that Steve wears fatherhood like a favorite sweater.
There’s something about this, about seeing these pictures, about the way Tommy is getting an answer to that question he’s had for years about where his childhood best friend has been all these years, that is making him feel like his ribcage is being split open, bones splintering and shattering as everything vulnerable inside his chest in suddenly out for display.
He probably should feel uncomfortable, right? Like, a guy he’d been seriously close to growing up — sleepovers and gym locker rooms and all that shit — had turned out to be gay. If his own son came home from school saying that his best friend came out or whatever as gay…well, again, it’s 2007, and Tommy doesn’t think his wife would allow him to denounce the friendship entirely, but there certainly wouldn’t be any sleepovers anymore. He thinks that’s pretty reasonable.
What was the likelihood that Steve had been, like, into Tommy?
And that should be an uncomfortable notion too, and in a sense, it kind of is, but not necessarily in the way he would expect.
He just doesn’t understand why all this feels so much like a loss because he knows that he hasn’t really lost anything – not since he got his hands on the magazine, anyways. Steve Harrington hasn’t played any sort of role in Tommy’s life since their final falling out in 1984, and as far as he’s aware, having a falling out with a close friend is pretty much a guaranteed part of growing up. His wife even experienced something similar when her own grade school best friend suddenly stopped answering calls and stopped reaching out after they’d started college – and his wife is basically the nicest person Tommy has ever known, so…it happens to even the best.
It’s just…Steve had always continued to exist in Tommy’s life in a way, even if he wasn't physically present, and maybe Tommy had figured it could be the same for Steve too, that maybe he sometimes wonders where Tommy is, wonders what he’s up to.
This article and these photos makes it pretty fucking clear that Tommy doesn’t even exist in the same galaxy as the life Steve is living.
And that’s not to mention the Eddie fucking Munson of it all.
Tommy had been kind of ignoring the Eddie of it all until he couldn’t ignore it anymore, because he doesn't care about Eddie Munson.
He'd never cared, but he'd spent years seeing the guy's face and his name everywhere, and now it feels like a sick joke, like he's the piece of Steve left in Tommy's life.
If the article is accurate (and he has no reason to believe it isn’t), Steve and Eddie have been together for longer than Tommy has even known his wife. Steve has been with Eddie for longer than Steve was ever friends with Tommy – not by a lot, but still more. That’s a long fucking time, and it’s clear as day on both of their faces that they’re just as in love with each other fourteen years in as they were on day one.
It’s not just Steve, and it’s not just Eddie, and it’s not one more than the other. It’s both of them.
There’s one photo in particular – a small black-and-white one that keeps pulling Tommy’s attention.
It’s another candid shot, taken from a bit of a distance. In it, Steve has Eddie boxed in against the counter in what has to be their kitchen. Eddie is leaning back against the edge of the granite countertop and looking at Steve with something sappy and fond on his face, and Steve’s hands are this close to grabbing Eddie’s waist as he looks at him the exact same way.
It’s shit out of a fairy tale or something, and sure, maybe someone could argue that they’re laying it on thick just for the sake of the magazine or whatever, but Tommy knows Steve Harrington and that look on his face is more real than Tommy had ever seen in all the years he'd known him.
So maybe Tommy has a reason or two (or three or four) to be jealous of Eddie Munson.

masterlist.
part one. | part three.
you and toji fushiguro have been in an on-again-off-again relationship all throughout high school. over the summer break after graduation, you find out you're pregnant. too bad toji has already skipped town after your last breakup.
tags: fem!reader, gun violence, harassment, physical violence, mention of domestic abuse (not between toji & reader), teen pregnancy (reader and toji are both 18-19 range), mentions of abortion, mentioned that toji sold drugs, americanized setting, non sorcerer universe, 00's setting, reader is megumi's mom, toji initially denies megumi is his, i aged up gojo, geto, and shoko so you can have some frens, exes to lovers (eventually), their relationship is toxic rn, not beta read we die like toji :(
wc: 2.7k
4 years later..
You pull Megumi’s hat over his ears to protect them from the cold and squeeze his body closer in your arms. “My mom can’t watch him today, she’s got a doctor's appointment. Shoko and Geto are working right now, too! I promise he won’t cause any trouble. He can sit in a booth while I’m working. Pleeeease, Nanami! You know he’s a good kid!” You beg your boss. He looks down at you and your son, contemplating which rules this would violate.
It’s Gojo who comes to your defense.
“Come on Nanamiiii, I can help her keep an eye on him! You won’t have any problems, my Megumi is the sweetest little thing, aren’t you baby? Aren’t you?” He leans over to squeeze Megumi’s cheek until Megumi turns his head into your chest to escape Gojo’s teasing.
Gojo had taken up working at the diner with you after he dropped out of college on account of, “My family has enough money for me to never have to work again. Why would I waste it in college when I can spend my youth working a minimum wage job for fun?”
You and Shoko had punched him in the face for that one.
“Any disruptions to the customers and you’ll have to figure something else out, Y/N. This is a one time thing. Gojo, don’t let the kid be a distraction to you. You need to stop forgetting you have tables all the time.” You smile and give Gojo a victory high five. “Are you excited to spend the day with mama, Megumi?”
Megumi had turned four a couple of weeks ago. You two now lived in your own modest apartment. It was close to your mother’s house and your job. Usually your mother would keep Megumi for you during work hours, and when that wasn’t available Gojo, Geto, or Shoko would help you out. With all four contenders busy, there was no choice but for you to bring Megumi with you to work. Babysitters and daycare were out of the question on your salary of shitty tips. You could barely afford the apartment. The only way you could get furniture into it was on a loan from Gojo (which he refused to let you pay back).
You, Nanami and Gojo walk into the back of the building through the kitchen to punch in. “Our little Megumi’s gonna be joining us today!” Gojo announces to the kitchen staff, mainly comprised of high school students and Hakari. You hear various coos as you walk Megumi through the kitchen. “Can you say ‘hi,’ baby?” You whisper to Megumi through his knitted hat.
He pulls his face from the interior of your sweater and meekly waves to the staff, who all burst into bright smiles. There had been a few times your mother had brought Gumi to the diner to see you during hours, meaning the staff had not only heard of, but had seen Megumi around quite a bit.
Megumi, unlike his father, was incredibly shy and quiet even for his young age. He was one of the best babies you could ever ask for. He cried of course, even had a nasty case of colic when he was little, but on average he cried far less than a normal kid. For a while you were concerned, bringing him to every doctor your insurance would allow to get second opinion after second opinion. Their conclusion? It’s just his personality.
"It seems like he cried all his tears out during his first couple of weeks!" One doctor had joked. Yeah, so had you.
Every time you looked at Megumi, you saw Toji. Their resemblance was undeniable. Sometimes it felt as if he hadn’t inherited a single genetic trait from you. Some days, it made you more sad than others. You hadn’t seen any baby pictures of Toji, didn’t think his family even owned any, but if you had to guess, Megumi had to be the spitting image. You’d see old classmates you hadn’t talked to in years only for them to comment on how much they resembled each other. Not knowing about you and Toji's dramatic breakup.
You and Gojo punch in and take off your coats to hang them up on the rack. Yuki, one of your newer coworkers, bursts through the door with a few empty water glasses. “Agh, thank god you two are here!” She exclaims, setting them down by the sink. “I’ve got this table of guys that are driving me batshit. The kitchen guys don’t get it. I need a freakin’ break.”
You giggle at her and take off Megumi’s hat from where you’re holding him on your hip. “I can take the next one!” You hang up Megumi’s hat next to your coat. “Just let me get him situated.” Yuki gasps and runs over to you. “Hi Megumi! I’ve heard so much about you! It’s nice to meet you, I’m Yuki! Oh my god, Y/N he’s so freakin’ cute!” She exclaims.
Gojo and Yuki get to talking shit about her table while you walk out onto the floor to choose a booth for Megumi to sit. You choose the one furthest from the door and closest to the kitchen and set him down on a side where you’ll be able to see him clearly for the majority of your shift. “Okay Gumi, I’m gonna be working but I’m gonna come over and check on you a lot too, okay?” You set your bag next to him and pull out a few toys and a coloring book. “I’ll get the kitchen guys to sneak you some food, okay?” He nods and grabs a blue crayon from his half empty box. “Okay, mama.” He replies in the sweetest voice you've ever heard.
You give him a kiss on his forehead and move a piece of his hair behind his ear before moving to the other side of the booth and adjusting your waist apron. “Y/N, you got table three.” Yuki announced. You looked behind you to see Gojo and Yuki approaching Megumi’s table. “Megumiiiii! What are you coloring?” Gojo slid into the seat next to Megumi and his toys.
“How many?” You asked Yuki. “Just two.” She responded, “The one guy’s hot, maybe you could get laid tonight.” You scoffed. “First of all, don’t say shit like that on the floor when we have customers who may hear you.” You give her a pointed look, “secondly, you’re too young to be talking about intercourse. You’re like twelve.” You smile at her and turn around to go greet your table.
“I’m literally 18!” Yuki exclaims as you walk away.
“Exactly the point!” Gojo responds for you.
You pull out your server book as you approach your table and click your pen. “Hi, I’m Y/N, welcome to-” when you look up, you freeze.
First, you see Jinichi, Toji’s brother. When your eyes move over to the other side of the booth, you see him in the flesh for the first time in five years.
He’s looking down at the table, so you can’t see his face, but from his build alone you can see he’s almost doubled in muscle mass since you last saw him. His hair is longer, bangs falling over his eyes, and he sports a black muscle tee to show off how much he has bulked up over the years. He's intentionally avoiding your gaze.
All the feelings you’ve felt over these five years, anger, rage, resentment, loss, pain, sadness. They all come rushing back at once. Five years of wondering what he was up to while you stayed up with Megumi as a newborn when he had colic and wouldn’t stop crying for almost a month straight. As you operated on auto pilot and almost cried when you saw him smile again. As you cared for him through his first flu, which you had eventually caught too. Rushing him to the hospital for a slight rise in temperature as your mother convinced you over the phone that everything would be okay and you sobbed hysterically. When Megumi took his first steps, when he said his first word. You always thought of Toji.
How would he have reacted? You may not have trusted him, but you don’t think he’d be a particularly bad father if he were to put in the effort. Every time Megumi smiles, every time he frowns, it looks like Toji has walked right back into your life. When you two talked about kids, it was never very serious. You always talked about the idyllic. How many you’d have, what their names would be, if you’d move out to the countryside so they’d have space to play. You never discussed how you wanted to raise them, how you two would afford it, if Toji would stop dealing.
“Well, well, fucking well!” Jinichi starts. “This is just fucking hilarious!” You can see Toji tense up where his elbows rest on the table. Jinichi leaned back in his seat looking back and forth between you and Toji. “High school fucking sweethearts! Look at this shit, Toji, that's your girl right there! Hey Y/N-” Before Jinichi can finish his sentence, Toji bangs his hands on the table, making the condiment bottles rattle loudly, and bringing the entire restaurant's attention towards the three of you. Toji mumbles something under his breath that you can’t pick up. You’re still physically frozen in place.
Jinichi had always been an asshole. Toji didn’t like you to go over to his house for multiple reasons relating to his family, but one of the major ones was because of his brother. Jinichi always had a smart mouth. Liked to put dumb ideas in Toji’s head, one of which was the one that eventually got him shot and bleeding out on your bedsheets.
“Ahh, come on little brother. You’re so intense nowadays. We’re here for a good ol-”
“We’re here for fucking business, Jinichi. Shut the fuck up. We don’t want nothin’.” Toji says, finally addressing you without even looking your way. You feel someone grab onto your shoulder and quickly turn to see Gojo. He gently pulls you away from the table.
“I- I didn’t-” you begin, before Gojo can even get you five feet from the table, Jinichi is back at it. “Hey, what the hell, don’t take my waitress! I ain’t ordered nothin’ yet! Hey Y/N, you look good by the way! Usually girls get ugly after they have babies!”
It’s so sudden and quick that if you weren’t five steps away, you wouldn’t have seen it at all. Toji leans over the table, somehow calmly and aggressively at the same time, to grab his brother by the collar of his shirt. “That’s enough. Don’t make me fucking tell you again.” He says, his tone quiet and deadly.
All you can think about is Megumi, where the fuck is Megumi? He’s your priority right now. Your head whips toward Megumi’s table, where you see Yuki with her hand on Megumi’s shoulder as he watches you intensely.
“Fuck. Gumi.” You whisper to yourself.
You pull away from Gojo’s grasp to race toward your son. “Mama..” he whispers as you reach him and pull him tightly into a hug. “It’s okay honey. Don’t worry about it.” You firmly grasp the back of his neck to ground yourself. This is exactly why you had said all those things you said to Toji all those years ago. You didn’t want your child growing up in an unstable environment. You didn’t want Toji’s issues to be a cause of stress for yourself or for Megumi. It'd be slightly different if these were two random guys in the diner. Sure, you'd shield Megumi if it got intense, but the fact that one was his father made the hair on the back of your neck stand up at the slightest movement.
“You look sad mama. Did the big men hurt you?” You laugh at his innocence. “No, baby. They didn’t hurt me.” They did hurt you. In a deep emotional way that you didn’t feel like explaining to a four year old right now. “Let's go honey, little kids shouldn’t see this.”
“I’m a little kid, right?” He asks. “Yes, you are.”
“What the hell is going on?” You hear a booming voice come from the kitchen door and see Nanami walking towards Toji’s table. “Nothings going on!” Jinichi yells. “You know how the little brothers are, always got a goddamned inferiority complex goin’ on or somethin’!” Toji still has a grasp on his shirt as Jinichi is yelling at Nanami.
“I’m going to have to ask you two to leave.” Nanami says calmly. “I ain’t fucking leaving. I came here for some fuckin’ service from my brother’s old-” Suddenly, Jinichi’s head is being slammed onto the table, and a collective gasp is aroused from the restauraunt.
“Come, Gumi.” You pick him up in your arms. “Yuki, can you pack his stuff up for me please?” You ask as you contemplate your next move. “Of course, of course.” You can’t head to the front or kitchen door without Gumi potentially seeing more violence. You would have to rush past in the hopes that nothing else happens while you’re moving by. The kitchen door is closer from here, less potential for Megumi to see anything.
“Ok, Gumi. Can you close your eyes for me real quick, baby?” You ask, rubbing his back. “Ok, mama.” You move Megumi so that his face is pressed to your chest and book it toward the kitchen door. You hear more commotion as you pass by, but will yourself not to turn around and check. Gojo and Yuki follow you in from behind with your bag. When you’re in the kitchen, you’re quick to set Megumi on the ground to grab his hat and secure it on his head.
“I’m so sorry, Y/N, I never would’ve given you that table if I knew.” She apologizes as she hands you your bag. You laugh. “It’s not your fault Yuki. By the way, remember what I said about no intercourse? You wanna implement that policy because of fuckers like him-” “Mama!” Megumi chastises. “Sorry, bad word.” Yuki lets out a relieved sigh.
“I didn’t even see them walk in, Y/N-” Gojo starts. “Oh my gosh guys, it's not a big deal! Seriously, I’m just worried about Gumi seeing anything.” Even as you say this, your hands shake as you attempt to zip up Megumi’s coat. Gojo gives you a knowing look and grabs your own coat off the rack for you.
“I just, um, need a little break. I can’t afford to lose out on the money tonight.” You say, grabbing your coat from him and sliding it on. “I’ll cover you-” Gojo starts, but you interrupt. “I’m not taking money from your family, Gojo!” You pick up Megumi and hold him on your hip. “I’m not saying that. I’ll split the tips from tonight with you. My apology for not seeing them before.”
“No, Gojo.”
Nanami walks in the kitchen door. “Take the day off,” he says to you before walking back to his office. “No, Nanami I’m ok I’ll just take him to my mom’s really quick-”
“You’re too shaken up to do anything else today. I’ll schedule you more next week to make up for it.” Nanami supplies. “Thank you.” You say, silently relieved. Was your distress seriously that obvious? You would have to tone it down in front of Gumi.
“Wooow Nanami you’re such a good manager-”
“Can it Gojo, you’re gonna have to pick up the slack tonight.”
You’re already making your way out the back of the building when Gojo responds with a whine.
“Hey what the hells going on out there?” Hakari asks as you walk by. “Some bullshit.” You respond. “Mama!”
You weren’t even in the building for thirty minutes today, but it feels thirty degrees cooler when you walk out. The trek to the bus stop is gonna suck.
It's a ten minute walk from the diner to the bus stop. You cling onto Megumi for warmth, making sure he's buried not only in his own coat, but in yours. When you get to the bus stop, you realize it’s gonna be another fifteen minutes before the bus comes. Megumi isn’t one to complain, but you can feel him shivering under you. “Just a little longer baby.” You soothe him, rapidly rubbing his back and arms in an attempt to warm him.
It must be some sick joke for an old pickup truck to pull right in front of the bus stop and roll its window down.
“Do you need a ride?” Toji asks.
You've gotta be fucking kidding.

"So domestic" - Paul Lahote x reader
Here's a sweet little blurb full of fluff I wrote last night before I went to sleep!
---------
Paul Lahote was madly in love with you.
It was clear as day.
Everyone could see it, people that you were just meeting for the first time and people that you had known your whole life.
The imprint bond wasn't the only reason for his infatuation with you.
Sure it was what originally drew him towards you, but every day since he has woken up more and more in love with you.
He spent his time finding new things to love about you.
The way that he looked at you oftentimes caused you to turn into a blushing mess. His hard exterior would melt away and his soft smile, which was reserved strictly for you would come out.
No smugness or cockiness. Only pure love and admiration.
Paul knew about your insecurities and tried his best to relieve them.
If he caught you staring for yourself too long in the mirror, gawking at a particular spot for too long he would come up behind you and distract you with his touch.
It was a simple gesture, and both of you knew that it was only a temporary fix to a lifelong problem. But it didn't matter, because Paul was going to be by your side for the rest of your natural life to provide the temporary fix that you needed.
--------------
Rolling over you were met with a cold, empty space on the other side of the bed. It wasn't necessarily ideal, but that meant you wouldn't be going to sleep alone tonight. Early morning patrol meant no late-night patrol.
Your motivation to get out of bed was nowhere to be found, normally Paul was the first one out of bed and pulled you with him. But this morning he wasn't here, so you took some time staring up at the skylight that was right above your bed.
It was your favorite part of Paul’s house, the skylights in almost every room upstairs and the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows in the master.
The windows did not compare to the Cullen’s house by any means, but it was satisfactory. The bed was positioned to be under the skylight, it looked a little out of place when you walked in the room, but it didn't matter to either of you.
Because the nights spent together, tangled beneath the sheets being able to stare up and gaze at the stars before you closed your eyes each night was the recipe for a perfect night's sleep.
Eventually, you found the strength to get up, groaning as you sat up. Going through the motions of essentially waking the house up for the day. Making the bed and opening the blinds.
Putting the dishes away you couldn't help but laugh. This was so domestic of you. Having just graduated high school less than a year ago you were performing housewife duties.
You had a job, but it was just working with Emily at the small grocery store she and Sam owned. Everyone that you had gone to school with was off partying at college and waking up still drunk from the night before. But not you.
That had been your plan at first, freshman year you couldn't wait for that freedom that a high school diploma offered. But that childish dream didn't last long. Because the summer before your sophomore year after getting your first-ever job at the grocery stand on the reservation you met a certain someone who changed the course of your life.
