Tasbeeh e Fatima
TASBEEH FATIMA, (RadiyAllahu ‘anhaa)
"Fatima (RadiyAllahu 'anhaa) complained about the blisters on her hand because of using a mill-stone. She went to ask the Prophet (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam) for servant, but she did not find him (at home) and had to inform 'Aisha (RadiyAllahu 'anhaa) of her need. When he (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam) came, 'Aisha (RadiyAllahu 'anhaa) informed him about it.
‘Ali (RadiyAllahu 'anhu) added: The Prophet (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam) came to us when we had gone to our beds. When I was going to get up, he (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam) said, "'Stay in your places," and sat between us, till I felt the coolness of the feet on my chest.
The Prophet (SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam) then said, "Shall I not tell you of a thing which is better for you than a servant? When you (both) go to your beds, say 'Allahu Akbar' thirty-four (34) times, 'SubhanAllah' thirty-three (33) times, and 'AlHamdu lillah' thirty-three times (33), for that is better for you than a servant." Ibn Sirin said, "Subhan Allah' (is to be said for) thirty-four (34) times.”
Some Shayukh/‘Ulama have recommended to say SubhanAllah, AlHamdu Lillah and Allahu Akbar, each thirty three (33) times, and then add Laa ilaaha illAllahu wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahul-Mulk wa lahul-Hamd, wa huwa ‘alaa kulli shai’in Qadeer to complete 100 .

Quote
🍁 We have a problem in our community of putting our public figures and shayukh on a pedestal. This creates the false expectation of perfection. As a result, we become easily disillusioned and harshly judgmental. Perfection is only God's. Appreciate the beauty in people and the sacrifices they make. But realize that God made us human for a reason. The most admirable of people are not those who pretend to be perfect. But those who can admit that they're not.
