#technically an 82 but thank god the one day i decided to randomly show up the professor which was the second day to the last day of class #she gave everyone 5 extra percentage points i was like yoooooooo #my sag stelliun b givin me hella jupiter energy sometimes when it doesn’t pertain to killing off everyone i love #anyways im so grateful bc clinical was hell my instructor hated me and didn’t like my project #it’s not my fault she’s bias towards her own institution tho lmaooo plus the unit pissed me #off like why am i designing an entire QI project that u asked me to do for ur unit that’s like VERY CONTENT HEAVY #then u tell me ur not gonna use my project bc ur nurses don’t like change???? when u ASKED ME TO FOCUS ON THIS BS TOPIC UR UNIT ISNT EVEN #PREPARED FOR LIKE THEY CANT EVEN HANDLE A SEPSIS RESPONSE TEAM LET ALONE AN ENTIRE INTERDISPLINARY CODE SEPSIS #i literally said in my paper it would’ve been better if having a QI abt proper techniques for blood draws n shit cuz that’s their level #sorry i’m bitter this was just a whole issue and all the nurses hated it when i brought it up n like scoffed in my face n km like uhhh #ur literal manager told me to do this sooooo????#me to the manager: so would u be interested in adding the algorithms i designed to the unit? him: yes but not for a few months #me: wym 🧍him: they don’t like change lol me: 🧍🧍but u told me to do this like u won’t even put it anywhere????#n he’s like i guess i can put it in the charges binder of algorithms that EVERYONE OM THE UNIT DENIES EVEN USING BC APPARENTLY THEY KNOW IT #LIKE OK IF U KNKW THE ALGORITHM SO WELL Y R ONLY 54% OF UR 1st SET OF BLOOD CULTURES IN THE 3 HOUR WINDOW #U SHOULD HAVE TWO SETS OF BCS IN A ONE HOUR WINDOW #AND WHY R U INITIATING ONLY 55% ANTIBIOTICS WITHIN A 3HR WINDOW N BEFORE GETTING BLOOD CULTURES????????#sorry it just Blows my mind how this man literally wasted my time i could’ve chosen such a simpler topic but no he wanted me #to do THIS and then he just like basically told me to GO FUCK MYSELF after 9 weeks of working on HIS idea????????#they didn’t even have a code sepsis to begin with which they wouldn’t admit to until 5 weeks #in like these assholes don’t even know wtf is going on in ur own unit and don’t care so now my grades suffering bc u assholes r selfish #ok i’m done ranting sigh