So lost in your thoughts you don't notice the front door open and close and your boyfriend sneaks up behind you.
His unnaturally warm hands brought you back to reality and you almost purred at the sudden warmth.
“Sorry for leaving without telling you, I didn't want to wake you up, you looked so peaceful”, Paul reached around to pick up the glasses you had been drying off. He whisked around you, placing the cups on the shelf that he knew was just slightly out of your reach. The rest of the dishes were put away in silence, but it wasn't awkward, it was sweet.
You finished with your stack before Paul finished with his because he was taking the time to organize your cups because he thought they were in disarray.
That was something you loved about him.
Paul wanted everyone to believe that he was the definition of masculinity. That he didn't care about certain things that might have been viewed or associated with femininity at any point.
It was partially the way he was raised. He and his brothers were raised by a single father. The house he grew up in lacked a certain feminine touch a mother could provide.
So when Paul grew up and got his own house and eventually moved you in he was fascinated with how you kept the house.
It had taken some getting used to. Neither of you had ever lived with a partner before and it was Paul’s house that he had bought and insisted you move in with him the day you turned eighteen. It might have been his house but you felt like you had to house-train him.
After some time he figured out that you liked organization, something that had never been important to him.
So he took it upon himself to actively change his ways, eventually becoming overly insistent on the ways things were in the house.
You watched as he moved cups over slightly, making sure that they were all spaced apart to his definition of perfection.
This was a moment where you wish the rest of the pack was around, so they could see this side of Paul and not only the asshole-ish side of him that they normally got. But you would dare to bring it up to any of them, not even Emily for the sake of saving Paul the embarrassment.
Finally, he was done, a satisfied sigh left his lips, his hands on his hips as he looked happily at the dang cups.
The small chortled laugh that left your lips had Paul whipping around like a deer caught in headlights, which only had you laughing harder.
Paul crossed the kitchen coming right up to you, his arms finding their way around your waist again, only this time he hoisted you up spinning you around while he matched your laughter.
“ I love you so much Y/N”.
Once your feet were on solid ground you pulled him in for a sweet kiss, knowing that this was going to work Paul up since he loved when you initiated any kind of romance.
Before he could deepen it you slipped out of his hold laughing once again, but this time at his frustrated scoff.
“Tease”
“You love it when I tease you”

we never change !
you piss shauna off during a hockey match after not seeing each other for three years ҂ smut with plot; childhood friends to strangers/enemies, aggressive hockey player!shauna, powerbottom!shauna, angry fuck ﹙6k wc﹚ special thanks to @soffsh for teaching me abt hockey for this lmaoooo
⌒ ⭑⭒ 🏒
the air was crisp and cold. you stood at the center of the rink, your breath fogging up in the cold air. the weight of the hockey stick in your hand was comforting, a steady reminder of countless hours of practice and the fact that you needed to win this game to make it to nationals. the referee held the puck aloft, ready for the face-off.
on the opposite side of the rink, facing you, were the wiskayok university team—your old schoolmates and the team you played with back in your freshman year of college, nearly three years ago. you expected to face them, but you weren’t aware of who was on their team now. as you scanned the line of players, your heart skipped a beat. there she was, shauna shipman, wearing the familiar wiskayok jersey, her face set in a determined frown.
seeing her felt like a punch to the gut. you had played together since childhood, all through high school and into your freshman year of college. while you were part of the hockey team throughout those years, she chose soccer because her best friend, jackie, had convinced her to do so. nevertheless, the two of you would meet at the rink every day after your respective practices and engage in one-on-one games for hours.
however, you wanted more. you truly desired a future in hockey and couldn’t bear to let it go after graduating. so, when you were scouted for a better team, you couldn’t turn down the offer. unfortunately, it was about a four-hour drive away from wiskayok, which wasn’t too far, but still significant.
since you left, shauna kept up with her sticks and equipment, going to the rink alone. you figured the hockey coach must have noticed her talent and invited her to join the team, and she agreed. it made sense because she always talked about hating soccer and wanting to play hockey with you instead. you never understood why she didn’t.
everything you learned about shauna after transferring was against your own will, including that she had a big fight with jackie back at the end of junior year because she was fucking her boyfriend behind her back, or so you heard from tai, your best friend. it was a shitty thing to do, but by then, you couldn't care less. tai was the only one you kept in touch with over the years, as shauna completely ghosted you when she found out you were leaving; it hurt you a lot, but she had always been that stubborn and resentful.
you hadn't seen her since you transferred, and now, there she was, standing on the opposing team. though you had to admit that hockey suited her better; you always felt she was too aggressive for soccer and way too skilled at hockey. you wondered if she even noticed you yet.
the referee's whistle cut through your thoughts, and as the puck dropped, the game began.
the first minutes of the game raced by. the puck was a streak of black against the white ice, darting back and forth as both teams fought for control. you could hear the scrape of skates against the ice, the thud of bodies colliding, the sharp crack of sticks meeting in a battle for the puck. shauna proved herself a skilled player, even better than you remembered—swift and precise in her movements, her stick-handling skills evident. despite the shock of seeing her, you found yourself matching her stride for stride, a sort of rivalry flaring up.
one thing that stood out about shauna was how easily she could be provoked. it surprised you a little, as whenever you played together back in the day, although she was always determined, there was always an underlying gentleness in the way she played against you. nevertheless, it didn’t surprise you as much, as you always knew she was fiercely competitive. any perceived slight or challenge on the ice would set her off. a well-placed block, a successful steal of the puck, or even a smirk after a well-executed play could get her blood boiling. you knew this, and you used it to your advantage. you played her like you would any opponent but with the added knowledge of what made her tick. you could see it in the way her eyes narrowed, the way her grip tightened on her stick.
as shauna streaked toward the goal with the puck, determination etched on her face, you anticipated her next move. swiftly, you closed the distance, delivering a decisive hit that sent her crashing into the boards with a resounding thud. pinning her there for a moment, you watched as frustration flashed across her features. before she could react, a teammate swooped in, stealing the puck from under her nose and launching it into the net with a triumphant slap shot.
“missed me, shippy?” you taunted, a smirk playing on your lips. enraged, shauna shoved you with all her might, fury and disbelief evident in her eyes, before swiftly skating away, her focus now fueled by a burning desire for retaliation.
as the game continued, shauna’s anger seemed to intensify. she began to target you more frequently, her every move a clear indication of her growing resentment. each time she had the puck, she would charge at you with renewed vigour, her eyes locked onto yours as if challenging you to a duel. her aggressive playstyle was a stark contrast to the one-on-one games of the past, and it was clear that she was using her pent-up anger as fuel for her performance on the ice. despite the tension, you couldn’t help but admire her dedication and skill. it was evident that hockey was indeed her true calling.
as the game neared its conclusion, both teams remained locked in a tie with only a few minutes left on the clock. seizing an opportunity, you found yourself in close proximity to shauna, who had previously pushed you aggressively. seeking revenge, you swiftly tripped her, causing her to stumble and fall to the ice. without hesitation, you followed up by literally sitting on her back, pinning her down.
"get the fuck off me," shauna spat out in frustration as she struggled beneath you. you couldn't help but giggle at her reaction, but before you could react further, she exploded with rage. as soon as stood up and turned to skate away, she leaped onto your back, sending both of you crashing to the ground. you quickly turned around to face her, only to receive a punch square in the face.
the referee’s whistle pierced the air, bringing the game to an abrupt halt. he quickly skated over, placing himself between you and shauna. you could feel the warm trickle of blood from your nose, but you swiftly wiped it away with your glove, refusing to show any sign of weakness.
“shipman, penalty box, five minutes!” the referee commanded, pointing towards the box. his voice echoed in the silent rink, the spectators waiting with bated breath for shauna’s reaction.
“that’s not fair! she started it!” shauna protested, her voice filled with indignation. but the referee was unyielding.
“another word, shipman, and it’ll be a game misconduct. now move!” he threatened.
with a frustrated huff, shauna begrudgingly skated towards the penalty box, shooting you a glare as she passed by.
as the game resumed, shauna’s absence on the ice was immediately noticeable. her aggressive defense and quick reflexes had been a formidable force for the wiskayok team. but now, with her in the penalty box, your team seized the opportunity. not even two minutes had passed when your teammate intercepted a pass, swiftly maneuvering through the opposing team’s defense. with a powerful shot, the puck sailed into the net, the crowd erupting in cheers. your team scored.
the next few minutes were a blur of action. your team maintained control of the puck, keeping the pressure on the wiskayok team. by the time the five-minute penalty had elapsed and shauna was allowed back on the ice, it was too late. the final whistle blew, signaling the end of the game. your team won.
as the final buzzer reverberated through the arena, the crowd and your teammates erupted into cheers. you exchanged high-fives and congratulatory pats before they headed to the locker rooms, leaving their gear behind for the equipment managers to handle. however, you had to take a detour.
the punch shauna had landed on your face during the game was more than just a minor scrape. your nose continued to bleed, and the area around your eye was beginning to swell. the team’s medical staff insisted on examining you before allowing you to join your teammates.
so, while the rest of your team celebrated in the locker room, you found yourself in the serene confines of the medical room, undergoing examination by the nurse. she tended to your wound, applied an ice pack to reduce the swelling around your eye, and provided you with pain relief medication. by the time you were done and made your way to the locker room, it was empty.
as you took off your jersey and removed your shoulder pads, along with the rest of your equipment, you placed them with your teammates' gear. now only wearing a sports bra and some compression shorts, you walked towards the sink, your steps echoing in the empty locker room. standing in front of the mirror, you stared at your reflection, analyzing the wound on your face. the bruise was already starting to darken, and a trickle of dried blood marked the spot where shauna's punch had landed.
sighing, you turned away from the mirror and made your way back to the lockers. the place was quiet, the only sound being the gentle hum of the overhead lights and the faint echo of departing footsteps from the rink. you were about to reach for your bag when you heard the sound of footsteps approaching. a familiar rhythm, a familiar pace. you didn’t need to turn around to know who it was.
shauna.
turning to face her, you couldn't help but notice her appearance, as if she had just emerged from a shower. her hair, typically secured in a tight ponytail during games, cascaded in damp, loose waves around her shoulders, with droplets of water glistening at the ends. the wet strands shimmered under the locker room lights, adding a softness to her otherwise fierce demeanour. she sported snug black shorts that accentuated her athletic thighs, complemented by a clean wiskayok jersey. her feet were clad in white ankle socks and comfortable slippers.
her face, usually set in a determined frown during games, was now more relaxed. the warmth from the shower had brought a rosy hue to her cheeks and nose, a contrast against the chilly air of the locker room. yet, despite her outward calmness, there was an unmistakable anger in her eyes as they fixed on you.
"what the hell was that?" shauna's voice cut through the air, laced with frustration and anger.
you swallowed hard, meeting her intense gaze. "i don't know what you're talking about," you replied, trying to keep your tone steady despite the adrenaline coursing through your veins. “it’s a game, shauna. i played to win, just like you.”
"don't play dumb," shauna retorted, her fists clenched at her sides. "you know exactly what i’m talking about. tripping me, sitting on me like that. that was a cheap shot."
"you're one to talk," you shot back, "what about that punch to my damn face?"
“that was nothing but a love tap,” shauna replied, stepping forward. her tone remained angry, but there was a hint of something else now, an underlying emotion you couldn't quite place.
“you call that a love tap?” you scoffed, closing the distance until you were standing mere inches apart. "looked more like you were trying to knock my teeth out," you shot back, unable to contain the sharpness in your voice. the simmering anger from the game boiled over, fueled by the memory of shauna's punch.
"maybe i was," she replied, a dangerous glint lighting up her eyes. "maybe i wanted to teach you a lesson."
you glared at her, refusing to back down. "for what? for winning? for succeeding in life more than you?"
you could see the fury in her eyes, like a gathering storm ready to consume you both.
"no," she said, taking another step forward until your chests nearly touched. "for what you stole from me. for what you took away."
your heart skipped a beat at her words, and suddenly, you felt the warmth of her breath on your face. the tension in the locker room thickened, permeating every corner.
"i didn't take anything from you, shauna," you whispered, your voice barely audible. "i moved on, and so should you."
"i can't move on," she growled, her hands gripping your biceps tightly. “not when you left me,” she hissed, her eyes burning with anger and hurt. the intensity of her grip made you wince slightly, but you didn't pull away. "you abandoned me, and now you show up here, playing against me, rubbing it in my face!"
"i didn't abandon you, shauna," you countered, your voice rising to match hers. "i left because i had the chance to play for a better team, and you chose to cut ties with me. if you want to blame someone, blame yourself for not staying in touch."
"whatever," she muttered, her voice low and husky, betraying the blend of emotions she was feeling.
"well, if you think that's going to change anything between us, then you're fucking mistaken," you spat, seething with anger. "i don't owe you an explanation, and i sure as hell don't owe you an apology for doing what i love. this was my dream, shauna, and you knew that."
the words hung between you like a heavy cloud, casting a shadow over the locker room. for a moment, you stood there, staring at each other, your eyes locked in a silent battle. then, without warning, shauna let go of your now bruised biceps and slid her hands to your hips, gripping them tightly.
"you're right," she whispered, her voice barely audible over the pounding of your own heart. "you don't owe me anything."
you couldn't help but shiver at her touch, even though you were braced for it. shauna's grip on your hips was firm, and unyielding, as if she was trying to hold onto you in a way she couldn't while you were on the ice. her eyes burned into yours, the anger and hurt now replaced with a raw intensity that turned your legs into jelly.
"but i want something," she continued, her lips grazing your ear, her breath hot and heavy against your skin. "and i'm not above taking it," she murmured, her hand sliding lower, gripping your ass tightly.
a surge of electricity ran through you at the unexpected touch. it was aggressive, almost painful, but it sent a wave of neediness through your body.
"what are you doing?" you gasped in surprise.
"what i should’ve done a long time ago," shauna growled, her lips brushing against your neck. her hands moved up, sliding under your sports bra, caressing your breasts. you couldn't help but moan at the sudden touch, your nipples hardening under her fingers.
"you're going to pay for what you've done to me, and i'm going to enjoy every second of it," she promised, her voice low and thick with lust.
her grip on your breasts tightened, and you couldn't help but lean into her. the anger and hurt that had been building up between you for years seemed to dissolve, replaced by a raw, animalistic need.
"i'll give it to you," you whispered, your voice trembling. "anything you want."
her hands moved down your abdomen, her fingers tracing the edge of your shorts. you bit your lip as she paused, her eyes never leaving yours.
"good," she breathed, her voice a blend of longing and frustration. "because i'm going to take everything you've got."
before you could respond, she pushed you back into the lockers, her lips crashing into yours in a fierce kiss. it was aggressive, full of the pent-up emotions you'd harboured for years. her tongue probed your mouth, seeking entrance, and you opened for her willingly.
you groaned into her mouth, your hands grabbing at her wet hair, tangling in the strands as you kissed. her tongue danced with yours, possessive and aggressive as if she was trying to claim you in that moment.
shauna broke away from the kiss, panting heavily. "i should’ve punched you harder," she growled, her eyes flashing with anger. yet, beneath the rage, there lingered something else—desire. she pressed you against the lockers once more, her body molding against yours. "you ruined everything, you know that?" she said, her voice trembling with emotion.
"i know," you whispered, your own breath coming out in ragged gasps. "i'm sorry, shauna." you reached up to cup her face, trying to offer some semblance of comfort or apology, but she slapped your hand away. her anger was still palpable, and you couldn't blame her for feeling that way. "but you can't keep living like this, always holding onto the past. you need to move on."
instead of responding, she leaned in again, her lips brushing against your ear as she whispered, "maybe i don't want to move on. maybe i just want to make you suffer for what you did." and with that, she bit down on your earlobe, hard enough to leave her teeth marks on your soft skin. you clenched onto her shoulders to contain a scream, grunting instead.
her words were harsh, but their effect on you was undeniable. your body reacted to her aggression. you moaned softly, arching into her touch. she smirked against your skin, her eyes gleaming with newfound determination.
"you like that, don't you?" she asked, her tone dangerous. "you like being hurt by me." she tugged on your ear once more, coaxing another soft moan from you. "admit it."
you hesitated for a moment, then nodded slowly. "yes," you breathed, your breath hitching. "i do." you couldn't deny it any longer. there was something thrilling about shauna's anger, the way she could make you feel both pain and pleasure simultaneously.
"get on the bench," she commanded, her voice husky. you hesitated for a moment, unsure of what was happening, but the look on her face left no room for argument. you complied, settling onto the nearest bench and bracing yourself against the cold wood. she kneeled between your legs, her gaze never leaving your face. "spread them further," she ordered, her tone firm and commanding. you obeyed, feeling exposed and vulnerable as she knelt before you.
shauna's eyes roamed over your body, taking in every detail. she reached out, trailing her hands along your inner thighs with deliberate slowness. without warning, she pushed your legs apart even more, spreading you wide open. you gasped, your heart racing as she lowered her head, her warm breath teasing the sensitive but clothed skin between your legs. she moved her lips towards your inner thighs, which had just been caressed by her hands, and began placing open-mouthed kisses upon them. with each touch of her lips against your skin, the dampness in your underwear and shorts intensified. gripping onto your outer thighs with her fingers, she began to suck and nibble your sensitive skin, leaving a trail of marks all over.
you whined loudly, your hips instinctively bucking against her actions. shauna smiled wickedly against your skin, her gaze meeting yours once more. "is this what you want?" she asked, her voice thick with hunger. "my mouth on you, marking you like this?"
you nodded, unable to form a coherent response. your entire body was on fire, craving more of her touch. she grinned, her slender fingers moving towards your clothed center, pressing against it.
"so fucking wet for me," she murmured, her voice rough. "just like i imagined."
without warning, she dove in, giving a wet kiss to your dampened spot. then, she grabbed the fabric with her teeth and pulled back, letting it snap against your skin, eliciting a frustrated moan from you.
“such a shame i won’t be touching you today,” she revealed, a cocky grin on her face.
you choked out a whimper, your heart pounding in your chest. “what do you mean?” you asked, confused, watching her release her hold and stand up from the ground in one swift motion.
“take off my shorts,” she commanded, her tone stern.
not wanting her to get more enraged than she already was, you immediately complied with her request. sliding your fingers around her waistline, you pulled them down, finding it a bit more challenging than expected, given the big size of her glutes.
“now, take off my underwear with your teeth,” she ordered with the same tone.
your eyes widened slightly at her instruction, but you did as she asked. biting the edge of her panties, you carefully pulled them down her legs, revealing her shaved pussy. you couldn't help but notice the wetness glistening on her lips.
shauna stepped out of her underwear, her eyes never leaving yours. "lick me clean," she ordered, her voice low and demanding. you hesitated for a moment, but she grabbed your hair and yanked your head forward, pushing her pussy against your mouth.
"don't make me repeat myself," she growled, her fingers tightening in your hair.
as one of her legs positioned itself on the bench right beside you, you took her into your mouth, her taste flooding your senses. she groaned, her hands tangling in your hair, guiding you. "just like that," she growled, her hips bucking slightly.
you eagerly obliged, licking and sucking at her clit, while gently spreading her folds apart with your fingers. she tasted salty and sweet, her taste making you even more aroused than before. her hips jerked and bucked, her breath hitched as she ground herself against your mouth.
"fuck, yes," she moaned, wrapping her fingers in your hair, holding you close to her. "that’s it, sweetie,” she smirked down at you, her eyes almost playful now, despite the harshness in her voice. her taste was intoxicating, and you couldn't help but moan into her folds. her wetness slicked your tongue as you sucked her clit, thrusting your tongue deep into her.
shauna groaned, her fingers tightening in your hair as she ground against your face. "that's it," she panted, her breaths coming faster. "make me come."
you redoubled your efforts, eager to please her and make her feel good. her clit was hard and swollen, pulsing against your tongue as you sucked and licked it. her wetness coated your mouth, mingling with your saliva, creating a strange but delicious taste.
shauna's breaths grew ragged, her hips bucking against your face, guiding you to her core. "you like that?" she murmured, her voice thick with lust. "you like eating my pussy?"
you moaned into her, barely able to form coherent words. "i love eating your pussy," you gasped, your own arousal throbbing between your legs. shauna let out a triumphant growl, her hips thrusting even harder against your mouth. "good girl," she praised, her voice rough. "now make me come."
you sucked her clit harder, your tongue dancing over her sensitive bundle of nerves. you were sucking so hard you could barely breathe, feeling suffocated between her swollen folds. shauna's breaths grew even more ragged, her hips bucking wildly. "oh, shit," she swore, her grip on your hair tightening. "i'm close…"
the sight of her losing control turned you on even more, your arousal pulsing in anticipation. you knew you wouldn't last much longer, but you needed to make her come first. you increased your pace, focusing on her clit, flicking it with your tongue rapidly. shauna's moans grew louder, her body trembling as she neared her climax. you could feel her muscles tense, her wetness coating your face as you continued your assault on her clit. she was so close, her cries growing louder and more desperate. “f-fuck, i’m coming, i’m coming–” she moaned out.
and then, she did. shauna's orgasm hit her hard, her entire body shaking as she came. you felt her wetness flood your mouth, her walls clenching around your tongue. “god,” you gasped, your mouth full of her juices. her orgasm was intense, leaving you breathless and aroused.
you swallowed her juices, still trembling from the intensity of her orgasm. you hadn't even realized you'd cum, but the feeling was unmistakable. a wave of pleasure washed over you, leaving you weak-kneed and breathless. you pulled back, looking up at her with wide eyes, your cheeks glistening with her wetness. you stammered, embarrassed and surprised. "i… i c–’
“did you just cum without me even touching you?” she asked, her tone stiff, though a glint of pride and cockiness shone in her eyes.
"yeah," you muttered, your cheeks flushing. you couldn't believe you'd cum just from eating her out. you'd always been sensitive, but this was something else.
shauna studied your face for a moment, her expression unreadable. "well, i guess that's a first," she said finally, her voice rough. "it’s kinda pathetic if you think about it," she said with a smirk, subtly attempting to make you feel ashamed.
"pathetic?" you echoed, feeling a bit defensive. "i thought you'd be happy i made you feel good."
she snorted, adjusting her jersey. "you made me feel good, but you came without me even touching you," she repeated, a smirk on her face. "that's gotta be a record."
you crossed your arms, feeling a bit self-conscious. "i don't know why you're making such a big deal out of it," you huffed, glaring at her. she simply laughed, shaking her head.
"whatever," she replied. "i’m nearly done with you yet." she motioned for you to come closer.
you hesitated for a moment, but she pinched your injured nose gently, pulling you up by it. “f-fuck!” you cried out in pain, pushing her away as you covered your nose with your hands, which started to bleed once again.
she tugged on your hair aggressively, forcing you to look at her. “don’t fucking do that again,” she threatened. “take your clothes off.”
you quickly stripped off your clothes, standing naked in front of her once more. her eyes raked over your body, taking in every inch of you.
"i'm gonna fuck you now," she growled, pulling you closer. pinching your cheeks with one hand, she brought you close to her face, licking the blood trickling from your nose in a long, deliberate lick. "and you're gonna take it like the little bitch you are."
you gulped, your eyes widening as she pushed you onto the end of the bench, her body following you down. she straddled your waist, her eyes never leaving your face as she used her hands to guide you back until you were lying flat on the bench.
you couldn't help but shiver at her dominance, her words making your body ache for her. even after everything, you still wanted her, and that realization left you feeling helpless.
"what are you waiting for?" she growled, her eyes flashing with irritation and longing. you bit your lip, eyeing her in confusion. "put your hands above your head," she ordered, her tone firm. obeying her command, your heart pounded in your chest.
shauna leaned down, her lips brushing against your ear as she spoke, her breath hot against your skin. "if you try to escape or resist, i'll break something," she warned, her voice low and laden with menace. you swallowed hard, your body trembling in anticipation.
you winced in pain as she gripped your cheeks again, your nose still throbbing from her earlier pinch. “and if you make a sound, i’ll fucking break your nose this time,” she threatened, her warm breath wafting against your face.
you whimpered at her threat, your body trembling involuntarily. shauna grinned, her eyes gleaming with malice. "understand?" she asked, her voice rough.
you nodded quickly, your heart still racing. you knew she meant what she said, and you weren't about to test her. she released your face, reaching down to spread your legs wide. her eyes roamed over your wet folds, her breath catching at the sight.
without warning, she pressed her wet pussy against yours, her knees digging into your thighs. she was wet and hot, her scent filling your nostrils as she thrust against you. the sensation was intense, her wetness coating your skin as she moved against you. you clenched your jaw, trying to remain still despite the pleasure coursing through you. shauna's eyes met yours, her expression full of satisfaction.
you bit your lip, attempting to hold back any sounds of pleasure as she continued to grind against you. but it wasn't long before your body betrayed you, a soft whine escaping your lips. shauna's eyes narrowed, her grip on your thigh tightening. "i warned you," she growled, her voice dangerous. she slapped you hard across the cheek, the sting causing tears to well up in your eyes. "that wasn't a request," she growled, slapping you again as you bit your lip to hold back a cry. "remember that."
whimpering, your body tensed in pain, your nails digging into the bench for support. shauna's thrusts were brutal, her movements relentless. she slammed against you without mercy, each thrust sending waves of pleasure and pain coursing through you. biting your lip harder, you tried to hold back any noise that might earn you another slap.
"i'm gonna cum all over you," she growled. increasing her pace, your bodies slid against each other in a messy, wet rhythm. clenching your fingers tighter around the bench, you tried to hold back your urge.
"say it," she demanded, her voice fierce.
"cum on me," you whispered, your voice barely audible. "cum all over me," you repeated, your voice louder, though hoarse.
she smirked, her eyes flashing with satisfaction. "that's my girl," she purred, her voice full of triumph. she thrust harder, her hips slamming against yours as she reached her peak. you could feel her pussy clenching around you, her juices coating your skin.
as she came, she leaned down, her lips brushing against yours. "this is what happens when you piss me off," she hissed, her voice threatening. you shivered, her words sending a chill down your spine.
she pulled back, your bodies sticky and slick with each other's fluids. she looked down at you, her expression cold and distant. “now, clean me up,” she commanded. you were exhausted, but you knew better than to defy her. you licked your lips, swallowing the lump in your throat. “yes,” you mumbled.
she smirked, her gaze dark. she positioned herself above you, her pussy hovering over your face. you closed your eyes, took a deep breath, and then began to clean her as thoroughly as possible. her hands gripped your hair, her nails digging into your scalp as you worked. you could feel her breathing becoming heavier, her body trembling above yours. she groaned, her hips bucking slightly as you licked her clit.
though tired, you continued to lick and suck, your tongue exploring every inch of her. she could tell you were exhausted, but that didn't deter you. instead, you worked harder, your tongue dancing around her folds with precision.
as you licked, shauna's breathing grew heavier, her hips bucking slightly. you moaned into her, your lips brushing against her skin, and she growled, her hands digging into your hair. "keep going," she ordered, her voice rough.
releasing her hold on your hair, she instead grasped your wrists, pinning them above your head once more with her hands, using them as leverage as she moved her hips in a front-to-back motion against your tongue. you groaned softly into her, feeling her weight on your wrists as she pressed against your face. her movements were rough, her hips slamming against your mouth, forcing your tongue deeper into her. you whimpered, your body trembling.
she thrust against you, her movements becoming more erratic as she approached her climax. you could feel it, her muscles tightening around your tongue as she neared the edge. "oh, fuck," she moaned, her voice hoarse. your tongue flicked against her clit as she came, your body shuddering beneath her. she cried out, her body trembling as her orgasm swept over her. you lapped at her, cleaning every last drop of her juices from her center and inner thighs.
when she finished, she pulled back, your tongue sliding from her body. she released your wrists, her eyes studying your face, drenched in her juices and dried blood from your nose. "get dressed," she commanded, her voice cold and distant.
you nodded, your body trembling as you sat up. your arms felt sore where she had held them above your head, but you ignored the pain, dressing as quickly as possible. she watched you with a critical eye, her expression unreadable.
she smiled, her eyes lighting up with a dangerous glint. "i know you're not leaving until next week," she stated, her voice calm and matter-of-fact. "i'll pick you up tomorrow after dinner."
you gulped, your mind racing. you knew better than to argue. "okay," you whispered, your voice barely audible. she grabbed your neck, her fingers digging into your skin as she pulled you close, your eyes widening as she choked you slightly.
"but first…" she whispered, her eyes gleaming dangerously. she licked the side of your face, her tongue tracing the line of her earlier slap. the mixture of her juices and your blood was still present, and she savored the taste as she licked it up.
"mmm," she hummed, her eyes flickering with satisfaction. "you taste just as good as you look." she leaned down, pressing a quick, hard kiss to your lips. her lips were rough, her tongue invading your mouth for a moment before she pulled away.
"see you tomorrow," she said, her voice cold. with a sudden movement, she slapped your ass before turning on her heel, walking away without a second glance.
you stared in shock as she left. "this can't be real," you told yourself, running your hand over your neck, feeling the pain shooting through the bruises beginning to form there. your breathing was shallow, and your mind still spun from the sudden turn of events. you stumbled into the bathroom and splashed water on your face, trying to tidy yourself up as much as possible before gathering your belongings.
stepping out of the locker room, you spotted tai waiting for you, as she had offered to give you a ride home. "the fuck took you so long?" tai huffed, sounding annoyed.
"sorry, got held up by some of my groupies in the lockers," you quipped, causing her to roll her eyes. it wasn’t until she noticed your disheveled appearance, which you had done a terrible job of hiding, that her expression changed to one of concern.
"hey," she said, her voice softening as she rubbed your back. "you okay?" she asked.
you nodded. "yeah, i'm fine," you murmured, “rough game,” you said with a tired chuckle.
tai eyed you suspiciously, but didn't press further. "let's go," she said, leading you out of the rink and towards the parking lot.

You sat in front of your vanity getting ready for the party. A party to congratulate your father's recent engagement.
You couldn't care less on who he decided to marry this time. It was probably the same as the last person he married. Young, stupid, and a gold digger that only wants his wealth but will end up failing and he will divorce her. You could never forgive him for cheating on your sick mother.
You blame him for her death because he decided to cheat while she was in the hospital and when you took her home for a while, you two found him in bed with some girl. You mother become depressed and died a few day after that
You tried to push aside those thoughts and get ready. You were still dependent on him after all and had plans to take the company away from him. As you fixed you blush, you did one more brush stroke and looked through your jewelry box.
There, you spotted a choker your first love had given you. You met her in high school. She was two years older than you but you love her like you've never loved anyone and she was always there to comfort you when your mother passed.
She was your first kiss, your first love, and your first girlfriend. The day she graduated she was offered a big scholarship in the United States and since she was poor she decided to take the opportunity. You become so mad at her that you pushed her away and broke up with her. A few days later you received a box with that necklace inside and you kept it to cherish the beautiful relationship you two had.
-
"You look gorgeous, honey," your father said as he hugged you. You didn't return the hug and just stood there.
"Be nice to her okay? She's had a rough life. She suffer a lot and I really like her. Please?" He said and you looked at him with a wry smile.
"How much do you think mom suffered when dying, knowing you were fucking the maids daughter?" You whispered in his ear.
"Stop that. I made a mistake and I regret it. It will haunt me for the rest of my life. Now try to be nice to her and drop the attitude," he whispered back making you roll your eyes and sit back down.
A few minutes went by and the so called fiancé was no where to be seen. You sighed resting your chin on you palm until you spotted a familiar figure. Tall, slim yet well built and the same hair from years ago. You bit your lip as a scream was about to escape your lips. You didn't know why she was there.
You followed her figure until she reached the table and with a big smile she greeted your father.
"Bada, my darling. Was there traffic on the way?" Your father said a she placed his hand around Bada's waist. She didn't answer and just nodded before turning to you.
"Oh! This is my daughter. Honey, greet your future step-," he said and you stood up. You couldn't form a sentence and were already about to bust in tears.
"Hi." You said in a quick manner before looking away. Her eyes were scanning each part of your body. The outfit you were wearing was driving her insane and she didn't know how to hold back from touching you... and she didn't.
She placed hand index finger and thumb under your chin and turned your head towards her. You were startled by her actions so you froze under her touch.
"She's beautiful," Bada said. Her eyes showed sincerity and warmth but you were too upset to see it. You took her hand and tossing it away you excuse yourself leaving the guests astonished by your actions.
"I'm sorry, darling. I'll go talk to her," your father said as he was about to get up but Bada held his arm.
"Let me. I think it's best if we have a conversation from woman to woman. I'll ease my way into her heart, okay? Don't worry,"
"Just how you eased your way into mine. You're just perfect," your father said and Bada gave him a soft smile before walking out the door you went through.
You wonder the halls of the mansion talking to yourself. You were beyond mad, confused, and heart broken. How could your first love be engaged to your father? Your heels clacked and suddenly you began to hear an additional set of footsteps. You looked back but there was no one so you assumed it was one of the servers hired for the party.
"After three years of not seeing or talking to me she shows up. And she's going to marry my father? How disgusting can he be? She swore she would come back to me and she's with him. She can go fuck herself for all I care. I hate her guts. She's so annoying yet so beautiful and... I want her so badly. Am I the sick one? Oh, for fuck sake! I'm talking to myself," you rambled on and on.
"How about you talk to me instead?" You jumped when you heard Bada's voice but immediately kept walking towards your room ignoring her presence next to you.
She grabbed your hand and pulled you into the room where she assumed was your room and she was right. She pushed you against the wall and you let out a squirm as she did so.
"Let me go, you psycho! What is wrong with you!?" You shouted and pushed her away from you. She stumbled a back and chuckled. You look at her with a scowl. How could she find this funny when your blood was boiling?
"You find this funny? You're an asshole," you pushed her to the side and sat on your vanity trying to ignore her so she would go away. Your mind was clouded with thoughts and emotions so you fumbled trying to get the necklace off of your neck.
Instead of walking out of the door, Bada walked up to you and moved your hair to the side. She carefully took the necklace off and you began to melt under her soft touch. She put it in your hand and you just placed it on the vanity not caring where it landed.
"Why... why are you marrying him? My dad. You said you would come back and... I waited. I waited for three years and when I finally see you again you are engaged to... that? Why the fuck!?" You shouted not holding back anymore. Your tears began to fall and she only softened her gaze.
She walked to you slowly and took you hand while you wiped your tears away.
"I'm not going to marry him. I came here for you, my love," she said as she cupped your face.
"Don't. Don't do this Bada. If you're just going to break my heart and walk away from me again, just leave and go with my father," you said looking away but she pulled you into an embrace.
"Baby, look at me. I would never leave you again. Never again. I'll do everything I can to be next to you always..." he hand traveled from your cheek to your exposed shoulder. You shivered at her touch and then she planted a kiss on your shoulder making you bite your lip to prevent any noises from escaping your mouth.
"You have no idea how much I longed to touch you. To kiss you and make you mine. That is all I could think about. You wouldn't leave my mind for one second all I could think about was for a way to come back to you," she whispered into your ear as she walked. You took small step back until your legs hit the bed.
Her hands were on your arms and her gentle touch made it hard for you to hold back. You used your hand to create some space between you and her. You couldn't deny that you wanted her to touch you. You wanted her to make you her but you were sacred. Not if your dad. Never if your dad. He was a weak man after all, but she was engaged to him.
"Please promise me that you won't leave. That after this, you won't walk away from me. I will run away with you if we need to but please don't continue this if you can't promise me that," you said as you closed your eyes.
She cupped your face and you opened your eyes at the sudden skin contact.
"I promise with my life. I will never even again leave, my love. I will stay by your side and we can do whatever you want. We can stay or run away and I will be there because I love you and I should've never left but I had to think of my mother. Please understand. I'm so sorry," a tear escaped her eyes as she was practically begging for you to forgive her and understand her reasoning and you did.
You nodded and wiped her tears before kissing her lips. You kissed her hungrily and she responded with the same intensity. The kiss become for sloppy and wet as snacking sounds began to fill the room. You thanked your father for the first time for making the rooms sound proof.
"Tell me you want it. Tell me how you want it and how badly you want it. Tell me what you want," Bada said as she left love bites in your neck.
"I want you. I want all of you. I want you to touch me everywhere. I want you to fuck me, please," you said and let out a loud moan as she dragged her tongue across your collarbone.
"I didn't know you were so needy, my love. But you're such a good girl using your nice words for me," Bada said as she pushed you lightly on the bed. Your legs were slightly parted and she took the opportunity to crawl on top of you placing her knee in between your legs and slight pushing into your folds.
You moaned at the contact and moved your hips searching for more friction but her hands immediately went to your hips to halt your movements.
"Wait a minute, baby. I want to be the one to please you," she said sending you over the edge. You bit your lip and groaned in desperation . You need her touch. You wanted her so badly and when you opened and saw her remover her bra you almost came untouched letting out whispers and moans
"Calm down, baby. I'm all yours and I'm not going anywhere," she said as she lowered herself on you. She admired how your legas partner with no shorts and your panties were soaked. She pulled them down and kissed right above your sensitive bud making you part your legs even more. You wanted her and you couldn't handle any more emptiness.
"Bada, please..." you whispered.
"Yes, my love. Anything for you,"she immediately attacked you clit with her tongue and used her hand to pull you dress down revealing your tender breast and she didn't hesitate to begins massaging it as her tongue flicked on your bud in all the right ways that were making you let out moan after moan.
Your nipples were perky and sensitive and she let go of them to instead one finger into you. You were still a virgin so you felt a bit of pain as you felt her go in a cried out loud. She looked up at you. You were the most beautiful thing. Your skin glistened as small beads of sweat formed on your forehead. Your face was flushed in a a bright pink color and she moved up to kiss you tenderly still inside of you.
"It's okay. I'll be gentle. See?" She said as she began to slowly move her finger allowing you to adjust to the feeling. She placed soft kisses on your cheeks, forehead, lips, and chest helping you ease out the pain.
You slowly began to moan in please as you felt the pain dissipate and she sped up a little. You lips were slightly parted and your hand made it way to her breast. The soft skin was so pleasant you wanted to taste it. Using you elbows, you pushed yourself up and put her nipple in you mouth sucking and lightly tugging with your teeth. She began to let out soft and deep moans.
"That feels so good, my love. I'm going to add another finger okay, lay down for me and hold my hand," she intertwined your hands together.
She added a second finger and you felt like you were levitating as her warm tongue assaulted your clit. You felt her curl her fingers inside of you and you clenched around her as you felt an odd sensation at the pit of your stomach.
"Bada... Bada, fuck~ please. Let me cum please!" You begged as you back lifted from the mattress. She slowed down her pace making you take a a hold of her hair and tugging.
"That wasn't nice, my love," she completely pulled out leaving you feeling empty and a tear rolled down your cheek.
"I'm sorry. I just need you. Please~" you whined softly as your eyes begged for release.
"Please what?" She asked.
"Please, baby. Please, Bada," you said and she smiled as she thrusted into you with great force. You yelled at the unexpected motion but you began to moan as her tongue started to work on your bud once again but this time she was slight biting down making you shout her name in pleasure. A pleasure you had never experienced before and when you least expected you released on her feeling a pulsating feeling as she licked you clean and then her fingers.
"You taste so good, my love. All of these years of waiting finally paid off. Now helped me," she said. You were still trying to come back to your senses as everything was blurry and you could only see how she was undressing herself. Your dress was now bunched on your waist.
She hovered above you and you felt a wet warmth on your thigh. When your vision was finally adjusted, you saw her beautiful figure on top of you. Her fringe stuck to her forehead as she was riding your thigh trying to reach her high.
Your hands traveled down to her waist as you helped her ride you. You used one of your hands to rub on your clit once more and she watched you actions letting out shaky breaths and moans biting her lip.
"You look beautiful riding me like that, baby. Keep going. Cum for me. Cum in me please," you said making her roll her eyes back as her hands rested on your breast for support and with a loud moan she came on your thigh. You sided your fingers to collect her juices and taste her the way she did with you.
"Fuck, that was so good,"you said and she collapsed on top of you. The two of you lay there for a few minutes as you were still throbbing with pleasure and catching your breath.
After a few minutes, Bada fixed your position removing the dress you had on and you both cuddled your bare bodies under the covers.
"Thank you," you said. Bada pulled you closer to her.
"For what, my love?" She asked as she planted multiple kisses on your shoulder.
"For this. For coming back and for loving me," you replied as you turned your body to face her and play with a stand of her hair. You admired her body. Beautiful as always. Then when you saw a ring on her finger, it hit you. She was way out to marry your dad and you just let her fuck you... You felt like a monster. You were no different than your dad.
"Bada, I think this was a mistake. You're marrying my father and this doesn't make me any better than him," you said on the verge of tears but she quickly embraced you.
"How about we go down and I explain everything to you. Trust me, okay? Nothing is what it seems," she helped you stand up and you both got dressed. You fixed you hair into a high ponytail and fixed your makeup as well when you noticed how messy your face looked.
Bada also fixed herself and held you hand. You made your way down the stairs and into the big hall where majority of the guests had already gone home. That's when you saw you father kissing a woman around his age. You furrowed your brows in confusion.
"Mom!" Bada shouted and the woman turned to you with a bright smile.
"This is, Y/N. The girl I always told you about," Bada said and the lady pulled you into a hug.
"Wow! You're even prettier in person. I'm so glad I get to finally meet you. Bada and your father have talked wonders about you and do not feel pressured to call me mom or step mom. You can just call me Haneul," the woman said and you started to put the pieces together.
"I'll go to your father now. He seems to need me but let's all go on a ladies fun day one of these days. Bye girls. Y/N, honey... cover your neck," she said and waved before walking off.
Your face tired a bright shade of pink making Bada laugh. Bada pulled you out to the balcony where there was no one around before anyone could see the marks she left on your neck.
"You see? I'm not marrying your father. My mom is. When I saw her get engaged and I saw your father I didn't hesitate one second to leave it all behind and come here with you," she said and you internally smacked your face at how dumb and clueless you had been.
"I'm sorry, Bada. I should've listened and now I just feel stupid," you said as you lowered your head. She used her index finger and thumb to raise your chin and kiss your lips with tenderness and love.
"It's okay. I'm here and I'm here to stay. I love you so much," she said and connect your forged with hers.
"I guess now we are even," you said making her chuckle. She hugged you from behind placing her chin on your shoulder and you two watched the sunset with sweet kisses and soft laughs.

Binary Star
Part II
Pairing: academic rival!Satoru Gojo x reader
Warnings: yandere, obsession, power play, hurt/comfort, no curse au, this series will get darker as the story progresses.
Words: 1.2k
Summary: It has to pay off, he thinks as he waits for the headmaster to finally announce the valedictorian, knowing she is there too, shifting from one foot to the other impatiently. What face is she going to make when his name will be called? Is she going to cry? To yell at him and publicly demand a re-evaluation? Or will she, perhaps, finally admit he’s done a fantastic job and won fair and square?
Part I
P.S. Academic rival -> CEO!Gojo
_____________
When he spots her name in the stack of papers his HR left on her desk, Satoru gets a brain freeze for a second. Couldn't be the girl he had once studied together with, no. It's been what, more than ten years since he had last seen her? It must be some other woman wearing the same name.
But he can't just leave the paper be, immediately taking it in his hands while the manager makes a confused face: Satoru only looks at the candidates' profiles when they are aiming for the high management positions in his company, nothing less. This woman, however, applied for the middle-level position, only recently becoming a senior at her old job. Why is the CEO looking at her CV so intently?
All Gojo sees is the name of the school they both graduated what feels like a hundred years ago, and he knows it's her. It's the girl who was his one and only rival, someone he had finally considered his equal when they both were fighting for the position of a valedictorian. It's her. He can finally understand what has happened.
Not that he wasn't searching for answers right after graduation. Knowing Shoko sometimes hung out with her, he was showering the girl with questions until she groaned something about the family of his classmate moving and that it's likely he would never see her again. She didn't tell why. Said she had no idea.
It's true, Satoru sees now: his old rival did move god knows where, nearly half across the country to a place he didn't even know existed. Some tiny city, he thinks as he googles the college she attended only to realize that it is, in fact, a community college. Community college? For someone as talented as her? Was she out of her goddamn mind? Even if she, for some unfathomable reason, didn't want to go to Harvard like him, despite her scholarchip, she could have chosen any other decent place with her marks. How could she do this to herself?
He continues reading the resume, the memories of her annoyingly pretty face fresh in his mind as if it all happened just yesterday. Internships at some tiny companies, assistant positions, and other entry-level jobs she should have never taken in places he has never heard of either... Until she finally moved here about two years ago and started slowly climbing the career ladder. Unfortunately, her CV leaves Gojo with more questions than answers he expected.
"I want you to interview her," he finally says to his HR manager, who's been shifting in her seat impatiently ever since he had taken the printed papers from her desk. "And if she says yes, I want to know when she'll come."
He isn't sure why he's doing it. It's been far too long to be holding any grudges, and, honestly speaking, he isn't angry at his old school rival. Curious, perhaps? This must be it. He just wants a closure of sorts. He wants to know why she has abandoned everything she believed in, even if it's selfish of him to be prying into her past. Clearly, something had happened. Something horrible.
Did she get pregnant, maybe? Gave birth? Remembering her father, he wouldn't be surprised if it was the reason they had to move. And yet, she didn't seem the type to do something like that... Not when he had never seen her speaking to boys outside of school, and even then, she would only be talking to them about lessons and future college or university prospects.
He has to have some patience, Satoru thinks. Surely, she'll accept the interview and come in person.
And she does, walking in the building - Gojo watches her from above, peering down from his fancy cabinet with enormous windows - just two days later. She looks somewhat different - not that he didn’t expect her to change after all these years - but there's the same air about her, he can feel it in his bones. It makes him strangely nostalgic, and he starts to itch to go down and talk to her the second she waltzes into the office of his HR. He needs to know why she left. Her secrets are making him restless like a child.
He needs to see her face when she realizes he's both the owner and the CEO of the company she wants to work for.
After giving her about 10 minutes, Gojo runs down the building as if he's a boy chasing an ice cream truck. He needs to see her. The itch that has been dormant for almost ten years is almost unbearable now, and he has no time to waste before she disappears again from his life.
"Yuki, I have a question..." he starts as if he has no idea she's conducting an interview at this very moment, making a surprised face and almost shouting the name of the woman he once called his equal. "Woah, I can't believe it! Is it really you?!"
Satoru knows it's not right to be that happy about her baffled - if not fearful - expression, but he can't help himself. Here she is, the girl who could never shut up in class whenever a teacher asked them a question, sitting in the office he built with the money he earned, not borrowed from his father. He is where she has always wanted to be, Gojo is sure. Geto would probably smack him for being a smug bastard in front of a woman who surely has nothing against him, but Satoru feels ecstatic.
Until he sees she is not only scared: she is terrified. Why? Is it because her old rival ended up doing much better than her? She must be feeling upset and jealous, but she shouldn't be horrified. There's nothing to be scared of. Is she worried she won't get this job because she thinks Satoru is a manchild who can't forgive her for their silly school competition?
Or is she scared of him?
He doesn't like the thought.
"I'm so happy to see you!" He adds with a too-wide smile. "What are you doing here?"
It's concerning how she bites down on her lower lip, nearly ripping the thin skin covered in lipstick.
Thankfully, Yuki finally acknowledges his presence with an awkward smile, "Mr. Gojo, good morning. I apologize, but we are in the middle of a job interview. If it's alright with you, I'll come see you a little later."
The woman in front of him still doesn't utter a single word, and he feels like she'll escape him again if he lets her. With a dramatic sigh and a smile so wide it's a wonder how his face hasn't cracked yet, he announces to her, "Oh dear, I'm so sorry for interrupting! But you'll wait for me after your interview, alright? We can go grab a coffee together! It's not like it's against our company policy, right, Yuki?"
If eyes could kill, he would definitely be dead by now because his HR is ready to stab him with a fork she once stole from a cafeteria and is now keeping in one of her drawers. Satoru isn't that suicidal yet, so he quietly leaves her office before his old rival can utter a single word.
Now, this is about to get interesting.

KINDRED — 33
It’s your final year of highschool, and your only goal is to graduate top of your cohort, as usual. Except as student council president, your advisor can’t seem to leave you alone. What happens when you take Decelis Academy’s top student, their star athlete and put them in front of a camera?
smau + written (5.1k words 💀)
❥・• episode 33 — the bane of my existence
The ceiling of your room is adorned with handwritten notes of keywords you were supposed to memorise for your mid-terms. The notes are large enough for you to easily read them, especially as you lie flat on your back on the bed, as you are now. Throughout the term, you had gradually covered the ceiling with these notes, dedicating the last two weeks before the exam to repeating them over and over again in your head as you drifted off to sleep.
Despite the exams being over, you have yet to take them down to be replaced by new notes you’d be curating for the new term. With nothing but time, you find yourself spending hours staring at the section dedicated to your English Literature notes, wondering why you never noticed it. You can't help but reflect on the 30 minutes before bed that you could have spent memorising the highlighted words. Perhaps then, you wouldn't have fumbled so hard in the vocabulary section, and you wouldn't be in your current predicament—separated from your friends, from Jungwon, forced to skip your own farewell party, and school itself.
You never expected your mother to willingly let you stay home, especially during your final semester at Decelis Academy. You thought she'd prefer you practically living in school. On what grounds did she choose to ground you? Because you ended up second on the scoreboard? That’s bullshit.
As a matter of fact, it seems counterintuitive for her to keep you at home for self-study as a disciplinary action. The situation is baffling to you—as a senior in high school with less than three months left until finals, it doesn't make sense that you're wasting time at home instead of being in school.
In truth, your mother is perplexed, even a bit terrified. But what exactly is she terrified of?
Change, that’s what.
Changes that manifested after Jungwon came into your life. How, instead of returning home late from the library after a long revision session, you now return late after spending the entire day with him. He’s a constant presence; waiting at your gateway, observing as you consciously stroll down the gravel to your doorstep, turning back to thank him for walking you home and bidding him goodbye.
Moreover, you divert your attention from your own studies, putting in extra effort to tutor him so he could compete in his upcoming competition. Instead of sharing the events of your day with your mother, you find yourself engrossed in texting him at the dinner table—something you’ve never dared to do before. She would nag at you over the smallest details, and you no longer quietly listen even if you are in the right, but rather engage by talking back, defending, or justifying yourself.
As a consequence, you've shifted from being at the top of the pyramid to now occupying the second position, trailing behind a library secretary. Yet, it seems like these changes haven't affected you in the slightest.
It feels as though you are finally managing to form your own opinions and make your own decisions. It's as if you no longer need her.
These changes, this departure from the routine she had come to expect, terrifies your mother. The fear of losing the daughter she thought she knew, the fear of a new chapter that doesn’t align with the plans she had envisioned, leaves her bewildered and uneasy.
When she looks at you, she sees a reflection of herself from years ago when she was a student. She recalls the time she met your father, fell in love, and sacrificed her dreams to follow his path and have you, only for him to later abandon both of you to pursue his own endeavours.
So, the mere thought of you, broken and lonely after what she assumes will be Jungwon eventually leaving you, intensifies her hatred for him. The déjà vu becomes too real, and she firmly believes she's doing what's best for you, even if you end up resenting her for it.
At some point, you started living your life for your mother rather than yourself, and you're aware of this subconsciously—the paradox of being both the subject and object in her pursuit of validation. Even then, it’s hard to let go of everything you once believed in altogether.
No, rather, you want to believe it's true. You want to believe your mother is right, and the status quo she has set for you is genuinely for the best:
Your goal is to enter an elite local university.
You aspire to be a doctor.
Mother is not controlling.
You don't need a man to validate your worth.
Which seem rather ironic as you contemplate how, essentially, you are a pawn in your mother’s subconscious quest to prove your father wrong about her. Her motives, however well-intentioned, have inadvertently moulded your path.
It's a narrative in which she’s determined to show that even in his absence, your mother is fully capable of nurturing a child, specifically her child. The belief embedded in her actions is that one day, you will emerge successful, surpassing what she might have achieved had she chosen to pursue her own dreams back then. This belief, however, unravels into a conundrum because, if your mother could turn back time and choose a different path, you wouldn’t be here.
As these thoughts weigh heavily on your mind, you find yourself truly overthinking it. You sit up on the bed, your body leaning against the frame, and your surroundings seem to echo with the gravity of your contemplation.
It's barely past 10 in the morning, and you can't help but wonder about the mundane yet comforting routines of your friends. Beomgyu is probably relieved that Chemistry is over, recalling him perpetually complaining about having the subject for their first period. Chanelle and Yunjin are likely engaged in their usual ritual of placing bets on the lunch menu. Gyuvin is probably sleeping again, and Riki is likely disturbing some poor kid by launching staple bullets from the back of the room.
And then there's Jungwon, perhaps experiencing a quiet sense of relief at your absence, no longer subjected to reminders to pay attention or being shaken awake just as he teeters on the edge of drifting off into dreamland. The vivid details of their potential activities form a contrast to the complex musings clouding your thoughts.
The room, once a sanctuary, now bears the weight of aching tensions. With a sigh, you rise from your bed, a restless energy propelling you forward. Just then, you hear a slight knock against your window.
Wait, your room is on the second floor; what could be banging against it?
Tok. There it is again. The sound echoes throughout your room. You approach the window ledge with apprehension, visibly flinching as a small rock flies towards you, knocking against the glass that separates you from the tiny projectile.
Determined to catch who is disturbing your peace on this calm Friday morning, you march up to your window frame, planning to give whoever it is a piece of your mind. Your gaze follows the direction from where the stone came, and to your surprise, you see Jungwon excitedly waving towards you from behind the giant tree in your front yard.
As you open the window, the sounds and sights of the outside world flood in. The pre-winter morning sun casts a warm glow on the scene, highlighting the details of the landscape outside. The gentle rustle of leaves, distant chirping of birds, and the distant hum of the town come together in a natural symphony of morning sounds. The tranquil scene outside your room stands in opposition to the turmoil within, amplifying the surreal nature of the moment. It's really him.
"Hey! Sorry for the wake-up call. Come on down; I wanna bring you somewhere.” Jungwon’s voice rises above the ambient noise.
“What are you doing here?! Aren’t you supposed to be in school right now?” You attempt to raise your voice just enough, afraid that your mother would overhear.
“I was, until I realised how boring it is without you nagging at me every five seconds. So, I thought I'd bring a little adventure to your day.” The spontaneity of the gesture catches you off guard, momentarily eclipsing the complexities of your internal monologues.
Being deprived of any form of human interaction left you craving, and for a second, you almost accept his proposal without thinking.
“I can’t leave, Won. I’m grounded; my mom is going to kill me if she finds out.”
"Then we'll make sure she doesn't. You'll be back before you even know it, Y/N." The idea is tempting, yes, but you are also unsure if you are ready to face the consequences if, for some reason, things do not go the way you want them to (as always).
"I skipped class for this. I think it shows how much I really miss spending time with you, Y/N."
"As if you never skipped class before we started filming for the documentary." Jungwon sheepishly smiles and subconsciously rubs the back of his neck. The memories of those carefree days filming the documentary flood back, adding a nostalgic touch to the present moment.
You were about to decline for the second time when he skilfully pulls out those cat eyes that you dearly admired. Those captivating eyes that Jungwon knows you can never say "no" to. It's the only efficient method he remembers using to convince you to watch a movie with him everytime he wanted to get out of your long study sessions.
And he's right; those cat eyes works like a damn charm. Because you are now desperately climbing out your window, clinging for dear life against the rusty pipes. As you navigate the unconventional escape route, Jungwon tries hard to suppress his laughter, not wanting to discourage you.
As your feet touch the ground, you become acutely aware of the brisk chill in the air, a stark contrast to the period spent locked up in your makeshift jail cell. Only when you stand before the boy do you fully realise how cold the weather has gotten since the last time you saw him. And unlike Jungwon, who is covered from head to toe, you find yourself in just trousers and an oversized t-shirt.
Promptly, he detects the tiny hairs on your arms standing, and without a moment's hesitation, Jungwon removes his padded jacket, swirling it around your shoulders, instantly enveloping you in warmth.
But It's not just the jacket; it's the proximity of Jungwon that warms you up, his closeness palpable as he adjusts the padding to sit perfectly on the blades of your shoulders. You can practically feel his breath on your neck as he fusses with the collar.
As he fidgets with the article of clothing, Jungwon's actions appear purposeful, yet in reality, he is merely using it as an excuse to draw even closer to you. But he’s not the only one taking advantage of the moment, though, as you seize the opportunity to embrace him. Your arms winding around his waist beneath his uniform blazer and you softly whisper a grateful "Thank you," eliciting a subtle shiver that courses down his spine.
"For what? I’m only lending it to you, you already have a few of my hoodies stocked up. Which reminds me, when are you returning them?" You pinch his sides playfully, and he flinches, the playful exchange bringing the two of you even closer. As if there were any more space between you in the first place.
“I’ll return them back to you, soon. But that’s not what I was referring to.”
“Then, you’re grateful for… making you climb down some rusty-ass pipes?”
"No, you idiot. Thank you for coming to see me. I missed you, really, more than you think. You have no idea how close I was to just running over to you.” The emotions from having the opportunities to spend time with the boy ripped away from you must have been stronger than you thought for those words to come out of you like that. Jungwon senses this, and you feel him tighten around the frame of your body.
"Then, it’s a good thing that I ran over here first.”Jungwon gently pushes you away with a heavy heart. Moving away the few strands of hair stuck onto your cheeks that are turning a shade of rosy pink, most likely from the cold (or not).
The pace picks up again as he locates the palm of your hand, intertwining his fingers with yours,“Let's get out of here before your mom finds us." Luckily for the two of you, you manage to get away with your secret rendezvous, at least for now, and you can only pray that it stays this way.
The world beyond your little bubble beckons, but in this moment, the connection between you and Jungwon feels like the only reality that matters.
Time with Jungwon feels like a pocket universe where seconds slip away unnoticed. Before you know it, the sun slowly begins to dip beyond the horizon, ushering in the cool embrace of the evening air and casting a gentle twilight glow upon the buildings.
The Friday night air is crisp, and the streets come alive with the vibrant energy of the neighbourhood transitioning into its nocturnal rhythm. Jungwon confidently navigates through hidden shortcuts and familiar alleys, the lively sounds of people and distant music replacing the lingering heaviness from your room.
As you walk leisurely through the dimly lit streets, Jungwon animatedly shares anecdotes, laughter, and stories of incidents that unfolded in school during your absence. The glow of street lamps casts a warm ambiance, highlighting the joy in his eyes as he recounts the tales. You are not only relieved to hear that your friends are working hard, but also reassured that the council is thriving under Gunwook's leadership—a responsibility you earnestly insisted on passing down to him.
Eventually, you find yourselves at a serene bench overlooking the river. In the distance, you spot couples on little boats doing whatever couples do on little boats. The two of you sit in a contemplative silence, not awkward, but a kind of loud silence filled with unspoken words—where there is so much to say, but neither of you knows where to start.
Breaking the quietude, Jungwon eagerly rummages through his bag. Curious, you sneak a peek, and a soft giggle escapes your lips at the unconventional contents within. Instead of the expected textbooks, you see a stash of your favourite gummies and an abundance of pencils, which explains why he always has spares on hand whenever you ask for one.
You also spot your fall gloves that you had momentarily forgotten about until now. You recall leaving them with him when it got too uncomfortable for you to wear, and the memory of him playfully nagging you to put them back on, complete with a cute pout when you refused, brings a fond smile to your face.
It’s a touching realisation when you see these tangible tokens. It’s as if little bits and pieces of you and your habits are slowly finding a place in Jungwon’s life. His world, once dominated by Taekwondo, effortlessly accommodates you and the fragments of your existence, just as he seamlessly wove himself into the fabric of your life, which was once burdened with the heavy expectations of achieving stellar grades.
“People might think this is my bag that you’re carrying,” you remark, your tone playful.
"With the amount of things that are yours in here, it might as well be," Jungwon replies, laughter dancing in his warm gaze. He pulls out a hot pack, rubs it between his hands, and extends it to you—another subtle gesture that unleashes an entire zoo inside your stomach. The gentle warmth of the hot pack mirrors the blossoming warmth within as you mumble a quiet “Thank you”.
"Can't believe we'll be graduating soon; it still hasn't hit me just yet," Jungwon says, his voice carrying a tinge of absentminded reflection.
"Believe it or not, sooner or later, reality will come crashing down on you like a meteorite," you jest, attempting to lighten the sudden solemnity of the mood that has settled between you.
"Yeah, then you'll be off to a great local uni, and I'll probably get into the youth Olympics team. Who knows when our paths will cross again?" You turn to look at him, finding his gaze locked onto the calm waters of the river, though you suspect his mind must be anything but calm, straying far from the placid surface of the water.
"I thought we agreed to remain close even after the documentary? You're speaking as if we'll never see each other again," you remark, shuffling closer to him on the bench. The fluttering of your heart intensifies as the skin of your arms comes into contact with his. The connection between you, both physical and emotional, echoes the desire to linger in each other's presence despite the uncertain paths that lie ahead.
"At first, it really was a nightmare having to be around you everywhere," he confesses, leaning forward, his fingers lightly gripping the edge of the bench as he reflects. A tiny pout forms on his thinking face, and you can't help but coo at the endearing sight—a habit you discovered and cherished as you got to know him.
"I don't know if I should be finding that offensive or not," you retort and Jungwon laughs lowly, the husky tone of his voice sending subtle shivers down the back of your neck. "That's why I used 'at first,' idiot."
"But now, I guess it's not that bad to have you around sometimes," he shrugs, attempting to play it cool while ignoring the fact that his heart is pounding relentlessly against his chest.
"Only 'not that bad'? I'm disappointed," you tease, a mischievous sparkle in your eye.
The night envelops both of you in a quiet embrace, the air thick with unexpressed emotions. Jungwon's eyes, once fixed on the distant river, now meet yours. Only this time, there's a vulnerability in his gaze, a silent admission of something more complicated.
"You know," he begins, his voice softer now, carrying a weight of sincerity, "it took me a while to figure out why your presence felt like a storm at first—chaotic and unpredictable. But now, I realise it's more like the calm after the storm. The kind that leaves everything refreshed and new."
Your heart skips a beat at his words, the gravity of his confession sinking in. The atmosphere seems to hold its breath, each passing moment brimming with anticipation as you almost impatiently wait for him to phrase his next words, watching the thoughts flicker across his face as he carefully composed the sentiments in his mind.
"I never expected you to become this important to me," Jungwon continues, his eyes reflecting a mixture of emotions. "But now, imagining my life without you feels like trying to picture a world without sunlight. It's just not the same."
A warm breeze rustles the leaves above, and if there were some stranger watching you right now, you probably wouldn’t even have noticed as you slowly tuned the world around you out. On the contrary, you're acutely aware of the shared space between you on the bench, the closeness that has become second nature.
"I guess what I'm trying to say is... I like having you around. A lot more than 'not that bad,'" he confesses, a shy smile playing on his lips.
Your heart swells with a rush of emotions, and you sense the urgency to respond. "Jungwon, I—" But before you can complete your response, his fingers gently find their way to yours, intertwining them in a silent gesture, as if he's saying you don't owe him anything.
But no, you do owe him everything. You owe him for coming into your mundane excuse of a life and allowing you to realise that sometimes, breaking away from routine is the first step towards discovering your own narrative.
Thus, a smile mirrors his on your face as you say, “I can’t let you say all the cool things yourself. I wanna be cool too.” Jungwon scoffs and you feel his grip on your hand tighten.
"Go on, I'd like to see you try," he challenges, a subtle glint of encouragement in his gaze, knowing you're not one to shy away.
Taking in a deep breath, you confidently look into his eyes as you say what has been on your mind. “Thank you for changing my life, and I don’t ever want to lose you, Yang Jungwon.”
As the echoes of your confession linger in the night air, both of you become aware of the tangible shift in the atmosphere—something profound has unfolded between you. The moonlight paints a soft glow on Jungwon's face, emphasising the earnestness in his eyes, as they remain locked onto yours. The touch of his fingers on yours warms up your skin, a comforting sensation that surpasses any heat pack he could ever give you.
“Okay maybe that wasn’t very cool after all… I just never thought a simple change in routine could lead to all this." You muse, your voice carrying a mixture of awe and gratitude.
"Life has a funny way of surprising us, doesn't it?" Jungwon responds with a playful twinkle in his eyes.
You nod, smiling genuinely. "And I wouldn't have it any other way."
As you sit on the bench, hands still entwined, there's a gentle pause—a moment suspended in time, as if the universe itself is waiting. The world around you, once ordinary, now feels touched by a magical essence, and the stars above seem to glitter with the promise of a future written in a language only both of you understand.
Jungwon leans in, and you can feel the beating of his heart aligning with yours, the soft warmth of his breath as he closes the gap between you. The scent of the night air, infused with a hint of his cologne, adds to the sensory symphony. His lips meet yours in a tender, unhurried motion. It’s a kiss that carries the weight of the world’s expectations on the both of you, only for it to melt away as he smiles against your lips.
Time seems to stand still as you savour the softness of the moment, the warmth of his touch resonating through every fibre of your being. As you sit there, wrapped in the warmth of his lips on yours, the world feels limitless, and the journey ahead, uncertain but exciting. And as you break apart, breathless but filled with an exhilarating warmth, that’s when you realise you have finally come to terms with and chosen to accept your emotions that are now clear to you that it is not borne alone—Yang Jungwon, who was once the bane of your existence, is now the centre of it.
tw! depiction of violence
You smile to yourself as the sweet memory of that magical first kiss plays in your mind like a cherished melody. Your hands remain interlocked with that of Jungwon’s as you walk through the same alley that you came from. The difference being the absence of the vibrant lights of the night market, which had already faded by now, leaving only the soft glow of the moon and the distant street lamps that barely bleed into the alley to guide your way. Yet, you feel safe and protected when you sense Jungwon’s presence beside you.
As you turn a corner, the alley widens, revealing a quieter stretch with fewer distractions. However, just as you start to relax, a familiar voice cuts through the tranquillity.
“Well, well, if it isn’t Y/N. Didn't think we'd run into you two lovebirds tonight. How cute.” Hana's voice, laced with envy, echoes through the alley. She steps into view, flanked by her two loyal lackeys who wear matching smirks.
However, they were not alone as you spot a few familiar faces perched up against the brick wall—they were the same group of boys known to wreak havoc among the underclassmen. You know this having seen their faces in detention multiple times when you were supervising.
You didn’t expect Hana to be hanging around them, it’s like trouble mixing around with even more trouble, a recipe for disaster.
In the dimly lit alley, tension hangs thick in the air as Hana and her lackeys close in, their predatory grins revealing a hunger for confrontation. Jungwon instinctively tightens his grip on your hand, pulling you behind him as he stands his ground, a subtle signal that he's prepared for whatever comes next.
Hana takes a step forward, her voice dripping with malice. “It’s unfortunate really. You skipped a whole week of school; I thought I finally managed to get rid of you, but alas.” Her lackeys snicker, emboldened by their leader's confidence.
You square your shoulders, determined not to let Hana's provocation rattle you. “What’s your problem, Hana?”
Hana's eyes narrow, her jealousy fuelling the fire. "My problem? It's you, Y/N. Always meddling where you don't belong."
In disbelief, you step out of Jungwon’s shadow. “You know what, fuck you. I don’t even remember ever offending you. I also had a really shitty week, and I don’t need you making it worse than it already is, so please just get the fuck out of my face.” The words fly out of your mouth before you can even comprehend, and Jungwon seems to be equally shocked, hearing you curse for the first time. The shock quickly turns into admiration as he smirks at your bold proclamation.
"We're not looking for trouble, Hana. Just let us pass," Jungwon says cautiously, not wanting to provoke Hana any further, but it only seems to rile her up even more.
Hana's frustration mounts, and she takes a step closer to you, invading your personal space. "You think you're so special, Y/N? Jungwon can do so much better than someone like you." The words sting, but you refuse to let her get under your skin. Before you can respond, one of her lackeys makes a move, attempting to grab your arm. Instinctively, Jungwon steps between you and the aggressor, blocking the advance.
Despite their attempts to provoke a reaction, Jungwon remains composed, his experience evidently shining through. The underclassmen, however, aren't as restrained. One of them lunges at Jungwon, but he swiftly sidesteps the attack, using his fast reflexes to evade without retaliating.
However, the group, instigated by their leader's resentment, launch a coordinated attack. One of them goes straight for Jungwon, aiming for his lower abdomen. Despite his fast reflexes, the underclassman manages to land a blow, catching Jungwon off guard.
A sharp pain courses through Jungwon's side as he winces, the surprise attack taking its toll. He stumbles backward, trying to maintain his composure. The underclassmen, emboldened by their success, taunts him. "Looks like your taekwondo skills don't mean much in a real fight, huh?"
You, torn between defending Jungwon and avoiding further escalation, plead with Hana. "This is unnecessary, Hana! We don't want to fight!"
Hana, however, revels in the chaos she's created. This is her way of saying that if she can’t have Jungwon, nobody can—much less lose him to the likes of you.
"You should have thought about that before getting involved with Jungwon." In truth, she never truly liked Jungwon. Just his reputation and the attention she’d get if she managed to crack the academy’s most mysterious boy. Enraged, Hana signals them to continue, escalating the confrontation.
Jungwon, though injured, refuses to retaliate recklessly; something about physical fighting one against a whole group of well-fit boys with a sport designed for self-defense doesn’t seem very smart. Instead, he focuses on defending their attacks, hands wrapped tightly over his head, as he lay cradled on the ground. His determination remains unwavering, but the odds are stacked against him.
The underclassmen, seemingly relentless, taunt Jungwon with malicious glee. "Thought you were tough, huh? Looks like you're nothing even with your precious taekwondo skills."
He shouts for you to run (as if you were about to leave him behind) but you’re forced onto your knees and held in place by her two lackeys. As the scuffle intensifies, the alley echoes with grunts and the shuffle of feet.
The chaos attracts attention, and the distant wail of approaching police sirens grows louder. The approaching alarm prompts Hana and her lackeys to scatter, disappearing into the shadows, leaving behind a battered, bruised and disoriented Jungwon.
As the police car arrives, its flashing lights casting an unsettling glow, you find yourself cradling Jungwon, who is visibly struggling.
“Please tell me you’re okay, Won.” Urgently, you call for an ambulance, realising the severity of his injuries when he could barely reply you.
The journey to the hospital is filled with a heavy silence, broken only by the wail of sirens. Jungwon, laid out on the gurney, appears vulnerable under the harsh hospital lights. His eyes meet yours, conveying gratitude and reassurance amidst the pain. As Jungwon is wheeled into a room for further evaluation, you can't help but reflect on the unexpected turn the night has taken—from stolen kisses to the harsh reality of a hospital emergency room, a scenario straight out of a drama.
The hospital transforms into a surreal space where time seems to both stretch and contract, leaving you suspended in uncertainty. Every passing minute feels like an eternity as you anxiously await any updates on Jungwon's condition.
Your friends, Jungwon’s family, and even his coach start to arrive, having informed them about his condition through Jungwon’s phone that you somehow remembered the passcode to from the last time he told you. The reunion with your friends, especially Chanelle, who runs up to engulf you in a hug, brings a fleeting moment of joy. However, the thought of Jungwon lingers, casting a shadow over the otherwise happy encounter.
Finally, a doctor emerges with updates. Jungwon's injuries are serious, though not life-threatening, requires thorough treatment and a period of recovery. Hearing the news, relief washes over you knowing he will receive the care and medicine he needs. However, your relief is short-lived as the reminder of his upcoming competition the following Saturday floods you with renewed stress.
How can he possibly compete in his current condition? The thought of him being covered in bruises, or worse, questioning if he can even participate at all, weighs heavily on your mind.
The national team coach is going to be there, and Jungwon's entire future hinges on him performing well in that godforsaken competition he worked so hard to compete in.
The unfairness of the situation becomes glaringly evident, casting a shadow over the initial relief. The stress that momentarily lifted now returns with even greater intensity, leaving you grappling with the looming uncertainty of Jungwon's athletic future, and maybe even your own.

₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎ 𝓵𝓲𝓯𝓮 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓢𝔀𝓸𝓻𝓭 𝓒𝓪𝓷𝓮 ₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎
x f!reader.
cw: none, pure fluff.
Being friends since high school it was no surprise that you ended up falling in love with each other, although no one had to know, not even yourselves, right? But deep down you knew, because even though he was chosen as Divine Visionary he always made time to answer to your letters as soon as he could.
You, other than Max, were the only one allowed to get near his bunnies to take care of them and even pet them when he couldn’t.
After graduating it was kind of inevitable that you ended up parting ways with him, his job being as demanding as it is made it almost impossible for him to spend time outside of it; and with you getting your own job too things became a little too complicated.
Missing him, you decided to pay a visit to him before Christmas to give him a gift, you weren’t even sure if you’d be able to give it personally, but it was worth giving it a try.
You decided to go to the Bureau of Magic first, since it would be most likely to find him there, and after being interrogated as to why you wanted to see him by quite a few persons you were finally cleared and instructed that you would find him at the Magical Items Department. One, two, three knocks at the door. You took a step back and waited patiently, hugging the box closer to your chest, sighing deeply while trying to stop your heart from beating so fast. When was the last time you saw each other? Not even six months ago, yet it felt like ages for you, was it the yearning you’ve been feeling that intensified your feelings? “Hello, Miss (lastname)” His voice took you out of your trance. He sounded, and looked, much more surprised than you would have expected (because being honest, he’s not one to show many emotions on the outside). “Is there something I can help you with?” You needed a moment to breathe. The sight you encountered you were not prepared to, his hair looked kinda dishevelled, his voice was low and heavy and his eyes slightly puffy… Wait, was he sleeping? Shaking your head you noticed the seconds have passed and you’ve yet to speak a word, and so you did. “Hello Ames, can I come in?” You spoke softly, as if to a baby that just woke up, and he stepped back a little wating for you to enter his office. “And no, I don’t need anything. In fact, I brought you something, you know, a little early Christmas gift” Faking nonchalance you shrugged a little, patting the box that was now laying above his desk. “For me?” He had followed you after closing the door and was now standing just a few steps away from you. “It wasn’t necessary, you know. Besides, we haven’t even spoken for months, why would you get me a gift?” His voice now a little more awake and less heavy, one brow somewhat arched, and his head also slightly tilted to the side. He took a moment to look at you, to actually look at you, it felt like you were looking more mature, but he could still see the girl he fell in love with, all smiles and giggles, but just for him. Deep inside he relished in that fact, the fact that you seemed to ignore almost every guy that looked your way but not him, never him. “Can’t a girl give a gift to the guy she’s been in love with since forever? Maybe it’ll make him realise…” you said, smirking and arching a brow, while leaning on his desk, basking in the glory of his shocked face. He did have expressions, didn’t he?
And that was the start of your love story.
With him being a traditional man the passage from being his girlfriend to being his wife was rather quick, he didn’t feel like he needed to waste any more time given the fact that he has known you from many years already.
Since you got married he started to make an effort to spend a little more time at home, raising his rabbits with you and doing mundane tasks made him feel a warmth that he didn’t get to feel growing up.
He’s a calm and collected guy, but anyone that knows him knows for a fact that they can’t even dare to mess with you, he’s a Divine Visionary after all, he can and will end them in a split second.
Contrary to popular belief, he really enjoys cuddles and you being clingy with him (he’s clingy too, just don’t tell anyone).
He doesn’t get jealous often, only when like Renatus or Kaldo say something about you but, in reality, he knows you wouldn’t leave him for men like them anyway. He trusts you with all his heart after all.
He really enjoys taking baths together, drinking some wine or tea, eating some chocolate, or just basking in each other’s warmth and presence. He likes helping you wash your hair and is more than happy and grateful if you do the same for him but would never ask for it.
He likes to listen to you rant (more like yap?) to him about anything and everything, be it something that happened at work or the latest book you’ve been reading, he’ll always listen to you with a little smile on his face and, even though he doesn’t speak much when you do, you know he’s more than happy to do so.
Given the fact that he didn’t have parents for the majority of his life he expects to have at least one or two children to give love to, but he will always respect your decisions and if you don’t want to he’ll respect your wishes and would never stop loving you for something like that.
He values that you seem to love his brother almost as much as him, he knows Finn is a very lovable person and there’s not a person that could not love him, but he’s still grateful and happy anyway.
Overall, he’s a good husband, he raised his brother on his own, so he had to learn how to survive after all, he knows his way around house chores and likes to help whenever he has time and you don’t.
A 10/10 husband if you ask me!
PS: the gift was a Netherland dwarf rabbit in case you were wondering ♥

EYES DON'T LIE — ii. room 323.
synopsis. you've always resented jeong yunho, and you were positive that the end of high school would've marked the end of your rivalry and hatred. yet now you find yourself in the same crappy hotel as him. assigned to be right next to each other much like the good old times. pairing. jeong yunho x fem! reader. genre. mini-series, fluff, slice of life, mature, academic rivals to lovers, non-idol au. chapter warnings. mentions of infidelity, heartbreak, angst, swearing. word count. 1k
chapter i. chapter ii. chapter iii.
after high school, you never once thought about yunho.
that was a lie.
you did for the first few weeks into college but soon enough, you outgrew the childish tendencies and pettiness of teenagers and focused on your own life. you went to a top college and graduated at the top of your year you didn’t have to share the number one spot this time. somewhere in the four years of college, you met min daehyun.
on the surface he seemed like a very average person. but as you got to know him and learned about the inner workings of his personality, you found yourself getting more and more interested in him. and it seemed that he felt the same way because only a few months after you had met, he asked you out.
after graduating, the two of you stuck together and even moved into an apartment together in busan. and then, when both of you found good, stable jobs, he popped the question. he proposed to you under the starry night as the two of you lounged on a picnic blanket on the sandy beach of busan. and you said yes.
because you love him.
you love loved him.
loved.
weeks ago, your fiancé left for a three-week-long business trip in seoul. he’d been working awfully hard for the past months and neither of you had much time to yourself. so you took the opportunity to surprise him.
in the final week that he’d be gone, you booked two tickets to fly to jeju island from seoul, a weekend-long romantic getaway. just the two of you. once the tickets were booked, you packed your stuff and hopped on the next train, excited as you imagined the surprise on his face when you sauntered into his hotel room with your surprise.
and surprised he was.
so much so that his dick immediately slipped out of the woman he had in his bed. of course, as any fiancé does when caught red handed in the act of cheating, he rushed over to you, pulling on his clothes and spewing excuses faster than he could shatter your heart.
“it’s not what it looks like, i swear!” he cried as if you hadn’t just seen him balls deep in a random woman—who was currently glaring at him, though much less intently as you. once your mind caught up to what was happening and processed the utter betrayal, you slapped him across the face and stormed out, riding the painfully slow elevator back down. when you saw the woman in the lobby later, she made sure to apologise profusely and swore on her mother’s life that he said he was single.
you stayed just long enough to assure her that you didn’t blame her at all you weren’t sure if she could understand you through your sobbing and promptly left the hotel. unsure of where to go, unfamiliar with the big city. without many options, you stayed at the nearest hotel you set your eyes on. completely unaware of what you’d find.
it wasn’t anything fancy. quite the opposite, really. the paint on the walls looked like it was chipping off, and the floor creaked with every step you took to get to the front desk. the place smelled odd, though you couldn’t quite name the scent. looking around, you spot some worn down couches next to the elevator on the left, you supposed they were for guests who had to wait for a long time to get to check in or out, and a bar a little ways to the right. it didn’t seem occupied at all, the only people in sight being the bartender and two older men conversing over drinks by the window.
the man at the front desk was nice enough. he asked about the basics—how long were you staying (undecided), how many people (t- one), cash or card (card), become a member to get bar discounts (no, thank- actually, y-yeah, yes please). he made quick work of typing you into the system and arranging a room for you, handing you your room key as his furrowed eyes looked you over. you thanked him quietly and made your way to the elevator.
it took a couple minutes for the elevator to arrive, but you didn’t expect quick service in a place like this. after hitting the button to the third floor a dozen times and standing in silence for another couple minutes, the metal doors finally slid open to the floor you were meant to stay on.
slowly you passed by the doors, rubbing your eyes and squinting when your vision wouldn’t focus through the tears. 318, 319, 320, 321 and then finally your room, 322. it was the second to last door at the very end of the long and narrow hallway, beyond the next room was a window that led to the fire escape, cracked up just a bit to provide ventilation.
it took you several tries to get the key into the key hole, a fact that had you so frustrated you nearly gave up and threw the key out the window, but you succeeded eventually. as you pushed your door open, the door of the neighbouring room opened and your temporary neighbour stepped out.
after a second of consideration, you decided it would only be polite to greet the person, especially since you were standing right next to each other anyway. so you looked up, planning to bid him a good night before disappearing into your room. but as you opened your mouth to speak and he looked up, your breath caught in your throat as you and the stranger the man stared at each other.
because it was none other than jeong fucking yunho standing right outside room 323.

Chrissy's Earrings and What They Mean About Her Family's Social Class
Hello and welcome to a stupid mini rant about Chrissy Cunningham's earrings and their social implications!
So for context: I have spent a decent amount of time in (and have a large family from) the American South, where there are alllllll kinds of stupid little social rules and secrets that signal things to others who know The Codes. Obviously this isn't limited to the south, but it's v prevalent there. And among the Codes are some rules about pearl jewelry. I learned this mostly on accident because I wanted to buy myself a pearl necklace as a college graduation present and stumbled across some very opinionated blogs while researching.
Pearls are kind of a big deal in the south. Less so these days, but back in the days of Debutantes (so like… two generations ago. My grandmother's debutante ball pictures are still on the wall of a local restaurant in my family hometown), ~Ladies~ all had (and wore) a nice string of pearls. And one of the ways you showed how classy you were was obeying a system of rules around who is allowed to wear what pearls. This set of rules extended up most of the east coast. It seems to have been stronger in the bible belt, but this would not be unfamiliar to folks in, say, Kentucky or Connecticut. Obviously it's 2024 and you can do whatever you want with your jewelry (and even 60 years ago it's not like you'd be sent to jail for wearing the wrong kind of necklace, you'd just be viewed as socially inept or possibly trashy), but for the purposes of this discussion, here are the formal rules.
The main thing is size. Pearls can be bought in different standardized sizes. Before lab-created pearls really took off, the only way to get them was out of a clam oyster. The longer the pearl sits in the clam, the more layers the clam oyster is able to put on it, and the bigger it gets. Thus, it takes more time to acquire a larger pearl, making them more expensive. Pearls are measured in millimeters, with small pearls being about 6-6.5mm, and large pearls being about 13.0-13.5mm. To make a piece of pearl jewelry, you need to match a handful of pearls as closely as you can in terms of size, shape (they don't all come out perfectly round), and color (pearls can be white, pink, yellow, black, etc.). Thing is… young women are not allowed to wear big pearls. The general guidelines are:
5-6.5mm: given as "first pearls". Typically you wait until a girl is a little older to gift her her very first pearl jewelry. This might be done as a flower girl present, but 16 is often considered a good age for a girl to receive her first strand.
6.5-7mm: permissible for girls 16 and up. Often given as a birthday or high school graduation present. Might also be gifted to your bridesmaids as a thank you for appearing in your wedding.
7-7.5mm: permissible for women 18 and up. Often given as a high school or college graduation present, birthday/mother's day/anniversary/Christmas/valentine's day present. This is kinda considered the "all purpose" size for women.
7.5-8.0: permissible for women 25 and up.
8.0-8.5: this is where they're generally considered to be more ~luxury~. The jewelry becomes its own statement, rather than a standard all-purpose foundational accessory.
8.5-9.0: permissible for women in their mid-30s or older. Often gifted when a woman makes a significant achievement or attains some power, such as a promotion. (An achievement is not necessary to receive these as long as the age requirement is met; conversely, a woman younger than her mid-30s may be gifted this size if she has a sizable enough accomplishment.)
9.0-9.5: permissible for women when they either A) reach their 40s, or B) become "high-powered"-- upper management, CEO, etc.
Basically, you have to "earn" your right to wear larger pearls, either with age or power. You're allowed to wear any size you've "graduated" from (an older or powerful woman can wear any size, if you're in your mid-20s you can wear anything 5.0-8.0 but not above, etc.), but you shouldn't wear sizes you haven't attained the "right" to wear, as this is tacky. Even when you have the "right" to wear big ones, it's worth considering occasion-- larger pearls are more luxurious, so you may choose to wear your 7.0mm strand for your day-to-days and bust out the 9.0s when you have a fancy event. Alternatively, you might wear your 9.5s to work every day to remind everybody what a badass you are.
So now that that's sorted, these are Chrissy's earrings:
They're… big. I'd estimate maybe 10-11mm based on this picture, assuming GVD has normal-sized ears. The sizes listed above are for necklaces, and you can go a little bigger for your earrings, but a 17 year old girl really shouldn't, according to pearl rules, be wearing 11mm earrings. Like, she could get away with 7.5s even though she hasn't graduated/isn't 18, but 11mm is crazy.
For reference, here's what 10-11mm looks like on a jewelry store model-- about what Chrissy is wearing:
And this is a 6-7mm, which is "age appropriate" for her:
Chrissy's possession of these indicates that her family is not aware of pearl rules. She shouldn't even own earrings this big, let alone be wearing them to cheer practice and drug deals. Maaaybe Laura could have them, if she works outside the home and has a high power career (not outside the realm of possibility), but Chrissy would probably not be stealing Mommy Dearest's earrings for a pep rally, based on their characterizations.
Chrissy's family is obviously shown to have money. However, they aren't aware of the opaque rich people social codes. Thesis? The Cunninghams are nouveau riche and that’s why image is such a big deal for them. Laura's very careful composition in public, that family portrait oil painting, their huge/pristine house, and all of the fanon decisions made about Chrissy's need to uphold a reputation/Laura's pressures and expectations of her... they're all to help the family force their way into the moneyed community of Hawkins and pretend they belong.
(Edit: to the girlies tagging this as hellcheer I am kissing you on the lips)

Kawaii Sensei
part two
paring: Student Gojo (18) x sensei reader (22)
Summary: You are their new teacher. You are young, and they consider you very loving and kind. You're considered cute by one student. You are his kawaii sensei. And he loves you...
Warnings: short NSFW
"Good morning everyone. My name is (y/n) (l/n). From today I am your new teacher." You said with a nice smile, looking at the three people in front of you.
Were you expecting a little more enthusiasm...
At least a little smile...
Meanwhile, you were standing there looking at the short-haired brunette who looked like she hadn't slept at all. On the other hand, they were dark haired in a bun with a neutral looking face (at least he looked nice), his face was neither serious nor smiling, so you consider it a good sign. The other boy with white hair looked like he wanted to leave here. As if he didn't want to be in this class at all...
"So..." You started clasping your hands together.
You're not much older than them... This is your first day as a teacher at this school.
You graduated from this school some time ago, but your skills weren't very high, so you couldn't count on being higher in the hierarchy. And since you like children, you chose to teach at the Jujutsu school.
Besides, teachers are very much needed in such a school.
Few people can teach in a school like this, and you were a sorcerer, so you had the opportunity. So you chose to teach kids instead of doing missions all the time.
"...Want to know something about me? Or tell me something about yourself?" You gave them a nice smile.
But the principal of the place came to the room. The man who just a few days ago became the principal.
He was the man you took over teaching this class. And you still did not expect what adventure awaits you while you teach this one white-haired boy.
He was practically your teacher a few years ago.
You even remember him well.
And he agreed to let you teach at least one class so that he would have a little less work.
He ran for the position of principal and succeeded.
Therefore, he will have a little more responsibilities. Now at least you'll do it for him a bit.
He's always liked you, that's why he let you go, and he believed you could do everything and look good.
However, you don't understand why he finds these three students troublesome...
Okay, even before you came here, you heard that the white-haired one is sometimes a problem. And sometimes with him his best friend.
You wish you had come here as their teacher now and not from their first day of school.
They are now in their second year. So they know more than the basics.
Besides, these two are already a higher grade than you...
It doesn't bother you because you don't care where you are on the level that much. Sometimes these divisions don't make sense...
You're semi-grade 1 and they're grade 1. And Yaga told you that their skill is still increasing so he's sure they're capable of going into special grade.
Therefore, you are not to save them.
You probably wouldn't be able to murder them in training... You don't want them to experience the same as you in training...
But they still look like well-built young men. So you can guess that Yaga has exhausted them already.
You're not a fan of 24/7 non-stop training.
Poor guys... You don't want to know what they went through before you were their teacher.
Now you're going to make sure they don't hate classes with you.
As far as you know, the white-haired one is Gojo Satoru, who possesses both of his bloodline's powerful techniques. Character description by Yaga: conceited, selfish, inconsiderate, irritating, but very capable and trustworthy. Addicted to sugar and sometimes childish.
The dark-haired boy is Geto Suguru. They both are best friends. He comes from a family of non-sorcerers and possesses the technique of manipulating curses. You are not to be nervous when you sense curse energy, because his cursed energy is just like curses. Character description by Yaga: more composed and calm. He can be like Satoru sometimes. A talented boy who will always get used to the situation.
And the girl is Ieiri Shoko. She's not often included in teddy bears because she's here learning to master the reverse cursed technique.
So far you've only received them. I guess you should make it.
"This is your new teacher. I have more responsibilities than looking after you, so I'm assigning you to her. Don't embarrass me in front of my former student." You looked at the man with a small smile and nodded that he might leave you.
As you stood in front of them, you began to get more nervous.
"I don't know where to start... I know you're training outside today... Sorry, but it's my first day as a teacher..." you said nervously. "The only thing I know about you is something from Yaga-san...your names as well as your skills. I'd like to get to know you more since we spend the next few years together. And who knows, maybe one of you will want to become a teacher later?"
You met the eyes of the white haired man.
You blush with shame. It must have been a bit visible, right? Since none of them even responded...
You hoped that someday you would be able to get close to them and start working with them normally.
It used to be. Half a year ago.
It was completely different now.
You were like a real teacher to them.
They did not expect that they would be able to be so close to the teacher.
They felt like you were their friend and not their teacher, even if you were giving them assignments or teaching them in class.
And there was something no one expected either.
According to one of them, you were adorable.
Cute sensei.
Of course you blushed when you found out. Because no one ever thought you were cute before.
But well, you didn't expect such a comment from anyone...
You were very protective of them.
You knew that your students liked you very much.
You got chocolates from Satoru on Valentine's Day. You don't know if it was a coincidence because he also ate his, or if he gave it to you on purpose.
You couldn't feel anything for the student... It was probably forbidden... You didn't want to take it badly.
So you stood on tiptoe and stroked his soft hair, enjoying the white stripes under your fingers.
You saw his blue eyes widen slightly as you did, and his cheeks flushed a nice pink.
You smiled at him, thanking him with all your heart.
It was the first time you got something for Valentine's Day from someone.
And you felt so good about it. Even if he was your student.
You didn't know that right after that he went to his friend with a big smile.
"Why are you smiling like that? And why don't you ever knock when you enter my room..." he muttered seeing the white haired boy sit down quickly on his bed and lay down with a big smile like an idiot.
It was as if he had overdosed on sugar even more than ever.
"Something happened to make you so happy?"
"She took the chocolates from me!" He said happily.
"Wait... Did you really give it to her?" he asked, his eyes widening slightly.
"Yeah! And she smiled! It was so cute! And you know what she did then?!"
"She's probably touched you somehow or said something nice... But there's no way she's kissed you... You'll have to wait until the grave with that fantasy...
"She stroked my head!"
"He often does this to us..." he replied.
He didn't want his best friend to get overexcited that you might let him in.
Geto knew very well that his best friend fell in love with you.
First they talked about you, and then he started to think you were cool. Until the end, he thought you were pretty and charming.
You never did anything they didn't want. You were still their teacher, but your teaching was so much better.
You weren't that strict, and you asked what they wanted.
You were kind and so soft.
It was cute.
And Geto might have expected Gojo to be attracted to you.
Someone who likes your behavior and enjoys your company.
Until one day he told him that he must have fallen in love with you.
He couldn't stop thinking about you.
He didn't like to see you walking next to anyone other than him.
He was even jealous that you gave him less attention than usual. Then he would come to you asking for an explanation of something he knew very well or wanted to ask for help with a non-existent problem. Those were his excuses to meet you to give him more attention than others.
"But she did it to me with such a cute smile!"
Geto didn't want him to be disappointed by unrequited love...
You were older than them. Perhaps you already had a boyfriend or husband. It would be very difficult for him to dissuade Gojo from loving you. But for the sake of his psyche, he wanted to do it.
He didn't want his friend to be heartbroken.
"What if (y/n)-sensei got other chocolates, like from her boyfriend?" He asked.
He preferred to gently show him that it may turn out that there is already someone in your life.
They didn't know exactly how old you were, and they didn't know much about your private life either.
There was no wedding ring on your finger, and you didn't talk on the phone often, which you basically would if you had a boyfriend or a husband.
It might also be surprising that you had a house near the school and when they were there because you invited them to dinner, they didn't see anyone but you there.
It's like there's no one else in your life.
Sure, Geto doesn't prohibit Gojo from having a happy relationship. However, he didn't want his heart to break if it turned out otherwise.
"I've never heard that she has anyone."
"Satoru, we don't even know how old she is."
"She's a little older than us. She's only just qualified to become a real teacher."
The dark-haired sighed.
"I don't want you to react badly, but we don't know what she thinks of you. She might as well consider you a nice student. I'm sure she would never play with your feelings, but I don't want you to be disappointed with your feelings." He said calmly. "This is probably the first time you fell in love with. You're happy, I get it. But..."
"I know. What do you say we ask tomorrow how old she is? I doubt she'll refuse to answer us."
That's how you ended up walking between them as you headed to the field to practice.
You felt more and more squeezed by them. Why did they have to be so tall?
You felt Satoru getting closer and closer to you.
Until you finally heard the first question you didn't expect.
"(y/n)-sensei, may we know how old are you?" he asked suddenly coming very close to you.
You looked at him questioningly. But you felt so small and intimidated by his eyes.
"I'm just asking out of curiosity... I've heard more than once that you're only a little older than us, so it's just curiosity."
"...Um... Satoru-kun... I'm actually 22 years old. Soon 23." You said calmly.
You couldn't stop thinking about the warmth of his touching your skin.
Satoru-kun is handsome, but you can't think of him other than as a student. It is true that your young mind is speaking here, telling you that you are of similar age and you could at least try. Because he seems to be interested in you somehow.
You like him a lot. Maybe if you weren't as a teacher...
He's 18. I'm sure he'll find someone better than you.
You were snapped out of your trance of thoughts by his next personal question.
"Do you have a boyfriend?" He asked looking at you.
You blushed and jumped back slightly at the question.
"S-Satoru-kun, I-I don't think it should matter, right...?" You said nervously.
Suguru didn't answer.
"I just wanted to know. A cool sensei like you doesn't deserve any asshole."
Your distraction made you really careless.
That's why you didn't even notice that you were about to come down the stairs. You were all red because of his words. And you didn't notice the dip under your leg.
"Wah! Be careful!"
You heard just that and felt him pull your arm back, wrapping his arms around you.
When you realized that you had almost fallen down the stairs, you were pressed against your student's chest.
If only you were older, he wouldn't even want to be so close to you!
You could have skipped a few more years until you were in your thirties!
Maybe then your mind wouldn't rather take vengeance to heaven when you look at your student you could practically say you love...!
You wanted to burn yourself with shame...
You were supposed to look after them, not them you.
"Wow, be careful, kawaii sensei." He said, pushing you away gently.
What did he call you?!
"Umm... What?"
"What?"
"Um..." you murmured.
"What "What?", Sensei?"
"...Nothing..."
You tried to leave to join Suguru at the bottom of the stairs.
But he grabbed your hand.
"Is it what I called you, sensei?" He smiled.
It was a cute but slightly cocky smile.
But with something like this on his face.
Maybe you can quit your job here before your face catches fire from the heat?
This was your second such situation.
First chocolates, then you hear a student call you cute, then he practically asks you to pat his head like you always did and now he hugs you, asks if you have a boyfriend and also calls you "kawaii sensei"?
What is this?!
You were nice to them because you wanted to. But you didn't expect that someone who didn't seem to mind having another teacher at first would suddenly start to be so close to you.
You are friends???
Are you any closer than you should be???
You are four years older than him!
And he is already an adult! You didn't expect him to act like that, he should be doing that to his girlfriend, not to the teacher!
He suddenly leaned lower to your face.
"You are kawaii sensei. My favorite teacher I've ever had." He chuckled and his lips curved into a kind smile.
Teachers can be close to students. And there is nothing strange about it.
But should it be that you feel butterflies in your stomach when he does something like that?
Should it be that he feels butterflies in his stomach when you're next to him?
You tried to forget about this situation.
But he didn't know how long he would last.
You gave them a completely different job than usual. It was an art class.
You didn't feel like doing anything, neither did they.
So you wanted to teach them to do some origami. It can be very relaxing if you have to talk about it.
A change from those activities that even you get tired of sometimes.
You're also fed up with the fact that you feel so warm in this classroom, and your bed at home is often cold and empty.
Their energy here is nice. And there's only you in your house.
It would be a nice change if you ever had any visitors there.
Why don't you invite them to dinner sometime?
You practically didn't answer Satoru's question he asked earlier. What could you say? You don't have and have never had a boyfriend.
When you went to school here, you were alone in the class. Turns out your year didn't have that many sorcerers. However, there were more people in classes older than you and younger.
You tried your best to be a warm and kind senpai to the younger ones.
That's why you liked the idea of becoming a teacher.
You calmly ran Suguru's fingers over the paper, showing him how to fold the paper properly.
Satoru wondered how nice your hands felt...
He wanted you to show him that too. And she touched his hand.
He was jealous of his best friend.
"Sensei! Can you also show me? I think I ruined it." He said, raising his hand to get your attention.
Honestly, you didn't expect them to be interested in doing this at all.
You walked over to the white haired boy.
He showed you a piece of paper in front of him.
"How do I start?" He asked looking at you.
"Bend the corners of the paper inwards." You said pointing to the right and left corners.
"How?" He asked.
He knew, but he wanted you to guide his hands.
You took your piece of paper and showed him how to fold it.
"Sensei, from what I can see, you folded the bottom corners of the paper."
"You have to do it with the upper ones." you said.
"will you show me I don't want to spoil it."
"What kind of origami do you even do?"
"I wanted from a heart template. It looks nice." He said calmly.
You also tried to stay calm.
"Fine, so bend like in the template I gave you, what to do step by step."
"Will you show me like you showed Suguru?" he asked with puppy dog eyes.
Until you finally gave in.
You stood behind him, grabbing the piece of paper in front of him. And you folded the paper.
You gave him a list of how to perish the paper.
"How am I supposed to hold it?" He asked.
You felt like you were with a child.
But you grabbed his hands and fingers, guiding them.
You smiled slightly. You were curious how big his hands are compared to yours. And that really was the difference.
And he smiled at the feeling of your warm hands.
He tilted his head back, looking at you.
Sending you a warm smile.
"How about I bring you cookies tomorrow?" You asked pleasantly.
You could somehow distract yourself from how cold it was in your house sometimes.
You were smiling all the time at school for them. But you really wish you had the same at home.
I think you need to find yourself a boyfriend...
Because it's probably impossible for Satoru-kun to be so interested in you.
I was making cookie dough when he came home. Until suddenly you heard a knock on the door.
You quickly went to see who it was.
You saw Gojo who said earlier that he can help you prepare the cookies.
You appreciated his help.
But he came with other intentions.
Either you reject it or you accept it.
You either you reject him , push him away, or hit him back.
The moment he kicked off his shoes and the door closed, you felt his lips on yours.
When his body pressed you against the wall in your house.
He wanted to at least enjoy this one moment. Even if you could have rejected him.
However, you never behave the same at home as you do at school.
You are such a nice and sweet person. And such people who care for someone else cannot be neglected by being home alone. With no one around.
You could have pushed him away, punched him in the face.
But you didn't.
Especially after he mumbled into his declaration of love.
You didn't push him away. You didn't hit. You didn't reject his feelings.
You just accepted it.
He's young, but his heart doesn't lie.
He loves you and doesn't want it any other way.
He wants you to be together.
That's why...
That's why you didn't reject him. Because you started feeling the same.
Especially by his behavior.
The warmth he gave you.
You finished the cookies with him. With his arms around you.
With his mouth on your face or neck while you had your back to him.
Your house has become pleasantly warm. Thanks to him.
You waited for the cookies to bake, kissing without saying a word.
Was it really okay?
It was fine...
You weren't much older than him. He's an adult and he's decided he wants it.
Your bed hasn't been this warm in a while.
It got hot as you lay underneath him, your legs spread wide for him, as his oversized cock for a young man rammed into your virgin pussy. By ridding you of any illusions that he loves you.
His hands held you tight as he moved faster and faster, hitting your wet walls.
Your first was your apprentice. And you don't regret it. Because he is someone you love.
You're 22, and now you've found happiness.
You might not even have left Jujutsu High. You could have stayed there and watched him first appear there.
It would leave you a little more room for imagination.
You could see his whole body now. When naked, he hovered above you.
His muscles rippled with his every move.
And you can't stop thinking about how handsome he is.
Your back arched as he made you moan for him.
He beat against your body at a steady, hard pace as you got used to the new feeling of his cock stretching.
"Several times I've thought how nice it would be to have you like this..." he groaned. And his words mixed with his breaths and your soft moans as well as the sounds of skin slapping against skin.
Dirty scenes flashed through your mind as your student jerks around in his room saying something he would say to you.
And so it was.
He did it by imagining you underneath him.
That he was cumming on you instead of the sheets.
And now his erotic dreams have come true.
Because he could bury his cock in your tight pussy and touch your body. See you whole.
Hear you moan his name.
So your red face that contorts in pleasure.
After all, he had his kawaii sensei the way he wanted.
And he will no longer share your attention.
Because he is your warmth at home.
You are his happiness.
You could spend as much time with him as he wanted. You didn't have to worry about the cookies burning.

“she’s doing it again.”
kazuha’s chin motioned in the direction behind you, earning an eyeroll from you. it didn’t take a genius to figure out who she was talking about. you could practically feel your girlfriend’s burning gaze from where you sat under the tree.
it was the first day of second semester, and your girlfriend, shin yuna, was already going to give you a headache.
with both you and yuna being upperclassmen, you knew she would want to spend more time with her friends since it was their last year together. however, you couldn’t help but feel as if you were left out of those plans.
your girlfriend was easily among the most popular faces in her grade, and if not, the entire school. she was the president of the student council, after all. she also was well aware of these facts, and took pride in her social status amongst her peers. yuna loved attention, but you honestly couldn’t blame her. she had always been used to being the center of it.
except, despite her popularity, she only had eyes for you.
the two of you met two years ago, when you had first entered high school. on the first day of school, you and a few of the other freshmen were given a tour by none other than shin yuna herself.
from that moment, you felt somewhat drawn to her. come to find out, she also sat next to you in a combined history class, where you two became study buddies since you were often paired up for school projects. ever since then, the rest was history.
however, there was just one problem — yuna refused to interact with you during school. well, at least not publicly.
high school hierarchy was very, very important to yuna. her sister, shin ryujin, had graduated a year prior, and left some “shoes to fill” as your girlfriend would always say. you didn’t mind at first, since you didn’t really see her much anyway, except once you two got into your latter years, she would simply just ignore your presence entirely.
it was necessary for her to keep her perfect “image”, after all she couldn’t be seen dating anyone – much less a girl. it wasn’t that your school wasn’t open minded, it was just the group of friends your lover had that held such judgemental ideologies. regardless, it would truly be the death of her if she failed in any school-related aspect, and that included the most important aspect to her: popularity.
this year meant a lot. senior year consisted of many things, like getting into universities, prom, senior superlatives, and most importantly, graduation.
truth be told, ever since the year before, there had been one small rumor going around about the two of you possibly being together. after yuna won the council elections and ended up becoming student council president, she knew that she couldn’t let anything ruin her image. it was what led yuna to making the decision that would stand for the current school year: she was not going to be seen with you at all.
yuna knew she couldn’t let the potential relationship rumors ruin anything, which made her choose the path of least resistance. she couldn’t have any rumors about the two of you circulating if you were never seen together, which made her job of keeping a “clean slate” much easier.
ryujin had gotten into one of the most prestigious overseas universities in america, and yuna wanted nothing more than to follow in her footsteps. in order to do that, she needed to keep her reputation and record spotless. she didn’t want anything, not even any mere rumors, ruining her future.
naturally, it was quite annoying, because the same woman who was ignoring you would also be the one to burn holes into the back of your head whenever she got the chance; like now, for example.
“let her, she won’t do anything anyway.” you said casually, earning a look from kazuha as she leaned back on her hands. “if looks could kill, you would be dead about 5 times already.” she snickered as you threw a small pebble at her.
from where your best friend sat, she had a clear view of the lunch table that occupied your girlfriend and her friends. yuna had a lot of friends, but her closest ones were the ones who she really hung out with.
first there was yeji. yeji was the student council vice president and she was one of the few real friends that yuna had that you actually liked. the cat-like woman often spent her days booked and busy, but she also helped yuna stay in check, which was nice. yeji and yuna have lived next door to each other since they were in elementary school, and yeji’s older brother, hwang hyunjin, graduated last year with yuna’s sister. you could tell that yeji was like a sister to your girlfriend.
then there was chaeryoung. if you didn’t know her, you would assume she was just some shy girl who was a hermit. except everyone who actually knew her, knew that this girl was a dancing prodigy. she was also captain of the competitive dance team, and from the rumors say, she was terrifying when upset. chaeryoung was nice, but only if she needed something from you. other than that, everyone knew to steer clear of her if she was upset with someone.
finally, there was jisu, but everyone called her lia. she was the secretary of the student council, and was often seen following yeji everywhere. both you and yuna swear that she’s got a crush on the cat eyed girl, but neither of you would ever dare to ask anything about it. lia was actually pretty bitchy 75% of the time, but her older brother, choi yeonjun, was exactly the same way. one can assume it’s just in their genes to seem so self absorbed, but no one expected anything different from either of the choi siblings.
your girlfriend’s group of friends were quite the accustomed taste, but you knew that the shin yuna at school was completely different than the shin yuna who would sneak in through your bedroom window at 2 in the morning because she just wanted a goodnight kiss. however, ever since the start of the semester, it seemed to you that your girlfriend was slowly turning into someone she wasn’t. then again, she was practically living a double life every day.
“it really looks like she’s going to burn you into the ground.” yunjin snickered, earning a nod from the japanese girl next to her. a small pout formed on your lips, but before you could answer, the japanese girl responded. a groan escaped kazuha’s lips as she looked over at yuna, narrowing her eyes slightly. “what do you even see in her, y/n/n?”
unlike yuna, your best friends knew about your relationship. however, that didn’t mean they were her biggest fans.
you poked your tongue from inside your cheek, trying your best to not feel guilty about being with yuna.
fortunately, you were saved from answering the horrendous question by the bell. it rang and echoed throughout the courtyard, signaling the end of your lunch period. you stood and helped kazuha stand up from the grass, only for yunjin to push her back into the ground.
the three of you spent a solid minute laughing at what yunjin had done, not noticing the disapproving stares that your girlfriend and her friends were giving you as they walked by.
eventually, the three of you made your way up the steps and inside the building. the hall traffic flowed as usual, everyone going to their designated classrooms. kazuha had a different class, so after bidding the ballet dancer farewell, you and yunjin made your way to your classroom.
on the way there, you passed by yuna and her friends. the two of you made eye contact for a brief moment. her features seemed neutral, despite her spending the entirety of last hour burning holes into the back of your head. perhaps she thought you didn’t notice.
it wasn’t until a sharp push from the other side of you caused you to trip and fall. you could hear the yells of a few apologies go by as a few freshman boys ran past everyone. yunjin was by your side immediately, helping you up as she shot yuna a harsh glare. however, as she helped you up, you noticed the balled fists of the dark haired girl.
she had to stop herself from helping you.
yuna’s eyes seemed to express her concern for you as she scanned your body all over while you stood up. you flashed her a reassuring glance before yunjin dragged you away to class.
eventually, you got to class and endured the boring lesson being taught. it was only the first day and yet it seemed as if your teachers had given out a week’s worth of assignments already. however, since you and yunjin barely made it inside the room as the bell rang, you two couldn’t sit next to each other.
the girl who sat next to you must have been a new student considering you had never seen her around before. she seemed to pay attention way more than you did, but that didn’t matter. because you couldn’t help but admire how pretty this new girl was, she looked like a model.
once the period ended, you began packing your things into your bag, but before you even stood up, you felt a tap on your right shoulder.
you were met with coffee-colored eyes and one of the softest smiles you’d ever seen. “sorry, i hope this doesn’t sound weird, but i’m new here, and i was wondering if you could tell me when the council elections are.”
confusion laced your features, “im sorry?” you asked gently.
the girl chuckled softly and pointed at the picture on the back of your phone case, which was one of the stickers from last yea’s elections. the bright blue “vote for yuna!” sticker was something your girlfriend insisted on having you carry around during that time.
you had actually forgotten it was still there until this new classmate of yours pointed it out.
“i mean, unless you don’t, and you just carry a random election sticker around everywhere.” your eyes met hers once more, a smile still gracing her face.
“oh,” you chuckled. “the process starts in about a week, but it runs until the actual election which is the week before graduation.”
the brunette nodded at your answer before shaking her head. “i’m sorry if this seems a bit random, you don’t even know me, so hopefully this isn’t too awkward.”
you shot her a reassuring smile, “no worries, it’s alright.” you stuck your hand out for hers to shake. “l/n y/n, nice to meet you.”
her hand met yours in a firm handshake, that smile never leaving her face, and you couldn’t help but want to know more about this girl who seemed to notice everything.
“ahn yujin, its nice to meet you too.”
-
“how long did it take for you to not get lost around here?” the taller girl asked as the two of you walked to your next class. your smile met your eyes as you looked away from her and began walking up the steps. with a quick glance at her, you sent her a quick smile. “i actually got a tour guide from one of the sophomores my first day of freshman year. she helped me find everything.”
ahn yujin mirrored your smile. “how nice of you to do the same for me, i feel honored.”
“what brings you here anyway? you transferred in the middle of the year.” you inquired, curious as to what her story was. the two of you reached the top of the stairs and continued walking down the crowded hallway. two lanes of traffic formed, allowing the two of you to slip into the sea of bodies easily.
“well, my parents bought a house on this side of town during winter break. they figured it would be easier to go to school on this side of town instead of my old school, which is now like 45 minutes away.” she answered as you opened the door to the classroom.
the two of you took your seats next to each other and were so immersed in your conversation that you didn’t notice yuna walking right passed the open door.
the raven haired girl halted and backtracked to catch a glimpse of the two of you sitting at the front of the room. her brows furrowed at the sight, but she chose to ignore it for now as she made her way to her own classroom.
she made a mental note to bring it up to you later, of course. even though yuna was never directly interacting with you, she made sure to always keep an eye on you throughout the school day. you were her still girlfriend, and she needed to make sure her lover was always doing okay.
one of the many perks of being the student council president was the numerous amount of connections yuna had. everyone knew shin yuna, that was a no brainer. what mattered was how much yuna knew about everyone else: and to be quite honest, yuna knew everything.
which was why she was a bit confused when she saw some random new girl sitting next to you in class. sure, it was the first day, but she already knew the people in your grade. she found it a bit odd that she didn’t hear about this new girl, especially since it was not common to transfer schools in the middle of the year.
yuna’s hand turned the knob to the door of the student council room before she stepped inside. she then noticed that lia was looking through some of the class rosters.
“hey jisu?” she called out as she moved to take her seat at the biggest desk in the room. the wooden plaque with her name engraved into it made it obvious whose desk it was. it also often served as a daily reminder for her to remember her reputation.
“yes, yuna?”
yuna’s midnight eyes narrowed at the other girl as she raised an eyebrow at her. the brunette’s eyes rolled in response before she corrected her previous statement.
“yes, president?”
a smug smirk made its way onto her face. yuna loved holding this position of power and influence, but what she loved even more was the way she could one up every single one of her friends.
“could you hand me the junior year roster?”
the secretary complied, making sure to hand the papers to yuna instead of throwing them on her desk like she had the urge to. lia was friends with the girl, but she hated how cocky the younger shin was.
yuna’s eyes roamed the pages for over an hour and a half, scanning through all the names until she had finally found the one that wasn’t familiar to her at all.
“ahn yujin,” she murmured to herself before checking the time on her phone. you were in study hall right now. she wondered if ahn yujin was there with you. was she talking to you? was she asking if you were free later?
each of these thoughts made her more and more upset. however, just as she was about to pick her phone up to text you, the door to the council office opened.
“oh, hi y/n.”
jisu greeted you with a smile before looking over at yujin next to you. “you’re the new student, right?” yujin shot her a nod in reply.
yuna’s legs crossed as she leaned forward on her desk, clearly making it obvious that she was also listening to this conversation. after all, there wasn’t a wall, yuna could clearly see you and vice versa.
however, you seemed to not even spare her a second glance. or even a first glance, for that matter.
“what brings you both to the council office?” lia asked as she folded her hands behind her back.
“do you still have an open spot on the registration list for the upcoming council elections?” you asked with a sweet smile, and yuna couldn’t help but let the corners of her lips turn upwards. she had been trying to get you to run for council ever since you began dating. she wanted to spend more time with you, but even though you were going to be running for next year’s elections, she felt comfortable if the legacy she was leaving would be continued by the love of her life.
“we do actually, there’s one final spot left.” jisu handed you the clipboard with one final opening at the bottom. with a smile you handed it to yujin, who began writing her name on the list.
yuna’s smile quickly disappeared. it wasn’t you running for an office position. it was yujin.
“thank you,” yujin took the clipboard and handed it back to lia. the secretary turned to look back at yuna, who had her classic stoic mask-like expression. “the registration list is full, president.”
shin yuna only nodded, her attention moving back to the class roster lists on her desk. however, just before you and yujin slipped through the door, her eyes met yours.
you tore your gaze away from hers once yujin said something that made you laugh, and the door shut behind you after that.
she thought this semester was going to be a breeze, but it turns out that it's definitely going to be an interesting ride along the way.
it was around 8 in the evening when you heard pebbles being gently thrown at your window. you got up from your bed and opened the curtains to open it. there, on the ground below, was yuna.
“can i come up?” she asked, a smile on her face that you seemed to mirror. using your towel next to your desk, you dropped it down for her to use as a climbing rope to help pull herself up while she climbed the wall to your house.
fortunately, yuna was tall enough to make a short climb from the tree next to your room to the mantle of the bedroom window.
once yuna was inside, she closed the window behind her before wrapping her arms around you.
“someone’s clingy today.” you commented, earning a huff from the taller girl. yuna was usually only really affectionate like this whenever she was stressed, drunk, or really tired. you figured it was the latter.
“am i not allowed to hug my girlfriend?” she murmured into your hair while her hands snaked under your shirt, gently drumming patterns on your skin.
you snickered, “yeah, not during school hours.” your comment caught her off guard, and you didn’t realize it, but yuna felt the small pang in her chest from your words. the two of you had numerous arguments about her ignoring you during school, but you were at the point in your relationship where nothing new could be said about it.
“speaking of school,” she quickly shrugged off the feeling in her chest. “what’s with that new girl? i saw her name on the list.”
“oh, yujin?” she noticed the way your smile widened at the name. “she’s really cool, she just moved to this side of town. she actually lives not too far from us.”
you turned around to face your girlfriend, noticing the all too familiar look in her eyes. “hey, are you listening to me?”
her attention never wavered from your lips as she leaned in to kiss you. her lips met yours in a soft-natured, but assertive kiss. yuna needed to feel some sort of reassurance, and your lips always granted her such comfort.
“i don’t want her near you.” she murmured against your lips, holding your waist in her hands as she backed you towards your bed. a scoff escaped your lips as you looked up at her.
“so i can’t have friends anymore?” you challenged playfully, not taking yuna’s jealous comments as empty threats. however, you didn’t know it, but yuna’s threats were anything but empty.
“you can have friends,” she said while she brushed a strand of your hair behind your ear before she grabbed your chin with the same hand. she forced you to look at her dead in the eyes before she spoke in a low voice barely above a whisper.
“but just not her, sweetheart.”
you should have known that after that night, yuna would be keeping an even closer eye on you. it seemed like wherever you went, and whatever you did, yuna always knew about it. she didn’t even need to make it obvious either, as a matter of fact, she simply passed her actions off as “monitoring the friends of the candidates for the elections.”
yuna knew you and yujin still hung out, there wasn’t anything she could do like move your classrooms and courses since you were both in the same grade and had practically identical schedules. it made the youngest shin sibling frustrated because no matter what she did to try and scare yujin away, it never worked.
from random sticky notes in her locker that said “i'm watching you” to having her friends “accidentally” bump into her in the hallways. at this point, she didn’t know if yujin was just oblivious, or if she was flat out playing dumb.
however, shin yuna was not about to let just anyone become student council president after her. she didn’t want someone like ahn yujin to take her place after graduation. the legacy of the council would just be tarnished. whether it took her a week, or a month, yuna would make sure that yujin knew her place in this school.
besides, with the election race beginning, yuna had one final card to play: sabotage.
“yujin, don’t you think it’s a bit uneven?”
you asked as you began stapling one of her posters on the wall. you had agreed to help your friend hang up her advertisements for the election, but you underestimated just how many of these she wanted to have.
“no, it looks fine, trust me.” she helped you hold the remaining 5 posters as you followed her down the corridor, both of you looking for possible places to put them up.
“your first speech is in a few hours, do you feel nervous?” you asked the taller girl. yujin smiled at you, raising an eyebrow at you. “nervous? the one who should feel nervous is your girlfriend.”
you had told yujin about your relationship with yuna since you wanted to prepare the girl for any potential run ins she may have with yuna. except, yujin didn’t seem to be scared of yuna or her posse in the slightest.
“yah, don’t joke about that.” you teased, earning a playful nudge from the brunette beside you. “don’t worry about me so much. i can handle it.” yujin’s hand squeezed your shoulder before she pointed out a spot to fill with a poster.
once you two finished hanging all of them, the both of you made your way to the auditorium where the candidates were going to give their introduction speeches. you followed yujin up to the doors backstage, making sure she got to the stage at least without any issues from a certain reigning president.
“good luck, yujin. you got this.” you gave her a quick hug, truly excited to see your friend take her seat on stage and pitch herself to the student body. yujin was definitely a natural born leader, and you had figured that if anyone would be best fit to take up the mantle of student council president, it was definitely her.
“thank you, y/n/n.” yujin grinned and gave you a reassuring shove. “don’t worry so much, yuna doesn’t scare me.”
as if it was on queue, a teacher poked his head out and called for yujin to come backstage. you both waved farewell, and you turned to walk back to the auditorium. however, once you turned the corner, you ran straight into someone you practically never run into.
“woah,” you put a hand on your chest before looking around to make sure no one else was around. “yuna, you scared me.”
the taller girl tilted her head to the side, arms folded against her chest as she leaned her face inches away from yours.
“yuna doesn’t scare me,” she mocked, and in that moment you realized she had been eavesdropping. a scowl formed on her usually stoic face before she continued. “what the fuck was that about, y/n?”
your eyes narrowed as you tried to move past her. the last thing you wanted to do was start an argument in the hallway backstage. you definitely didn’t want to give yuna even more of a reason to try and do something stupid.
“i’m not doing this here, yuna.”
the taller girl grabbed you by the arm before you could even take another step past her. she then leaned over to whisper in your ear, looking over your shoulder to make sure that no one else would be coming down the corridor.
“meet me in the stage storage room in ten minutes.”
once yuna let you go, and once you managed to slip out of the assembly, you found yourself walking into the storage closet behind the stage stairwell. to your surprise, yuna was already in there, arms folded and looking as stoic as ever.
you pulled the door shut behind you before locking it, then turned to face your girlfriend. to be honest, you were still very upset with her. it wasn’t like yuna to get like this, especially during school hours. for all you knew, yuna could have cared less about whatever you did or who you hung out with. little did you know, yuna cared a lot more than you realized.
“what was yujin talking about?”
“always quick to the point, aren’t you?” you scoffed, knowing better than anyone that your girlfriend rarely ever beat around the bush with things.
yuna poked the inside of her cheek with her tongue as she noticed the pin that adorned your uniform jacket. she motioned with her head towards it, “that’s against school standards.”
confusion laced your facial features, but then you realized what she was talking about. you had been wearing one of yujin’s “vote for yujin!” pins in support of your friend.
another scoff left your lips, knowing full well how yuna had her wearing all of her pins, stickers, and bracelets. you had been a walking advertisement at one point, so why was she trying to use the rule book against you?
“i did the same thing for you,” you hissed, already tired of yuna’s childish behavior. “i am supporting my friend, who i think will make an outstanding president.”
yuna took a step forward, but you didn’t move from your position in the center of the room. similar to earlier, yuna’s head dipped to your ear. “you’re supporting your friend huh?” she let out a sarcastic snicker. “because it sounds to me like she’s definitely more than that.”
your jaw dropped as you turned to stare at her in disbelief. your girlfriend thought you were cheating on her. to be quite honest, you sometimes thought it was yuna cheating on you at some points. despite her avoiding you for the past year during school, you were well aware of the many people who openly admitted their feelings for your girlfriend.
“what on earth makes you think that i would do that?” sarcasm dripped from your lips, glaring at yuna with a newfound sense of anger. after all the times you were not able to go up and claim yuna as yours when people flirted with her, all those times you had to sit and listen to people oogle her, and yet she was accusing you of being unfaithful?
“well, when someone openly says that they’re not scared of their girlfriend, it only seems fitting.” the president growled, slightly upset that you didn’t immediately deny the allegation she threw at you.
“so you were eavesdropping?” you argued back, earning an eye roll from the black haired girl. yuna was growing impatient. she knew she would need to say some closing remarks at the end of the candidate speeches, so she knew she had to make this conversation wrap up quickly.
“stop changing the topic, y/n. if you have something going on with yujin, just fucking tell me.”
your shoulders slacked, already upset that your argument with your girlfriend was making you miss your friend’s speech. you promised yujin you would be there to hear it, even though you spent hours helping her practice during lunch and study hall. your girlfriend was accusing you of cheating, and at that moment, you felt overwhelmed. you and yuna had been arguing a lot about yujin lately, but her accusing you of cheating finally pushed you over the edge.
“i can’t do this anymore, i’m done.”
the anger practically drained from yuna’s face once your words rang in her ears. this was not how she pictured this meeting to go. she began fearing for the worst as she watched you turn to leave.
“wait, wait, wait,” she quickly reached out to grab your wrist, the action making you look at her with annoyance.
“what do you want, yuna? i’m tired of this.”
yuna’s heart raced in her chest. she refused to believe that you were trying to walk out on her. she immediately regretted following you and yujin earlier. all she wanted was some reassurance from you, but her own emotions got the best of her.
“you don’t mean that, right?” she whispered, her own voice trying to not waiver when she spoke.
as you looked up at her, you could see the inner turmoil going on behind her eyes. you loved yuna, more than anything in the world, but you couldn’t keep arguing with her about one of your good friends.
you needed to put some space in between you and yuna, so you did just that.
“we need a break.”
it had been around a month since you and yuna started your break. she still sent you “good morning” and “good night” texts, along with a few “thinking of you” messages here and there. you replied to maybe 30% of her messages, but you made sure to at least text her once a day just to make sure she wouldn’t go hunting the school grounds for you.
ever since the first round of elections happened after the speeches, only 3 candidates remained in the final running for student council president. so far, yujin was favored to win, which couldn’t have made you prouder.
on the other hand, yuna could not have been more aggravated about it. she often saw quick glances at you at lunch or in the halls, and you two were always attached at the hip. it almost made her explode when you had introduced yujin to yunjin and kazuha at lunch for the first time.
she was jealous of the way you appeared to be perfectly fine, meanwhile she spent her days scowling and longing for you. she wouldn’t dare tell to admit it, but ryujin had walked in on her crying on one or two occasions because she missed you so much. it ended up with ryujin taking yuna’s phone every night to make sure she doesn’t do anything stupid.
however, there was the upcoming school prom. juniors and seniors alike were only allowed to attend, and yuna wanted to use council as an excuse to go to the event without a date. she wanted to take you, she truly did, but once again her pride in her image refused to let up. she knew it was her last year too, which only gave her more of a reason to want and take you, but she couldn’t risk it.
she was content with being stuck on council duties for the night, and she was mentally preparing herself for a night full of separating horny teenagers and kicking people out for sneaking alcohol in.
that all changed the moment she watched you walk into the auditorium with yujin on your arm. her jaw physically dropped, and the red solo cup in her hand was crushed in her hands. she noticed yunjin and kazuha following behind you two before the four of you disappeared into the crowd of people.
the entire night, you knew yuna’s eyes were on you, but you refused to let yuna ruin your first prom. you’d know yuna’s burning gaze anywhere, considering it was all you got every day at school for the past year.
“i’m going to go grab water, ill be right back!” she shouted over the music. you flashed her a thumbs up before being dragged into the dance circle by kazuha and yunjin.
yujin walked towards the back table, where yuna’s eyes met her figure. she watched as the brunette’s hands slipped on the water, causing it to spill a little on her dress. as a result, yujin made her way towards to locker room bathroom, which was the closest to her.
what yujin didn’t know was that yuna had followed her in there, like a predator stalking its prey.
truth be told, yuna didn’t know what came over her. her emotions were combined into one giant ball of a mess, and now that she finally had yujin, the girl who started all of this, finally cornered and alone? her body simply moved without any second thought.
“you know, that’s against school standards.” yuna motioned towards the dress yujin was wearing. in all honesty, it was not against the school dress code. yuna just wanted to be nit picky. “you should really review the handbook if you want to be president.”
yujin’s hands stopped wiping the water with the paper towel in her hand to turn and face the current president. with a click of her tongue, she pointed a lazy finger in her face.
“you know, in the articles pertaining to dress code, there’s a separate portion that mentions getting prom attire approved beforehand. which, was something i did.”
the junior girl snickered and threw the paper in the trash. “you know, you should probably brush up on the rules, president. after all, it seems pretty lazy of you to not remember the handbook.”
yuna was not the type of person to get physical, she actually rarely got physical with anyone unless it was her older sister. however, this situation was a bit different. she was tired of yujin trying to steal both her girl and her title.
“stop fucking moving,” yuna seethed, holding yujin’s arms against the lockers behind. it wasn’t like her to get physical, after all, she did have a reputation to keep.
she needed to reinstate some boundaries for yujin. clearly the latter didn’t understand personal space. or the fact that you were still yuna’s girl, despite the two of you being on a break.
“what the fuck do you want, shin?” the other girl snapped, glaring at the raven haired girl spitefully. she was never scared of your girlfriend, even now. truth be told, yujin always respected yuna, especially since she was the current president, but she drew the line at you.
yujin had heard stories from kazuha and yunjin, and needless to say she eventually grew to abhor the student council president.
yuna’s eyes darkened, a bone chilling smirk forming on her lips as she leaned in closer to yujin, eyes never leaving hers before she lowly whispered.
“i either want you dead, or as far away from y/n as you possibly can be.”
a smirk slowly appeared on yujin’s face, mirroring the manic look that was ever apparent in the current president’s eyes.
“right back at you, shin.”
after prom ended, yuna had tried calling you several times, but you ignored most of them. truth be told, the break had been giving you clarity. you loved yuna, more than anything in the world, but it was hard for you to sit there and be ignored on the daily basis while yuna prioritized her reputation.
it wasn’t until the final day of the elections, as well as the day before graduation, when you and yuna finally spoke in private. yujin didn’t mention to you anything about her run in with yuna during prom, but she did encourage you to finally speak with the girl. she wanted you to establish whatever your relationship was to yuna, because you deserved clarity.
which was why you were currently sitting on the desk of your president girlfriend, patiently waiting for her to walk through the doors. the hands of the clock ticked away, filling the room with the only sound present. you moved to check your phone for any texts from yujin, but your attention was drawn away the moment you heard the door open.
yuna’s eyes widened in surprise when she saw you leaning against her desk. the two of you had not seen each other alone in months. you had called and texted her a few times, but the two of you were both aware of the tension that lingered in your relationship.
“hi yuna,” you flashed her a small smile, finding the taller girl’s confusion adorable. “we need to talk.”
in all honesty, yuna was expecting you to finally speak, but she was definitely not expecting you to talk to her in her office.
“we do.” she said softly, closing and locking the door behind her to give you two some privacy.
yuna moved towards you to set her things down on her desk, eyes never leaving yours for a moment. just for a fleeting second, you felt yourself wanting to kiss the taller girl like you always did whenever you greeted her.
you had spent too many moments with yuna’s lips on yours to forget how they felt. however, you wished for a moment that you could, just to make this conversation easier.
“these past few months have been confusing, and really difficult, but–”
“wait,” yuna interrupted you before you could finish anything. truth be told, she had a lot of things to still say to you, and the last thing she wanted was for you to say anything before she would be able to get them out. “just, let me go first, okay?”
you nodded, motioning for her to continue speaking. you were honestly curious to see what the president of the student council had to say about your estranged relationship.
“i know that what i did in the name of my reputation, was not worth it, but i just,” she bit her lower lip in an attempt to hold back the lump from forming in her throat. “i don’t know if i can say it was worth it, because i got what i wanted, but it destroyed us.” she whispered, and for a moment you were a bit concerned because this clearly could not be the same shin yuna that accused you of cheating on her three months ago.
“well,” you placed a hesitant hand on her shoulder in an attempt to comfort her. “i think if you got what you wanted, then it was worth it, right?” you whispered, a sad smile adorning your face.
yuna’s eyes met yours, and for the first time in what felt like a year, she felt regret. in just 24 hours, she would walk across a stage, receive her diploma, and be done with high school. truth be told, yuna was scared.
shin yuna was terrified because she was letting go of everything. her childhood, her position on the council, her friends. everything was changing so fast, and she feared that the one person who she wanted to stay by her side would leave her.
yuna knew she had not been the best girlfriend to you, but in the end it got her what she wanted. so why didn’t she feel proud? why did she feel so empty? why did she feel like it wasn’t worth it, even though she had accomplished everything she wanted to do?
the president didn’t even realize that tears were falling down her face until you started wiping them, a sad smile adorning your face. “yuna,” your voice brought her attention to your eyes.
“what happened to us aside, i’m always going to admire your desire to be the best.”
your hands wiped the tears from her cheeks, and she did her best to wipe the ones falling from your eyes as well. the both of you stayed like that for a few moments, each of you taking in the reality that this was the end of the line for your relationship.
except, even though you both knew it was coming, it didn’t make it any less harder to acknowledge it in reality.
“i got in to the program overseas,” she whispered finally after a few moments. the smile on your face would forever be burned into her memory. you looked so proud of her, even with your own tears falling down your face. “but i don’t want to go without you.”
your hands cupped the raven haired girl’s face, and your thumbs stroked her cheeks. you knew yuna was scared, all of these emotions running through her also didn’t help. shin yuna hated change, and when everything was changing all at once? it was too much for her to handle.
“yuna,” your soft tone made her whimper. she rarely broke down like this, but whenever she did, it was only in front of you or ryujin. “you’ve worked too hard to not go. it would break my heart if you stayed here, especially after how hard you worked.”
“but i can’t do it without you,” she insisted, already hating the mere idea of not living four houses down from you. she hated the thought of not being able to sneak in through your bedroom window or kiss you good morning.
truth be told, those moments with you would be what she remembered about high school.
“you can do it, i know you can.” you gave her a reassuring smile, the same one that always made her feel like she could conquer the world. “besides, i think backing out from your duties is against school standards.” you joked, which made her let out a small laugh.
yuna knew she would forever remember you as the girl who gave her the strength to do the impossible.
the next day was the long awaited day for all of the seniors. since yuna was the student council president, she was in charge of giving the final farewell speech at the end. after all the seniors had received their diplomas, including herself, she finally walked up to the podium to begin her short speech.
“hello and good evening, my name is shin yuna, and this will be my final message to you all as the student body president.” she smiled sadly before looking at her council members sitting behind her.
“i'd like to first thank all of my members, who helped make this year run smoother than ever. i could not have done it on my own, so thank you.”
she turned back to face the front, eyes scanning the sea of people until hers finally met yours. there you were, in the first row, sitting next to her sister ryujin. she couldn’t fight the smile on her face before she continued speaking.
“this last semester consisted of a lot of changes, and for some of us, these changes will determine our futures. if i'm being honest here, i hate change.”
a few of her classmates laughed, adding some comedic relief to the emotional moment before she kept speaking. “but truthfully, i think that this season of change is good for each of us. i know that most of us will probably never see each other again, but i hope you all know that im so thankful for all of you. the class of 2022 will forever hold a special place in my heart, and it has been an honor to spend these last four years with you. i know the future president will do well, congratulations again, ahn yujin.”
yuna’s eyes watered at the memories she had spent within the walls of her high school. after working so hard for four years, after growing up beside her friends, after getting into her dream school, and after falling in love with you, this chapter of her life was finally coming to a close.
“thank you all for being the best mentors, classmates, and friends. it has been an honor to serve you all your student council president. i wish us all the best of luck in our futures, and i hope you all remember this moment and the ones we’ve shared throughout the years forever.”
once yuna took her seat, the principal finally stood and spoke a few words before he instructed the senior class to stand to prepare for the moving of the tassel.
“seniors, please move your tassels.”
confetti canons fired, cheers and thunderous applause erupted from the crowd. however, in the midst of the noise, yuna’s eyes met yours. you looked at her with nothing but love and adoration, pure pride dripped from your features, and in that mere moment, shin yuna knew that she loved you.
it wasn’t like she had any doubts before, there wasn’t a moment where she lost feelings for you. but as she stood in front of you on a stage, diploma in hand, and tassel flipped, she knew that she would love you unconditionally.
because true, unconditional love means to love someone, even though you may not be together anymore.
even though yuna kept the rules word by word, the one thing she should have kept was your heart. it only took her 3 years and a graduation ceremony to realize that nothing else mattered. not her presidency, not her friends, not her grades. everything meant nothing if she didn’t have you. she still did have a part of you, as you had a part of her, even though you both knew your relationship was over.
as yuna looked out at you on that stage, despite chaer, yeji, and jisu all jumping on top of her, she smiled at you.
she smiled at you knowing that the only way she would catch her flight to the united states in 3 days would be knowing that she was still completely in love with you.
but the best part was that you smiled back at her, because you already knew.
“im so proud of you.” you mouthed as tears fell down your cheeks, which only made yuna’s tears flow harder. she had never seen you cry until now.
she held her hand to her chest before mouthing back at you.
“i love you.”
